  Annette is wonderful! I bought my dress at Jon's Bridal, and was recommended to come here. Her shop is within Jon's Bridal store, so come in the same entrance. I think you need to check in with the front desk (at least I did) and they will direct you to the left, around the corner, and there she is. Annette is a perfectionist, which I really appreciated! My dress was a little too long and needed a bustle and other minor adjustments, so she fixed it. When she was pinning it, she spent a long time slightly moving the pins, and having me walk around in the dress as she watched for any adjustments so that it laid just right. She is great to talk to during the appointment- very cheerful and happy person. She really takes pride in her work. She has someone who helps with the alterations behind the scenes, but she does all the fittings in person as she believes this is important for customers. She has over 25 years of experience, and is old school (she does not use a computer or a typical cash register, and does not have an assistant to answer phones, so you usually just leave a message and she will call you back) with her methods, but that's what helps make her great! She takes the time to make sure you're happy, and you can tell she cares. I got my dress back and it fits beautifully!

  This was one of the best experiences during the wedding planning process. Maybe it's unusual to say that but the woman who owns this business is fantastic! She worked with me even on things that I thought might be challenging. She offers excellent customer service and reasonable rates.

  I have been to other bridal stores and I must say, as soon as I saw the dresses I was impressed! The dresses have a quality look and feel to them as well as a sense of uniqueness. We did not have an appointment, but we were able to look and try on several dresses. Tessie was great and very patient! She also offered great suggesstions as well as adding accessories with the gown. I fell in love with a ball gown. This is my first wedding and this gown is absolutely beautiful!! It has the perfect look and feel that I have dreamed about ! It is going to be a wedding to remember!

  Called to schedule an appointment to get a quote and find advise on undergarments for my dress. The owner was RUDE, said that I since my wedding was not for another 6 months that I should not even be thinking of my undergarments. I told her that when I purchased my dress, I was not offered to try different slips and she said, At Jon's they are experts if they only offered you one, then they know what they are doing and that she's "been doing this for 41 years" so she knows! She said if I still wanted to come she would charge me $25.00 for a consultation! Get that! $25 to tell me how much she'll charge to alter my dress. She was curt and short and made me feel like a fool for calling early, even though I said I needed to know how much I had to budget for alterations. So I thanked her politely, but with my jaw on the floor, because I couldn't believe that I was offering to give business to someone and they would treat you like this. I want to be pampered and trust the person that I give my dress to, not feel like I am a bother. So I immediately found Olga's Bridal Boutique and Olga was pleasant and sweet and will be giving me a quote this week and allowing me to try on different petticoats all for FREE :) save yourself the time don’t expose yourself to rudeness, go somewhere else.
