Excellent Photographer

Rez and his team were amazing! They were exactly what we wanted. He was easy to get hold of, replied to our texts quickly, and had answers to all our questions. We didn't meet him until the day before the wedding because we live in Denver but all out families are in St Louis where the wedding was. He immediately made us feel comfortable. On the day, they arrived early, left late, and seemed to never stop taking pictures. They clearly love what they do. Our family commented on how impressive our photographers were. The pictures, when they arrived were lovely. They captured the whole day and so many beautiful pictures. Our wedding album was part of the package and it is amazing. There was one problem with the album and Rez corrected it by sending us a new one even though it wasn't his fault. He took care of everything to make sure we were totally happy. I am so happy we booked Rez for our wedding.

Awesome Photographer!

Rez photographed our wedding in June 2018. He was amazing to work with. He was so energetic through our day (about 10 hours), he arrived early, stayed late, and was just fantastic. He kept everything moving so smoothly. All my guests commented on how impressed they were with him. Your photographer does more than just take pictures- they literally run the day! You want someone who is experienced and confident in working with large groups. He was everything and more. He took charge in a fun and relaxed way. And of course the pictures were incredible. He got the whole day in a beautiful way. I am so so happy we booked Rez for our wedding.

Booked Rez based on recommendations and his reviews. Everything went perfectly with him. Very fast responses to texts and email questions. He took time to listen to what I wanted and asked lots of questions. On the day he never stopped working. I was looking for mostly documentary style- nothing too posed- and he delivered. Pictures came on a flash drive and I love them. They are exactly what I was looking for. There are lots of photographers out there, but I can’t say enough positives about Rez. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing experience with Rez. Everything about getting in touch, the consultation, the weeks leading up to the wedding, the actual wedding day, and of course the photographs was perfect. There is a reason why he has so many amazing reviews- he went above and beyond from start to finish. There were other photographers that I considered but in the end I knew he was going to be the best becuase of his whole approach to making me feel comfortable. His experience and knowledge was the biggest reason- I had total confidence in him which is something I did not get from the others. I am so thankful we booked Rez.

Rez was awesome! He was fun and energetic and there was never any doubt that we were in good hands. The communication was great before, during, and after, and the prices were clear and reasonable. Anyone looking for a wedding photographer in STL, KC, or Illinois, I highly recommend @shariphotography. Rez and Jayson were a blast to work with, and I am in love with all of pictures we have received back. Rez made my day go so smoothly, and he had a ton of ideas for posing! so, when someone like me who is easy going and not particular about many poses, it was great because he always had a vision. Just outstanding from start to finish. There's nothing he did wrong. From the moment we met him, to the fast communications leading up to out wedding and after, to his energy and incredible patience on the day- Rez was just incredible. He never slowed down on the day and even when things did not go according to plan (like 1 hour late to the wedding with me freaking out!!) he was so calm and thoughtful. He was the one that kept me from losing it and even made me and my girls enjoy it in spite of everything. I am so grateful he was my photographer. And of course the pictures are breathtaking. Having Rez photograph our wedding was the best decision I made. From first contact through the wedding itself he was responsive, friendly, and totally on top of it. He and his second photographer Jayson captured the essence of our wedding – we are THRILLED with the photos. My friends and family can't say enough about how gorgeous the photos are. He is so good technically and knows what he's doing with cameras and lenses and camera settings. He was always adjusting to make sure the photo looked gorgeous and that the light was right. He knew how to photograph me at the most flattering angle and I really appreciated how he gave me some subtle suggestions on where to look or place my hand. It didn't make me look phony; it just made it so that he captured my face at the most flattering angle or my waist looked slim even though I was wearing a dress that billowed out in the skirt.

No one could believe how professional he was during the wedding. He had two cameras slung over his shoulders and captured every moment without being obtrusive. We had a small wedding and we didn't even know that Rez and Jayson were there. But they managed to get amazing intimate photos. I loved the portraits and the photo-journalism style photos of the guests enjoying happy hour or toasting during the toasts.

He also got the photos to us SO quickly! I've heard that it can take a really really long time to get wedding photos from some photographers but Rez is an efficient worker and he doesn't take longer than he needs to. Great prices - you're getting the best for a reasonable price.

I can't recommend Rez and his team enough! You will not regret hiring him!

What an amazing photographer! We are thrilled we found him to do our wedding. He's a true photographer with incredible knowledge of cameras and the technical side and so creative. I was worried about booking a weekend photographer- someone's whose got a sort of decent camera and does it to make some money on the side. I know Rez was not going to be that guy. He's such a professional in every way. Great prices- great pictures- great service.

We couldn't be happier with our engagement photo shoot session with Rez! For starters, he was very responsive - he answered questions quickly and even sent us tips on what to wear and other helpful information before the session. My fiancé and I NEVER take pictures, so I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a bit nervous going into the shoot. Rez made us both feel comfortable and we ended up having a lot of fun.

After seeing the photos that came from the shoot, I am so happy with the results. We chose to go to Forest Park for our shoot and Rez was able to find unique places and angles so that our pictures don't look like everyone else in the city. I am so glad we had the opportunity to work with Rez!

Rez was great! We booked him for our small wedding. We contacted him through Wedding wire and he responded quickly. All communications with him was quick. We were mostly interested in pictures of us at the park. He took beautiful pictures just a I wanted. he made us feel really comfortable and posed us so easily. I felt like he knew what he was doing through the whole process. Pictures were really beautiful. He was also priced perfectly. I felt we got a lot more than other brides I now who paid a lot more. Book him! from start to finish he will go over and above. We heard so many horror stories from friends who booked photographers who sounded legit during meetings and had great pictures in their portfolios and then they turned out to be duds!
Well I can tell you Rez is the real deal. He is a total professional, loves what he does, worked his butt of during the whole day and then even had time to party with us a little at the end of the reception.
What really blew us away was that he was able to put together slide show of our pictures which he showed to us and our guests at the reception! All our guests thought he was Superman!
He is the best and I am so blessed to have found him.

Rez did our engagement pictures and he was amazing! We are getting married in Mexico and if we could take him we would! Rez was so responsive to our requests and really fun to work with. We actually did not want the session to end it was so enjoyable and it was a hut humid evening in St Louis.

Book Shari Photography. No questions the best choice. We had a small wedding and reception- a step above a court house wedding in size and locations. Re was really great through the whole wedding. We needed him for 3 hours and he stayed over to make sure he got everything when there was a time problem that was not anyone's fault. The pictures were amazing and just what we wanted. Very easy to work with, really passionate about his job, and was really aware of our needs from the very start. Outstanding!

I am so glad we booked Rez. Finding the right photographer is never easy- so many good ones in St Louis and so many come across as friendly and want to cozy up for the booking. I liked Rez because he had a really cool look about him- sort of like I am your photographer you don't need to look anymore- but all without trying. We both knew instantly we wanted him to spend the day. And remember, that is what you are doing. You are hiring a person to spend 8-12 hours with you. I knew that if something went wrong he would fix it- I just had such confidence in him and he did it all without trying. Too many other Photographers were like lapdogs agreeing with everything we said and just so hungry to get our wedding. I remember I asked Rez that we wanted a sunset shot and he told us that would not be possible based on the current timeframe because sunset was going to happen after we had arrived at the reception. No other photographer had even considered the sunset time- they were alike oh sure we can do that. I loved that about Rez- the fact that he was not promising something he couldn't deliver on. As it happened he did get our sunset picture because he had scouted a location next tot he reception and pulled us out for 5 mins to get it. Book this guy because he is amazing! And oh yeah- our pictures were breathtaking - just beautiful. I also liked how instead of packages we told him what we wanted an he then sent us an itemized estimate which we were able to tweak. I hated how other photographers just gave us these packages with all this stuff we didn't want. This was a lot better. Thank you Rez

We booked Rez for our wedding and have no regrets about the decision. We met with many other photographers who were all very talented. Rez stood out mostly because he was so together in the organization and planning part of the wedding. He gave us so many pointers and tips and our consultation meeting that it may be what we had to do so much easier. On the day he was fantastic. Worth every penny! Rez was recommended to us by a close friend. I looked through their album and loved the pictures. When we did meet Rez, he was very obviously a dedicated photographer and a very experienced wedding photographer. He was passionate about talking about the pictures he showed us and I loved that. He answered all my questions and even bought us dinner.
Leading up to the wedding, he made himself available for questions and gave lots of great advice.

We booked Rez to do our wedding in Stillwater Oklahoma mostly because of 2 reasons- he comes highly rated and bc of his work as a horse photographer. Both my husband and I own horses- our horses were going to play a big part of our wedding. The whole wedding party would be on horses. Even our service was on horseback. My dad and I riodr in with the wedding party as well. It was really important that we had a photographer who was comfortable around the horses and knew what he is doing around the animals. rez did not disappoint as he worked so hard to keep all our ideas workable. He was so patient and was wonderful to work with. And of coarse the pictures turned out great. They are absolutely breathtaking. I can't thank Rez enough-

We booked Rez for our wedding in Tulsa Oklahoma based on what a good friend had to say about him. He was very easy to communicate with - with emailed a lot and skyped a few times. I didn't actually meet him until the wedding rehearsal but I felt like knew him bc of all the emails. Rez was our wedding photographer back in August 2015. My husband and I, along with the entire family, were super excited and so happy with how everything turned out. He was so great not only with taking some amazing photos but was so helpful from the very beginning of the entire process. He was with us, helping make decisions ever step of the way. At some points he even went out of his way to not only make sure the wedding day went smoothly, but also the wedding planning leading up to the big day. He made everything so much more fun, relaxed and easy. The only challenging thing was narrowing down all of the photos! He provided us with so many to choose from it was hard to pick my favorite out of so many great pictures. We continue to get so many compliments on our wedding album, and how it was so nicely put together and constructed to last forever. What a fantastic experience we had with Rez as our photographer. We had a small wedding and he was so responsive to our ideas and considerate. This was our 2nd wedding each so we didn't want anything big- just a short service and dinner with family and friends. The pictures were important to us- we wanted lots of us and of outer family and kids. Rez did not disappoint with his energy and creativity. He even remembered what wine we liked and brought a bottle for us. We received the picture today and they are wonderful. He really captured the our personalities and the glory of our wedding. And so fast too though I suspect because it was a short wedding and very early in the year he had time to get it done in a very timely manner. We could not have been more thrilled with our choice. .

I highly recommend Reza. We booked him immediately after we met him. He gave a wonderful presentation over beers- very casual and friendly with a lot of laughs. I knew from my first meeting with Rez that he was the person I wanted for my wedding photography. He's so personable and professional and very laid back. Our wedding could not have been more perfect and I can not wait to see the final product! Rez and his partner Jason were with us every minute, with the boys while they got dressed and with the girls through the hours of hair and makeup, they stayed with us while we danced the night away and captured every second. Rez with Shari Photography is nothing short of spectacular! From the day we met him to decide if this was the photographer we wanted to the days after the wedding...Rez exceeded our expectations. Our special day was captured perfectly by Shari Photography. Reza took amazing shots during the ceremony while remaining unobtrusive. For the family pictures he kept things moving without being bossy. We got all of the pictures we wanted and more. Absolutely love the black and white shots. Shari Photography is a professional, creative, top-notch photography company; you would be most fortunate to have them photograph your wedding. No worries, no regrets with Shari Photography on board, wish we could give higher than a five star rating! Everything was perfect!

A great photographer- I knew I wanted him to shoot our wedding as soon as I met him. I felt like he really knew what he was doing and wouldn't just take a bunch of pictures. His portfolio was amazing looking, but then so were the portfolios of the other photographers we met with. Rez stood out because he just looked and acted like he would make the day perfect with the pictures. I was not disappointed. He went above the call of duty- arrived early, stayed late - beyond his contract hours- and took amazing photographs. Everyone commented on how hard he worked the whole day. I've been to weddings where the photographer was clueless in organizing groups or was never visible. That's not the case with Rez. He was brilliant.

Highly recommend Rez! He was brilliant from start to finish. We had a small wedding and he treated like it was a royal wedding. Unlike 2 other photographers we interviewed who acted really snooty towards us because we had kept it small and simple, Rez went above and beyond. The pictures were outstanding and covered the whole day. We got the candids, the posed ones, and the really cool ones that are awesome! I couldn't be more pleased. He's worth every penny.

I can't be more pleased with Rez. He was an amazing through the whole process. I loved his work and he was priced in our budget. He took care of everything-from the planning to the scouting of locations. And of course his pictures were beautiful. Exactly what I wanted. Thank you rez for being so wonderful!

We had a small wedding planned for just family and friends. Rez was wonderful. He went all out in the planning and helped so much in coordinating everything. I didn't expect him to be so involved and I really appreciated it. I can't even imagine the details involved in a large wedding with multiple locations! Rez planned the timing details, coordinated with the reception folks and just made everything perfect. I loved his whole approach- a true professional and wonderful advisor. It felt great knowing he was in my corner and looking for Paul and I's day. The pictures were just as we had expected- beautiful, artistic, and a perfect reflection of the day. Rez was great - he did so much before and during the wedding to make everything work for us. Before the wedding he was available for questions And we had a lot! During the day he was everywhere. He photographed the entire day- above Abe beyond. Our pictures look amazing. There are so many and I love them all.

Rez not only took beautiful pictures but was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. He got all the good angles and a mix of close-ups and far away shots. He was helpful, courteous and a gentleman. The final results were great and we were delighted with the variety as well as the quality of the shots. Besides my husband, no other man was more valuable to me on our wedding day than Rez. I have known Rez's work for many years, and I always knew that when the time came to capture my wedding, Rez would be my only pick. Here are some reasons I recommend Rez and Shari Photography:

1. Rez is a "details" person. From our earliest consultation through the selection of and delivery of our photos, every detail was considered and addressed. I am an organized and detail-oriented person, too, but Rez asked questions in our consultations that pushed my thinking and planning even more. Because of his early focus, I became even more organized. Even more amazing is that even with this incredible focus on our day, Rez actually calmed the mood of everyone. He took care of the details without anyone knowing the extra work he was doing. Everything was smooth.

2. Rez has an amazing eye, and he was able to capture who we are in our shots. Because of his ability to clearly communicate as well as observe, Rez knew the couple we are and found ways to capture that again and again. For so many of our shots, people look at them and simply go "wow". They are stunning. Rez uses light, surroundings, shapes, shadows, and dozens of photographer-specific-skills I know nothing about. Every picture told a story. Every single one. He went beyond capturing people: he captured emotion and dreams and all of the intangibles that are part of the joy of the day. The pictures surpass anything I could have ever imagined.

3. Personality. I love Rez. I have had the pleasure of working with Rez for over ten years. He is a wonderful person who has a brilliant mix of lightness and focus. Nothing was stressful. Nothing was ill-planned. Nothing was forced. Everything was lovely and natural and fun, and if Paul and I had the opportunity to have a wedding every year, Rez would be with us every year without fail.

Wonderful experience with this photographer from start to finish. Highly recommend him to photograph your wedding. He is really positive and energetic. His pictures were fantastic. Loved everything about what Rez did. From the first moment we met, energetic and passionate, to the engagement session that was so much fun and included drinks! To the amazing job he did on the wedding day. Our guests commented on how hard he worked and how energetic he was the whole day. Pictures were outstanding'! Rez is a total professional. Right from the start we knew he was our guy. We loved his pictures which are beautiful. But it was his easy going approach. We met over beers and talked about our wedding and laughed a lot. He's got a great sense of humour. I felt very at ease with him. Before the wedding he made a timeline that was as detailed as the planner hired. I actually preferred his. On the day he was awesome- in charge and causal at the same time. We loved all our pictures. This guy rocks! It was so cold on our day but Rez's energy, smiles, jokes, and totally cool positive vibes kept us all going. He even huddled with the party and shot schnapps with us to stay warm. Hardest working guy I think we booked for our wedding! From the first email we sent him asking about his prices in 2012, to his followups after we received our pictures, Rez was on top of everything. You will never need to worry about this vendor when it comes to communication. easy to get hold of, and always has an answer. His pictures are brilliant. He captured the day exactly as we had hoped. My wife and I hired Rez to photograph our engagement photos in May 2013, and our wedding in April 2014, and I could not be happier with the results! Photography was very important to my wife and I because we wanted to document our once-in-a-lifetime wedding. We interviewed a number of other photographers in the St. Louis area but we were ultimately struck by Rez's fantastic portfolio, kind and caring nature, and professionalism. Not only was Rez was professional, personable, and hard working. He has a great eye for detail, and takes fantastic photos! Our wedding even took place on his birthday and he still spent over 10 hours capturing the details of our wedding day! He really is passionate about photography and dedicated capturing life's wonderful moments. I really recommend Rez. He did a fantastic job. We had a small ceremony and reception- very low key. It was the 2nd wedding for my husband and I so we didn't want a big show- been there done that type of thing. . Rez communicated with us along the way and made us feel really special with his attention to detail. We had narrowed our choice to 3 photographers. All three were wonderful and priced about the same. We chose Rez because he was going to bring more experience and more involvement in the planning. His experience was a big selling feature. I wasn't going to pay a photographer - no matter how much we liked them - if they didn't have the experience and knowledge. I'm glad we made that a priority becuase things did not happen as planned on the day. And while the other vendors seemed a little clueless as to what to do, Rez and has other photographer quickly got the situation worked out and had a plan. He literally saved a big part of the day. I also appreciated how he had the day timelined in detail. He was really organized and kept us in the loop. Nothing was left to chance. His pictures arrived this week and they were as we expected. After looking and comparing several photographers, I chose Rez based on quality of pictures from his website and the price of everything included in the packages. Once I contacted Rez, it was a constant stream of communication, even while I was living out of the state. Rez is 100% in control and keeps track of everything, so you don't have to...major plus for a bride!! We met for engagement pictures and had drinks after to talk about the plans for wedding day. I was unaware that that much preperation went into planning photography for a wedding, but I am so happy Rez knew because the day was flawless. Rez and his assistant Emily were early on wedding day, and calm, not rushing around. Rez will tell you what you need to do to make the day go smoothly, and all the bride has to do is smile; so easy and perfect! Rez and Emily were so cool the whole day and stayed very late into the evening. Side note- I wanted to get a picture of all my cousins that were standing in a group, and within a matter of seconds, Rez was there taking a picture of all of us. He knows what is going on around him ALL DAY. I have seen photographers who ask the BRIDE what they want to do next, and how is the bride supposed to know?! Rez is a true professional and knows exactly what to do. I didn't think anything could be more perfect than the wedding day; but then I got my pictures back. Seriously stunning. That is all I can say. I looked for weeks for a photographer, spoke with many, and no one stood out like Rez. If you are still looking, go with Rez, you will be thanking me! =)

We interviewed 4 photographers and Rez was the most genuine. He asked all the right questions and gave suggestions for our days timeline that we had not thought of but made total sense. It was obvious he knew his stuff and was experienced in photographing a wedding day. Our wedding was beautiful and simple with a small gathering. But We wanted a creative photographer to get us special photographs of our kids and us. Rez really went out of his way to accommodate . We got our pictures yesterday- really fast turn around. Stunning and beautiful.. Oh yeah- the weather was awful- who gets married in January! But his attitude was superb and you'd never know it. Great guy and awesome photigrapher.

I couldn't have asked for a better photographer. When we decided to switch to another state (crazy right!) he cheerfully said no problem like it was nothing and made it all work out perfectly. I can't say the same about our other vendors. A great guy who really takes his job as a photographer seriously. We told him to take any kind if picture bc we trusted him totally. Rez of Shari Photography is amazing and we highly recommend him. It became obvious during the interview process for photographers that there are many weekend wedding warrior photographer wanna be's- guys with a digital camera who think they can do a wedding. But Rez is a pro- the real deal. From the first meeting, the engagement session, and the wedding he was really positive and full of great ideas. Our confidence in him was total. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer! Rez and his team were absolutely amazing, and went above and beyond what we were expecting. Rez has such a great personality and energy, it made our day even more special being able to be comfortable and have fun during our pictures. My husband has filmed over 400 weddings and he said he's never seen a better photographer. The pictures are perfect, we could tell that Rez really made an effort to do what we asked for. And there are so many good ones its hard to pick selects for an album!
We also had our photobooth done through Shari Photography. I would highly recommend this if you're considering a photobooth, the pictures are so much better (and you get so many more) having a person take them than trying to shove all your friends into a booth. Best guest book ever!

My husband and I were beyond pleased with the service and product we received from Shari Photography. Everything from the engagement photos to the reception was exactly what we were looking for. The engagement photo session was quick and fun and the shots turned out great! Rez scouted photo op locations for after-ceremony shots and they turned out fantastic! Rez and Jason were very professional, organized, fun and upbeat. We received so many compliments from family, guests, and the wedding party. Amazing service and product at an incredible price. We received better service, had more fun, and received a much better product than most of our friends who spent twice as much. I would DEFINITELY recommend Shari Photography to any future brides!!!

Wow, where do I start?! From the first contact, to the last minutes of our wedding, Rez was amazing! The photography for our wedding was one of the most important things to us. When my wife told me she getting ready to write a review for Rez of Shari Photography I asked if I could do it. This guy was amazing. He has got to be one of the hardest working photographers out there. He showed up early and stayed late even though you didn't have to. My groomsmen and I are just a bunch of good old boys and he made us feel so comfortable with his jokes, his energy, and his whole attitude. He actually made formals and the wedding photos really fun and enjoyable. We just received them and holy cow this guy took so many amazing pictures. It's like the whole day documented for us . He is worth every penny. The pictures and the photography was my wife's area of concern and she just cried in joy - no bull- when she looked through them. Rez was our photographer. He and his partner were amazing. We shopped around for photographers and when we met him we know we wanted him to do our wedding. He spoke with a lot of passion about his pictures and he knew so much about the technical details of each picture. He clearly knew his stuff. He created a really detailed timeline of the day for us, responded very quickly to our emails and texts, within minutes when we had a minor crisis! On the day he busted his butt! He was everywhere taking pictures. We received our flash drive with so many amazing pictures of the day. It was just what I wanted. Really beautiful and fun pics. He is well worth it.

Awesome- just got our pictures and they are exactly what I wanted- really beautiful ! Rez and his staff were amazing from start to finish. Lots of energy and a fun to be with. And of course the pics were great- made me cry! He is Well worth it.

Our photographer was amazing! Rez was very energetic and accommodating to what we wanted in our pictures. He was very enthusiastic and snapped VERY MANY pictures. He was a blast to work with and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend him for everything photo related. We recently got our electronic files of the pictures and I must say, stupendous.

There is a reason he has a 5/5 rating. The pictures come out great and he has his own style unique to him but also listens to what you are after. We had engagement and wedding photos done. Our wedding site was put under construction last minute causing several pictures to be done on the fly and he did amazing at eliminating the poor backgrounds and finding great ones for shooting. You get what you pay for here and then some.

We absolutely loved working with Rez! He is such a great guy, and his work is absolutely amazing! My (now) husband is not one that likes his picture taken very often, but Rez has a way of making everyone feel comfortable in front of his lens. Rez from Shari Photography is the best. He made every effort to get to know my fiance and I and what we were looking for in our wedding photos. He went above and beyond in every way - sending a bottle of wine to thank us for our business, two photographers with no extra charge, took photos at our rehearsal, and provided suggestions for great photograph spots. All of that and at a great value. He was extremely flexible - when our shuttle bus broke down he drove us to next photo spot and our venue, and he came early and stayed late on our wedding despite the fact that it went past our contracted time. He wanted to make sure no important moment was missed. Our interactions with Rez were very different from other photographers we met with. We felt he cared about our wedding day as much as we did and he was so high energy and enthusiastic. He was a pleasure to work with. Finally, about the photos! Shari Photography's style can include those formal photos if you are looking for that, but they capture a lot of the candid moments, the real moments. Those were the types of photos we wanted for our wedding day. We didn't want typical and traditional. We were looking for something that was eye-catching, creative, genuine and different. Looking at the photos from our wedding, we got exactly that. And that is exactly what Shari Photography is - creative in their photographic talent, genuine in their interactions with their clients and they offer something different and truly wonderful. Rez and his team are amazing photographers. They make your special day even better with how fun and relaxed they are. They take the time to ensure you get every single picture that you are looking and hoping for. They even get ones you wouldnt have thought of but you are glad they did. He takes the time to scope out yoru venue before your wedding and choose locations that he thinks would be perfect for some of your pictures. Reza is great!!!! So much fun and tons of energy. He made the photos entertaining and made the best out of a not so good situation with our venue. He and his assistant stayed with us from 10am -10pm and they were full of energy the entire time. We havent even seen the photos yet, but we know he did a fantastic job! If he gets in the market for maternity photos when the time comes, I would book him for that too. Great job!

Before choosing a photographer for our wedding, we did a lot of research. After meeting with Rez it was very clear that he was the best choice for us. Rez was fun, professional, and very quick about getting back to us with information as well as our pictures after the event. We received many comments from people in our wedding party, as well as guests, that just raved about the personality and dedication of our photographer. Rez is the type of person that is all over the place during the event, yet you barely realize he is there. I would definitely recommend Shari Photography to anyone getting married.

Shari Photography saved the day at my wedding. Due to a series of unfortunate events, I found myself in need of a wedding photographer a MONTH out from my wedding. I had shot with Shari Photography before and been incredibly pleased with the photos, so I called to see if he could help. I got a fast response and was in a meeting with Mr. Behnam later in the week putting together our contract...Shari Photography was REALLY focused on getting us the shots and the feel that we wanted for our special day. He and his associate were perfectly on time all throughout the day, and they were so much fun to work with...my wedding party members all loved him and are still talking about how much fun he was. Our photographs are exactly what we wanted, and we could not be more pleased with how they turned out (in fact, the hard part is going to be choosing our favorites!). Shari Photography is incredibly professional and fun, and I would recommend this business to any bride looking for beautiful, lasting images on one of the most important days of their life!

First of all, the photos for my daughter's May wedding were amazing! Such a gorgeous day and Reza captured not only the usual set shots, but some really wonderful casual photos.
I find myself going back to look at those unposed shots because they make me laugh out loud and tear up. I'm not sure how he got all the shots he did. He was charming and encouraging; my daughter is shy; he brought out the best in her.
I definitely recommend Shari Photo.

Shari Photography is the best! Reza Behnam took stunning portraits before our reception and captured beautiful moments during the party. His attention to detail and ability to put subjects at ease is impressive. He even managed to get the attention of our 200 guests for a group shot, which is among my favorites. Ok, so my family said I was a bit of a bridezilla. I don't think so. I just wanted things exactly how I wanted them. We had a pretty tight budget, but it was important to me to get really great pictures. A co-worker recommended Shari Photography, and I'm so glad she did!

Rez was awesome. He listened to what we wanted and came up with great ideas. He was really flexible when I had to change some things. Even though we were on a tight budget, Rez worked with us, and the end result was amazing. He found ways to make the pictures totally reflect who we are. Our pictures look like we paid twice as much as we did!

I really appreciated working with someone who made us the center of attention. I would recommend Shari Photography to anyone!

Shari Photography was incredible! They were professional, had great ideas for incorporating the beautiful backdrop of the park and the changing leaves into our photos, and the turn around time to see our prints was very fast. I'm thrilled! The only downside is trying to decide which pictures to frame - there are so many beautiful photos that I'm having trouble deciding which ones to hang!

Pictures were important to us. Even though we were on a budget and were paying for it all ourselves, I was willing to go over on the photographer. We looked at most of the photographers websites and met with 4. While most websites had plenty of great pictures, it was Rez's that we liked the most. What sold us was when we met him. He is clearly experienced at is and knows his stuff. And he is really into his photographs. He spoke at length about his pictures- about the choices he made, settings, and all sorts of details that only a true artist would know about their work. He's is also very engaging and we instantly took a liking it him. And we loved how we met over a beer instead of another coffee! He kept in contact with us leading up to the day. When we signed he said he was not quite 24-7, but I think he is because he would reply to texts or calls almost immediately. On the day he was in charge and I loved it. He kept my girls on schedule by gently reminding us of times. The brides maides loved him - tall dark and handsome. He bonded with the guys and they loved his jokes and energy. And when we got our pictures they were beautiful. Exactly what I wanted from him. I look amazing in the portraits- :) he is well worth it. He will be doing our pictures for many years to come. Rez was brilliant! We met with about 6 other photographers before picking Rez. His level of professionalism and passion was way above the others during the meeting. We weren't looking for cookie cutter type pictures, but really cool images. Rez loved that we wanted him to be as creative as he dared. When we got the pictures we had an amazing range of traditional and crazy cool shots. His fees were a little more than we wanted to spend, but in this case you get what you pay for- stunning pictures, a fun energetic guy who went above and beyond. The engagement session was so much fun- we went to 3 different locations and were blown away by the pictures. The wedding day went perfectly. He covered the whole day, and had every minute planned. So many of our friends commented on his enthusiasm and energy. I highly recommend Rez- he is well worth the price.

Shari Photography was absolutely wonderful. On top of being top-notch photographers, Reza and Randy were prepared, caring, and fun to have around.

Pre-wedding, after taking the time to meet with us several times, taking detailed notes, scouting all of our locations and really making sure they understood our individual needs and wants, we really felt good about trusting them with this very important part of our wedding because they were so obviously engaged.

On our wedding day they got lots of great, natural candid shots and kept it fun and quick (a big request of ours) for the formal posed shots.

We received our photos really quickly after our wedding and found beautiful, high-resolution shots that did a fantastic job of capturing our big day.

When Sam and I were getting married we did a lot of research before deciding on Shari
Photography, and we are so glad we did!

Thanks to Rez and his beautiful pictures we have a wonderful photographic memory of our wedding day. We didn't know what we wanted for our wedding but Rez was so calm, professional and enthusiastic it was easy to relax and put ourselves in his hands.
The photographs are amazing and really unique. The ones of me and my husband are so beautifully lit, they just glow, and he made sure we had lots of really natural ones of our friends and family that make the whole day come alive again when I look at them. He even got the details I know I would have forgotten like my 3 year old niece dancing all by herself on the dance floor, so cute!
Even though he was with us for the whole ceremony and reception party, Rez never felt like he was in the way or intruding. I would definitely recommend him.
