Shari is easy to work with, always on time and a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful harp wedding music

Shari was absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped me pick out music for my wedding since I really had no idea where to start and wanted a variety of different music. My husband is Irish and I come from a Jewish family so I wanted to incorporate both Irish and Jewish music for the wedding. She has great ideas and even set up a little "listen" session so we could hear what we picked out and then she also played some music she has played in past weddings that worked very well for other couples. She was just so helpful and had a lot of insight and suggestions in what type of music works best with a harp for weddings.

Couldn't have asked for more

I was so happy to work with Shari. She wasn't familiar with some of the music we were interested in but she took the time to research and find what we wanted. Not many ppl have seen or heard a harp at a wedding but everyone loved it.

Loved working with Shari!

Shari Latz Rothman was wonderful to work with in preparing for our home wedding ceremony. She offered a session before the wedding to discuss and listen to harp music and helped us choose the music for our lovely ceremony. Her presence at the wedding added just the right touch to create an atmosphere of beauty to the ceremony.

I have known Mrs Rothman for over 40 years. Although it wasn't a wedding, in September I contacted Mrs. Rothman and asked if she would consider playing the harp at a very important family event. She said she would be honored and took the initiative coordinated the music and make all necessary arrangements. Mrs. Rothman was very professional and so many people following the service commented regarding how much they enjoyed the beautiful music.

Shari was simply wonderful and added beautiful music to our wedding reception. She was helpful, professional, and easy to work with. We received so many compliments on the lovely harp music and what it added to the special event!

We could not have been happier with the music Shari provided for our Anniversary party. I had heard Shari play at events prior and knew she had versatility in her repertoire to satisfy my German father's classical taste and my Irish mother's traditional taste, as well as more modern arrangements (including jazz!). Shari played initially outside as guests greeted the couple and then moved inside for the reception. She played for about an hour and a half total. Guests are always intrigued to see a concert harp up close, and Shari's instrument is just fairytale gorgeous - that's just icing on the cake! Shari is a professional, so everything was very straightforward with the contract, the music selection, arrival and departure time, set up for optimal listening, payment, etc. It was simple and clear cut to arrange. Shari is easy going and reliable and extremely pleasant to work with. No regrets, except we didn't think to have her to play longer! It was beautiful event.

We first thought of having a string quartet for our event, but realized it was so cliche and decided on having Shari play the harp instead. The best decision ever made!

We were honored to have Shari perform at our wedding. She is professional, talented and very inspirational. The first time we met her at her home, I cried when she played. Her performance is breathtaking. I would highly recommend her for any wedding or celebration of any type.

I first heard Shari warming up at one of my family members weddings and I fell in love with her musicality immediately. Everyone at my cousins wedding couldn't stop raving about her during dinner, so my mom and I knew we had to meet with her for my wedding! After contacting her we went to her house to discuss my wedding and all I can say is Shari was absolutely AMAZING!!! She played during our ceremony and during our cocktail hour! She was open to learn new music and find arrangements that I requested. My husbands father pasted when he was a child, to includ his father in our ceremony we asked if she could play New York, New York. Not something you would think of when you think of a song played on the harp....it was so beautiful!!! My husbands whole side was moved to tears! I myself am a HUGE Disney fan, Shari went out of her way to find arrangements for the harp so I could have my touch of Disney at our wedding! The only thing I wish I could have changed was to have had Shari play longer, she was so amazing! I would recommend her for any wedding!

Shari'sl harp playing will add a beautiful, classic and romantic tone to your wedding before, during and after the ceremony. She will work with you to choose the music most perfect for your wedding. She played for a service at my church recently. Her playing was exquisite! She played both as accompanist & soloist. She is an accomplished musician, and a very nice person! I'd recommend her for any special occasion. I wish I had known of Shari when my daughter got married!

Working with Shari is a delight! She was attentive to my desires. With her vast experience, she was also able to make suggestions that brought a riches to the event. I very much appreciated the "no drama" factor as Shari clearly knew what she was doing, was flexible, delivered on time and was in tune with my guests. As a skilled musician, Shari brings magic to the song selections and added a special feeling to the evening. I felt very blessed and highly recommend her!

Shari was amazing , we had her play at our reception , it was perfect we had a small venue of 22 people , it so set the tone for a magical reception , she was great to work with and we let her pick the variety of songs , she also let my step daughter do a solo with her , which was a surprise for me , I first heard Shari at a friends reception and thought the music was lovely ., that was a much bigger venue and was great , Shari is a pro and has played since she was a child , I highly recommend her , Janet robbins
