Our daughter got married 10-22-22 and the flowers that Shannon arranged were GORGEOUS!! The bride’s bouquet was exactly what we asked for including some very unique and exquisite roses I’ve never seen before! We used Shannon's for our flowers and reception decorations. Shannon was wonderful to work with from the beginning. When I first started talking with Shannon, I had texted her some pictures of bouquets and decorations I liked and they nailed it on the day of the wedding. I loved that they decorated for the reception so that was one last thing I had to worry about on the wedding day.....and they took everything down afterward. I will definitely refer Shannon to any family or friends that will be getting married!!

We were very happy to work with Shannon! We made arrangements fairly late in the season, but Shannon kept in touch with us regularly and got us where we needed to be quickly. All of the flowers and arrangements were gorgeous, and everything was nicely laid out and labeled for us to just pick up and use on the morning of the wedding. Everything we wanted from a florist!

Great Communication for Out of State Couple
We worked with Shannon for our wedding in October 2019. I found her here on WeddingWire, but I am from the Chicago area, so I was nervous how wedding planning was going to work from farther away. It went beautifully thanks to Shannon. She was so sweet through the whole process, understood what I was saying by simple pictures and trying to describe things over the phone. The Best Florist
She went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for my day! I had a vendor that did not come prepared to drape my venue with the correct drapes, and she sent someone out to drape it and make sure it was right! She wasn't even the one I went through to get drapery. She was awesome. Everything was done on time. Communication was great. I had an idea of what I wanted in my head, but could not find any pictures to show her. We sat down together and talked about flowers, and she came up with a beautiful bouquet and matching arbor flowers. They were better than I imagined. Everything was fresh and beautiful. I do not have a single complaint--only praise!

I met Shannon at a local bridal show at her store "The Wedding Collection". She is so helpful in achieving of what the bride wants. Everything I envisioned was perfected. I showed her multiple photos and she even swapped ideas to make it unique. She is very helpful and will even text you if you forget something, she's easy to talk to!! As a local wedding DJ professional, I have known Shannon & Jeff for a very long time. I have worked along side them for 13+ years. I have watched them make brides happy and venues beautiful. When it was time to plan MY wedding, there wasn't a doubt in my mind who I would use for my flowers and venue décor. Shannon met with me, took my thoughts & opinions, and turned them into ideas. She showed me pictures, examples, etc. Throughout my planning process, she would send me pictures of ideas when they came to her. I received SO MANY compliments on our wedding. Everything turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. My bouquets were breathtaking and she was able to work with my budget to make our venue look exactly how I wanted. More than anything, I just want to tell brides how HUGELY IMPORTANT it is to hire professionals. I didn't spend ANY time and I didn't have to ask my friends/family to spend ANY time decorating, setting up, etc. We were all able to just enjoy the day. I didn't worry about anything. I think there is so much to be said for that type of piece of mind. Shannon & Jeff, THANK YOU. Shannon was absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding flowers. Everything was so simple and effortless! She took care of us from beginning to end and delivered beautiful results. We received so many compliments on our arrangements and bouquets. I didn't have to worry about a thing and Shannon was always very quick to respond when I had questions or wanted to go over the order. I can't say enough about Shannon! She was absolutely amazing to work with. From the moment I met her, I knew that she was going to work well with me. I LOVE Shannon! She did my bouquet, floral halos for the bridesmaids, centerpieces for tables, and the most amazing greenery that hung over the ceremony. First, I booked only weeks before my wedding and Shannon never shamed me for this. Second, I changed my mind after our first consultation and she changed with ease. She was 100% organized and gave me prices for each item within 30min of meeting her. Working with her was a stress relief and I'm so glad I was able to say this is what I want and show up the day of to find it even better than what I had imagined. Also, she is very easy to communicate with after booking. If she or I had a question text was quick and easy. I would use her again in a heartbeat!

I wanted flowers for both places so Shannon made me the most beautiful silk arrangements and boutaniers to take to Vegas and then matching live flowers to decorate the reception with. I took in pictures of what I wanted and she made 3 or 4 mockups so that we could come up with a final decision together. She was so easy and pleasant to work with. I am from Oklahoma City, but had my wedding in Eureka Springs. I had 1 day that I was able to meet with potential vendors. My fiancé, mother, and I drove the 5 hrs to ES & met w/Shannon. She was our last appt of the day, we were tired. She made all of us feel relaxed & not stressed. There were very specific things that I wanted for my flowers. The two biggest being allergies and using Pansies. She went above and beyond in meeting these requests. I got married in July Pansies weren’t readily available, so Shannon used fake Pansies in my bouquet. I came into the appointment not wanting fake flowers, but hers were great! They looked real! I actually forgot the Pansies were fake. Shannon’s flowers are very fresh & gorgeous! Allergies-need very low pollen flowers. Shannon knew exactly which flowers to use. The day of the wedding I took my daily pill & no problems. She did a GREAT job incorporating the many shades of purple I choose without making it over the top. Wish I could upload pictures! Shannon suggested ways to make my floral budget cheaper. She’s not concerned w/how much money she can make. She listens & has great suggestions. When we left our appointment my mother said, "That was less money than I was expecting." And we didn't have to cut back on the amount of flowers in my bouquets to achieve this. I had at least 6 different kinds of flowers. She also created centerpieces for my wedding reception. Purple Orchids in tall vases filled w/water floated nicely and were wonderful centerpieces. Orchid petals also on the varying tables. I was/still am, over the moon with Shannon's designs, professionalism, etiquette, helpfulness, price of service, and most of all her friendliness and helping me not feel stressed. I wish that she had a shop in Oklahoma City. You can't go wrong booking SCF!

Shannon did a beautiful job at our event with decorating for our reception. We had a tropical destination wedding with the reception in town after we got home, and her decorations were beautiful. She did center pieces, floral bouquets, flowers on the wedding cake, and decorations to brighten up the dance floor!! To add to it, she was wonderful to work with. Kept me very informed and was very prompt to answer all questions. I even had to change plans at one point & Shannon was very quick to make the accommodations. Very sweet lady on top of it all. Would definitely recommend her and use her again of needed!!

Shannon was super helpful, you tell her what you want and she gets EXACTLY what you want. My bouquet was goregous and decor made my not so great venue look 10x better. Would definitely recommend to anyone, especially for flowers!

Shannon has been our vendor for both my daughters' weddings. She did a wonderful job in making both days very special. Our oldest daughter used Shannon five years ago ago and we had her do the flowers as well as some of the ceremony and reception decor. It was beautiful. It was beyond what we had every planned for. Our youngest daughter just got married in October and Shannon saw us at a wedding show and remembered us and came up and talked to us. She was still that very personable person and my youngest daughter knew she was the vendor she wanted. Once again, Shannon provided all the assistance we needed. The flowers were absolutely perfect and made the wedding unique and special. Shannon even helped us move the ceremony inside because of weather and made that decision much easier with her expertise. I honestly didn't worry about anything that Shannon was doing for us at either wedding. She helped make a very special day for each daughter even more special.

Choosing Shannon's Custom Florals for my wedding was definitely one of the best decisions I made! She did my sister's wedding 5 years prior and when we saw her at a wedding show before my event she remembered all of us! She is so personal! Her decorating sense, knowledge of flowers, and what would suit your style, personality, and event is amazing! We had to move things inside because of cold temperatures and we made this decision about the time she showed up to prep the day before... She made me feel so much better about it being inside because she made it beautiful! Her talent is truly perfection, her flowers are insanely beautiful, and she is truly one of a kind!!!!!

Shannon is absolutely amazing!!! She is so personable and fun to work with. I was constantly emailing her with questions and ideas and she was quick to respond and had great ideas of her own. She always made time to fit in a quick meeting when I had another crazy idea and it was always so great to see her. It was like going to visit a friend. I had so many compliments on the flowers and decor. She provided aisle columns, chair covers and sashes, flowers, and table linens...she is so much more than just flowers! Shannon will do everything possible to make your wedding perfect.

Shannon did an amazing job. I did not know much about weddings. I had never been in a wedding and now was about to have my own! She walked me through every step, not once making me feel pressured or like I was asking "stupid" questions, or taking up her time. Shannon was able to help me not only with flowers but was able to refer me to other vendors for all of my other wedding needs. My wedding experience with Shannon was a very special and memorable one. Shannon is an absolutely amazing florist. I was really laid back during the planning process as far as what I wanted my flowers to be. I told her the colors that I wanted to see at my wedding and how important it was for me that they were very bright and cheerful. She did an absolutely beautiful job with the wedding and reception decor, with nothing left to be desired. I received so many compliments on everything and it made me so grateful to have worked with Shannon. Right when you get engaged, make it a priority to call Shannon at Shannon's Custom Florals! She does an amazing job, and she will make your wedding day extra special. I know she books up quickly, because so many brides want to work with her, so call her as soon as possible! What I loved about her the most, was her professionalism and knowledge of what a beautiful arrangement SHOULD look like. I didn't feel like I had to come up with all of the ideas - I just told her what kinds of things I liked, colors I liked...and she did the rest! She has been in this business long enough to know almost every venue and vendor in the area, and she gets things done on time. My husband and I got our flower arrangements (bouquets & boutonnières), our ceremony arrangements on stage and down the aisles, our reception flowers/decor for pillars, etc, our beautiful canopies, and MORE from her. We were a little nervous buying flowers for our wedding. We thought it would break our budget based on the prices we got around town. When we met with Shannon we found better, more attractive flowers that cost less and lasted for a couple weeks after the wedding. So beautiful. Shannon is amazing and helpful. Every thing felt totally custom and unique to us.

Shannon did a wonderful job on the flowers for my wedding. I was planning a wedding from a distance so I've never even met Shannon in person. We were able to communicate over e-mail and phone and I always found that my messages were received and returned in a reasonable time frame. The flowers in my bouquet were beautiful and fresh, they were put together just like I'd asked for and matched the wedding colors very well. Shannon was great in helping me pick flowers that would be appropriate colors. Apparently finding plum colored flowers can be a challenge. She was very professional and asked questions to make sure she had a good understanding of what I wanted. Most importantly, the flowers were delivered on the morning of the wedding just as we'd discussed.

Shannon was awesome! She met me on Father's Day and spent a couple of hours with me. When I needed to change my mind on some things a few weeks later, she was extremely flexible. Everything was wonderful! She is very creative and is very thoughtful of the bride and groom. She is very personable and that is extremely important.
