Best Wedding Ever

Working with Patty was great. She always made me feel at ease, had lots of experience, and answered all my questions. The venue was lovely, and the food was great. The package deal made wedding planning so much easier. I got to have me ideal wedding AND stay on budget. My husband and I, and all of our guests had a great time!

Sweet 16 Birthday Party

Everything about the venue was amazing! The amount of endless customization available from start to finish was extremely helpful. The food packages were amazing and we received numerous compliments on the food as well, as it was very good. Patty had so many 3rd party sources available from decorations, photography cakes you name it.. overall an awesome experience.

Patty was very helpful. The venue was beautiful and the gazebo just perfect.

We had our daughters sweet sixteen here. It came out beautiful. It was reasonably priced and the staff was very helpful. We also used the gazebo with was so pretty.

Great experience. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

Patty was an awesome individual who basically helped us with planning our wedding. She made everything so easy for us. Very knowledgeable with planning and she knows her vendor really well.

Best Day wonderful venue

We received so many complements about our wedding venue. Patty and her staff are so helpful and wonderful to work with. From the food tasting to providing us with highly recommended vendors for cake, DJ and floral arraignments. The day of our wedding everything ran smoothly and we were able to enjoy our special day with family and friends. Thank you Patty and your team.

Husband's 60th Bday Surprise

This event went off without any snags. Patty was fantastic at coordinating with my dj, the vegas dancers, the poker table vendors, Noyes Bakery, and of course all the set-up staff. She did another super job at coordinating the bartender that meshed well with our Venue (He wore the blingy black tie). I def recommend talking to Patty before looking at another venue. Oh, before I forget to mention, they had a spot I was able to offer for the kids to stay at..... JUST ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. I will be back to throw more parties.....

Great Experience with Wonderful Staff

My daughter fell in love with the size of the venue. There was an assortment of items on the menus to choose from. Party was a breath of fresh air and she made the process easy and super helpful through every step of the way. The staff was great and always ready to help.

Great service

Everything at Shandin Hills was great! Patty, our coordinator was super friendly and helpful. She was quick to respond to my questions and emails. There were times I’d bombard her with tons of what if questions and she’d respond with a calming email that it always works out and falls into place. The staff was wonderful and our wedding was perfectly what we wanted

Always Above and Beyond My Expectations

This place is a Gem. The staff here are super nice. Event planner Patty is the most beautifully souled person you could ever come accross. She is so warm welcoming. Makes sure you have everything you need from start to finish of your event. I have returned several times because of this. The place is very unique and so many themes can be accompanied. My favorite event I held here was my roaring 20s birthday party.. PERFECT set up. I've hosted work Christmas parties here as well and recently hosted my dad's 64th Birthday which he truly enjoyed the food and hospitality offered here. Bar staff was great chef was superb and servers and hostess were so kind and very friendly to help.

Amazing, Excellent we so made the right choice

Our wedding turned out beautiful. Patty was great on keeping me updated on everything and was totally understanding to what we wanted. The price was great included a lot so we were able to spend a little more on all the extra stuff we wanted.😁😁😁😁

Great experience

Patty, the coordinator, was absolutely amazing. She was extremely responsive and helpful. She kept everything organized and without her, I don't think my day would have been as amazing as it was. The venue itself is beautiful and the food was amazing.

A Perfect Fit

Shandin Hills was the perfect venue for our wedding. The packages offered give you an incredible bang for your buck.

The food was great! Guests told us that this was the best wedding food they had ever had. We selected the Italian buffet. The sausage had great flavor.

Patty was great also! She is a wedding vet. She knows what to anticipate during the event. She makes sure the wedding party (the bride) has the best day possible. Additionally, Patty has assembled a great team to work during your event. During our venue visits, Patty was the ONLY person to follow up with us. We were pretty excited about the golf course but that customer service sealed the deal.

My now husband was concerned about the noise from the freeway. We selected a DJ from her preferred vendors and he knew exactly how to make sure everyone could hear the service.

Projected rainy day wedding!

Our wedding was Every thing we ever wanted and more. Patty was so helpful and had no problem accomdating us whenever the weather decided to literally rain on our parade lol! She was so fantastic through out everything and made our day go without a hitch. I would recommend Shandin Hills to anyone looking for an affordable and beautiful venue. 10/10!

Thank you for a wonderful experience at Shandin Hills Golf Club! My Daughter graduated from College this year and we wanted to give her a nice celebration with friends & Family. My family absolutely loves Shandin Hills, Patty and her staff. We have hosted a few birthday parties there, a graduation party and about to have a New Years party. The staff is always so kind and helpful and Patty is such a pleasure to work with, as well as gives helpful tips and advice. She is professional and personable making us want to continue coming back to have more parties at the venue. The venue is always clean, organized and comfortable!

Patty was fantastic! So was everything else! We got married Sept 29th 2017 and our guests are still talking about how good the food was! Seriously... Shandin Hills was only the 3rd place we looked and we were instantly in love! Absolutely beautiful inside and out! Definitely the most bang for your buck! We highly reccommend you check it out! From Patty to the servers, Shandin Hills has the best staff and facility in the San Bernardino area. Patty takes care of every detail and her staff is above par!! Sawyer is the best bartender, she made the best mocktails for the young ones in our party. I highly recommend this place for any of your party needs!! A+++

This Shandin Hills Golf Club was very great to work with for the event planned on December 8, 2016. Patty the Event Coordinator was very helpful, friendly and took every detail into consideration for our event. The food was delicious, the service was great and all of the employees who worked the event were very friendly and professional. The room and view added to the beauty of the day.
I would return to this venue for any future events, I highly recommend this venue.

From the moment my husband and I walked through the door Patty made us so comfortable. We knew at that moment this would be our wedding venue. Patty guided us step by step. She is a wedding planner, coordinator, confidant, as friend all in one. We had so many changes going from 60-185 guests in a matter of a month. She made sure that we had no problems being accommodated. She ordered special linens jus for me. She also arranged a special food tasting since my husband works late. The venue is gorgeous inside and out. We've gotten so many complements on how beautiful the ceremony and reception was. Everyone said the food was amazing. The place is truly a gem to have a wedding or any other event for that matter. We love Patty and her amazing staff.

One of San Bernardino's most frequently visited golf courses is The Shandin Hill's Golf Course. It is the main venue for an intimate setting and literally no work. Most people ask me about the greens, my answer: golfers always out there on the greens, this is California.

I am writing this review due to the many years this venue has given superb customer service for County Women's Network events.

Make no mistake about it, Shandin Hills is a gem in a worthy setting. The banquet room is perfect for any event because of it's versatility. We ate lunch, shopped and had an auction in one space. Service is impeccable. The food selection accommodated all our guest including our vegetarians. Dessert was heavenly, just order one of each. I could not believe the sad faces that missed out on the cheese cake. Everything was sensational the decorations, table settings and the servers.
This is definitely elegance at affordable prices.
Patty and her staff were absolutely flawless in meeting each of our needs and wants.
Patty is the expert, we told her in words what we wanted and she made our event more stunning than we thought. We highly recommend Shandin Hills Golf Course venue for all events.

Our holiday committee planned our holiday party at Shandin Hills. Most of our co-workers had not been to this venue. They were thoroughly impressed. The committee was all smiles at the decorations. The food was delicious and the dessert was tasty. The staff gave us attention and helped us with all our needs quickly. I love working with Patty Michaliszyn because her experience makes the planning a breeze. All we had to do was bring our guest and enjoy ourselves.

Patty is AMAZING!!! She helped make everything perfect from the initial meeting to the end of our reception!! If you are looking for a great place for any event call Patty!! As my husband and I were looking around at venue's to have our wedding I felt as if I were a dollar sign walking through the doors. Upon arriving to Shandin Hills we were greeted very nicely by staff. The ceremony site was absolutely beautiful and everything I envisioned for my wedding. We were lucky to have such an amazing planner to help us with all million questions and keep our wedding party in line. Patty was such a huge blessing on our wedding day and I owe nothing but gratitude for my wedding being such a success. After all the months that pass we still get family members talking about how great the wedding was and even more compliments about the food. If I could do my wedding day all over again I would not change a thing, I do not regret booking this venue one bit.

Shandin Hills golf course was an amazing place to celebrate my graduation! The overall service was great from the hall to food & great service from workers! This venue was perfect for holding our father's memorial luncheon; plenty of space, pleasant setting, and handy location. Patty and her staff were prompt, courteous, and provided exemplary service and care for our family and the fellow attendees. Everything they said they would do was done, and in a beautiful manner. The Italian buffet was exceptional; very tasty and wonderfully presented. I can't say enough about our experience with these wonderful folks. I would highly recommend them for any future event someone might be planning. In our case it was a bittersweet occasion, and everyone's caring and conscientious attention made the day a bit brighter and a lot easier. We appreciate all that was done for us.

Great location for a wedding ceremony and reception!!! Scenery and decor was amazing and what we were looking for. My husband definitely loved the hillside background behind the gazebo for the ceremony. Patty was a great coordinator to work with. She kept us updated on any changes and was always available to talk to. She provided us with a vendors list of who she has previously worked with which assisted us in booking additional vendors (bakery and DJ). She was flexible with our timeline for events and it worked out great!!! The catering staff was amazing as well. They were friendly and helpful and great on time. They also ensured things were going smoothly. The wedding packages offered were also great!! We wanted something simple and sweet and got exactly that. Our guest were amazed at the beautiful outdoor and indoor decor and services provided.

We have had several seminars held at Shandin Hills and have been very pleased with the services received. We have had both breakfast and lunch meetings and the food is always good. The location, although not easy to find by GPS!, is beautiful. The Director of Catering, Patty Michaliszyn is so easy to work with, very helpful with suggestions and willingness to adapt to our needs. Our family could not be happier with the outcome of Vittoria's Sweet 16. She was thrilled, the venue was a the best setting, with the floor plan/tables/cake/candy buffet perfectly situated. I gave my 14 year old daughter a party in honor of her at this venue.The staff were wonderful every step of the way, facilitating every need. The venue was wonderful with plenty of space, big nice bay windows with a beautiful view of the golf course. My family and I were definitely impressed with the Event Sales Manager Patty Michaliszyn she was wonderful to work with. Patty worked with us every step of the way making sure all are needs were fulfilled. The quality of the food was amazing many compliments to the chef. The event manager, Patty, was excellent to work with. The room and decor were beautiful, the food was fantastic, and the staff was very friendly and professional. From the moment we met Patty the event coordinator, we felt welcomed. We had seen other venues in the area and nothing compared to Patty's hospitality. I was married on June 8, 2013 at Shandin Hills Golf club, and everything was amazing, the room and everything was all that i dreamed. Highly recommended this venue. And the food was amazing!
