I was looking for a small venue that could house about 130 guests with a garden so we could have an intimate ceremony without blowing our entire budget on just the venue. I found exactly what I was looking for. Irma showed us the venue and helped us along the process. We got the package that included their catering and I can definitely vouch for the chicken cordon bleu! It was DELICIOUS! The venue was everything I was hoping for and even though it rained an hour before our ceremony, the outdoor area was dry. Thank you so much Shafaii for the best venue for the most important day of my life.

Ms. Uma was so good to us....she answered all our questions that we had! It was great!

Our wedding was phenomenal!!!! We really had the time of our life!! It was perfect!! It was beautiful!!!! The bese thing we could ask for!! Loved it!!!

Our wedding

This venue is hands down breathtaking. Michael was absolutely amazing. He was there for us and was available to answer all our questions. I highly recommend this venue for any event big or small. I will defiantly use the venue again.

Everything was amazing, during the recent events of hurricane harvey, Irma, went above and beyond to help make our wedding complete. And especially when my wedding party was no where to be found, she went out of her way to help me set up the decorations. She is amazing. I definitely recommend this venue, if your ready to have a great time with outstanding service this is your place!!!

Very pleased with my son's wedding 7-22-17. The food was delicious and the facility was beautifully decorated, it was truly a pleasure working with Irma she made sure that everything was taken care of, a very sweet lady.

I wanted a small intimate wedding and with this hall that's exactly what I got. Everything was beautiful, the ladies there were so helpful and pleasant to work with.

was a little hot . Also i think it would be helpful to have a baby changing station in the restroom i had to change my daughter on the floor. Other than that i was very pleased with the staff and how available they were to me and their quick response :D

My fiancé and I held our engagement party at Shafaii Hall & Garden. We came to Alex & Irma the week before our event date with the vision of our party and all I can say is they made it happen!!! Alex was so professional and kind with helping finalize the details within our budget. During the week of planning they ripped out a wall for remodeling to install a glass wall. Alex assured us the remodeling would be finished by the date of our event, and he was right it was. The glass wall added a beautiful element to our party with a beautiful view of the outside garden!! Irma made sure our engagement party was a huge success. Our friends and family are still telling us how beautiful and lovely everything was. The day before my event Irma made sure the décor was as we discussed. The venue has variety of décor lining, center pieces options which made it easy for me to not worry about setting up anything. We just showed up with our clothes, and personality ready to party. The set up and cleanup was done by Shafaii staff. If you are looking for a venue that does it all, and have all inclusive packages this is it! Our evening was just an engagement party but Shafaii gave us attention and handled our event as if it was a wedding. I am so elated to have found this wonderful venue at the last minute it is truly a hidden gem. We thank Alex & Irma for their wonder service. I look forward to working with the Shafaii brand to help planning our fairy tale wedding.

My wedding was exactly what a I wanted. Everything was nice food was amazing and customer service from staff is remarkable. I love Alex and Irma they are wonderful.

The Venue is Beautiful!! Alex was so helpful, patient and made sure I was pleased with everything! The hall was exactly how I requested. They give you the deposit back like 2 days later. Overall, I loved it! Had an amazing Wedding there.

We contemplated a venue we liked for 7months but weren't sure of, a family member came across a Shafaii’s Hall & Garden and the open house they were hosting March 2012. The venue had the quaint and intimate feeling we were looking for. Great selling points: the kid’s room, beautiful garden ceremony, the powder room, the lighting, the bride and groom furnishings and the option to bring in your own cake, catering, DJ, officiant or using their one stop shop services. To top it off they were offering a booking special which was a bonus. Amanda was very helpful answering every question we had during the open house and added insight we hadn’t thought off. We were pleased to walk out with a date and venue. I initially wanted our wedding no later than Sept 2012. We wondered off 7 months but Shafaii made it happen, accommodating to our needs. We use their photo and video services as I wasn’t happy with the other vendor’s services and pricing. Let’s be realistic planning a wedding is a joy but at the end of the day it’s much easier making decisions when you don't compromise quality for budget. My biggest worry was the weather, Alex and Amanda eased my mind an informed me how the garden section was covered and in the event of a storm version in Houston rain, we could easily move the ceremony in. Our wedding was Sat 9/8/12, we couldn’t be happier. They staff worked around the clock to customize a package for us and love that about Shafaii. It’s not a cookie cutter version that you get with other venues. Their video and photo services were a great capturing the special moments, thank you Zaira and Armand for working hard to make it a special day and memory. My now husband was very much involved in the process, he had no complaints and he works for a fortune 500 company as a customer service manager, now that’s impressive! To top it off weather was never a factor. I’ve informed the staff at Shafaii we are definitely returning customers!

I loved this place my friend had her kids bday party there and it was beautiful.
Yes the place is small BUT its perfect it dosent even bother if its small it felt great..the only thing was that i was not able to bring my own soft drinks but i was able to take all the beer .but they do have option to pay gor unlimited soft drink witch is great............I LOVED THIS PLACE!!!!

I had my wedding on fathers day and I had a blast her at shafaii hall and garden Alex the manager is great and very understanding so bare with him if he's busy sometimes cause he made sure when my day came everything was just the way I wanted ..they went up and betond ony decoration which where great ..I had my ceremony in the garden which was very intimate and different from any other Houston venues only complaint was the waterfall wasn't running it was dripping but it didn't take away from the beauty of the ceremony and the price of this venue was a added plus I am a happy

I happened to stumble upon Shafaii Hall & Garden several months leading up to my wedding date. Wonderful service, beautiful place. They also worked with me well. I had a garden ceremony which was everything i wanted. I def recommend them.

We booked our wedding since September 2011 and we have always had problems with the office keeping our account accurate. I've had very bad experiences with both Alex Shafaii and who I assume is his dad. They both refused to honor the prices and items on our original package. I would strongly urge anyone looking for a party venue to steer away from SHAFAII. I have submitted a complaint with the BBB. I have just two more months until our wedding. Shafaii has made it a horrible experience.
