Truly the Most Incredible Wedding Venue
It’s hard to even put my experience into words—Shadowbrook exceeded every expectation I could have ever dreamed of. From the very beginning, Stephanie was absolutely amazing. Over the course of almost two years, she answered every single question, guided me through the process, and made me feel so comfortable and confident that my wedding day would be perfect. And it was.
On the big day, Corinne and Philip were phenomenal. They anticipated every need, handled every detail, and made sure everything ran seamlessly. Shadowbrook’s hospitality is unmatched—there is truly nothing better than the way their team makes you feel from start to finish. Every single staff member was professional, kind, and dedicated to making our day extraordinary.
Guests are still telling me it was the most incredible wedding they’ve ever been to, and I know that wouldn’t have been possible without Shadowbrook. If you want a wedding day that is flawless, unforgettable, and beyond your dreams, Shadowbrook is the place to be. I cannot recommend them enough. -

A real-life fairytale come true!
Getting married at Shadowbrook at Shrewsbury was truly the most magical experience of our lives. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we felt like we were in Cinderella’s castle—the beauty, elegance, and attention to detail are simply unmatched.
The Shadowbrook team connected us with the absolute dream team of vendors, including Jason Jani (SCE Event Group), Michael Romeo Studios, and Bespoke Floral—each one the best of the best. They all work together so seamlessly, which made the entire planning and wedding day experience effortless and elevated in every way.
We also want to give a special thank you to the incredible team that made our day feel so special: Amelia Fronc, Filip, Corrine, Ashley, and all of the amazing bridal suite attendants and staff. Every single person made us feel so cared for and went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect.
The service was truly next level—the most attentive and gracious staff we’ve ever experienced. Our guests haven’t stopped raving about the food, the atmosphere, and the impeccable service. Shadowbrook gave us the wedding of our dreams and memories we will cherish forever. We are endlessly grateful.

My daughters wedding was at Shadowbrjust a couple of weeks ago and from the moment we drove up to the front door the morning of her wedding it was a dream The staff that they employ are impeccable The salon staff the bridal attendent Cindy was by her side every minute of the day The Shadowbrook itself is something out of a storybook From the beautiful drive up thru the gates to the doors And as you walk in those stately doors you are just amazed of its beauty. The whole day went as smooth as silk When you can’t even recall one thing that didn’t go off without a hitch on a wedding day that’s a huge success Thank you to the entire staff from the office personnel like Troy and Stephanie to our wonderful Maitre D Philip and his staff our attendant for the day Ashley , as parents we were treated like gold The cocktail hour was like no other The guests could not believe these were only the appetizers The ballroom which was beyond our wildest dreams made the night so special and the dinner that was served I can’t even explain the quality as well as quantity on every plate The wait staff was so attentive and everyone that hadn’t finished their meal was asked if they wanted to take it with them As far as the Viennese desserts can I just use the word spectacular A cross between a candy store, a carnival and a high end pastry shop all behind beautiful mirrored walls of the Shadowbrook ballroom. As guests left the venue there was a gelato cart and freshly baked donuts for them to take with them. All I can say if Shadowbrook is a venue you’re thinking about Don’t even hesitate. This choice is the right one. It was for us and you know when you think about a special occasion afterwards and you say it was the best time of your life at Shadowbrook you really do mean it !

Wow, this venue is spectacular. It was the first venue I looked at and fell in love. Our wedding here was a dream come true. The decor is STUNNING, the staff is incredible, and the operation they run is flawless. Our guests are still raving about the wedding and their experience. The food, cocktails, service, ambience, all perfection. Thank you to the whole Shadowbrook team for the best day of our lives. -

It still feels like a dream!
Ever since I saw the renovations that were being done here, I knew it was where I wanted to get married. My feelings were confirmed as soon as I stepped foot into the Shadowbrook. I could never truly put into words how incredible and beautiful the venue is. I got married here in February and it was the most perfect day. Everyone kept asking me “how are you so calm” the morning of my wedding and I kept responding “I know the staff here will make sure everything is perfect” and they did! All of my guests are still telling me it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. Saying it was the best food, best cocktail hour and best service they’ve ever experienced. Working with Carl and Stephanie was such a pleasure. My bridal attendant Gianna and Flip were AMAZING. I’ve never felt so comfortable with someone so quickly as I did with Gianna and she made sure I felt comfortable all day. Especially when we were outside taking photos in the snow! She gave me her jacket and hand warmers in between photos to help me warm up. The day feels like a dream to me because it was just absolutely perfect. I can’t recommend this venue enough! -

Growing up on the Jersey Shore, I attended many banquet functions at The Shadowbrook. The Shadowbrook was a classic, but ageing venue.
The recent expansion and re-imagination into a modern and opulent wedding venue is nothing short of spectacular! I attended a wedding at the Shadowbrook this past Sunday night as a vendor (DJ). The space is beautiful, and perfect for a wedding couple seeking the best in everything.
Food - delicious! The giant shrimp cocktail was so delicious, the sushi options were immense, and they even served Beef Carpaccio.
From a vendor perspective, the space is well-designed with a convenient loading dock close to the stage, and lots of storage space for carrying cases. The kitchen was large and immaculate. The space overall is very well-designed and offers infinite photo opportunities.
Andrew, the Maitre'd - was kind and helpful, and a true team player committed to the wedding couple having the best day of their life!

I recently had my wedding at the most spectacular upscale venue in New Jersey, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with such care and attention that we felt like royalty. The service throughout the event was exceptional, with every detail meticulously taken care of. And the food? It was simply outstanding. Our guests are still talking about how delicious every dish was. But what really made our day unforgettable was the ambiance of the venue itself. The elegant decor and breathtaking views created the perfect atmosphere for our celebration. I can't recommend it enough, people will talk about this place forever.

The whole team at Shadowbrook, from communication with Mark (the owner), Stephanie who helped us plan every last detail of our unforgettable day, to our Maitre D and their team that kept the entire day on track and did everything in their power to make sure we had nothing to worry about or stress was ABOVE AND BEYOND. The attention to detail, the quality of the service, the amazing food (which all of our friends and family still talk about 1 year later) just completely blew us away. That is before you even discuss the beauty of the property and the building and its new renovations, the Salon for the bride and her friends and family to get ready in is an experience that is a MUST have. If you haven't experienced a wedding at Shadowbrook you haven't truly experienced the best wedding you may ever experience. We are forever grateful to Mark and everyone on his team for making it the best day of our lives. -

A flawless wedding venue
I seriously cannot say enough amazing things about Shadowbrook. If you are looking for a wedding venue, pick the Shadowbrook. You will have the time of your life and the wedding of your dreams. Every single detail is flawless. The food, drinks, atmosphere, staff, ambiance, everything is 10/10. The bridal suite to get ready in was so fun and the food was great. The bridal attendants during the day were awesome. As for my day of bridal coordinator, Stephanie, she seriously made my wedding. We had fun together, she made me so calm and took care of literally ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. She got whatever we needed. She was the best. Danny, the maître d, was super helpful and on point of everything. Marc was also such a key part in making our night absolutely flawless. They all had the timing down perfectly. It is such a smoothly run operation. As the bride, I seriously could just enjoy every single minute and know they were taking care of it all for me. Every single employee was kind and attentive. So many of our guests commented on this. Arlinda was the original key point person that sold us on the venue.
The dance floor is huge. The room is spectacular. There is a stage for the band. The food is delicious. The cocktail hour is out of this world. There are so many different stations for food. They have little mini drinks that go around with fun food items. The ice luge was a hit. It is almost a month later and all my friends and parent’s friends are still talking about the wedding.
I cannot thank Shadowbrook enough. You gave us the best day of our entire lives. We will forever remember it all and miss that day. We love looking through our pictures to relive it. Thank you, thank you Stephanie, Marc, Danny, Arlinda, and every single employee at Shadowbrook.
We hope to one day go back to the Shadowbrook as guests to enjoy it all again 😊

07-24-22. The Best Day Ever!
My Wife and I just got married at Shadowbrook on 07-24-22. From the moment we walked through those doors when visiting for the first time we were amazed. Arlinda, the sales rep gave us the best tour, proving us with history of the venue and an insight of how our special day would be. Mark- one of the owners, was so responsive during the wedding planning process and his assurance made us feel at ease during the stressful wedding planning months. Stephanie was also super helpful as we were getting close to the wedding day. Now for our special day, words can’t express how happy and content we were with the venue! We truly felt like royalty from the second we stepped foot on the property. The Shadowbrook offered not only some of the best food but also sensational and phenomenal service. My Wife and I still have family & friends calling us raving about the delicious cocktail hour and how they never saw so much food in their lives. Our bridal attendant, Gianna, was fantastic, providing my wife and I with everything we needed the entire day. The Maitre d’ and entire waitstaff was on their A game, focusing so much attention on our guests by filling cocktails quickly and providing stellar 5 star service. Our guest even noted the service to us that’s how on point it was. The attention to detail this venue offers is unbelievable. Also the venue itself is just absolutely BEAUTIFUL, the recent renovation was truly done right. The art deco decor is elegant, classy, and timeless. We highly highly recommend for any couples looking for a wedding venue to not have any doubt at all and to book the Shadowbrook. This place is a gem and very well run. We have both been to many weddings but no other place can top the quality service, food, & beauty you will receive here. Thank you so much to the number 1 venue in NJ for giving us the most amazing wedding, a day we won’t ever forget as well as our guest. We Can’t wait to hopefully be back as guests one day. -

The decision to book at the Shadowbrook was certainly the best one we made. It proved to be one-of-a-kind.
We decided to visit the Shadowbrook because they are known for high quality service and food. On top of that, they recently renovated in 2020 and the site has a "wow factor" at every turn.
Starting with the beautiful entrance gates, guests head down a long driveway lined by evergreen trees before pulling up to the impressive mansion style venue. And upon entering the building, jaws drop at the long hallway lined with marble floor and gold chandeliers. The overall venue feels like a combination of old New York/Gatsby paired with the Palace of Versailles.
The real win-factor for me was the brand new ceremony space. It's a separate building that gives you the indoor/outdoor feel. For brides who want to be married outside but can't control the weather, this is an absolute win. The space is gorgeous and has the ability to open up the side "walls" to let the outside, in. Or, if the weather is too poor, the walls stay down but they are clear, so you still get the sense of being outside, but protected from the elements.
Our wedding day was 70 degrees and sunny. The walls were all open, letting in the fresh air as the sun was setting. The space is lined with evergreen trees... bird chirping as I walked down the aisle. It was magical.
But that's not all. Their reputation for high quality staff, service, food was 100% accurate. It's the first thing that our guests commented on; they all said that it's the best service they've ever seen at a wedding and that the food (lots of it!) was all delicious. Every single guest has said "best wedding I've ever been to".
As the bride and groom, we cannot thank the staff enough. My bridal attendant, Gianna, was absolutely incredible. I don't even have the words. I truly felt so comfortable with our Maitre'd team. They immediately demonstrated that they were experts in the business. Because of them, I felt like I could actually relax and enjoy the day.
And along this journey, we felt so supported by the the Shadowbrook leadership team. Any question we had was answered quickly and with understanding. We met with several different people throughout the planning stages, and we were always treated with kindness, support and respect. If we could do it all again, we would. -

We seriously can not say it enough- what a vital part EVERYONE at Shadowbrook was to making our entire day and night absolutely perfect. Every person we worked with through this entire process, Especially Mark from the beginning was absolutely amazing. We booked Shadowbrook at the beginning of construction without even seeing anything built abs had full confidence in Mark and the entire team that our dream would be brought to life abs that is exactly what happened!!
Everyone we encountered throughout these past 2 years- exhibited professionalism, willingness to help and patience that stood out above the rest.
Shadowbrook is the epitome of elegance and beauty. No words to describe how beautiful every inch of this venue is! Photos are absolutely amazing and our guests were in awe all night!!!

The best day ever!
Incredible Venue: I truly don't know where to start. I booked the Shadowbrook before it was even built and trusted the blueprints. Mark helped us out front start to finish. I also emailed Amy weekly for an update. Everyone at the Shadowbrook was professional and amazing to work with. The team they have is unbelievable, and made our day seamless. I truly don't know how to thank the Shadowbrook enough for the most magical day of our lives. We waited for the place to be built after looking at 11 other venues, nothing else compared. During COVID they were so understanding and worked with us and found us our perfect rescheduled date. When the day came, June 11th, 2021, from the moment I arrived everything went perfectly. Dan the Matre'd was amazing! Our parents felt so special throughout the whole day. The salon to get ready in is perfect. They provide champagne and food all afternoon. Then the bridal suite is gorgeous to hang out in and take photos. My Bridal attendant, Stephanie, was absolutely amazing. She was right by my side all day and was such a huge huge help. She made sure everything was perfect. She helped the groom as well with whatever he needed. The ceremony onsite was stunning and the Shadowbrook helped make sure everything was on time. During the cocktail hour the Matre'd made sure our parents tried all the food. the guests were blown away! For the reception, the service was impeccable and the place looked gorgeous. The venetian hour was a huge successful and all our guests said it was the best wedding they have ever been too. I truly cannot thank the entire team at the Shadwobrook enough. Your blew our expectations away. It was everything we could of ever dreamed of and much MORE!!! It was truly the best day of our lives.

When my family and I sat down with Mark and Amy last November (2019), we knew that we wouldn’t be looking at any other venue because NOBODY would ever make us instantly feel like family the way they did. When we first toured Shadowbrook, they were just starting their renovations but Mark’s transparency, his confidence and professionalism made us comfortable; so we knew we could entrust my sister’s wedding in his hands. As anyone who has tried to plan anything during these uncertain times can tell you, it is crucial to maintain communication during the planning phase to ensure flawlessness; and that’s what Mark and the Shadowbrook team provided us.
But even knowing, trusting and having confidence in Mark and his team, I still remain in awe of how PERFECT every aspect of my sister’s wedding went. Danny was an AMAZING maitre’d and Stephanie the BEST bridal attendant anyone could ever ask for. The staff were all super friendly and attentive to all of our guests for all of their needs and wants.
EVERYONE RAVED about the cocktail hour and my only hope is that I can someday get invited to a wedding at the Shadowbrook just so that I could get the full experience. Brittany was the attendant for myself, my parents and our family, and we can’t thank her enough for always checking in to see if we needed anything. My glass never got the chance to be empty because I would be 3/4 of the way done and a replacement was already on the way. Oh, and that chandeliers, but more specifically the Chihuly chandelier that’s just before the grand ballroom... WOW 🤩 WHAT A STATEMENT PIECE!!!
The Shadowbrook team superseded any expectations myself, the bride, our family or any of our guests could have ever imagined. 3 days later our guests were having withdrawals from such a great party.
My recommendation is to take any advice that they give you because they are the experts and models for the wedding business. They align themselves with only the BEST vendors. I wish them continued success and I know once we can return to normal, it will be nearly impossible to book a wedding at their venue because the dates will fill quickly.

WOW! This venue is exceptional in all aspects. The entire team at Shadowbrook is the definition of professionalism and class. I could have never imagined that my wedding would have turned out as amazing as it did. Mark, Amy, Dan, &Stephanie were an absolute dream team to work with. Do yourself a favor and just book your next event here!! Everything from the venue itself (which is absolutely BEAUTIFUL), to the food (which my guests are still raving about days later ), to the service (which was impeccable and all of my guests commented how courteous and attentive the entire staff was ) is well worth every penny. This is the first and only venue I looked at -- and I literally have no regrets. It was the perfect wedding! I am still getting calls on how this is the best wedding my guests have ever attended. We fell in love with this venue at first site.. as soon as we pulled up to the Shadowbrook, we both said "This is it!" to each other. The mansion is GORGEOUS - so romantic, charming, and authentically glamorous. They have done quite a few renovations since we first visited the venue in Sept of 2015 up until May and it truly looks wonderful. In my opinion, what really makes Shadowbrook so special is the INCREDIBLE STAFF which was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating from the very beginning (when we first booked) up until the very end. They made the wedding planning process as simple and as stress free as it can be! They always got back to me very promptly with any questions I had while I was in the middle of planning and always made me feel valued. Brittany, the bridal attendant truly made me feel like royalty the day of the wedding and is a complete angel - she helped me out with EVERYTHING day of the wedding - from bustling my dress to helping me out with my veil and fluffing my dress during pictures to always making sure I had a drink in hand & food in the bridal suite. Our guests are still raving until this day how incredible the food was (no exaggeration!), and how impressed they were by the impeccable table service (1 server per table) and how their "drinks never empty, not even for a second".
If you're looking for perfect wedding venue.. look no further, the Shadowbrook is the true definition of perfection. -

The level of detail, professionalism and care for each bride and groom expressed by the Shadowbrook is outstanding. I truly felt like a princess the night of my wedding with the help of Matt, Stephanie, Dan and Carl. The entire evening went as amazing as we could have dreamed. Cocktail hour provided our guests an abundance of food that we have continuously heard such amazing reviews of almost two weeks later. The Shadowbrook itself provides the most beautiful background and atmosphere for our wedding vision, but the staff were able to flawlessly support the wedding vision with our detailed personal items (e.g. picture frames, clocks, votive, etc.). When a groomsmens pants ripped, the entire male staff offered their sizes in order to try to rectify the problem!!! We couldn't believe how generous and what amazing customer service each individual wanted to provide to us. When my Husband's tux jacket had a tear, Stephanie had it off and sewn before I even had a second to think about it. Mark really leads a team that is respectful, provides phenomenal customer service and the utmost professionalism we have seen at all the weddings we have attended. I would highly recommend the Shadowbrook for your next event and if anyone wants to invite us, we would LOVE to go back real soon (or every weekend)!!!
