I am so happy
Shannon was the absolute best! We did my trial about a month before my wedding, and since I’m not normally a makeup girly, I really didn’t know what I want. Shannon did exactly what I showed her in pictures for the trial, but I ended up deciding I needed a way more natural look. I told her all the tweaks I wanted to make, and on the morning of my wedding, she made me look absolutely PERFECT! It was literally the best and most confident I have ever felt. It was the perfect “still me but elevated” look. She also SLAYED 3 of my bridesmaids looks, they were so thrilled. All of our makeup lasted ALL NIGHT LONG, even the lashes!! Shannon was early, ran ahead of schedule, extremely responsive to any texts or emails, and she is so talented. BOOK WITH HER, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!! -

Niki Sent on 09/10/2018Shannon was absolutely amazing! She listened to every single detail (yes I was a crazy detailed bride) I wanted for my Wedding make up! Everything was perfect, during the trial Shannon wrote down every thing we discuss as far as what I wanted or absolutely did not want! Extremely easy to contact, via email or text -- any last minute questions I had she was available the entire time! My wedding make up was perfect thanks to Shannon!!!!!! Brides contact Shannon!!!!!!!!!!

Carly Sent on 12/19/2017Shannon was amazing from start to finish, just as amazing as my makeup looked!!!!! Not only is Shannon, kinda friendly and flexible she is talented beyond words. Somehow she amazingly made me look natural, glamours and beautiful and everything lasted all day and night!!! Shannon, made all the ladies (bridesmaids) in my wedding party look gorgeous as well as my mother and mother in law. And my MIL is not a makeup person, and she loved what Shannon did!!! Especially when she saw how amazing yet natural she looked in the processional wedding pictures! It was absolutely a fabulous and fun time had by all getting ready that morning!!!

Hiring Shannon as my make-up artist is my only wedding regret.
I had a trial with Shannon, she took two seconds to look at a photo of the make up I wanted and went to work. She didn't stop to ask a single question about what I liked about the picture I showed her. After about 30 minutes she showed me my fully finished face, caked in heavy make-up, and the complete opposite of the photo I showed her. She tired gas-lighting me into believing that it looked "exactly" like the photo, that I just didn't realize how "heavy" the make-up was in the photo, and to just "go in different light" and that if I really didn't like it I could pay for another trail.
The week of my wedding she e-mailed me a final bill, I noticed that my deposit had not be taken off and I let her know. She told me my deposit was actually a booking fee and that she just uses those words interchangeably...
The real trouble arrived on my wedding day.
Shannon rushed through every single one of my girls make up, complaining that she had to miss her son's game to be here, she missed portions of my girls faces with foundation, and did not set a single girls face, including my own.
When it came to my make up I showed her a "less heavy" look and asked her to please show me step my step so that I could okay it. She told me that "just not possible" and again rushed through my make-up, when she showed me my face, again I was unhappy and she told me "to just go in different light."
I got up went into the bathroom and cried, I hated my make-up.
I finally got up the courage to ask her to fix it, I explained what I didn't like and she looked at me and rolled her eyes, and just took a brush and smudged around my eye make up. I asked her to just make my eye make-up look like one of my bridesmaids. She laughed in my face and told me "she didn't know what she did." She didn't even try.
I spent the following hour crying in the bathroom trying to fix my make-up.
Bottom line, hire anyone else, someone who cares if you're happy with your make-up and can actually problem solve instead of bullying you into just accepting a look you're unhappy with.
