We absolutely adore Seven Springs and wish we could relive our day over and over again. From the first tour all the way to the end of our wedding night, Tracy was insanely helpful and sweet to us! We knew as soon as toured that this was our venue and sitting down with Tracy only confirmed it. Seven Springs is not only a stunning venue that all our guests raved about but also has a staff that truly cares about your day and making it the most special. There is not a negative thing I could say, I would seriously recommend this venue to every single person I know, it was so so special! Thank you to Tracy and her whole team for making our wedding planning and day so great and easy, we seriously wouldn't have changed a thing!

We had the absolute dream wedding at Seven Springs! From the moment we first visited, we were captivated by the gorgeous property—the towering magnolia trees, the wide open fields, and the charm of the historic estate made it the perfect backdrop for our celebration.
But what truly made our experience unforgettable was Tracy, the manager and our day-of coordinator. Tracy was everything we could have hoped for and more. She was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, always responsive, thoughtful, and full of great suggestions that helped bring our vision to life. On the wedding day, she worked tirelessly behind the scenes, making sure everything flowed seamlessly. Our entire wedding party and family raved about how on top of everything she was—even when we didn’t realize how many moving parts were happening in the background. She is not only professional and detail-oriented, but also genuinely kind, warm, and calming—having her by our side made all the difference. Honestly, I’m a little sad that wedding planning is over, simply because I don’t get to talk to Tracy regularly anymore! That’s how special she is. She truly is the BEST industry and feel lucky we were able to work with her.
The venue itself is truly exceptional. The layout of the property made the day incredibly seamless for our guests—the ceremony site, cocktail hour space, and pavilion reception area were all located right next to each other, allowing for smooth, easy transitions between each part of the celebration. The expansive reception lawn, and covered pavilion created a beautiful, natural flow from start to finish. A unique and memorable part of our experience was being able to take our engagement photos at the venue. The property offers so many breathtaking backdrops—from the incredible sunsets, the flower field, and barn area. Each location added its own charm and character to our photos. It made our engagement session feel magical, personal, and connected to the place where we would later exchange our vows.
We didn’t have to worry about renting tables, chairs, or bars for the weekend, which made planning so much easier and more budget-friendly. Everything we needed was already on-site, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. We also really appreciated the golf cart service for our older guests, which made it easy for everyone to get around comfortably. Every detail was clearly designed with both beauty and practicality in mind, making for an unforgettable and stress-free experience.
The guest houses were another major highlight—clean, spacious, and comfortably cool even in the heat. Having our closest friends and family stay on-site made the weekend feel extra connected and relaxing. We also loved having a designated space for our rehearsal dinner, which helped the weekend flow effortlessly. We highly recommend renting out for the entire weekend!
And of course, we can’t forget Nancy the goat, who quickly became a guest favorite and added such a fun and memorable touch to the whole experience.
If you're looking for a venue that offers breathtaking scenery, convenient amenities, and an absolutely amazing team, Seven Springs is the one. We truly couldn’t have imagined a better place—or a better person than Tracy—to help bring our wedding day to life. -

LOOK NO FURTHER - and get married at Seven Springs!!!
We can’t even begin to describe how incredible our experience with Seven Springs and Tracy was! We got married there last weekend and had the most PERFECT March wedding! The venue itself was beautiful, serene, and everything we could have imagined. No matter what season or month it is, the property is truly breathtaking. Our guests have raved about their experience with the staff, farm animals, lawn games, and just how gorgeous the entire property was.
From the very second we met Tracy, we knew we HAD to get married at Seven Springs- it was a no brainer! She is the most organized, professional, and not to mention the sweetest woman in the world! We truly could not have done it without her. Everything from fielding all of our questions and helping us with the planning process, to her attentiveness to detail and positive energy on our big day–I cannot emphasize how significant and essential Tracy was to making this our dream wedding. She is thoughtful, kind, and took care of us like we were her own family! On the actual wedding day, I truly felt like I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Also, the top-tier vendor list that Tracy has crafted made wedding planning so incredibly easy, and we could not have ended up with better vendors all around.
If you are wedding planning and want to have the most stress-free, fun, and beautiful wedding, look no further! Do yourself a favor and go check out Seven Springs with Tracy! I would recommend this venue, Tracy, and her team (shoutout to Lauren!) 100 times over again!!

Seven Springs was amazing for my daughters wedding. Tracy was the best and I cannot recommend a person any higher! As far as weddings go, the pricing wasn't that bad for what you get. The staff was very responsive and went so out of their way to make my daughter's day special. -

Seven Springs is an AMAZING place for your wedding
I cannot say enough good things about Seven Springs and Tracy. Choosing to have our wedding at Seven Springs was the best and easiest decision we made for our wedding day. It feels like such a unique venue with a beautiful manor house, live animals, and amazing grounds for pictures. Plus, you're able to rent it out for the entire weekend and have your closest friends and family stay Friday and Saturday night! Having our wedding at such a beautiful venue made it feel like it stood out from the crowd of weddings our guests have and will continue to attend in 2022.
Plus, Tracy is also amazing to work with. All of the vendors that I hired who had previously worked with Tracy only had positive things to say, and there's a reason! Tracy is able to organize all the vendors and setup so seamlessly that I had zero stress on my wedding day.
I wish that we could get married all over again to be able to spend another beautiful weekend with our friends and family at Seven Springs. -

The most perfect and magical weekend!
Even though it was the only venue we ended up visiting, we knew from the moment we visited Seven Springs that it was the perfect venue for us. The grounds are so beautiful and the buildings are well kept and offer everything that you need for your day. We rented it out for the whole weekend and it was so nice being able to relax and enjoy quality time with those closest to us. Tracy is the BEST person! She is so kind, fun, energetic and kept us organized throughout the whole process. Her and her team made sure everything ran perfectly on our day so that there were no worries for us. Our wedding weekend was truly magical here and I can't recommend it enough. I miss it already! -

The most PERFECT wedding venue!
We truly cannot say enough good things about Seven Springs and Tracy! We knew from the moment we stepped onto the property that we had to get married here-it is the perfect venue with so much natural beauty (truly the grounds speak for themselves with so little that needs to be brought in in the way of decor), amazing extras like the ability to stay on site the night before the wedding and the night after, and unique things like the animals that make it a venue unlike any other. My bridesmaids and I stayed on site the night before the wedding, my husband and I stayed in the Honeymoon Cottage the night of the wedding, and we also hosted our rehearsal dinner on site, which made our weekend so stress-free. Tracy was amazing throughout the entire planning process, and hiring her for planning services was one of the best decisions we made in the planning process. She made our timelines and floor plans, answered all kinds of little questions I had, and helped to meet with vendors like our caterer the weeks before and officiant during the rehearsal to make sure everyone was on the same page. Additionally, on the day of the wedding I am not kidding when I say everything ran FLAWLESSLY according to plan and I am sure that was due to Tracy! Our guests are also still raving about the sheep & goats and how beautiful the venue is. Thank you SO MUCH Tracy and Seven Springs for the most perfect wedding weekend! -

Seven Springs was the perfect venue for us. The buildings are historically stunning, and the grounds are well thought out and accommodating. The backdrop is breathtaking, especially during the magical golden hour. The pavilion is perfect for dining in, as well as dancing the night away. There is ample room for parking, and it is perfectly secluded. I so loved that we were able to arrive on Friday afternoon and leave early afternoon on Sunday. This meant our whole wedding party could stay, with no stress or rushing on our wedding day. We were already there and unpacked and we’re able to enjoy and soak-in every moment. That, to me, was priceless. The cherry on top? Tracy!! She is an absolute gem, and our day would not have ran as smoothly without her. She was extremely responsive, listened to my dreams and ideas, and helped immensely in creating them. There will always be a part of my heart at Seven Springs as it truly is a magical place.

Beautiful venue and wonderful team!
Tracy is a lovely person and also an incredible wedding planner. The planning process was so smooth that Tracy made me feel completely at ease. I highly recommended her and her team to assist you in making your wedding day truly remarkable! Our guests loved the venue. Everything was beautiful and the wedding turned out better than I could have expected! I am so grateful for the Seven Springs staff that made me feel like part of the family. We were one of the many couples who had our original wedding date pushed back due to COVID-19. We decided on pushing it back an entire year to allow us to still have our dream wedding and honestly it was well worth the wait. Not only is the venue absolutely breathtaking inside and out, Tracy was an absolute delight to work with throughout the whole process, and a true powerhouse to have on our big day. My family and I stayed the whole weekend and it was worth every penny because it allowed us to soak up every moment of our wedding weekend, from the rehearsal to the day-after brunch, leaving us feeling completely satisfied and ready to start our next chapter. We even got to play with the farm animals more on Sunday and named their 2 new rescue goats, Rocky and Adrian. The couple that owns the working farm next door are incredibly sweet and we’re a joy to talk with. Tracy and Seven Springs, were more than accommodating to us after all we had been through and how long we had to wait to finally get married, and treated us like family. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t, because it was just so perfect the first time around. -

Perfect location for outdoor wedding
Seven springs manor is a perfect venue for a large family wedding. The grounds and buildings are beautiful and provide plenty of entertainment for adults as well as kids. The Wedding itself flows seamlessly from ceremony to cocktails and then to pavilion for dinner and dancing. Houses were clean and well stocked. Carriage house was a nice spot for a relaxing rehearsal dinner. Kid’s thoroughly enjoyed the swing, yard games and viewing the animals. Best of all was the wedding coordinator, Tracy. She was very accommodating and organized and kept our crazy group on track throughout the wedding. Tracy coordinated with all the venders and band. She and her staff were very professional and thoughtful to all our guests. They brought guests in with the golf cart, set up/tore down and moved chairs and tables, put linens on tables, and set up welcome and memorial tables. I would definitely recommend Seven Springs Manor as a perfect wedding venue and hopefully plan to use it again in the future. -

Seven Springs exceeded every expectation. The venue is beautiful and Tracy made the wedding day wonderful. The accommodations were great and the wedding party enjoyed a full weekend of celebration. There were no hidden cost or last minute requirements. Tracy handled day of issues with other vendors, so the family could enjoy the day. Our wedding was relocated to Seven Springs to find an outside venue and we could not have been more pleased. I highly recommend the venue. -

Excellent Venue
Seven Springs was the best wedding venue I could have asked for! The grounds were beautiful and there was plenty of space for our overnight guests. We booked Seven Springs for our whole wedding weekend so that our immediate family and out of town friends could stay with us. The two kitchens, two refrigerators and stand alone freezer allowed us to cook meals for everyone and there was plenty of seating inside and on the patio. The pavilion was beautiful, and we had both our rehearsal dinner and our reception there. We had our wedding in the middle of June, and the fans kept everyone cool! The field of wildflowers let us capture some gorgeous pictures too! We hired Tracy, the Venue Manager, to coordinate our wedding and she did an AMAZING job! She worked with us and all of our vendors to create a timeline for the day, and ensured that all the planned details were executed. Several of the wonderful vendors we used came from her recommendations. She set up our linens and centerpieces, ran any errands we needed, and even found our missing cake cutting utensils! Tracy was an integral part of helping our wedding day run smoothly. We had such a great time at Seven Springs, it is the perfect place to host a wedding! -

When I began the wedding planning process, since we live in San Diego but our whole family lives on the east coast, we knew we'd be planning a "destination wedding." Once we decided that we were aiming for a venue somewhere near Richmond, the hunt was on.
Since I was planning a wedding from across the country, a few things were very important: (1) thorough website (2) transparency regarding pricing and what that included/excluded, and (3) honest photos showing the entirety of the venue.
With that said, once I stumbled upon Seven Springs, I knew we'd found the perfect venue. We didn't do any in person tours of any venues, including Seven Springs. I only toured the venue via FaceTime with Brittney after we'd already signed the contract because I was that sure of the accuracy of Seven Springs' online representation.
If you're in a similar situation, I can unequivocally say, Seven Springs is the most naturally gorgeous and timeless place to host the perfect wedding. The pictures of the venue, both the photos from other weddings and those of the venue itself, all perfectly represent Seven Springs’ beauty. In fact, the first time I physically visited the grounds was for our Rehearsal and somehow, even though I’d spent hours scrolling through the website looking at pictures, as accurate as they were, it was still somehow even more gorgeous in person.
From the beginning, Brittney, the Venue Manager, was beyond accommodating in helping us create a wedding with as few vendors as possible and even pointed us toward other local affordable vendors, like EAT Catering and Higher Ground Audio. I can’t sing the praises of these vendors enough.
I knew I'd love the wedding planning process and was so excited to plan it myself, but Brittney's experience and input continually impressed me. She made being my own wedding planner an immense success and I don't think that would have been the case without her. At first, I was extremely hesitant about the policy requiring a Day-of-Coordinator. However, I’m so glad it was a requirement and even more glad that Brittney was an option because I honestly don't know why you'd hire anyone else for the job. She knows the venue like the back of her hand, is extremely organized, has brilliant solutions to enact any creative idea or solve any problem, and is honestly just such a genuinely great human.
From the first time I found Seven Springs online to this day, I remain obsessed with natural beauty and serenity that is Seven Springs.
Whether you’re planning a huge, glamorous affair or a quaint, simple wedding with little to no decor, Seven Springs is perfect. Its natural beauty needs no glitz and glamour, yet when added, it somehow enhances that natural beauty. The only down side is that it is so loved that others will surely get married there for years to come and it will make you miss the perfect day you spent there even more than you thought possible.
Our goal was to plan a party that was as unique as our relationship, while bringing together all of our favorite people in a place that felt like home. Seven Springs did just that and so much more. The day after our wedding, my husband and I didn't want to leave and teared up at the idea that this would be our last time on the grounds. To remedy the sadness, we will absolutely be planning some event, whether it be anniversary party, reunion, or just plain ‘ole family vacation to bring us back to the happiest place on Earth. (Sorry Disney.) -

As soon as I turned down the driveway to the property I new I had found the perfect venue for our wedding! Beautiful any time of year this venue made for a perfect November indoor/outdoor wedding which was just what we had always pictured. Brittney and her staff were so attentive and made everything such a smooth process from the initial tour to the final moments of our weekend wedding. My husband and I were stress-free the whole day and able to enjoy every minute with each other, our family, and friends. We are so happy we chose to celebrate our marriage at Seven Springs! -

Amazing experience from the first tour to the send-off.
We absolutely loved our experience with Seven Springs. From the first tour we took, we knew we wanted to get married there. The property is so beautiful and had many accommodations like fans in the reception space, multiple getting ready locations, and add-on features for such an affordable price. We also hired Brittney as our planner, and we were so glad we did. She and her team were knowledge about vendors and the property, helpful coordinating many logistics, and overall willing to support us throughout the entire experience. Our wedding party also stayed there the night before, and we loved being able to stay in such beautiful accommodations and spend the whole day enjoying the property and getting ready for the big day. It’s been almost a year exactly since our wedding day, and we still are so thankful we chose Seven Springs to celebrate such an important day. -

Gorgeous and unique venue
Seven Spring is a gorgeous and unique venue which was the perfect setting for our wedding back in June. It has stunning grounds with amazing wild flowers and lovely magnolia trees, beautiful historic cottages, and of course the adorable farm animals! Brittney is incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure our dream wedding went off without a hitch! It's the ideal all-in-one venue with so many options across the various cottages and the broader grounds for hosting the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing and other activities. There is ample opportunity to be creative with the space. We absolutely loved it there and our guests did too!
We couldn't have picked a more perfect venue for our wedding weekend and we highly recommend it! -

From the moment we met Brittany Schopen, Seven Spring's wedding coordinator, and saw the venue, we knew there was no where we could go for a more experienced staff or more beautiful setting. The venue itself looks exactly like the pictures, if not even more stunning. The property is historic, naturally GORGEOUS, and equipped with spaces and a design that lends itself perfectly to each part of a wedding, from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception. We absolutely LOVED hosting our entire day in one breath-taking place: it makes it easier on all your venders, and it gives so much more time for photography because there is no time wasting in travel. Who wants to be stuck in a car, shuttled back and forth, on their big day? While our wedding was in June, we had a comfortable ceremony and breezy reception due to the wonderful shade of the magnolias on the lack lawn and the fans in the pavillion. Brittany had a plan for absolutely any kind of weather that would have given us a day just as stunning, regardless of rain or anything else, so don't worry at all about weather!! Brittany was so prepared for every one of our meetings--she anticipated our questions, communicated seamlessly with our venders, and helped us make critical decisions. There was no one we trusted more during our wedding planning process. Brittany went above and beyond, to the point of being so flexible as to run our rehearsal the day before at our favorite park in Richmond, Libby Hill. Seven Spring's manor house stole the hearts of ALL of our guests, and our stay in the honeymoon cottage the night of our wedding could not have been more picturesque. We had a large bridal party of 10 bridesmaids and 10 groomsmen, and there was PLENTY of space for us to get ready and hangout before the ceremony!! If you want a wedding day where you can sit back and enjoy knowing all your people are in one place, all the details are being executed perfectly, and that you are in the most experienced hands, this is your dream venue! You have found it! -

From the moment I heard of Seven Springs I knew that I had to have our wedding here. Let me tell you it did not disappoint. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and we loved being able to have all of our immediate family stay the whole weekend of our wedding. The property is stunning and we could not have picked a better place for our big day! Getting to work closely with Brittney planning our wedding was a dream. She was so helpful when it came to working with vendors, meeting up to go over timelines, and answering any questions we had throughout the planning process. She really went above and beyond to ensure that our day would be amazing and we are so grateful for her! -

Amazing from step 1 to Done
We knew from the moment we reviewed the website for Seven Springs that it was going to be the place for us... we still did tours of a few other local venues to make sure and held off Seven Springs for last, but from the moment we stepped foot on the property, we were in love with the setting, the sheep, the permanent pavilion and the ability to have an outdoor venue without needing to bring our own bathrooms.
Brittney did an amazing job as our main point of contact and vendor coordinator. She and her team made sure that everything ran smoothly on the day and everything moved so fluidly under her guidance that things ended up taken care of before anyone knew it was a thing to think about! -

Wedding Venue of My Dreams
Seven Springs is everything I was looking for in a wedding venue and more. It has a classic southern elegance feel while still having modern amenities. The dreamy tree-lined driveway, the bright and airy getting ready suite, and the big magnolias on the back lawn are just a few of the features that make this property so beautiful.
Brittney, the venue manager, was extremely helpful during the wedding planning process. She answered my MANY emails in a timely manner, always made herself available to do extra walk-throughs of the property, and worked so well with all of our other vendors. Our wedding weekend wouldn’t have come together so seamlessly without her! I only wish we had an excuse to spend more time here! -

Romantic, Dreamy, Magical
Seven Springs was the perfect setting for our intimate, romantic wedding. We are from Maryland, but we absolutely couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else. We rented the entire property for the entire weekend, and it was so convenient to have all of our closest firends and family on the property with us. The grounds and the interior spaces are immaculate. Every detail of the property has been perfectly curated to match the history and setting. Every part of the property looks so different so it photographs beautifully. Brittney was wonderful to work with. She provided everything that we could need, and she even went above and beyond her duties when our caterer for the rehearsal dinner forgot our tablecloths. I did not need to worry about a thing during my entire wedding weekend. I knew that I was in good hands with Brittney. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone. -

Our first stop for venue tours and we didn’t need to look anywhere else!
If you are looking for an indoor/outdoor concepts for your wedding no matter what time of year you are getting married then this is the place you need to choose. Stop looking elsewhere! This was the first and only venue that we looked at in person and the decision was so easy once we saw how beautiful the property was (and we were being picky). Brittany and her team were such a pleasure to work with and were such a big help from the moments leading up to our big day and then on the actual day of the wedding. We got married in November and it was a little chilly but we still were able to have our ceremony outside, which is what we wanted because of the beautiful magnolia backdrop and the perfect color of the trees. The entire grounds are beautiful including all of the indoor facilities. They have all been beautifully redone and it gives you that old world charm with a modern touch. The pavilion was plenty of room for our large size wedding and we highly recommend the fire pit. Thank you guys so much for the best day of our lives! -

Having our wedding at Seven Springs was magical! Brittney was so great to work with through the whole process; so professional, organized, and knowledgeable about her job. Alex Sent on 10/12/2018There aren't enough words to communicate the beauty of Seven Springs, and there aren't enough words to communicate the PLEASURE of working with Brittney and her team. They took such good care of us wedding weekend, and were the biggest help in the planning process. After visiting several other venues, Seven Springs felt like a breath of fresh air. I remember visiting the grounds with my fiance for the first time, and both of us just lit up. Brittney was a dream, the property was stunning, and it was everything we could've asked for. We'd booked the venue before we even turned out of the driveway. On wedding day, everything was PERFECT and Brittney was even there to hold my veil and give me a squeeze before I walked down the aisle. She took such great care of us. We couldn't have been happier! -

I personally fell in love with the aesthetic and peacefulness of the property because it reminded me so much of my childhood home. My husband loved that we could have the entire place to ourselves all weekend and that our bridal party could stay with us! Brittney was extraordinary helpful and professional throughout the entire process and even helped to make recommendations for the rest of our vendor team. We felt like a part of the Seven Springs family and our guests felt welcomed and comfortable. Plus, who doesn’t want baby animals at their wedding?!? (Shout out to Magnolia!) We loved getting married at Seven Springs!

Every guest at our wedding was raving about how awesome it was! The staff was a joy to work with because they are super organized and kind. Morgan Sent on 10/30/2017My fiance and I looked at almost 10 venues before falling in love with Seven Springs. Brittney answered all of our questions and made sure our wedding would have every detail that we wanted. The grounds and the venue itself are absolutely stunning. You're able to escape the city but not be too far away from downtown Richmond. We loved that we could have the venue for our entire wedding party for the entire wedding day. The groomsmen had their own place to hang out and get ready and the bridesmaids and moms had the entire bridal suite. My fiance and I also loved that we could spend the night in the honeymoon cottage without needing to leave the venue after the reception. Seven Springs gives you a built in back up plan for any kind of weather. Our wedding ceremony was planned to be outside between the magnolia trees, but because of hurricane Harvey that plan changed quickly. The rain plan was able to be executed and the pavilion was used for the ceremony as well as the reception space. We didn't even miss having an "outdoor wedding" because the pavilion allowed us to have the best of both worlds. Brittney was absolutely fantastic and made everything run so smoothly all weekend long! Our guests are still commenting on our beautiful the venue was and we couldn't agree more!

Alex Sent on 06/30/2018Seven Springs was exactly what we wanted in a wedding venue, the natural and historic beauty was stunning, we had so many guests complimenting the experience, and they were very easy to work with! The ceremony between the two huge magnolia trees couldn't have been more picturesque, and the reception under their permanent pavilion worked great to keep things cool and orderly. You certainly would not regret getting married at Seven Springs!
