Wedding Hair and Make up
I cannot recommend Aimee enough for hair and makeup! From the very beginning, she was amazing to work with. I did a trial run with her, and she truly brought my vision to life. She enhanced my features beautifully while still keeping everything natural—I’m not used to wearing heavy makeup, and she made sure I didn’t feel cakey at all.
For my trial, she started at 9am, and I went straight to my bachelorette party after—and my hair and makeup lasted all night! That alone gave me so much confidence going into the wedding day.
On the wedding day, everything was absolute perfection. My hair and makeup looked flawless and held up throughout the entire night. I felt so confident and beautiful, and it was exactly what I had envisioned. She even enjoyed my playlist while we were getting ready, which made the whole experience feel even more fun, relaxed, and personal.
If you’re looking for someone who listens, delivers, and makes you feel like the best version of yourself, Aimee is it! -

Aimee is blessed with such a gift for hair and makeup artistry She did my bridal HAMU as well as a few of my bridesmaids and my mom's makeup and they looked SO good ALL DAY LONG! She accentuated our natural beauty so well and we all looked glowing without any cakey-ness She really knows what she's doing and I'd absolutely recommend her :) She even gave us a pre-wedding skincare routine and day-of touchup pack--which included a straw to make it easier to hydrate without messing up the look !(I never would have thought of that myself). She is so sweet and it was not awk at all. I also love that she has an instagram and does time-lapses of her work it is so fun to watch them afterwards!
Will update this with the closeups once the photographer gets back to us but couldn't wait that long for the review :) -

I was very happy to booked Aimee. She really did feel and make me beautiful on my wedding day. Even though I had last minute changes on my look, that was not the same on my preview, she still made it all possible. I love how my make up looks on me and definitely love my hair too. -

Rosy was my artist for my wedding, and she was wonderful. We did my trial about 2 months before the wedding and she was super helpful with helping me try out a few hairstyles. She also really listened to my desires related to my makeup (skin sensitivity, wanting a more natural look, etc.) and made some great adjustments between the trial and the day-of. I didn't have a bridal party so I also hired her for hair and makeup for my mom, and the groom (hair/beard/eyebrow grooming). I appreciated that Sesentiraimee has a minimum of 5 services, which is more achievable for brides that don't have bridesmaids compared to some other HMUAs. We just kind of randomly threw in the groom's services to meet the minimum, but honestly that was a great add-on that I would totally recommend. Aimee was also really communicative and the platform they use to manage bookings was really easy to use. Excellent services overall. -

Aimee and her team did an amazing job for my bridesmaids , mother in law and my mother and myself , Loana did my makeup and my hair and honestly she did amazing !! My makeup stay the whole night and my hair too they were intact the whole afternoon and night ! 100% recommended this amazing team . Dana and Mariana did an amazing job with hair an makeup as well!

Amazing Work! 1000% would recommend!
Where to begin with this review!? AMAZING is the first word that comes to mind. In the past I have had my makeup and hair done professionally for other weddings, and my own courthouse wedding ceremony; and I have always felt not like myself and overall just a bit awkward. This time around I knew I wanted to hire Aimee because of her work that I had seen online, plus I knew her from college and I knew she had an incredible personality and I felt like I could trust her to make me feel incredible and like myself. Aimee went above and beyond the whole process, she was quick to respond, and guided me in what kind of hairstyle to choose by asking me the appropriate questions in regards to what I wanted in a look. She was flexible the week of the wedding since I had a change in timeline due to scheduling with the church ceremony and photographer. I did a H&MU preview, and I'm so happy I did because it gave me a chance to talk through the ideas I had for H&MU with Aimee. This allowed for the actual wedding day to flow smoother and faster. Aimee also did all of my bridesmaid's makeup and Briana did all of the girl's hair. Both of them talked through the styles and helped my girl's choose their looks based on the inspo given. Overall, I felt like a million bucks! I felt like an extra beautiful version of myself while still feeling comfortable. As for how it wore throughout the day I only touched up once with a sponge that Aimee provided plus some of the lipstick she used. I didn't do it more because the day goes by so fast, but in all honesty I still looked good in all the pictures at the end of the night. If you are still looking around for H&MU I would say look no further! Aimee will deliver the look that you envision for your wedding day, and on top of it she is a great person to have the morning of your wedding day because she has a calming, sweet and a fun presence. -

I hired Aimee for bridal hair and makeup for myself and six other women. I was running late to my hotel on my wedding day and was freaking out because I knew Aimee would arrive before me. As I ran to my room to meet her and apologize, Aimee reassured me that it was ok and to relax. She was so calm, professional, and friendly the entire day not only to me, but to my entire bridal party.
Loana was the second hair stylist who did everyone else's hair except mine. (I was lucky that Aimee was available to do both services for me!) Everyone's curls and up do's held the entire night and looked stunning in wedding photos.

Aimee was a god-send!
I was so incredibly lucky to find Aimee. I was really struggling to find a vendor almost a year before my wedding that was available, within budget, and did amazing work. I stumbled upon Aimee and she was a total god-send! She was incredibly responsive and helped me prepare to look and feel my best for my big day from my trial all the way up to wedding week! She was so flexible with me adding in extra bridesmaids and did such an incredible job. My makeup not only looked fantastic but lasted me all night. I would hire her again 100 times over! -

Aimee was extremely clear in and quick to respond our communications leading up to my wedding.
Aimee wasn't available day-of, but brought in 3 artists as a part of her team, who supported a total of 6 hairstyles and 8 ladies’ makeup for my wedding. The artists were kind, friendly, and most importantly, all did such a fantastic job with everyone’s hair and makeup! We all felt so beautiful, and our hair and makeup held for hours. The artists were flexible too, when I swapped the order of a few ladies, to help meet some photo schedules.
The only hiccup: one artist did run behind schedule, which put a delay in our family photos, but thankfully we were able to make that time up elsewhere and all was well. Even with that, would definitely recommend! -

I cannot say enough good things about Aimee! Her professionalism was mind-blowing! I had never hired an professional H&MUA before and expected it to be a really casual and average experience. I just expected to choose a style, they try to get close, and then you're stuck with what you get. Boy, was I wrong!
Aimee takes her business and her customers satisfaction VERY seriously! I booked a preview and bridal hair and make-up for myself, and hair for my bridesmaids for my wedding in August 2020. At first, I was being cheap and thought I didn't need the preview. Thankfully Aimee's proposal included everything and I felt the price was reasonable for my budget. Little did I know how much work she would put in for that money! Thanks to COVID-19, my wedding was postponed to May 2021 and she was able to accommodate me. Then.....we realized that in May 2021, the pandemic would still prevent our wedding from taking place and moved it (again) to August 2021. Finally it happened! Thankfully Aimee made it work each time we had to reschedule and was able to fit me in.
The preview was very helpful and I'm so glad I did it! I was able to make requests and she got to see how my skin and hair would work with what I wanted. I highly recommend getting a preview appointment!
On the day of my wedding, Aimee arrived early, set up, and completed everything for everyone exactly how we wanted. We all received so many compliments on our looks, I cannot wait to see the professional photos. Throughout every interaction she was kind, professional, helpful, informative, I mean.....she is ON it!! There are not enough caps and exclamation points to express how much I adored her and enjoyed my experience. If you are fortunate enough to book her, you will NOT be sorry! Mil gracias! -

Artist Aimee, Dana & Loana did a wonderful job in providing my 6 bridemaids, my mother-in-law, my mom, and I with HMU services for my big day! They were on time and kept us on track as we were limited with time due to having to check out of our hotel suite by 12pm. Aimee was super responsive and provide great advice as I don't generally wear make-up. The theme of the make-up was soft glam, and Aimee, Dana, and Loana understood the assignment - we were all looking natural yet still dolled up to enhance our features. My experience with Aimee definitely felt more than just a HMU session, she made me feel comfortable and confident! I love her laugh, and her whole team's vibe felt like a party. I definitely would recommend her, Dana, and Loana! -

Absolutely loved my trial and was amazing on my wedding day. Both artists were prompt, well organized and communicative. Just had to show them a picture on Pinterest of what myself and my bridesmaids wanted and they made it happen! A definite recommend for any special occasion. They do make up as well but I had already booked someone prior. I have seen pictures on their site though and would recommend. -

Aimee did my hair and makeup along with with my bridesmaids for our wedding day on May 15th! She was early and had such a great spirit throughout the day. It was so helpful that she spoke Spanish because my mom was able to communicate with her. She did such an amazing job and we all felt so beautiful! We cried a few times during the ceremony and our makeup still looked perfect and my hair stayed the entire night. So amazing! I also used her airbrush services for my upper body to even my skin tone and I felt so confident!!
So happy I found Aimee!! I have used her services a few times and I highly recommend her. She's professional, talented, and friendly! -

Great work for a good price
My hair and makeup artist was Aimee and she was absolutely amazing!
First of all, she drove all the way out to Midpines for a 4am start time and you would never have known it was before the crack of dawn. She was so sweet and so professional. My hair and makeup looked amazing and lasted all day. Even through wind and waterfall mist. -

Aimee is THE Best!
I was lucky enough to find Aimee and hire her to do my wedding hair and makeup (and my maid of honor's hmu & my mom's hair). There are not enough positive things I can say about her! She's super responsive, the nicest ever, asks all of the right questions to understand your vision, plans with you before both the preview day and before the event date to make sure things are on point, and does such a great job that the hair and makeup stay put ALL day & night long! I even tested my preview hmu by taking a nap after running a ton of errands and to my surprise nothing was out of place. I booked Aimee for both our (now postponed to 2021 due to COVID) large winery wedding in Sonoma and our intimate elopement in SF this year. She is so sweet and made me feel at ease from our preview appointment all the way through my wedding day.
She did a fabulous job taking the inspiration images I shared and tweaking them to work for my hair, skin, etc. I was also hugely impressed with her ability to work with constructive feedback - she followed up after our preview appointment and incorporated every single piece of feedback, and the final result was beautiful! I cannot thank Aimee enough for helping me feel absolutely gorgeous (but also still look like myself!) on my wedding day :) -

Amazing, Talented, and Professional!
Within minutes of reaching out to Aimee, she almost immediately responded. She was easy to talk to, affordable, and extremely flexible. We had to postpone our original wedding and downsize, but Aimee kept our contract without any hidden fees or loopholes. On our wedding day, Aimee was a total rockstar. She came with PPE and COVID proctection, which made my mother-in-law feel at ease. She was able to get 2 make-ups, and 6 hairstyles done in just over 3 hours! I didn't have a specific vision for my bridal look, but Aimee knocked it out of the park. She has great attention to detail and an eye for beauty. My makeup wasn't caked on at all, and even in the wind my hair stayed in place all day and night long. I can't recommend her enough. She is such a joy and I can't recommend her enough. -

Aimee is incredible!
Aimee was absolutely amazing to work with! We threw together a small last-minute wedding in the last week after our large wedding was postponed due to COVID-19. Aimee was very responsive and helpful even though we contacted her just 2-3 weeks before the big day, and was very kind about our constantly changing plans. She was VERY affordable compared to most artists I looked into, and made it even more so for us by allowing me to use the makeup and hair trial for a pre-wedding event we had the day before, rather than charging us the full amount for 2 separate events. On top of all of this, her actuall hair and makeup work was amazing! She took all of my requests and turned them into a look I couldn't have imagined, but absolutely loved! I have never felt so beautiful, and NEVER received so many compliments on my hair and makeup. We had HOURS of rituals to do following our wedding ceremony, but my hair and makeup both stayed beautifully intact. And as someone who is NOT a morning person, she was absolutely a pleasure to have around even at 6:30 in the morning :) I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who wants a HMUA who will go above and beyond what you are hoping for! -

Aimee is amazing, sweet, very talented at her craft, and very professional, as well. She drove across the Bay, in the rain, at a ridiculously early hour last December to do my bridal preview/engagement photos hair and makeup, and made me feel the most beautiful I have ever felt at 5:30 in the morning! It was raining during the shoot so my hair lost its curls a little bit (my hair isn't good at holding a curl too well anyways) but overall looked excellent (that braid! loved it!) well into the day (even through a nap)... And my makeup looked wonderful all day as well. We were walking around town later that morning and one of my FH's former co-workers spotted us from across the street - she said it wasn't him she first noticed, but rather "the girl with the pretty hair"!

Aimee did such an amazing job with my makeup. I wanted something a little different and she SLAYED IT! She also did my hair and used extensions and it came out perfect. She is really good at what she does, knows what she's doing, and has a long range of doing different hair and makeup. She is patient, understanding, and easy going. I HIGHLY reccomend her! -

Aimee was awesome
Aimee did a wonderful job this was my first time having someone do my makeup and she was amazing. She was on time...told me some ideas she had for my look upon looking at my Pinterest board and of course my dress. I got so many compliments at the wedding I attended. The makeup definitely held up all night. I will definitely book Aimee again for another event. I do have my 10yr anniversary in March. -

Aimee was absolutely amazing working with me, my 8 bridesmaids, and my mother for our wedding and we couldn't have been happier with how her and her team executed. From the beginning, Aimee was very professional and quick to respond which I appreciated. Aimee did an amazing job on hair/makeup for myself and my wedding party! Everybody kept saying that we looked made up and beautiful but still like OURSELVES, you know? Which was critical for me, especially since my daily makeup routine is pretty much sunscreen and mascara.
I also highly recommend the bridal consultation - it was a great opportunity to talk about different styles and get a sense of what things looked like on me, especially because I was pretty set on airbrush makeup, and then I didn't actually like the look on my skin (my dry skin). So we learned this, and then were about to do a perfect look for the day of!
Thanks so much Aimee, you're a great person and I'm so glad that I got to spend some of my wedding day sitting with you! -

Amazing experience!
Aimee was phenomenal for getting me ready for my wedding day! The experience alone was a blast and relaxing. It was like a fun girl’s day. I traveled to California from Florida for our wedding, never meeting her until wedding day, with just a few emails back and forth with ideas, and she was everything and more. Not only being one of the sweetest people, she is extremely experienced at hair and makeup. I can’t forget to mention that my hair and makeup was flawless for over 10 hours of photos, a waterfall mist, snow, and hiking. After getting the photos back, everyone couldn’t stop complimenting me on my hairstyle and makeup. I highly recommend her and I feel like I made a new friend that enjoys singing 80s hits and Motown with me :) Thank you for beautifying me for the most important day of my life! -

Aimee is amazing! She came to my house for the makeup trial for my wedding, and was so kind and professional. I was a bit nervous just because when I've had my makeup done for weddings in the past, the artists were not friendly and didn't choose products to work with my skin type (I have acne). But Aimee is SO personable and I felt comfortable with her. She also has a large collection of products and did a wonderful job of listening to my concerns about coverage and choosing products that made my skin look great! She is also an eyebrow wizard, and I'd hire her to do my brows every morning if I could. The wedding day was no exception, and my bridesmaids and I felt flawless after she was done working her magic on us. I definitely recommend Sesentiraimee Makeup Artistry! -

Sesentiraimee Artistry was recommended to me through my wedding coordinator. Booking and communication was straightforward and the portal that Sesentiraimee is easy to navigate. I booked a trial for hair and makeup with Aimee for my wedding day as well as to do hair and makeup for my bridal party. For the trial, I had a vague idea of what I wanted. She was really helpful in narrowing down what I wanted for my wedding day. The trail was amazing! It was what I thought I wanted and I loved it. However, after discussing my vision / venue / dress with Aimee, we found a style that was absolutely perfect for the wedding day. Still included elements I wanted but tweaked it to create a cohesive overall look that was gorgeous. Aimee and Loana did such a great job overall on the wedding day. They kept us on time and looking fabulous. Also - my niece was the flower girl. She is a WIGGLE WORM and CHATTERBOX. Loana did an amazing job curling and pinning up her waist long hair.
Both ladies on this team were extremely sweet, professional, friendly, and knowledge. They made us look awesome! -
