Our ceremony pieces were phenomenal

I asked for a beautiful floral arch and boy did she deliver. She was so sweet and we connected well. All my pieces were delivered day of with complimentary delivery and extra decorations thrown in. They were absolutely beyond what I expected and my husband’s lapel florals were beautiful. Thanks again Kristie!

Beautiful flowers

I was completely blown away by the flowers that Kristie put together for my wedding. They looked AMAZING!! She worked with me to get my bouquet to look exactly how I wanted and was so flexible and accommodating when it came to centerpieces and decor. The flowers were really important to me and my grandmother and I’m still in awe of how it all looked. Serving hands also made us a beautiful cake. I will be recommending them to everyone!!

Amazing, over the top flowers & service!

Sheila went over the top with service and flowers were absolutely beautiful. She sent a picture of my bouquet a few days before the wedding, which was very thoughtful. She was amazing, definitely recommend!!

Professional & Outstanding Service!

Shelia and her staff were amazing! She is honest and very professional. She made sure all of my daughter's wants were met. The floral arrangements and bouquets were beautiful. Her suggestions were spot on! I can't say enough about how wonderful their services were. The bussing staff and bartender were amazing! Our guests are still complimenting the staff on their services. I highly recommend Serving Hands!

Sheila is the BEST!!!!!!

We love Sheila and her team! Sheila is super helpful and brilliant with her work. It was very convenient having her do our bouquets and our catering. The flowers were gorgeous and she even messaged me the day before to make sure I loved my bouquet before the wedding day to make sure it was perfect for me. The bouquets, boutonnières, flower girl headpiece, and mother’s corsages were stunning and perfect colors for the wedding and make my pictures POP with color. The food was delicious. She offered so much variety but we went with the Italian buffet and everyone was very pleased with it and even the staff fixed us a plate so we had a chance to eat during the wedding. The staff was very professional during the event and made sure everyone had plenty to drink (was really hot outside wedding so we made several beverages breaks)

I recommend Sheila and her team to everyone, especially if you dont want to have a lot of vendors to work with, she’s convenient with her floral abilities, catering, venue, coordinating, Dj, and minister connections!

Best Service dream come true bouquet

The best service & quality!

Phenomenal service and quality! Sheila knows what she is doing and took so much stress off of my plate the day of my wedding considering I was not able to be at my venue when they set everything up. She went so far as to make sure and leave flowers and a picture of how I wanted my cake to look even though she did not do my cake. She goes the extra mile without being asked and I cannot thank her enough! Another huge thing for me was budget. She was able to give me exactly what I wanted within my budget and that was HUGE for me. I’m so thankful I went with Serving Hands and will continue to recommend them to all brides to be that I know!

Sheila is amazing person to work with. Just got married last Sunday and my flowers was perfect. It was everything I envisioned. Three days after the wedding my flowers still looking fresh and I just couldn’t stop looking at them!! Thank you Shiela!

I used Serving Hands as our florist for our wedding (4/23/16), and it was one of the best experiences out of all of my vendors. Sheila was the sweetest, and she was so helpful in achieving the vision I wanted. She even sat with me and went through the countless pictures I brought with me from Pinterest! Not only was she accommodating, the end result at our wedding was more than I could have asked for!!! Everything she did was beautiful, and I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!

I don't even know where to begin. Sheila and her staff was more than helpful they were amazing! She made sure my day was exactly what I wanted and everyone raved about the flowers still weeks later. She was available to me all the time, responded quickly, read my Pinterest and my personality so well! She is the only person I could have trusted to make my day exactly how I dreamt it. It was like she was my Pinterest in a person.
Seriously though I went to countless wedding shows and surfed hours for a great florist / caterer and she made me feel at ease, every day all the time. I'm struggling to find the correct words to describe the complete satisfaction I had with Serving hands but they are all falling short!

Sheila did an amazing job on my daughters wedding on August 11, 2017. The bouquets were so beautiful. Sheila was very helpful with all our needs. I would highly recommend Serving Hands for any event.

Let us begin by saying we were married July 1, 2017 at St. Benedicts Catholic Church and we celebrated with a reception at Vesica Pieces Chapel. Included in our package with Vesica Piscis Chapel was the center pieces to be done by Serving Hands Weddings and Flowers. We knew we would also need a florist for the wedding flowers so we decided to meet with Servings Hands and see iF we could build a package that would include wedding flowers and center pieces.

We meet with Sheila at Serving Hands to discuss what we had in mind for the wedding and reception and everything went very smoothly. Sheila did a wonderful job of meeting our needs and she was very meticulous about taking notes to incorporate every little detail we had discussed. As we were making our selections, Sheila noticed my wife kept stopping on images of pink lily based bouquets. We were planning on going with teal and white to match the rest of our wedding colors but after a little discussion, Sheila convinced us that pink would be a great accent color for the bouquet. She could not have been more correct! When we saw the flowers we were amazed. Everything was perfect and we could not have been more pleased with the outcome. Sheila was even able to work with the florist for St. Benedicts church to make sure the flowers on the alter matched in color.

Not only were our flowers beautiful (so beautiful in fact, we noticed them in the hotel lobby the next morning HAHA) but our experience with Serving Hands and Sheila was wonderful. We would recommend that anyone looking for a florist who will pay attention to the details and make sure everything is done the right way meet with Sheila and you won’t regret it.

My husband and I got married June 3, 2017. I hadn't originally planned on using a florist as I wanted to DIY all my floral pieces. I had started experimenting with paper flower bouquets and found paper that matched my dream wedding colors, deep royal blue and bright coral. That said, as our wedding date drew closer, I realized, I wasn't going to have time to make the center pieces as well as the ceremony bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres, so I didn't actually initiate contact with Sheila until March. Thankfully, she very graciously found time to fit me into her busy schedule! When we finally had our first meeting, Sheila was incredibly professional and extremely helpful. Since I had planned to DIY everything, I didn't have any idea about what I would want the ceremony arrangements (bouquets, boutonnieres, etc.) to look like. Sheila helped to guide me through the process of figuring out what type of arrangement would fit best with my wedding party. What's more, she helped me find roses that would match the coral I had chosen (it was almost neon, the color was so bright and was more of a pink-tinged coral)!! Then, for my bridal bouquet, she hand painted some of the flowers to the royal blue I wanted, as the flowers I ended up wanting to use don't naturally come in royal blue. Needless to say, on the day of the wedding, I was absolutely blown away!!! The bridal party bouquets were so beautiful!! They went so well with the bridesmaid dresses I had picked out!!! Also, Sheila had decorated the chapel aisle with silk rose petals and ribbons - it was a dream to walk into the chapel and see it decorated for the first time!! I am so incredibly happy that we ended up deciding to use Serving Hand's floral services!! Amazing final product!! It was well within our floral budget!! 10/10 would recommend. Sheila, thank you again for making our day so special! Your arrangements were gorgeous!

Sheila was so friendly and helped our daughter choose the perfect flowers. Even though her wedding was almost a year ago we still picture the absolutely beautiful flowers for the wedding. When family and friends see photos of the flowers, especially the bride's bouquet, they say the most positive compliments about them. Sheila helped attach specials items to our daughter's bouquet to make it even more special and personal. We couldn't have been happier about the Florist we chose.

We just booked our daughter's wedding and had it here at Arrow Springs on Oct 8 2016. The venue is absolutely gorgeous! Sheila and Greg are wonderful to work with. They are very accommodating, flexible, they always text me right back or answered my phone calls and questions. The lighting was great. Sheila didn't bother us at all she gave us a key and complete access to the venue to decorate and get it ready. We paid for Serving Hands lady's to help out with serving and cleaning, we were so happy we did because they did a great job in serving the food, keeping the food stocked as well as stayed and helped us do the clean up. I highly recommend these girls especially Emily they all were so much help.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this florist! I wanted an elegant garden look for our wedding, using many greens with just a few flowers for pops of color, and she nailed it perfectly!! I gave her a few photos to show my vision, and she exceeded my expectations! My bouquet was STUNNING!! The bridesmaids bouquets were gorgeous and the groomsmen's boutonnieres were perfect. If you love succulents as much as I do, my husband had some in his boutonnière and it looked awesome! We also got pearl bracelet corsages for our moms and they LOVED them! They were so happy they got to keep the pearls as a keepsake of the day! Not only were the flowers absolutely beautiful, Sheila is such a wonderful person to work with! You can tell she really cares and wants the best for you and for your day to be gorgeous. She is so sweet and incredibly helpful on EVERYTHING! I don't know what I would have done without her help. She helped me with the linen rentals, and our wedding cake (they do catering too!) I am just so blessed to have been able to work with her. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone for their upcoming wedding or any special event!

Our experience with Sheila was nothing but 5 star! She treats each one of her clients with such special care and respect. She was so generous and flexible with her time and availability to meet as I was planning a wedding out of state and only had limited weekends when I was in town. She was very quick to reply on e-mail and phone, which again, when planning a wedding out of town is very helpful. Sheila was VERY knowledgeable with flowers and availability of certain types of flowers, so she was able to help me set a vision and get me exactly what I wanted. I showed her a picture, and she matched it to a tea! We used her for our cakes as well, which was so nice to cut down on one more vendor. Her work on the cake was also nothing short of stellar. Again, I showed her a picture and she delivered. She was VERY reasonably priced and just as delicious as other Tulsa standards like Anne's or Merritt's. Sheila is a smaller store, but don't let that stop you from trying her out. I promise after your first consultation you will be in love with how gracious and "un"-stressful she is to work with! Thank you, Sheila, for making my day as beautiful as I dreamed!

The flowers were one of the most important details of my wedding so I was nervous. Not only did Sheila make my vision come alive, she was so kind and understanding throughout the entire process. Sheila and her assistant, Christy, were truly wonderful. They honestly went above and beyond to deliver the flowers and make sure that everything was taken care of. Sheila texted a few times before the wedding to see if i needed anything, which was very thoughtful. Her pricing is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend her!! My bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets were gorgeous! All the centerpieces turned out really well too

We had a fantastic experience working with Serving Hands for our wedding flowers! Prior to booking a florist, my husband and I spent an afternoon walking around the Tulsa Wedding Show. We met with multiple vendors and expressed we were looking to do flowers for our wedding on a budget. Almost every vendor we spoke with turned up their nose but Sheila was so kind and helpful. She helped make our vision for our big day come to life and did so in a way that was right on target with our budget! The flowers turned out beautifully! Everything was delivered on time and she even met with us a few days prior to the wedding to make sure everything was just right. We would definitely recommend Serving Hands to anyone looking for beautiful flowers at a great price!

I am so pleased with Serving Hands! Sheila was very flexible about our meeting times as I work full time (8-5), and she was always able to meet in the evenings. She never pressured me into using her services, which is great when you're shopping around. I thought her prices were very reasonable. I didn't have to lift a finger the day of my wedding, because she did everything! She let me make multiple changes to my order as things came up. Her tablecloths were clean and wrinkle free, her table arrangements were beautiful! My bouquet turned out just like the picture I brought to her! She also saved the day when my caterer unexpectedly had no servers for our wedding. She was able to provide us (very last minute) with two very lovely ladies who did an exceptional job serving our food. They cut the cake, and they packaged and cleaned everything up when we were done! I had so much going that day, and with their help, everything went so smoothly. Cannot say enough good things about all their services!

Sheila is AMAZING! She did my moms wedding 8 years ago when my mom got remarried so when I got engaged and started wedding planning we knew we wanted to use her services. We could not have done it with out her help. She gave me EVERYTHING I WANTED AND MORE! Her cake is beautiful and delicious! the chocolate fountain divine. The flowers breathtaking. She set up all our reception tables just how i wanted. what i loved most were the 2 long stem roses with ribbons put together to sit in a seat for my dad who has passed away and my husbands mother who has also passed. She was so helpful through out the planning process. a couple times we had to rethink our budget and she never made me feel bad for what I had to cut back on. She was willing to meet with me frequently and was always just a phone call or email away.

While on our honey moon my husband and I realized that we never got to eat a piece of our cake (we did not save the top layer because i didn't want to) I emailed her and asked her if it was possible to get a sample. She was more than happy ti give me a sample and she scheduled a time for me to pick it up. When i arrived it wasn't just a slice of cake it was a mini wedding cake! and it was SO GOOD!
Sheila and the Serving hands staff is friendly, affordable, and a must have for every wedding in tulsa!

Shelia was amazing. She helped me pick out what to use in our flower arrangements and it looked spectacular. She was so helpful and amazing! I could not be more grateful that she was able to do our flowers, they were perfect!

Serving hands did all the flowers for my wedding. I found a picture of what I wanted on Pinterest and they made the picture a reality. The flowers were gorgeous!

I just love Serving Hands and everyone on their staff. They did my flowers for my wedding, and also provided their wedding day coordination services for us!! Their work is truly impeccable!! - When I first met with Sheila she took the time to go about flowers and help me with my ideas.. I ended up having to make changes and she was always willing to meet, sweet about my crazy ideas and just did exactly what I wanted!! - The first time I saw my flowers was my bouquet for my bridal session, I was in LOVE and completely astonished at the beauty of my flowers I loved it so much!! It was just what I asked for and I was so glad she did everything I asked. Right before my wedding I wanted to add more greens to my bouquet (Typical bride move:) ) and Sheila made this even more beautiful and gorgeous than the previous one. My flowers were fresh and pretty, so fresh that 9 days later when I came back from my honeymoon I STILL had gorgeous flowers all over my house!! My bridesmaids bouquets were also very gorgeous and my centerpieces were amazing. I cannot say enough things about Sheila's talent with flowers.. I was blown away and I can assure you you will love working with her, she's such professional and friendly vendor you will love her!- For the wedding day coordination I felt as if I could trust them with all my stress, they were incredible helpful and Sheila helped me organize the processional and due to this it just went so smoothly!! - I am forever grateful with Serving Hands for their services.. The quality of their customer service, their attention to detail and the overall experience was more than I asked for. They did my daughters flowers and cake for the wedding...The flowers looked amazing! loved working with them and she even helped us with the selection of the flowers to fit our budget. She recently did her own daughters wedding which was a plus because she knows how important all those details are. The cake was great tasted so good and looked exactly like we imagined. We took some home and enjoyed it for days after! So easy to talk to and work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for a great job! So happy with the way it all looked at the wedding!

I wasn’t sure exactly what flowers I wanted but Sheila took what little idea I had and delivered beautiful flowers for my wedding. She made the wedding planning process very easy by providing some great insight and going above what was asked of her by providing vases and mirrors for free! I would highly recommend Serving Hands.

Shelia was absolutely amazing. My husband and I scheduled an appointment with her to just discuss prices and our "vision", as I am awful with flowers and had no idea what I wanted. Yet, through her careful listening and focus, she was able to understand perfectly and came up with ideas that fit us perfectly! Shelia was also incredibly attentive and went further than just "orange". She had numerous pictures from us to pick from so that she had the right shade of orange. She had the flowers delivered the day off the wedding, exactly as she said she would, and the looked exactly as discussed. No surprises whatsoever!

Sheila and her group did an amazing job putting together our flowers for the wedding day. My favorites were the girls flowers, my bouquet, and the pumpkin flower she designed. Very gifted people and Sheila always makes sure you have the flowers you want on your wedding day. She even made some great suggestions to help us save some money. Serving hands was a true blessing. Sheila listened carefully and gave me the most beautiful flowers I could have asked for. She also called me the week of, and the day before to keep me updated and help calm my nerves by letting me know that my flowers were in and loomed beautiful.

My cake was perfect as well. Many people think that wedding cakes are notoriously awful, but serving hands truly proved them wrong!

All of this was done at an extremely affordable price. I couldn't have Asked for a better cake and flower service for my wedding!

Sheila was a delight to work with! My bouquets were just what I asked for! She was on time and everything looked great. She also did my centerpieces for the reception. They did not contain flowers but looked great! She's a great deal for the awesome work she does!

There are not enough words to express my love for Sheila, owner (and florist) of Serving Hands! She ordered flowers for me to see before I decided on a specific rose. She called me every day to see how I was doing. She kept reminding me that it was MY day and she would do whatever I wanted to make it special. She made me feel like a bride. Her prices were more then fair, her experience and recommendations are invaluable, and her spirit is amazing.

We had a wonderful experience with Serving Hands, who both catered and made our cake for our wedding. The food was incredible! We had the roasted chicken, and fettucine alfredo with mixed greens salad with dressing, mixed vegetables, and garlic mashed potatoes (and every meal comes with a roll). We thought that our guests only options for food would be the choice between chicken and pasta, but they gave anyone who wanted both chicken and pasta both. It was an unexpected surprise! But seriously, I cannot stress how DELICIOUS the food was. The roasted chicken was arguably the best roasted chicken I have EVER eaten, and all the foods were on par with each other. Both our 4 tiered wedding cake and custom motorcycle grooms cake were gorgeous, though we never had the chance to eat more than the piece we fed to each other after the cutting of the cake (that bite was wonderful).

Sheila was amazing! i was that bride that showed up to the consultation with pictures! Sheila didnt flinch and the flowers at wedding far exceeded our expectations! her prices were below reasonable and she went above and beyond by also assisting at the chapel during the rehearsal and the ceremony.

Sheila did my daughter's wedding and she did an awesome job! She helped step her through all the flower decisions and catering. We had the mashed potato bar and it was an awesome hit! Sheila is a lovely Chritian lady who did a great job with my flowers, even honoring short notice requests for my bridesmaids bouquets. The wedding cake was exactly as the picture that I had sent her from Pinterest. The only drawback I had was that she forgot to tell me where the boutinirs/corsages were, and so my wedding party photos went without them. My bridesmaid suddenly remembered, and made sure that everyone who was supposed to have them got them. And the top layer of the cake was a little wonky, but was hidden by flowers. Overall, nice job.

The cake was delicious and looked beautiful. We had chicken and brisket at the wedding. It was yummy and wish I had more time to eat it. The guests seemed very happy with the food and cake.

I was so pleased with the flowers and cake I got from Serving Hands. They are truly the most reasonable around. The cakes got lots of compliments for being so beautiful and also tasting amazing. The flowers smelled amazing and looked like a dream.

I only have a few complaints: 1) I asked for piping on the grooms cake only, and my wedding cake came with it as well. It didn't look bad, but it just wasn't what I wanted. 2) My bridesmaids bouquets weren't as yellow as I'd hoped. They were still beautiful though. 3) I sent a very large (for me) check in the mail as my final deposit, hoping they would be the kind of business to check their mail frequently. My check hadn't been deposited in the nearly 2 weeks since they'd had it. I worried that it had been lost in the mail, and I had to call the office up and ask that they look for my check and deposit it. 4) the owner corrected me when I said I wanted "white garden roses"-- she said "there's no such thing as a white flower". Like... ok, but you know what I mean so there's no reason to be rude.

Serving Hands coordinated the flowers, catering, reception linens and set-up and wedding cake for our event. We were pleased with all aspects of their services and details were smoothly carried out on our wedding day. Sheila (Serving Hands) is a talented floral designer - I wasn't sure what I wanted but she created absolutely beautiful bouquets for us and I was very pleased with the results. Shelia is great! We were happy with the way our flowers turned out. The bridesmaids and bride's bouquets were exactly like I envisioned them. The low star rating on flexibility comes from it being a little hard to convince her to embrace the modern "trendy" look I was going for as opposed to the traditional style she is used to doing--especially on the boutinniers for the guys. I wasn't a huge fan of how they turned out even though I gave her pinterest pictures of what I wanted. Other than that though, I was definitely satisfied with the product and service. Shelia is super easy to work with and definitely makes you feel like a priority. I would recommend.

Serving hands made my wedding cake and I asked for grey and it was freaking purple! And it didn't look anything like the picture. I was very upset and emailed her after my wedding and she was very rude to me. Don't have them do your cakes unless you want a hideous one.

Spent alot of money on catering and were served child size portions. Had the Italian buffet and we served a small amount a pasta, 2 small meatballs, and a spoon full of sauce. My guests left hungry and my parents embarrassed. Working in the catering industry myself the food quality and service was not at all what I am used to or expect.
