  We found Rev Kirsten at a wedding expo and had a great conversation. We also reviewed her work on her site for 'Services of Distinction'. We truly were blessed to find her. We had a follow up meeting on facetime where we expressed our decision to use her services and requested next steps.
  In the coming months we then had some homework to do from Rev Kirsten. The homework was for us to provide info so she could know more about us. We then had a follow up meeting weeks before to go over any concerns. Oh yes, and we filled her up with information about us. In turn this only help her create a ceremony which revolved around us and what we wanted to see. Every phrase was vocalized so artistically. How amazing. How incredibly amazing!

  After Rev. Kirsten performed the most wonderful wedding ceremony for my sister and brother-in-law, my husband and I decided to use her services for our wedding, and we are so so happy we did. We wanted a personal ceremony that reflected our values and what's important to us, and we got that and so much more. Rev. Kirsten really took the time to get to know us. I especially love that she had us write about each other and our relationship in a letter, and worked personal touches from those love letters into the ceremony. She's also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She helped us work important family members into the ceremony in special ways and elements of my husband's Jewish culture. She's flexible and 100% there to make sure the couple is happy. We had to change our venue 4 days before the wedding. She made the change without complaint (even though it was an hour farther away) and offered her support and helped us work out marriage license details since we were changing counties. We got so many compliments from guests who loved how personal the ceremony was. Our wedding was meaningful and fun, which is just what we were hoping for. Rev. Kirsten has since performed friends' wedding ceremony, so I can confidently say that, every time, she does an incredible job making the ceremony personal to the couple and special to everyone present.

  It was an honor to work with Rev. Kirsten for our wedding. She is very friendly and personable, which made talking to her about the process very easy and stress free. After the first conversation we had with her, we knew we had found the right person to marry us. Rev. Kirsten explained explained everything in such a detailed and clear manner that we had no questions afterwards. During the ceremony, she her soft tone and conversation like service made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. She made our service very personable and special.   Two weeks before our wedding, we decided to switch our venue and find a new officiant because of the legal changes in Virginia. I found Kirsten Blom-Westrook (Services of Distinction) online and sent her a message. I received a quick response, and we had a phone conversation shortly after. I knew after talking with Kirsten that she was the officiant I wanted. We arranged a FaceTime meeting for that evening so my partner (now husband!), could talk with Kirsten, too. The conversation proved that we were all in sync, and we moved forward with the contract and the planning.
  
  Kirsten made the planning so easy! She gave us some homework to write our own story about how we met. She asked us not to share the stories with each other, and she incorporated elements of both into our ceremony. She also offered us the option to create our own vows. We declined because we felt confident that she would create the perfect ceremony for us.
  
  And we were right. Not only were KIrsten's words beautiful, poignant, and tailored to us; her delivery and timing were amazing. Our families and all of our other guests were mightily impressed. Everyone raved about her afterward.
  
  We're amazed at how quickly Kirsten responded to our initial request and how easily everything came together. We are so glad that we found her and hired her for our special day. If you're looking for a officiant, we recommend that you strongly consider Services of Distinction.

  Kirsten did an amazing job, we only met with her twice before the wedding and each had to write something about the other to give to her and she pulled together a personalized, sweet, not a dry eye in the room ceremony. There just are enough things I can say to describe how pleased we were, just fantastic!

  Rev. Kirsten is the best! She is very thorough, when she did my rehearsal the matron d was blown away by how stern and thorough she was, she said in all her years of doing this she has never seen an officiant so good at what she does! I would recommend her to everyone, if you want someone to make your day special she's your officiant!!!

  Choosing Rev. Kirsten as our wedding officiant (and proxy) was one of the best decisions we ever made. Since we live in Florida, we were unable to meet with her until the wedding day but she was so kind and accommodating during our months of preparation that we never doubted our choice. On the big day she promptly arrived at our hotel with a warm smile and a calm demeanor, which was highly needed since the zipper had just come off the track of my wedding dress. While waiting for the seamstress she kept everyone calm and laughing, and even offered to sew me into the dress if the zipper was not fixable (fortunately, it was). The ceremony was so beautiful, written as if she had known us for years even though we had met only a half an hour prior. My partner and I could not have asked for a better person to be a part of our big day, thank you so much Rev. Kirsten!! Love, Jennifer & Mary

  We could not have wished for a better service and Officiant for our special day. Many of our guests complemented our services and vows as being the nicest part of the wedding day. Her voice and tone were very pleasing and she was able to hold the attention of the guests.
