August 26, 2023 - Our Dream Wedding
Elyse and Dustin are a true rock star team together! We are very fortunate, lucky and blessed that they got to capture our entire wedding weekend from the rehearsal dinner and welcome party the night before to our very special wedding day at the Beaufort Hotel on August 26, 2023. Elyse and Dustin were so easy to work with. We had a meeting with Elyse a couple weeks before our big day, which was so helpful to learn and know how they would be filming all weekend. From the rehearsal dinner to the welcome party the night before, to wedding day getting ready, details, ceremony and reception Elyse and Dustin captured the events perfectly. They are so gentle and so sweet as they make us feel so comfortable. They told us to just be ourselves, which was the best advice we could have received. We totally forgot we were even “mic -ed up” after a while, which was awesome because they truly got to capture every moment and reaction. They are true rockstars for being there throughout the whole weekend in the very hot August heat!! Elyse was always there when I turned around making sure I didn’t need anything, which was extra sweet of her. They are great on-site and as well as behind the scenes where the magic happened. When Elyse had let us know our highlight video was ready Blake and I were eager to sit down together to watch it. Let me tell you, the waterworks started flying!! I was in complete awe of how perfect our highlight video was from capturing not only all of the events the whole weekend, but our personalities, our families and truly our whole story into one video. It could not have been any more perfect. They are so extremely talented!!!! We also got the whole footage of our ceremony and all of our toasts, which was again tear jerkers. It was the best thing ever being able to re-watch our ceremony over and truly being able to hear every word we vowed, which was the true meaning of the whole weekend. I cannot thank Elyse and Dustin for their beyond artist work and being able to provide us with film of the best weekend of our lives! -

I cannot say enough about Elyse’s professionalism and attention to every detail. She takes the time to make sure you feel like she is all in 100% (as if she didn’t have dozens of other weddings to tend to as well)! I planned my wedding from hundreds of miles away and happened to find Elyse on google of all places. I knew after our first conversation that this was the perfect fit. She (along with her hubby and camera partner Dustin) are the sweetest and most genuine people you could ask to work with! As for the video itself... she really hit it out of the park. Everyone in the room was in tears. And what exception editing execution! Truly magical and I couldn’t feel more blessed you have found Elyse as our videographer ❤️ -

My husband and I are so glad we chose Elyse to do our wedding video! Despite COVID, a rainstorm, and so many changing plans (!), Elyse was so accomodating and gracious through it all. We loved our video and we recommend her to everyone we know! -

After initially deciding to postpone our wedding, 2 weeks before our original wedding date we decided to elope. We saw Elyse's previous work and fell in love with her vision and style. At the time we weren't sure where we wanted to get married, just that we wanted to be wed in the mountains and we actually found the perfect spot through her videos. Elyse and her husband captured our day beautifully, her video brings back all the emotions from our day. Elyse is sincere, a calming presence, and remarkably creative. Rest assured that if you work with Elyse you will be satisfied. We are incredibly grateful for her talents and the wonderful memories she has allowed us to come back to time and time again. -

We received our wedding video back from Elyse last week and all we can say is wow. It exceeded our every expectation. It captured our day and all of the emotions in it perfectly. We will cherish it forever! Just the experience of working with Elyse was also fantastic. She is both personable and professional and made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera. We would highly recommend her to anyone! -

Elyse Serrano was easily the easiest person to work with. My husband and I got married in a small elopement ceremony on The Blue Ridge Parkway. Elyse and her husband Dustin (the drone flyer) made our wedding video so special, the video we received went way beyond our expectations. She included everything I had envisioned plus more. From the time that she arrived to the moment she left, she followed me every single second of my wedding day making sure to capture all special moments that happened. She was extremely quick in finishing the video as not even a month later we held a reception to celebrate and we showed the video to all our friends/family. Our wedding was in November and I still watch our wedding video each week and still cry each time I watch the video. Elyse not only sent us our wedding video of the full day, she sent us the video of just our personal wedding vows in full. The day was amazing and I would highly recommend this team for any wedding. -

I couldn't have dreamed that our wedding video would've come out this good. Elyse absolutely KILLED it. God has given her an eye for this and I can't put into words how indebted I am for how amazing she did. Not only did she capture everything in it's truest form, but she also helped us remember to enjoy the little, unseen moments on our wedding day. She put us at ease and helped us truly embrace each other amidst the chaos around us. She has truly done our big day justice. We literally watch our video at least once a week if not more. Thank you SO MUCH for perfectly capturing the tone, emotion and spirit of such an unforgettable milestone. -

It was a pleasure having Elyse as our Wedding videographer! I can tell she truly strives to go the extra mile with clients and she really cares about each person's happiness throughout the process. I enjoyed getting to know her during preparation and during our wedding Elyse and her husband made the day feel less stressful and more fun. She was very respectful of my photographer, which I appreciated.
The final product was better than I imagined! She captured all the sweet and memorable moments perfectly and I really don't know what I would change. We had drone video footage that took it to the next level, as well as a time lapse addition. The video was unique and my family and I were in awe of the technical effects and the 'storyline'. Her husband and Elyse even worked hard to edit-out a facial blemish I had developed due to COVID bride stress ;) (which meant a lot to me!)
My only complaint with the process was the wait time. I ended up waiting close to 19 weeks for the video. I do believe this was unusual and had to do with COVID impact (people moving their weddings and also wanting to make up for lost business during the spring and summer). I know this is not the experience Elyse hopes to give her customers moving forward and I also think the video was worth the wait! You won't regret working with these caring and talented videographers!
