Best deduction ever

Choosing Separk as my venue was the best wedding choice I made. Transparency if pricing, in house vendors, and the wedding planning services were phenomenal. It rained in my big day and the staff did a fantastic job adjusting to the weather. I cannot recommend Separk and their staff enough.

Best venue ever

If you are considering getting married at Separk, just do it. The property itself is gorgeous, and the team is amazing to work with! We are so happy that we had our wedding here. They made it the perfect day. :)

Great experience

We had our wedding with Separk on Oct 7th 2023. We did the all inclusive package which was great because it really helped us streamline some vendors and choices. Caylea was super helpful and responsive. So glad we had her there to help coordinate day of when everything is hectic. Highly recommend Separk and specifically the all inclusive area package!

Perfect wedding and planner

Amy Creason was absolutely awesome. She guided us every step of the way and went above and beyond in her efforts to make our wedding the best it could be. Weddings can be super stressful but she took a lot of the heat off of us with her expert guidance and helped us make the choices that fit our vision perfectly.

The venue was beautiful and I would pick it over all of the ones we visited every time. It was totally perfect, pictures were amazing, setup was amazing, suggestions all worked out perfectly.

The best!!

One of the greatest decisions was choosing to have our wedding at Separk!!!! It was the most beautiful venue. All of our guests were in total awe of the venue. The day was exactly what I dreamt of!! Separk Mansion Wedding!!!

I highly recommend this wedding venue! The staff were awesome, and great in responding to emails and questions! I highly recommend an all inclusive if you can. Very very easy wedding planning, and wouldn't have been able to do it without the wedding coordinator. We also really enjoyed the grand tasting, and getting to trying the food options from the different vendors. It was nice talking with other couples as well and getting to know others and their plans. All the vendors were very friendly and helpful on our wedding day. We visited a ton of venues before checking out Separk and this definitely felt like our place to have our wedding.

Absolutely recommend!

What an excellent experience. The venue is beautiful and gives you optionality for having indoor and outdoor events without having to necessarily rent a tent for a rain plan. Separk made wedding plan so much easier than we thought it would be. Their package includes so many small things that we didn’t have to seek externally - linens, tables/chairs, alcohol, and partnerships with catering for food, flowers, and cake, which saved us a ton of time. Their wedding planning one to two months before the wedding also saved us from having to hire an external planner. Plus, the Separk employees know the venue better than anyone else, so having them coordinate the planning made more logistical sense. We felt like all of our requests were accommodated for the wedding day and felt that the planners made everything run so smoothly that we didn’t have a single complaint regarding logistics on wedding day. Caylea, the venue manager, was very patient with us throughout the planning process, and made us feel like we were a priority. If I was to do it all again, Separk would be my number one option. It’s close proximity to Charlotte and has everything you need. We are so thankful for Separk making our wedding the best day ever!

Would 1000000% Recommend Separk!

Britton & myself recently got married at Separk Mansion in March & had the most wonderful experience from start to finish. From the first day that we toured Separk Mansion until the day of we were treated amazing by the staff and extremely pleased with the process. Christine McBurney, our wedding coordinator, was AMAZING!! She made the experience so great. Separk prides themselves on being a one stop shop for all of your wedding needs when booking at that does not stop at the food, alcohol, vendors, etc…. The people is what really set Separk apart for us. Christine was extremely responsive, helpful, & kind, she would not stop until everything was exactly how we waned it the day of!

We really enjoyed the grand tasting, trying all of the food options with other couples, it was a nice way to get to know others & hear folks thoughts about their favorite food. The meetings leading up were very organized and productive, the spacing of the meetings worked nicely as well, so leading up the big day we felt very prepared.

They day of could not have gone smoother. The Separk staff had everything very prepared, organized, and ready to make our day extremely special.

Having Tin Kitchen as a food option is unreal, seriously some of the best food we have had, our guest still to this day are raving about how good our food was. (the Brussel sprout casserole is life changing, trust me) & the Sunflour Bakery cake was an obvious hit (yes the cake is included in your package as well as a tasting 😊)

I think it goes without saying, but the property speaks for itself, absolutely stunning! Highly recommend the rose garden cocktail hour, this space is great for mingling.

Overall we could not be more happy with how our wedding went at Separk. Christine and the entire Separk staff put on the wedding of our dreams and it was the best day ever!

Magical Wedding day

Separk Mansion and their staff made our wedding day SO magical. We had the time of our lives.

1. The planning process with Separk was seamless. We had 3 Total meetings with our coordinator, Amy as well as follow up emails. Each meeting was well planned out and really helped us make our dream wedding a reality. We chose the all inclusive package and it was the best decision we ever made. I am a type A person and I can confidently say that I was able to relax and enjoy getting ready and taking photos with no worries. Amy and the Separk team did such an amazing job setting up everything and also stayed in contact with all of our other vendors.

2. Separk is such a beautiful venue. I’m a history buff so the fact that Separk as such rich history really stood out to me. The Mansion is so well kept and the original charm shines through! Our guest raved about the beauty of Separk and how one of a kind venue it was.

3. Our Coordinator Amy was so amazing. She had everything planned to the T and wasn’t afraid to speak up to keep the day running smoothly. We had a very large wedding party and Amy made sure we all stayed on track. She also helped me calm my nerves multiple times and didn’t bat an eye when I emailed her with last min changes.

Amazing venue

Our wedding at Separk Mansion was absolutely perfect! The all-inclusive package made wedding planning really easy and as stress-free as possible. They have a great preferred vendors list, we used many of their vendors and loved all of them. The getting ready rooms were great (lots of mirrors for the girls, a TV and a game for the guys), and the venue is so beautiful. There were lots of options for both the ceremony and the cocktail hour, all of which are beautiful. Our guests raved about the food, venue, etc. for weeks. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married.

Timeless, stunning wedding venue - book it!

Our experience with Separk was beyond words. I dragged my fiancé to 10+ venues around the Charlotte area without finding one that checked all the boxes, but the second we stepped foot into Separk we knew it was perfect. First of all, it's simply stunning with a gorgeous flow of outdoor and indoor spaces, and a rain plan that we would've been perfectly happy with had the weather not cooperated. The old-timey Italian ballroom complete with stunning chandeliers, a beautiful staircase, and the black and white tile room allowed us to envision a reception that wouldn't require too much decor. We also loved the getting ready suites upstairs and of course the outdoor gardens. What really sold us on Separk, though, were the amazing coordinators. These girls are so professional, knowledgeable, and kind, and we felt certain we were in good hands.

The all-inclusive package is perfect to take care of multiple vendors all at once (catering, cake, bar, linens, centerpieces, etc) and it includes 2 months of planning . We worked with Christine who patiently answered all of my questions and follow-up emails quickly and with kindness. They truly think of everything and helped build out the full-day timeline. I believe we had 3 meetings total and it was plenty of time to work through all of the little details. I appreciated that they had experience doing things like a cookie table (I'm from Pittsburgh and it was important to me to have one!), and were willing to do what it would take to bring our vision to life, including opening the French doors during our reception to have an indoor/outdoor feel which we loved. We felt confident that we would be in good hands on the day of.

A few days before the wedding, Christine let us know that she had gotten sick and that Caylea would be filling in as our day-of coordinator. This last-minute change was unexpected but Christine reassured me she had gone over everything with Caylea and things would go smoothly. Caylea kindly got on the phone with me for an hour as we talked through all the details and small things I had brought up to Christine through the planning process. As promised, Christine had given Caylea the complete run-down and no detail was left unmentioned. I felt so calm going into Saturday knowing that this change would not affect my day.

Everything about our wedding could not have been nicer. I gasped when I saw how beautifully everything had been set up and Caylea did a great job moving things along throughout the day and into the night. If anything went wrong, I certainly didn't notice! Our schedule ran a little behind (our fault) but Caylea worked with our DJ to rearrange some events in the timeline and things still flowed seamlessly. I also had a fashion emergency at the end of the night where my dress came un-bustled but Caylea sprang into action and pinned my dress back into place. Then, they kindly let us go past our end-time so that I could have one last fun dance with everyone before the send-off.

Huge thank you to everyone at Separk, especially Christine and Caylea, for giving us the wedding of our dreams. We truly could not have had a better experience!

Amazing to say the least!

Separk mansion was an absolute dream to have for my wedding venue! The staff went above and beyond to help us and made sure everything went perfectly! I was very impressed with the communication throughout the whole process and Amy helping us through every little detail! The day of the wedding was perfect! Again the staff put everything together so beautifully and also worked alongside our other vendors to make sure there were no loose ends! I always dreamed of having my fairytale wedding and wanted nothing to go wrong and Separk definitely fulfilled my wish! I could not have picked a better venue and every person involved in our day will hold a special place in my heart forever!

Highly Recommend Separk

We highly recommend Separk for all engaged couples! Amy was absolutely great to work with throughout the entire process. She was super flexible with our meetings and super responsive to the many questions I had. Their all inclusive package is hands down the stress-free option to go with. All we had to do was choose from their options (ie. food, cake, and decor) and it was taken care of! The venue is absolutely stunning and decor only adds to its beauty. All of the Separk team is super knowledgeable and so so sweet. Amy executed our wedding day to perfection! If anything went wrong, I still have no idea because she handled everything that day! Separk made the ENTIRE wedding process relaxing and fun for my husband and I. I can’t thank Amy and the rest of the team enough for such an amazing wedding experience ❤️

No regrets- absolute perfection!

Cannot recommend Separk enough! My husband and I just got married here over the weekend and everything was absolutely perfect. Caylea, our lead coordinator was so helpful every step of the way. Their package is an incredible value and the venue is so gorgeous you can do as many or as little florals and decor as you would like and it is still stunning. I cannot believe after looking at so many other venues/ hearing stories from friends how much more Separk gives you in their package. We found almost every one of our vendors through their preferred vendors list, we were able to email and ask questions and got timely responses with assistance and recommendations for months leading up to our big day, and we had to do little to no outsourcing for rentals! The whole team there is so knowledgeable and warm. Caylea was amazing at executing everything with perfection on wedding day and even did so many things behind the scenes I was unaware of such as fixing a friend of mine's heel when it broke and another girl's dress strap (neither were in the bridal party either, just guests who needed a hand!). That to me was class, someone who went above and beyond to make sure that every single person was taken care of. I have no clue how she does it day in and day out but I am so thankful for the team there for making this entire process so relaxing and smooth for my husband and I. I would get married here a hundred times over and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a timeless venue that will leave a lasting impression on your guests and will be an amazing backdrop for your fairytale wedding.

Smartest Choice We Made - 2nd to each other, of course!

Our wedding was over 2 months ago and I'm still over the moon about our experience!!

My husband and I both have demanding jobs and knew that we needed help with a lot of the planning and logistics of the wedding day. We looked at Separk originally because of the all-inclusive accommodations but fell in LOVE with the venue and the staff! Everyone on their team was kind, professional, and proactive on anything that we may have needed throughout the process. I'll also note here that we had one of their more basic packages and about 100 guests so I don't believe any of our experience was influenced by us being "big spenders" and getting special treatment.

We needed the planning help and found it very helpful to answer questions to our planner instead of having to go through online checklists and ask our own questions. Every curveball they got was met with so much grace including a rogue vendor (that we picked) and forgotten boutonnieres (they crafted something very special with the leftover florals from the cake). The most touching moment of the day was finding that it was predicted to rain and that Caylea and the team had set up two different ceremony configurations just in case we couldn't get married in the garden. I honestly am still floored by how well they treated us.

I highly recommend anyone using this venue and their team/preferred vendors! A lot of my DIY friends did not end up saving as much as they thought and they were definitely more stressed. If I could scream our praises on rooftops, I would - in the meantime I'll leave them a lovely review. Thank you so much to Caylea and the Separk team!!

Dream Venue, Dream Team

I can't say enough good things about Separk Mansion, but especially about Caylea and her team. You can easily see from photos the draw of Separk Mansion. Classic, elegant, and traditional. It's the type of venue that speaks for itself, and was a no brainer that the commute to Gastonia from Charlotte was worth it for everything you get. I joked with people often that because Separk does catering, beverages, linens, flatware, etc., it was a no-brainer for me to sign the contract (less planning for me! woo!), but genuinely the all-inclusive package made it a breeze. The included caterer had a rough day for our tasting, and Caylea immediately heard my concerns, provided some context and information, and a few additional options. Planning a wedding - things aren't always going to go to plan. There will be snafu's, but I felt way more confident tackling any of those things that came my way with Caylea by my side. I always trusted her to give me the truth, and her professional opinion when I asked for it. She and her team are incredibly detailed and responsive which is the peace of mind every bride needs. Our day went incredibly - everything according to plan. And I've gotten so many compliments from guests on the mansion, decor, and most of all, the set up which we all know I had not a thing to do with. We are so thankful we chose Separk for our big day. My only word of advice is book the local hotel blocks soon after you book separk! It makes logistics easier for your guests, but truly, we all had such a great time, even with a drive back to Charlotte.

Amazing Experience!

I cannot say enough good things about Separk! As soon as I drove up to this venue I knew it was the one. It’s elegant, classy, modern and had everything we could have wanted. We were able to have our dream outdoor ceremony and still be inside for our reception. The space was perfect for our wedding size of 100 and could definitely have fit more people comfortably. The added bonus of having a wedding planner was fantastic, Christine helped us every step of the way and I could not have gotten through all of the wedding planning without her. Our wedding day was seamless and we didn’t have to worry about a thing since Separk had it all handled! Highly recommend Separk Mansion for your dream wedding!!

July 2022 dream wedding @ Separk! 1,000/5 stars!

We got married at Separk Mansion on July 23, 2022 and it was an absolute dream. We toured the venue in August 2021 and were blown away by how beautiful the venue was, how kind the team was, and how helpful the all inclusive package was that we signed our contract on the spot! As a couple, we've attended 16 weddings together, so we knew how much goes into wedding planning and were prepared to be overwhelmed/stressed out planning our own, but Christine (our amazing planner/day of coordinator) was helpful from the start, connecting us with vendors and helping every single one of our wedding dreams come true. She was a calming, encouraging presence throughout the process and our wedding day was even smoother than we imagined. Everyone tells you that your wedding day flies by in just the blink of an eye, but with Separk's team we had a chance to revel in and enjoy our day, because we didn't have to lift a finger. We can't recommend Separk Mansion enough!!! Not only is it beautiful, but it comes with an amazing team.

My husband and I had the best experience at Separk! We knew we wanted a quick engagement and Christine was beyond helpful at pulling it all together in just 3 months. The day was more than we could have asked for! My husband and I along with our family and friends were truly able to enjoy the day as absolutely everything was taken care of from start to finish. I am so happy that we decided to get married at Separk!

Hidden gem, sparkling with southern grace and polished professionalism.

Separk Mansion genuinely surprised us. We arrived for our tour with zero expectations based on preconceived notions of what Gastonia had to offer and were completely blown away. We brought our daughters with us and their reaction to the mansion was that of Disney magic - they loved the chandeliers, the glamorous bridal suite mirror, floating candles in the fireplace and the "secret" gardens. It was the litmus test we needed, and we all agreed, the facility is gorgeous, and for our loved, elderly guest, it was accessible. During our meeting we learned that the Esquire Hotel a few blocks away frequently host wedding guests, and I can attest that it was booked solid and everyone absolutely loved the accommodations and restaurants in the area. The majority of our guests were traveling in from all over the country (and world!) and the proximity of Separk and The Esquire to Charlotte Douglas International Airport was also a deciding factor.
Since we are both working professionals, we were looking for as much help with the wedding process as possible and opted for their all-inclusive services. Despite being "all-inclusive," you are not limited to a single vendor for a service. Separk does have preferred vendors that they work with regularly and when choosing them for services, they flawlessly work together. We absolutely loved Delish Cakery, Pink Petunia Designs, Heirloom, Nelson String Quartet and Jeni Buchanan Photography. Another great feature of the mansion is while we obviously wanted to use the beautiful gardens, sometimes there are weather issues... Separk seamlessly transitioned our wedding indoors due to a crazy rainstorm and our guests enjoyed cocktail hour in the upstairs ballroom with the quartet while they transitioned from the ceremony to the reception layout downstairs.
The venue is wonderful, the staff are so kind and professional. You can always reach your coordinator and they truly make sure your needs are met and jump in to help when you need it (Christine, you rock!) Gastonia is really blossoming. We are a fan of the area (Separk, Webb Custom Kitchen, The Esquire, Poffie Girls) and would highly recommend this area and these venues to others. Separk made our wedding truly storybook and when we think back to that day... all we feel is magic.

Amazing planning and coordination!

Everyone dreams of their wedding day, hoping it will be spectacular and easy. To say our wedding at Separk was spectacular is an absolute understatement! Caylea and her team were a pleasure to work with: they were there for us every step of the way in the planning process, making sure all of our questions were answered, and helping us budget when necessary. They not only took care of our belongings on the day of, but also handled putting away gift, decorations, and food into the proper vehicles, allowing our wedding party and guests to focus on having fun and celebrating. They worked amazingly with all of our vendors, making the planning and day-of coordination as easy as possible. Our day was magical, largely due to the staff at Separk Mansion. We would gladly recommend them as a prime marriage venue.

Best venue with the best people

I literally couldn’t say enough good things about Separk Mansion and the team. We absolutely fell in love with the venue almost two years ago when we got engaged. We also fell in love with the fact that we could do an all inclusive package WITH A WEDDING COORDINATOR at a pretty reasonable price. Completely sold us! Although we booked our date almost two years ago, Separk never failed to answer my questions and keep me updated on my timeline the whole time. In January of this year, we got to meet our amazing coordinator Merit. I can’t begin to say how helpful she was throughout the whole process. If I had a question or concern, she had an answer and a solution. If I forgot something during the process, she remembered it. She made everything go so smoothly.
Our wedding couldn’t have been more perfect. We are now two weeks out and people are still talking about it and my husband and I are still dreaming about it. We love Separk and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing venue with amazing people in a small town :)

My new wife and I had the Pleasure of working with Christine from Separk Mansion. She was an amazing planner and event day coordinator. Everything went as smooth as I could have imagined.

From helping us walk through the wedding day in our meetings and setting our minds at ease, to the day of making sure everything went according to plan, Christine did it all for us. We were fully confident going into our wedding day what it was going to look like and had no doubts or concerns that something was not going to get done.

The process was super easy as well. Separk has contracts with a food vendor, cake vendor, bar, and they have a ceremony area, cocktail hour area, and reception area all together. They set up and took down chairs and decorations as well. The only thing we had to figure out was an officiant, DJ, and flowers. That made it super easy and they even had an event for all the couples getting married this year as a way to taste all of the food that was offered by their vendor, in which we were able to choose what we wanted to serve. The food at the wedding was fantastic.

What made us really feel at ease was they had a backup plan for weather that they were ready for as well. Luckily we did not have to use it but it was nice to know it was available if needed.

If you are planning a wedding and do not know where to have your ceremony and reception, we highly recommend Separk Mansion. Our wedding day was perfect and incredibly stress free.

Everything you need for a perfect wedding!

Having Separk as our venue was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! They did a phenomenal job at making our wedding vision come to life. We worked with Meritt as our wedding planner and she did such a great job with every detail of our wedding. Our vendors loved working at Separk and raved about how organized and communicative they are with all the vendors. So much is included with their packages such as catering, your wedding cake, a beer & wine bar, decoration, and planning leading up until your day. Separk takes a lot off your plate during the planning process which made our engagement so much more enjoyable. We are so happy we were able to work with Separk and Meritt during such a special time in our lives!

Perfect Wedding Experience

Our wedding at Separk was perfect, even though we had to use our back up plan due to rain for our ceremony & cocktail hour. We chose Separk for multiple reasons - our initial visit with Christine was just overall good vibes, she understood our needs right from the beginning. Separk has really good rain plan options. The all inclusive package and wedding planning simply just cannot be beat, the best value. The whole experience from booking to choosing the menu, to the small detail planning, to the rehearsal and finally the big day, it all went so smooth. Christine was amazing and just kept me calm (somehow). Would recommend Separk and their team over and over again. Thank you for making our day so wonderful!

Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Any exception that my husband and I had for our wedding, Separk exceeded! The entire process from booking the venue to the end of our wedding was stress free and we really enjoyed working with the entire separk team, but especially Caylea, our wedding coordinator. Caylea was responsive, friendly, incredibly easy to work with and professional and we knew we were in good hands. There is not a single thing that I felt like we were missing or wished would have happened differently. We loved the grand tasting, it was so fun to try everything, meet venders, and see the venue decorated from top to bottom. The meetings with Caylea prior to our wedding were so helpful, without being overwhelming and that was amazing. She made it so easy for us to pick items such as linens and center pieces, and was so accommodating to anything we wanted to add such as picture frames for the mantle, signs for the gift table, guest book, bar etc, and helped set up the cigar area on the front veranda during the reception. Caylea went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and the day was absolutely perfect. Not a single thing went wrong, our guests had an amazing time, and there was not a single thing that wasn’t thought of so we didn’t have to worry at all. Their all inclusive weddings are absolutely the way to go, but you can still add upgrades or customize the wedding to feel like it’s unique to whatever you and your partner are looking for. I cannot recommend them enough.!

Beautiful Venue with Incredible Service

We toured Separk Mansion August ‘20 and almost immediately we knew that we wanted to get married here. From the bridal/groom’s suites to the ceremony area/rose garden to the overall offerings of Separk, we were sold. We booked almost immediately! The staff there is incredible and will answer your questions left and right. Twice a year they offer a Grand Tasting with all other couples getting married in the same time frame. This gives you the opportunity to meet with vendors and to try the food that will be provided for your wedding (w/ the all inclusive package that is)
We specifically worked with Christine for our wedding and she was a saving grace almost daily leading up to the last month before the wedding. She truly made our day go so smoothly and you can tell she is passionate in what she does! We cannot recommend Separk and their staff more!

Thank you Separk (and Christine)

My husband and I visited 8 venues in the Charlotte area in about 2 days, Separk was the first, and ended up being our favorite. Not only is it just a classy venue that doesn't require alot of "extras" to make it beautiful, but the all-inclusive package made the most sense for us as an out-of-state couple that didn't want to have to coordinate too many vendors.

I was worried that going "all inclusive" would cause us to lose or individuality but I was absolutely wrong. We got everything we wanted. A signature cocktail of our own design, a mariachi band, our own outside dessert, delicious food options that people raved about, and Separk had so many choices of reception setup/linen colors/centerpieces that it really, truly, felt like our envisioned wedding. Setup was so easy as I just dropped off my items and the team got to work. I will say the only negative with the all-inclusive, if getting ready there is important to you, be prepared for an upcharge. I had to spring for an extra hour of rental time but it was 100% worth it to get to be on-site in the morning!

And then of course, there is Christine. Booking with Separk is worth it if only just for Christine. If you get a choice, ask for Christine. She is calm and collected all throughout planning and on wedding day, And, I think she might actually be 5 people at once. Everywhere I looked, there was Christine. She was behind the bar, she was bustling my dress, she was delivering plates of food to my food-allergy friends, she was cueing the DJ, she was reminding me to throw my bouquet at 9pm as we had planned after I had drank several seltzers and almost forgotten. The day after my wedding I was so sad that I had been too busy to eat dessert. And then my I learned that Christine had packed up all the leftovers and sent them home with my mom; we had wedding cake on our mini-honeymoon. My entire wedding ran on time or ahead of schedule.

Overall, I am so happy with our choice!

Gorgeous venue. Top notch service.

Separk Mansion is such a stunning venue. Not only is it gorgeous but they make the planning process so easy with 3 months of wedding planning included and a day of coordinator. Many items are included in the cost like tables, chairs, linens, cake, etc which makes planning so much easier. Many venues only offer the space and then you must go out and find vendors for every little thing. Separk’s preferred vendor list for music was also very helpful during my planning process because the choices are overwhelming.

I cannot say enough about one of Separk’s planners, Caylea. She is so thorough, offers suggestions based on her extensive knowledge of the space and what works best, and is just an overall joy to be around. I am a very Type A, thorough planner and she was right there with me. On the day of my wedding, I didn’t have to worry about a thing because I knew she had it all under control. What more could a bride ask for? If you want to feel taken care of by your venue, Separk is a wonderful choice!

The best experience I could ask for!

Separk mansion was great from the very first day we decided to celebrate our wedding there! They helped with every detail and went above and beyond to make the day perfect. Christine was great at making sure everything ran smoothly and helping create a timeline of the day that flows perfectly. If you are looking for a venue that you just need to show up to and have everything done for you Separk is the place! I always thought I would be stressed out on the big day but Separk makes it possible for you to relax and really just enjoy every moment of your wedding day.

Caylea was so accommodating and patient with us as we were busy with our lives. She was so sweet & you could tell she genuinely enjoyed ihelping couples plan their wedding. Absolutely Incredible

Separk was everything we could have imagined and then some. The venue itself is gorgeous, and the staff is beyond incredible. Our coordinator specifically, Christine, was so far above our expectations that we can’t even put it into words! If anything went “wrong” we don’t know about it! As the bride, as soon as I showed up the day of, I was not bothered by ANYONE asking questions or concerns. Christine swooped of and took care of all set up, coordination, and getting people where they needed to be and when. I will continue to sing Separk’s praises for years to come, and encourage anyone wanting to get married in the Charlotte area and beyond to head straight there!

The perfect wedding!

If I could give Separk (and our coordinator, Caylea) 6 out of 5 stars on each of the categories, I would!!! I cannot speak highly enough about this venue and the service they provided. We chose the all-inclusive service as we live out of state and were so happy with our choice. Not only was Separk a STUNNING venue able to accommodate both our ceremony and reception--with tons of gorgeous natural greenery, private space for the bridal party ahead of time, and beautiful separate areas for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception--but the service we received in making our dreams come to life without a hitch and without a worry from us was unmatched! I might be the only bride who was completely relaxed on her wedding day & able to focus on and savor every moment because I knew everything was already taken care of by competent, experienced professionals. I am so grateful to Caylea for how she really listened to our vision and paid special attention to make sure that every little detail was exactly as we wanted. (She also was prompt in answering all of my NUMEROUS emails/questions, every time!) Truly, the way things came together exceeded all of my expectations!! Plus, the planning process was so easy. We only had to come out to NC one time after deciding to move forward with Separk as our venue. All of our other vendors were familiar with Separk and knew exactly what to do, where to go, and when, and Caylea was so good about communicating with everyone and making sure the relevant information got to the relevant party. We are so, so grateful to Separk & Caylea for making our special day absolutely perfect. Thank you!!

Great team, very professional

Separk Mansion was the last venue to visit that I had on my list when I started searching for our wedding and it was the best value all around. It had everything included that we would need including decorations which saved some money. I loved the the fact that we had an option of having our wedding in the rose garden or in one of the ballrooms. Since we decided on July for our wedding, the ballroom was a great option for us. We loved the openness and the romantic feel of Separk. All of my guests were raving about the chef and how great the food was. Our wedding cake was a vision come true for me and was light and airy. Kudos to the chef and baker.
Christine and her staff were on point every step of the way, even when there were a couple of changes at the very last minute. They answered all of my questions and even added some items for me to think about. We could not have asked for a better team to work with. I would definitely recommend Separk Mansion for your wedding or any other big event.

Awesome place

Everything was perfect,spot on! We were originally scheduled to get married in September 2020 but COVID had other plans. Separk was awesome and easy to work with on rescheduling. Meredith was wonderful! She had everything planned out to the T! I would recommend separk to anyone and if at all possible work with Meredith.

Dreamy, Romantic venue and absolutely Incredible Team!

Planning a wedding during a pandemic with 3 reschedules wasn't easy at all-but Caylea and the Separk team REALLY made things as easy a possible!!! The venue is amazing and beautiful and dreamy and elegant, the staff is top notch-literally Caylea is one of the best people we've ever worked with!!!-and it was truly the wedding of our dreams!! Gorgeous Venue- Perfect All-Inclusive Package!

After touring multiple venues in the Charlotte/greater Charlotte area, we knew we had to go with Separk! It’s a gorgeous venue- inside & out. We booked our date far in advance, and from the start, Separk was quick to respond to any questions we had. Being the Type-A bride I am, I had A LOT of questions/concerns when Covid happened. Our coordinator, Caylea, was patient and incredibly helpful throughout it all.
I would definitely recommend the all-inclusive package- from the linens/centerpieces to the floor plan and timeline- everything was organized and taken care of for us. The preferred caterer and bakery is amazing and our guests keeping raving about dinner/dessert. Caylea made sure we were taken care of all night- in addition to our parents and wedding parties!
On our wedding day it poured rain and we had to opt to have the ceremony inside. Thankfully Separk has 2 indoor options to choose from and Caylea was there to pivot and work closely with our vendors to ensure everything went smoothly.
Between Covid and the rain, our day was not what we originally planned, but it was perfect as it was and that was definitely in part thanks to Separk and Caylea.
My only recommendation is for Separk is to invest in an indoor pipe/draping Arbor option for winter and inclement weather brides who cannot use the gorgeous outside pergola. We had enough time to find our own pipe/draping to rent for the day, but this would be a nice touch to include as part of the all-inclusive package for brides who cannot have the outdoor ceremony.

Our day was perfect!

Everything turned out beautifully. Our ceremony went off without a hitch and we made it through just before a slight drizzle. The new pavers in the garden were beautiful. Christine made sure we stayed on schedule and coordinated very well with our DJ. She was incredibly attentive to detail before and during. We had such a lovely day I did not want it to end.

Amazing venue for your special day!

Separk mansion is an amazing venue for your wedding day! The venue is stunning, the gardens are beautifully kept. We had the best experience and are so happy we had our wedding day at Separk. Separk Mansion-beautiful venue

I fell in love with Separk Mansion as soon as I walked in the door. I had viewed 5 venues for our wedding and as soon as I saw the staircase/chandeliers/beautiful hardwood floors I was hooked. Caylea was our planner and she was AWESOME to work with! She was so quick to respond to emails and offer ideas/suggestions. I felt like I made a friend through working with her. Great experience

We had the most amazing wedding day at Separk! My husband and I had to postpone, like many other couples, so it made planning a little difficult for a few months, but in the end everything was great. Exquisitely surpassed all expectations

The staff at Separk Mansion made my wedding day! I can hardly express how satisfied I was with my experience with the crew at Separk mansion. Meredith was my planner, and right from the first tour of the venue space and the first time I explained to her what vibe I was trying to capture I felt like she understood me and that meeting was the first time I really felt like a bride. They made me feel comfortable and that my wedding was important to them, it wasn’t just another event. The process is a well oiled machine, they set up, they were organized and super easy to get ahold of and worked with me at every turn to make my vision a reality. They coordinated with all my other vendors, but their all inclusive deal is the way to go! They have really gathered up the best catering/baking team in the area and made it available to brides without us having to really do our homework which was a huge stress off my shoulders. I felt really special and the space itself is just beautiful, captivating and magical and the team worked so hard and really gave above and beyond. I’m still getting compliments about how beautiful everything was, and how magical my day looked and how delicious the food was, and I really have Separk to thank for that! I would recommend them HIGHLY!! ❤️❤️❤️

Separk Mansion is Amazing!

Separk Mansion went above and beyond every step of the way! The all inclusive package they offer is amazing alleviates the worry of finding great vendors. I utilized their recommendations for almost every portion of our wedding and was in love with how everything worked out! The planning process with Separk goes so smoothly, and their team is extremely involved making everything run seamlessly. Could not recommend getting married here enough!

Best Day Ever!

Everything about the Separk Mansion is amazing. Getting married is typically stressful. Not to mention doing it amidst a pandemic. Everyone at Separk was easy to work with and made it as stress-free as possible. I cannot recommend the venue enough. We went with the all-inclusive package and worked with Meredith. She took just everything off of our plate. She walked us through every step and detail to make sure we had the perfect day. The food by Passion Catering and cake by Delish Bakery was amazing. Every guest complimented the beauty of Separk and the menu. We had the best day of our lives and have Meredith and the Separk Mansion team to thank. They totally made our vision come to life. We arrived at the venue the day of and every detail and decoration was already in its place. Thank you for creating the most memorable, special day!!!!

The BEST all-inclusive package!

We cannot say enough great things about Separk's all-inclusive wedding package! Our planner, Caylea, was super responsive to all our questions and went over every detail during the planning meetings so we felt really prepared and relaxed going into the wedding weekend. They executed everything flawlessly! The mansion is beautiful and they offer really classy set-ups for linens and centerpieces. Their preferred vendor list also made it really easy to pick the remaining vendors! We are so thankful we picked Separk for our wedding!

Highly Recommend

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Separk! We knew the moment that we first visited that we wanted to have our wedding there. The all inclusive package and preferred vendors list made it so easy to plan everything, especially with COVID. We were originally supposed to get married in May 2020, but had to postpone until November 2020 and cut down our guest list to about 1/4 of what it originally was going to be. Our coordinator Meredith was so helpful with figuring everything out and accommodating any changes we needed to make. Despite having to postpone and make frequent adjustments to our plans, we never felt any extra anxiety or stress thanks to Meredith and the Separk team. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did to make our day special and highly recommend Separk Mansion for your wedding venue!

Amazing Wedding Venue

Separk Mansion was the second venue we had visited and instantly knew that it was going to be our wedding venue. Everything about Separk Mansion is beautiful. After meeting with the coordinators there, we knew we were going to be in great hands. Our wedding coordinator, Caylea, was so sweet and extremely helpful as we were trying to plan a wedding in the middle of Covid. She took the weight off our shoulders and made us feel comfortable and confident that she was going to have everything taken care of. I would highly recommend Separk Manion to anyone looking for a unique wedding venue.

Separk Mansion is a dream!

After our original venue unexpectedly closed its doors, my fiance and I were completely panicked about finding a new location for our wedding. We emailed the fabulous team at Separk Mansion, toured the facility, and booked with them within just a few weeks. Everyone we worked with- from our assigned coordinator, Caylea, to the owner, Tim- went above and beyond to accommodate us and our situation. When the COVID pandemic hit, they jumped into action and kept us informed of our options along the way. They were professional, supportive, and kind throughout the entire ordeal. We could not have asked for a more beautiful backdrop for the most special day of our lives! Our wedding photos were absolutely gorgeous, as well as my bridal portraits- there are so many beautiful locations for pictures on property. We highly recommend Separk Mansion and cannot thank them enough for their dedication to making our day everything we dreamed of and more!

Amazingly helpful and flexible

My husband and I started planning our big 150 person wedding with them a year ago. Obviously a lot of that was sidetracked by COVID. Separk and Caylea have been incredibly helpful and flexible throughout this whole process! They went above and beyond to make sure our day was as close to our vision as possible. They did offer us to move the date, but we decided we would rather switch to a smaller ceremony. The day went off without a hitch and better than I could imagine. Seriously, if anything went wrong I had no clue about it because they were there to manage and make sure things stayed on track. I can't imagine any other venue being as flexible and responsive as Separk was!

Blown away

I can’t say enough about my experience at Separk Mansion. We were really picky on what we wanted in a wedding venue and wanted the wedding planning process to be as simple as possible. We immediately knew after leaving our tour that there was no other place than Separk to have our wedding. When we first met Emily she was the kindest person. What I liked most about Emily is that she was not looking to make a sale. You could see that she genuinely loved the mansion and all it had to offer and wanted us to be taken care of, regardless of who we picked to host. The all-inclusive package at Separk blew away any other all-inclusive packages in the area. What I liked most about Separk Mansion was how much time they invested in ME and my wedding. I always felt like my wedding was the only wedding booked there, even though they of course had one or two weddings each week. The constant checking in and wedding meetings were super helpful. I loved being able to talk all the details with just ONE person rather than many many vendors. When it came to decorations I loved being able to drop off everything the night before and knew it would be taken care of and set up when we got back. When we arrived the morning of the wedding we had snacks and beverages waiting for us, I felt like a queen. I can’t stress enough how much Emily took care of for us, it was literally everything. I did not have one worry or concern the day of my wedding. Due to Separk Mansion’s meticulous planning NOT ONE THING WENT WRONG on my day, which is CRAZY!! Emily and the entire Separk team felt like family at the end of the night and I am really lucky they were a part of our big day. If you are looking for a wedding venue that makes sure you are taken care of from start to finish and makes you feel like the only bride in the world then Separk Mansion is the place for you!

GORGEOUS venue and even BETTER staff and experience!

When looking for a wedding venue, we wanted something classy, timeless, elegant and ALL INCLUSIVE. If these things sound like something you want your wedding to be like, then look no further than Separk Mansion. Our day was perfect thanks to Emily and Kinsey effortlessly orchestrating vendors, set up, timeline and much more. Before our wedding day we met with Emily 3 times to ensure every detail was set to our liking. Emily perfected our timeline (down to the minute), gave advice about decor, gave us detailed outlines of the setup, and so much more. The meetings were priceless and it was even better that Emily and Kinsey were there on our wedding day from start to finish to ensure every detail was perfect. The caterer that the venue works with was AMAZING. We got so many compliments about how delicious the food was. We picked out the food at a tasting event held at the mansion and it was one of our favorite parts of the planning! I could truly go on and on about this amazing venue. The communication was amazing. Emily and Kinsey were so knowledgable about all things wedding. And best of all- the price. It truly was the best bang for our buck. The all-inclusive option took away so much stress from the planning process. I would recommend Separk Mansion to every bride-to-be and you can trust that your day will be perfect, too!

Beautiful wedding venue!

Our wedding couldn’t have taken place at a more beautiful location. Emily and Kinsey are amazing and super accommodating. We ended up moving indoors last minute due to rain and it was still stunning! Loved that it was all-inclusive, all vendors were perfect!

Absolutely amazing!

We fell in love with Separk Mansion the moment we first pulled up to visit during our venue touring process! The venue is spacious and gorgeous inside and out. Our planner, Kinsey, was so on top of every detail throughout the entire process and we cannot rave enough about her - she really did make us feel so taken care of and our wedding day was so much fun, we didn't worry about a thing. Additionally, the preferred vendors that work with Separk were phenomenal, we just can't say enough good things. If we could give over 5 stars we absolutely would!

My wedding at Separk - September 27 2019

Two weeks from my wedding and as I look back the best vendor decision I made was picking Separk. This venue is well organized and thinks of all wedding planning before you do. The package I selected included catering, cake, many of the decorations, open bar and many other easy add ons. I had 3 month wedding planning and a day of coordinator with Emily. She was exceptional. Starting at the rehearsal and the day of the wedding, she took over and the planning and coordination was over for me. Emily managed all aspects and I could really enjoy my wedding. Throughout the wedding day she made sure my groom and I had food and drinks and that things were running smoothly. If you are second guessing about Separk don’t, there are exceptional and will make your wedding a breeze.

The most stunning venue with the best staff - couldn’t have been more perfect!

I could not have better things to say about having our wedding at Separk! Not only is it an absolutely stunning venue (we have gotten compliments from so many of our guests) but every piece of the wedding planning process is executed flawlessly. We worked with Kinsey from the time we toured the venue, to pre wedding meetings, to her being our day of coordinator. I am naturally a worrier and Kinsey answered every single question I had prior to the wedding and has such a sense of calmness about her. The day of the wedding we did a switch up to have the ceremony inside due to storms in the area and it couldn’t have been run smoother, everything was on time and there was never any confusion by anyone in the wedding party. I couldn’t recommend having your wedding here more if I tried!

Everything we could’ve dreamed of!

As soon as we stepped foot on the mansion grounds we knew this place was perfect for our big day. The mansion is gorgeous and the perfect back drop to any type of wedding. The all inclusive package made everything so easy to plan and all the vendors were wonderful and high quality. The wedding coordinators Emily and Kinsey were the biggest help in ironing out the fine details and making sure everything went as planned. They were completely supportive, patient and willing to accommodate anything for us. They made the day so much easier by keeping us on schedule, coordinating with all vendors and making us feel at ease.
I can’t imagine a better place to get married. Thank you Separk!

Wedding Planning made easy - Best Day Ever!

We cannot imagine wedding planning or our wedding day without Kinsey and the team at the Separk Mansion. From the minute we toured the mansion, we knew it was where we would get married. The venue is classically gorgeous and easy to make feel like your own style. It was easy to coordinate with vendors since most knew the venue. Kinsey was incredible to work with. Perfect! Elegant! Stunning!

We recently got married at the Separk Mansion on April 5th, 2019. I probably looked at 50+ venues all over North and South Carolina before deciding it was the one. We also are living in Charlotte, making it extra convenient for us (about 30 minutes away). I was set on a mansion/manor/estate with an elegant/bright vibe (the chandeliers really sealed the deal!) . We definitely wanted something with both indoor-outdoor areas where the ceremony and reception could be held on site. Separk had everything we were looking for! The mansion and grounds are gorgeous and offer many different set-ups for your ceremony, cock-tail hour, and reception. We were so set on an outdoor ceremony, that even when it rained all morning, we were still willing to risk having it outside in the afternoon. The amazing crew at Separk set up everything in the rain that morning (bless their hearts), and the rain stopped in perfect timing for a gorgeous over-cast ceremony (side note: there is a rain backup plan for indoor ceremonies but we were just so set on outdoors).
The Separk girls are the sweetest! I mainly worked with Brittanie who is an absolute angel. I had already booked a wedding planner before finding Separk, but I honestly recommend just using their services since they know their venue/caterers/décor/packages the best. They were very great with communication and answering my 1038920380 questions. I brought my mom last minute, who added a million things and also had a million questions, and they handled that chaos beautifully. We did the all-inclusive, which when you break down everything actually comes out to be the best deal in my opinion. Overall, the staff was perfect, the vendors were perfect, the venue was perfect, and the night was perfect. We highly recommend having your special day at the Separk Mansion!

Perfect setting and helpful coordinators!!

I can’t not say enough about how amazing Separk is - from the first tour of the stunning venue, to planning, to our actual wedding - it is perfect!! Brittanie is awesome! The venue comes with coordination, which is something I cannot emphasize you need most in your planning process!! The coordinators work for the venue and know alllllll the logistics. Everything from coordinating with my other vendors leading up to the event so I didn’t have to worry about it, helping set up, executing a perfect ceremony, even bustling my dress - the ladies here know what they are doing and your day will run smoothly! On top of all of that, the house is beautiful! I knew I wanted an outdoor wedding but given that I got married in March, the weather could do anything. Separk has so many options for indoor and outdoor ceremonies/receptions that I was not the least bit worried about the weather leading up to the wedding. I knew my back-up indoor option was just as pretty as their outdoor space.

Absolutely Perfect Day

This place was gorgeous! Brittanie was my lead coordinator and did a truly fabulous job. She was extremely professional and willing to accommodate. The day ran smoothly and the place was decorated just how I wanted. We had an indoor wedding in the downstairs space and the turn-around time for the reception was so fast! Amazing!

I have had the pleasure of shooting several weddings at the Separk mansion this year, and I just LOVE that place! Separk is hands down one of my FAVORITE venues to work at! Every corner of that place is absolutely gorgeous! and its just so easy to photograph! Both of their outdoor and indoor ceremony spaces look fantastic!

When it comes to the logistics part of your wedding both Brittanie and Kinsey are fabulous in making sure the day will go a smooth as possible! Working with them is just a dream! And every single one of my Separk brides will say the same thing!

Amazing venue

If only I could give more than 5 stars!! My husband and I got married at Separk this past weekend, and words cannot describe just how incredible this venue is. We used their all-inclusive package, which was not only extremely affordable especially given the value of what's included, but made everything so much easier because the package comes with wedding coordination by one of Separk's amazing event managers, delicious food, open beer & wine bar, a gorgeous cake as well as tons of decor from Separk. The venue itself is absolutely stunning -- we knew our wedding had to be at Separk from the first time we saw photos. It ended up raining on our wedding day, so we had to forego the outside ceremony, but fortunately Separk has an equally gorgeous inside ceremony location. There is not one location inside or outside the mansion that is not picture-perfect -- even the bathrooms are beautiful! Kinsey at Separk was our coordinator, and she was absolutely incredible. She took amazing care of us both leading up to the wedding and at the wedding itself. Kinsey knows exactly what she is doing, so the bride and groom can just relax and know that she will take care of the details. I am just so, so happy that we chose Separk Mansion as our wedding venue, and I know that if you do the same you will not be disappointed. Thank you, Separk Mansion!!

I honestly don’t even know where to start when it comes to explaining how amazing of a venue Separk is. I was an out of town bride planning a pretty large wedding, so things were pretty stressful. The second I toured the mansion and met Brittanie I had made my decision. The all-inclusive package was just what I needed. I really needed a wedding planner but didn’t want to pay that extra expense and after meeting Brittanie I knew she would take care of everything. Choosing this venue was the absolute only decision I was 100% confident in making throughout the whole wedding planning process. I ended up working mostly with Kinsey. Holy moly she was my go-to for everything. I was e-mailing her and calling so many times a week and she just took care of every question I could possibly imagine. And the day of, everyone says so many things will go wrong… literally NOTHING went wrong. I was not stressed at all! Kinsey had it ALL under control. Even things I didn’t even know were happening! I also cannot say enough about how beautiful the venue is. We had an outdoor ceremony and all my family and friends haven’t stopped talking about how beautiful it was. The garden area for cocktail hour was stunning, literally looked like it was from a movie, and the chandeliers. need I say more? This place is stunning and timeless. I honestly just want to do it all over again because it was such an amazing experience! If you’re looking for a stress free wedding venue that is absolutely GORGEOUS and want to work with honest, reliable down to earth girls this is the venue for you!

Our wedding at Separk was everything I dreamed of and more! Kinsey and Brittanie were so amazing. They were diligent and accommodating throughout the entire process to help turn my visions into reality. They were very easy to get in touch with. On the day of the wedding, I walked into the venue and the tables were already set up and I teared up at how amazing it looked. They put together exactly what I wanted without having to bother me on that day. I was pretty late to the wedding and they made the transition from each event seamless and stress free. My husband and I had a glass of champagne in our hand the entire night without ever going to the bar. They were simply amazing and I could not have hoped for it to go any better. Thank you ladies!

Words cannot convey how easy and wonderful it was to get married at the Separk Mansion. This venue is absolutely stunning, pictures don't do it justice. Once you step on the grounds, you feel like you are in Italy or France, not Gastonia, NC. And the most wonderful part was having Kinsey and Brittanie, the in-house coordinators, included in our package. They helped me all the way from coordinating with all of our vendors to making sure we got time to sit down and eat our dinner at our own wedding! Our wedding was more than I could have ever wished for and I owe a lot of that to Kinsey and Brittanie. They also have a beautiful new rose garden that expands your space and options. We chose to have our reception dinner in the garden and it was so beautiful. I wouldn't have changed a thing. You will NOT regret hosting your special day at the Separk Mansion.

From day one, Brittanie and Kinsey were incredibly professional, creative and enthusiastic. They were flexible in our planning even going to the point of trying to help us to find the unique vendors that we wanted to make our day extra special. These ladies kept us on track with meetings about a month out, 2 weeks out and everything on the day of. They coordinated timelines and logistics with our vendors and made sure that the day of went off with out a hitch. And did I mention how communicative they were? They were on top of all emails and all of my crazy questions along the way. Plus, their enthusiasm throughout the process was just overflowing and it made the planning that much more exciting to have them on board with us!
We loved the venue not only because it is a phenomenal space (I describe it as reminiscent of the Duke Mansion, but in Gastonia and maybe better than the mansion itself). Where to start.....The hardwood floors, the black and white checkered sun porches, the dazzling chandeliers, the secret little sunken garden, the huge front brick patio and the rear yard. The bridal and grooms suites for getting ready... Have you seen the pictures of brides getting ready and the background is a church nursery or someone's bedroom or some strange colored carpet? This venue is NOT that. The bridal suites are HUGE and beautiful. The staircase. Wow. Just everything about this venue is top notch, classic beauty. There are so many great usable spaces that it is hard to narrow down what grandeur you want your guests to experience!
Gastonia is just a short 20-25 minute drive from Uptown Charlotte and an incredibly easy (and truly not too expensive) shuttle ride if you take that route with your guests.
We loved the venue itself but then realized that they offer an all-inclusive package. Easy. Done! It was so easy to have two options instead of finding our own linens and forks and cups but knowing that we could go out and do it if we chose to! It

My wedding at the Separk Mansion was absolutely amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to vendors, decor, timeline and just general information about weddings. I found this extremely helpful considering I wasn't sure on how to do anything! Kinsey & Brittanie assured me throughout the entire process that everything was in their hands and when it came to the big day, I didn't have to worry about a thing!!! They are both absolutely amazing. I am still getting calls/ text messages talking about how my wedding at the Separk was the best wedding they've ever been to.

This is a beautiful venue, inside and out. The rose garden was the perfect place to have cocktail hour. Our guests could not stop commenting how beautiful the mansion was, how great the food and cake were. Brittanie and Kinsey are amazing wedding planners, they have everything organized and make sure everything goes off without a hitch. Skys the Limit did an amazing job with our cake, my guest said it was the best wedding cake they ever tasted. And Family Catering Service did a stand up job with our cocktail hour and buffet. Everyone raved about how good the food was they wanted to all take home leftovers. I couldn't be more proud of how our wedding turned out thanks to the venue and vendors, servers and bartender, we appreciate each and everyone of them.

I absolutely loved having my wedding at Separk Mansion! The grounds and mansion are gorgeous and Kinsey and Brittanie are wonderful to work with. I did the all inclusive package, which made things easy for me as I did the bulk of wedding planning from out of town. Separk was also very flexible with me, which I really appreciated. They worked with me on all of my requests and last minute changes and offered suggestions when I was unsure and wanted help. The entire process was smooth and stress free. Everything on my wedding day was perfect thanks to Separk!

The team at Separk are amazing. Brittanie and Kinsey understood exactly my vision for our big day and made it happen. I really enjoyed working with them. They are fun, caring and fully understand their business. The venue was specuand with little effort we captuyamazing pictures.

We choose the all inclusive packywhich made our lives easier without having to locate so many different vendors. The package is great and accommodated nicely.

Separk Mansion was the best place I could have ever chosen to get married! Our wedding this past February 24, 2018. It was the most amazing day of our lives. All of my friends kept telling me that "something will go wrong on your wedding day, so just expect it." EXCEPT, i ant didn't. Kinsley and Brittanie at Separk Mansion made sure my day was PERFECT! Nothing went wrong and everything went so smoothly! Kinsley and Brittanie were there for me and my family and guests ALL day and night! It was amazing. Everyone kept commenting on how beautiful the venue is! I couldn't have been happier. I didn't even want to get married in the Charlotte area at first, but when I saw Separk Mansion, I fell in love and knew I wanted to say I DO there. The BEST decision ever!! It was the most perfect day! I am so thankful.

Brittanie and Kinsey over at Separk Mansion were wonderful to work with. I was the type of bride that wanted to schedule everything through one person and this was the perfect spot. They contacted vendors, scheduled appointments and were very responsive! The mansion is beautiful and there are limited rules and limitations which was great! We have such a wonderful wedding!

Brittanie & Kinsey and the Separk Mansion team were a dream to work with! I was so thankful that we chose this venue. Our day was everything that we could have dreamed. We chose to get married indoors, since it was a December wedding -- from the beautiful bridal suite to get ready in, to the main floor ceremony and reception site, and the upstairs ballroom cocktail hour, the night was perfect! The team there is 100% willing to work with your needs and want to make all that you envision come true! Beautiful venue. Beautiful day!

Our wedding at Separk was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived on our wedding day, everything was taken care of. We had the most beautiful suite to get ready in, complete with champagne! The ceremony setup outside was beautiful, as was the reception. It was everything I imagined. From the start of the planning process to the moment we left, Kinsey and Brittanie were awesome. They have weddings down to a science and seemed to anticipate my needs before I knew them. I would highly recommend Separk. Not only is it a beautiful venue, but they are well-equipped to make the wedding planning process go as smoothly as possible.

My experience with Separk was nothing, but the absolute best. Brittanie helped bring my dream wedding to reality. Brittanie was so perfect that I literally only had to meet with her 3 times to pull my vision together and she exceeded my expectations. My fiancé and I could not imagine our wedding at another venue or working with another team other than Separk. It was super convenient to have an all inclusive package as it made the stress lower and the pricing more affordable for our budget and needs. I would HIGLY recommend choosing Separk as your wedding venue if you want the ABOSULTE best bang for your buck!!!!!!

Separk Mansion, specifically Brittanie and Kinsey, were an absolutely fabulous team to work with. From beginning to end they put all of my nerves at ease with their knowledge and experience, and just their sweet personalities!
