We used Sentinel for transportation to the wedding and transportation from Logan Airport to our home after the honeymoon. In both cases, Sentinel arrived at the pick up location nice and early, dressed professionally and was courteous and attentive. We were so pleased with the ease of booking the arrangements and how well they kept you informed of your schedule. The value couldn't be beat either. I will use them again without question when my other daughter gets married.

I had used Sentinel Limousine for work and was very excited to be able to use them for my wedding day. They were great! Both drivers were extremely professional and right on time... the Executive Coach was a dream! Sentinel is always very responsive to emails and requests and did everything they could to accommodate us for our day. I highly recommend them!

We used Sentinel for my bachelorette party as well as for the day of the wedding. We got a party bus for the bachelorette party and it was great! The bus was huge and we all had a great time! For the wedding, we got a stretch limo. The drivers for both were great and I would recommend Sentinel to anyone looking for a superb service and great prices!

Sentinel Limousine provided transportation for our dauther and son in law's wedding during the weekend of the blizzard in February of 2013. They were professional, always answered the phone, reasonably priced and the limo was beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Sentinel Limo provided our transportation on our wedding day. The driver was great. He had umbrellas and helped walk our guests back and forth between the church and their cars during the downpours after our ceremony. We just wish they had a bigger limo than a 10 person limo in silver. We ended up having 10 people and got the one that one person can sit up front. We did have several bigger shouldered guys so one of guys sat up front due to our longer drive. The next size up was the party bus and we were on the line with the people that we didn't want to go up. They let you go and look at the limos and pick which one you want too. Excellent customer experience.

Our entire experience with Sentinel was extremely positive, but our driver Dennis really went above and beyond. It was a bit rainy after our wedding ceremony, when we came out of the church there was Dennis with an umbrella waiting for us. He followed us with that umbrella through at least a half hour of photos to allow us to get some outside shots between raindrops. He would step away, let the photographer take a photo then be right back beside us, umbrella in hand. He was a limo driver, he didn't have to do any of that. Dennis truly cared that our special day was special. He didn't want to see a hair get out of place and he did everything he could to preserve our hair/make-up and gowns in the rain. I think he even carried my train at one point. A great company with a very special staff!

We were on a pretty tight budget and a limo was not a necessity for us, especially with our large bridal party. My dad called 2 weeks before and they a town car available for that day to transport me to the church and my groom and I to the reception. The driver was very nice and he was a half hour early, which was fantastic. He was super nice and easy going. Sentinel was great and affordable for what we needed!

Sentinel is perfect! Great fleet, great service, great value. I wouldn't use any other limo company. I used them for our wedding and they didn't let us down once. Thank you Diana and Thomas the cat!!!

I wasn't sure that we really needed a limo since our ceremony was in the same place as our reception as well as the fact that we weren't serving alcohol (we had a 11:00 am ceremony). However, about 2 weeks before the wedding, we decided to get a limo to take the groom and groomsmen from their hotel in Boston to the RI ceremony and then pick up the bride and bridesmaids at a hotel much closer to the ceremony. We then sent the limo home and had a town car pick up just the bride and groom to go for pictures and then head back up to Boston for our after party at a hotel there. Both of our drivers were very prompt and courteous, and they made me laugh - which was great for last minute nerves! Most of all, their prices were extremely reasonable - especially with such a last minute booking! Both vehicles were clean and in great condition. The silver limo is unique and it fit our purposes perfectly! We added one more little trip to see the groom's parents at a different hotel at the last minute and our driver was very flexible. Also, the fact that they include gratutity in their prices leaves one less thing for the bride and groom to worry about on the day of!

Sentinel Limousine did a great job helping me to plan transportation for my wedding party and myself. They helped give me ideas to save money. They were very kind and respectful, and were extremly flexible with my planning. The driving was somewhat crazy to the venue, but it was because we were running late and he was trying to get us to the venue ASAP. His GPS Navigation was not updated so I had to watch the driving and help him to get to the venue easier, because the GPS would have taken us longer and over a bridge that no longer existed. He arrived with more than enough time and actually showed up a little early and just waited. The limos were beautiful and very well taken care of. Overall a good experience, but if someone gets a little motion sick and has an accident in the limo you will be charged a rediculous cleaning fee of $250.00.

We had a great experience working with Sentinel Limousine. The staff was friendly and helpful. Robert did an excellent job transporting us and we loved him. He was very sweet and accommodating. Sentinel was very well priced, too. A lot of places we had looked at prior to Sentinel were very expensive. I really enjoyed using Sentinel as my wedding transportation.

WE DECIDED TO GET A PARTY BUS VS 2 LIMOS SINCE WE LIVED NEAR CHURCH SO HAD ENOUGH TIME TO DO SO. THE BUS WAS AMAZING, CLEAN, AND HIGH TECH. THE BUS ARRIVED AT MY HUSBAND'S PARENTS HOUSE EARLY AS WELL AS MY HOME. NO PRESSURE WONDERING IF WE WERE GOING TO BE LATE. THE DRIVER WAS NICE AS WELL. WE GOT SUCH A GOOD DEAL ON THE CONTRACT, SO IT WAS WITHOUT A DOUBT WORTH IT! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We rented a towncar to bring my husband and I from our ceremony to the reception, about a 45 minute ride. Working with the company over the phone was great; they were extremely helpful with working out the timing. Our driver was courteous and pleasant. He gave us a very smooth ride.

I got a limo bus it was amazing on time and very prepared for the weather and the events if the day. Only complaint was the driver was not from Rhode Island so took a long time to get to places that were very close to one another.

Overall we enjoyed their service. We went over our time by a half an hour and they did charge us for that which makes sense but the limo bus was very hot and the ac was not cooling it down as much as it needed to be.

Overall good Limo service for the money. I was a little upset that they left without letting us know ( granted we only had them booked until 7:00), but it would have been nice for them to run in and let us know because we had wanted to get some more pics with the Limo.

We used Sentinel as a shuttle for our guests from the hotel to the venue. We had 2 contracts with times, pick up locations, and runs. The shuttle didn't show up at 10pm to pick our guests up after the reception. They said that the shuttle was at the hotel waiting for people until 11pm. It clearly stated in the contract to start at the venue. Common sense as well... it's after a wedding, why would people be at the hotel and not at the venue and why would you wait an HOUR until decided to go to the venue. So we had our tired and elderly guests waiting an hour to be picked up. Needless to say, we were not happy with this situation since the sole purpose of the shuttle was to make our guests more comfortable.

When we contacted Sentinel, we spoke with Gail. Do not insult our intelligence by trying to tell us that it was a misunderstanding between us and the company. IT'S IN THE CONTRACT. It was a confusion between Sentinel and their driver. We asked for the time the shuttle was not there to be prorated. They stated that they could only give us 60 dollars back because the rate was so good. I'm sorry but we paid for a SERVICE and you did not deliver. We have not received ANY refund to date.

Couples beware. Would I use this company again, no. But I wanted to be fair and not give this company 1 stars across the board since the first shuttle went smoothly.

Update: received refund via credit card dispute. Also, we found out 6 months after our wedding that their coach carrying our guests hit an overhang at our venue (they were recommended by the venue) and the sunroof glass shattered and came crashing down on them. I have now demoted them to a 1/5 after hearing this horrific incident from our guests.
