This company went above and beyond for me and my new husband. I ordered a ring I thought he would love and I accidentally ordered the wrong metal. I was wrong, he hated the one I picked out. Whoops!!! LOL Thank God this company allowed me to return and exchange the ring. The process was really fast and we were able to get a ring he loves. I myself own an online boutique and know how hard it is to shop online. I would absolutely recommend shopping with Segal. Their customer service really is top notch, especially for this day and age. I must admit that at first I had my regrets buying on-line with only computer generated images, but once I understood the reason I chose to go for it and I wasn't dissapointed. I wanted to customize this ring. I wanted a bigger carat, so I called Yaniv and right from the start I had a really good feeling that he just gets me. He enlarged the design of the ring so it would fit a 0. 8 carat diamond which I needed to buy elsewhere, but he got me a really good price so I decided to go for it. All in all...
