I married the love of my life on January 14, 2025, and we were so lucky to have Karen as our officiant! She is such a lovely person and truly makes your special day even more magical. Karen takes the time to get to know you and your partner's love story and beautifully weaves that into the ceremony. Plus, she offered some great tips on staying warm during the winter wedding and checked in on us before the big day. Her kindness and expertise were such a blessing. If you're considering her as your officiant, you won't be disappointed at all! -

She provided us with a fully customizable ceremony template, which included a variety of meaningful quotes and passages to choose from—this made it easy to create a ceremony that truly reflected us as a couple. She communicated proactively throughout the planning process, offering thoughtful suggestions and plenty of information, which we appreciated.
One of the highlights was the beautiful ceremony booklet she created for us—a keepsake from our special day. After the wedding, she also made sure to follow up and confirm that we received our marriage certificate, which speaks to the level of care and attention she brings to her work.

Working with Karen was wonderful! Our first phone call with her went so smoothly and we could already tell that she loves what she does. She was so accommodating with any changes in our vow books. We had the most incredible experience eloping in Sedona, and Karen played such a big part in making our day unforgettable! From the beginning, she was so organized and thoughtful, making sure every detail was taken care of. Our ceremony felt so personal, and Karen’s warmth made it even more special. As if that wasn’t enough, during our adventure, Karen found a heart-shaped rock for us near our ceremony site, which we will forever treasure as a memento from our favorite day. We had the pleasure of working with Karen to help officiate and plan our Sedona wedding and I have to say it was such a game changer working with her!
Being an event planner from Vegas I knew what to expect when planning our special day but the knowledge that Karen brought to our discovery call was so valuable that it totally helped me relax! I did not realize how much stress not knowing the Sedona market had on me but she made sure that I was prepared.
We were looking to hire her as our officiant but she helped with so much more than that. She pointed me in the right direction for all the most amazing vendors and ensured that every aspect of our romantic weekend was well thought out.
I HIGHLY recommend Karen as your wedding officiant, she is worth every penny and more. -

Highly Recommend Karen Lynn!
Karen Lynn was an incredible officiant for our wedding this past May 2024. Our reading was so special and we would not have changed a single thing. She also recommended such a great group for us from everything to hair & makeup to the best photographer and even the native flute player. Our wedding was nothing short of perfect! A Special Space During Our Intimate Elopement
Karen has the sweetest soul. I am so happy I was able to book her alongside my photographer. Karen is very friendly and helpful when it comes to setting the stage. She emailed serval examples and samples to help you through the process of vows and what you want covered in the ceremony. She is spiritual and is open to all beliefs. I loved that I was able to incorporate some crystals and she preformed sage cleansing. The ceremony at our elopement was beautiful. Karen would be perfect for anyone that wants a calm caring empathetic soul alongside you during your special day. Thank you Karen 💕
