My fiance' wanted to make sure we stayed with a local jeweler and not the "big box corporate" stores. He immediately reported how great the customer service was when he went looking for the perfect ring! They were able to hit all my likes that he described to them. Rose gold, solitaire, simple. We also purchased our wedding bands after the proposal from them as well. We got everything at a great value. When I bring it in to be cleaned, inspected and when I brought it in to be soldered the customer service has always been great! We appreciate the small town feel and help from them! -

They were able to help design an engagement ring and wedding bands. They are very personable, friendly and took the time to make sure we were happy with our choices. -

Their selection of engagement rings and wedding bands was the best we found anywhere in our searches. The staff helped my husband pick out the perfect engagement ring for me and went above and beyond to help us pick out the perfect wedding bands. One thing we have always loved about Security Jewelers, and will keep us coming back for years to come, is that we never felt pressured into buying anything from any of the staff whereas walking into other jewelry stores was an intimidating process because you are practically attacked by employees only caring about their commission on sales. We have already recommended Security to friends and family and will continue to do so!! -

Erica Sent on 11/04/2008I had my engagement ring custom made and Security Jewelers are experts at meeting customer needs in a very smooth and professional way. It is a very high class store, but they treat everyone wonderfully. I was a bit apprehensive to walk in wearing a Carhartt jacket over a hooded sweatshirt (my work gear), but despite the fact that I didn't look like someone who would have much money, I was treated like royalty. My engagement ring was made to order and turned out perfect and was ready to pick up in less than a week! They even polished and cleaned it for free when I brought it in before the wedding. I also got my wedding band there, to match my engagement ring, and that was another great experience. Their turn around time is unbeatable and they are wonderful, professional business people! They also sell at less than retail cost and use only the best gems and metals; so it's a great value for the quality you get. I would definitely recommend Security Jewelers to all brides and grooms or anyone else looking for high quality jewelery.
