  We had the pleasure of working with Nicole, an exceptional wedding planner who truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we started working together, it was evident that she was dedicated to making our special day perfect in every way. Her attention to detail, including the details of our budget, was simply phenomenal, ensuring that every aspect of the wedding was meticulously planned and executed. What I wasn’t expecting but what made everything even better was her hilarious sense of humor - we weren’t stressed because she had us laughing so much.

  All we could have asked for and more

  We are so lucky to have found Nicole. Thankfully we had alot of our planning finalised the only thing we were missing was a day of planner and that's when we did some research and found The Secret Bridesmaid. The name itself was very intriguing, and when we looked at Nicole's website we could see that she had worked at weddings at our venue before. This was such a relief as it meant Nicole would have a good understanding of how weddings would run on the day.
  
  When we contacted Nicole she had such a lovey friendly reply and organised a zoom meeting with us. It was so lovely to chat with her. We found her humour matched ours perfectly and it was such a nice experience everytime we had a meeting. Nicole ask us how we pictured the wedding and  her understanding of how we pictured it was exactly what we ended up with and so much more.
  
  Nicole not only got along with all our friends and family, she had such a good relationship with the vendors we had on the day too. One thing we explained to Nicole was that we would like the day to feel like we were having our friends over for a celebration, we didn't want it to feel like a timed pressure event.   Simply amazing. I cannot speak more highly of Nicole!

  We had the most amazing experience working with Nicole. Nicole was my brothers wedding planner and after seeing her work her magic we were eager for her to support us on our day. We only had 4 months to plan our wedding and I truly believe it would have not been possible without Nicoles support and commitment.
  
  She has incredible knowledge of the wedding industry. She provided support, guidance and recommendations on contract negotiations with vendors. She has a vast network of connections within the industry, and helped us source our photographer, table decor, band etc. She knows what vendors have the best reputation in the industry.
  
  She is always available and responsive to email and texts. We spoke almost every day over WhatsApp. This really put my mind at ease as we were planning an overseas wedding.
  
  Nicole delivers on your vision but is also proactive in recommending additional services to fit your theme whilst keeping within your budget. Nicole treats your budget/money as if it were her own and saved us thousands of euros by finding cost effective solutions to meet our needs.
  
  She is solution orientated and there is nothing she can’t do. I highly recommend Nicole to have future bride.

  Nicole, Secret Bridesmaid - The Best in the Business!

  I cannot recommend Nicole enough to anyone planning a wedding. She was absolutely amazing and truly made our day a breeze. From the moment we began working with her, she was organized, professional, and always one step ahead.
  
  The whole weekend was amazing, and I truly believe it was all because of her. Not only did she help with the main event, but she also helped my in-laws with the rehearsal dinner, and my mother with a bridal tea and made sure everything went off without a hitch. She even went above and beyond by helping our guests schedule taxi rides to and from the train station.
  
  One of the things that really stood out to me was how well she knew her vendors. She has great relationships with them, and it really showed in the final product. We trusted her completely and I would recommend her to anyone.
  
  Overall, our wedding day was the best day ever and we have Nicole to thank for that. She truly exceeded our expectations and we are forever grateful.   Above and Beyond!

  Where to even start? Nicole was with us through two reschedules of our wedding, from our initial date in 2020 to our eventual date in 2022 we added a baby to the mix and time to focus on rescheduling, finding new vendors and the details of the day was limited - especially from overseas in Canada, but none of that mattered and we certainly had no need to worry! Nicole absolutely brought our vision to life, taking care of everything from our floral arrangements, hair for the welcome dinner and day of and our cake, to bookings for family and friends coming from overseas and most importantly childcare for our 1 year old for the entirety of the 3 days of celebrations - and very little was needed from us to make it all come together. We can't imagine our 3 days would have been anywhere near as stress-free as they were had it not been for Nicole, but because of her absolute ability to create magic, I wasn't even the least bit phased by what would happen when at one point they were discussing pulling our wedding indoors because of the weather. I cannot recommend Nicole enough, especially for those not local to Ireland. Anyone and everyone we needed to pull of this Nicole knew/tracked down and vetted, she truly is the bridesmaid every bride wants!

  Best Wedding Coordinator Ever

  Nicole was without doubt the best addition to our wedding day.
  
  She was an amazing presence on the day. We still have friends & family members talking about what a wonderful person she is. She really put my husband and I at ease so we could fully relax, enjoy the lead up & also the day itself.
  Nicole is a true professional. Coming up to the wedding she was always available to offer her help and would share her brilliant ideas especially around cost saving. She was always so efficient with communication and acted promptly to any issues if / when they occurred.
  Nicole has a wealth of industry knowledge and thought of things that we never would have. She creates a wonderful rapport with vendors and has built great relationships with those she works with.
  On the morning of the wedding Nicole was brilliant. Her positive energy and organisation took away the nerves from myself and the bridal party. Nicole was also with us for the rehearsal, at the church before we arrived and then headed straight to the hotel before we got there to make sure everything was going to plan. She even helped set up our flowers for day two.
  I really cannot recommend Nicole highly enough; she truly went above and beyond what we ever could have expected and hoped for. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator, I say go for Nicole. It will be the best decision you make.

  Phenomenal

  I don’t know that there will be enough space to detail how amazing Nicole was but I will try. I was attempting to plan a vow renewal in Ireland from Chicago when Nicole came to my rescue. Miracle worker, Fairy Godmother, Gift from above, none of these truly encapsulate just how utterly phenomenal Nicole is. She helped fulfill dreams that I truly had long since given up on becoming a reality. When my husband and I first got married it was a traumatic day that left permanent scars, our wedding never brings up happy memories. We wanted a vow renewal in Ireland to create a new happy memory, what we wanted our wedding to be from the beginning, but after 7 years of having hopes and plans dashed we had all but given up. Nicole was NOT HAVING THAT! She assembled a veritable team of love and cocooned us in care. I had scaled back and sacrificed so much of our vision of our vow renewal because it felt impossible. Nicole was so invested from day one, she was adamant that this dream was going to happen in its full glory and entirety. This woman DELIVERED EVEN MORE than I could have ever hoped for, little special details to make the day unique but personal and meaningful for us. She repeatedly brought tears of joy to my eyes that day because at every turn there was another special touch, another thing she did to make it better. My cup runneth over! It was so much more than a fairy tale dream come true and I’ll never be able to put my gratitude into words.

Nicole was so invested from day one, she was adamant that this dream was going to happen in its full glory and entirety. This woman DELIVERED EVEN MORE than I could have ever hoped for, little special details to make the day unique but personal and meaningful for us. She repeatedly brought tears of joy to my eyes that day because at every turn there was another special touch, another thing she did to make it better. My cup runneth over! It was so much more than a fairy tale dream come true and I’ll never be able to put my gratitude into words.

  When I say Nicole is a god send I am not exaggerating! This woman is born to do what she does. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is exactly what you need in a wedding planner, always pleasant and professional but able to deal any awkward/difficult situations with vendors with ease, relieving all stress from the bride! She was literally there whenever I needed her and nothing was too much trouble. You will not be disappointed if you choose Nicole to look after your big day!   Couldn’t have done it without her

  Our engagement and wedding happened within 11 months. I knew from the beginning that I did not want to put too much pressure on my family and friends to help me plan my big day. I needed a wedding planner. That’s when I found the Secret Bridesmaid. I had an initial meeting with Nicole to figure out if we were “right” for each other. I instantly knew that I needed her to help me plan.
  
  Nicole was happy to help and offered amazing advice, acted as a sounding board for ideas and details as well as offering many excellent ideas in return. She helped me plan and allocate my budget and reigned me in when my ideas got a bit too crazy haha. Nicole kept in constant communication and was always just a phone call away when I needed to ask a question.
  
  It made our day so much more enjoyable and definitely reduced my stress levels. We had several vendors and Nicole orchestrated each one in an organised and professional manner so that everything was as we intended on the day.
  Our guests couldn’t help but comment on how the day flowed so well and everything looked so beautiful. I am definitely a control freak but knowing that I had Nicole behind the scenes doing her thing, that part of me was quieted and it allowed me to take in the day.

  Best wedding planner!

  My husband and I recently got married at Kilronan castle, and it would not have been the beautiful day it was without Nicole. From the moment we met her, she put us at ease and made planning our wedding a breeze. She was so attentive, and even planned my bachelorette party where she organized the bus, activities and hotel, and even brought a full spread to the Cliffs of Moher so that we could sip champagne with cheese & crackers while enjoying the beautiful views.

  Nicole the wedding planner is the BEST

  My daughters overseas wedding was challenging and stressful until we decided to hire a wedding planner, Nicole. OMG there is no way we could have come close to creating the wedding that she did. It was magical, beautiful, and perfect. Every detail was exceptional and Nicole was very cost conscious and gave us a number of options that saved us money. My daughter had a stress free wedding week and I got to enjoy every minute of it !! So worth every penny. I can't say enough about the phenomenal job that Nicole preformed for us.

  The BEST wedding planner for a Bride/Groom planning an overseas wedding!

  Nicole is simply the best in the business, we were trying to plan our wedding in Ireland from Australia, with a 9 hr time difference and both working such hectic jobs, time management and leading a busy life made us realise we needed a wedding planner.
  
  We came across Nicole and what a blessing that was, what she can do and how she makes your wedding day and even the day after party so tremendous, stunning and simply magical blew us away!
  
  We didn’t have a small wedding, catering for 350 guests with high expectations and attention to the little detail, Nicole made all my visions happen!
  
  She was super responsive and was able to communicate via email, text messages, phone calls and even what’s app which made the decision process so easy for us being so far away. She supplied pictures, created table plans so we could visually see our ideas come to life prior to the big day.
  
  She had so much knowledge in this industry she even bartered with suppliers to reduce their costs even more so we were getting the best deal possible, Nicole is simply a beautiful person inside and out makes you feel super comfortable and at ease about everything, on the wedding day she is everywhere she makes the day run beautifully, keeps the bridal party in line and everything running to agenda so time management is maintained and your having dinner and drinks on time with guests, which is huge for the wedding day as the smallest thing can change the flow of the day and affect timing!
  
  We would of being utterly lost without the lovely Nicole of Secret Bridesmaid she thought of everything and makes the day much more enjoyable than what you could even imagine!
  
  If I have kids in the future and need christenings planned, my kids wedding etc.. I would be hoping Nicole is available to plan everything, We sincerely cannot recommend her enough she is fantastic.

  The best wedding planner :)

  Words can't describe how AMAZINGLY GREAT Nicole and her team was for our wedding! I'm an Event Manager myself so I know the industry very very well and was conscious of finding someone who could run our day the way we wanted so we could step back and enjoy it knowing we could fully trust the Wedding Planner we had would run it exactly how we wanted and that is exactly what we got :) Unsurprisingly it was very hard for me to switch off coming from the industry but the moment I handed my phone over to Nicole the morning of our wedding I instantly relaxed and enjoyed every moment of the day :) I remember when I got my phone back she had even so thoughtfully taken pictures on my phone of my friends and family enjoying themselves! She was unbelievable from my first phone call with her many months beforehand to the moment I said Goodbye late on our wedding night! I had a very different and unique wedding on Inis Oirr, one of the Aran Islands off the rugged West Coast of Ireland which involved 5 different venues between getting ready, the ceremony, food and ceilí dancing, and this all happened in the middle of a storm and in a stretch tent covering a beer garden of a local pub for one of the venues! Madness but the island ways and weather was very normal for us and our friends and family as we are from there but can be hard for others to understand, however this didn't phase Nicole one bit, she was well able and immersed herself in this and the culture! She completely understood what we wanted to achieve, understood our culture, the Irish language we spoke (at a few points she actually understood what we were saying to each other in our native Irish language which Nicole is not fluent in) - that just goes to show how Nicole can see, hear and know what's going on without even having to tell her! She helped so much in creating our fabulous day and ensuring all our friends and family had a great time and knew where everything was and what was happening next - as I said it was a very different type of wedding! There are so many examples of things she did for us, really going out of her way from picking up flowers, helping me pack my bag the night before, bringing such thoughtful items she thought we might like to use and practical items like a bell to move people to our final venue at the end of the night, to running around the island making sure everything was ready to go early that morning and all the time she was doing everything she was making us laugh making us relax :) She was honestly the best, I am so so happy we chose her as our wedding planner, if it wasn't for her I don't know if we would have been so relaxed and able to enjoy ourselves so much which is really the most important thing and what it is all about as you have those memories forever :)
