He helped us build the timeline, kept us on track throughout the night, and made every announcement feel natural and easy. Nothing felt awkward or overly scripted. He handled the ceremony audio, toasts, introductions, and reception perfectly.
The music was exactly what we wanted. We gave him a mix of country, classic rock, Top 40, and a few guilty-pleasure throwbacks, and he somehow made it all work. The dance floor was packed from the first dance set until the end of the night.
The lighting also made a huge difference. Once it got dark, the room completely changed from elegant dinner atmosphere to full-on party without ever feeling cheesy.

We hired Seattle DJ Pro for music at our wedding reception and they really helped make the night perfect. Jay was our DJ and did an incredible job from start to finish.
From our first meeting, Jay took the time to understand what styles of music we liked and our vision for the reception flow. He tailor-made a playlist that blended genres seamlessly. On the day-of, Jay arrived early to set up his equipment before guests arrived.
The music during cocktail hour was at a nice volume for mingling. As the reception started, Jay transitioned smoothly to more upbeat hits that got everyone dancing. He adjusted the tempo perfectly based on crowd energy.
Jay also kept the reception running on schedule by making announcements about dinner and toasts. All of our guests raved about how much fun the music added to the night. Jay even learned some personal details to make subtle references in comments throughout the reception.

We rented a photo booth from Seattle DJ Pro for our wedding reception and it was a hit! The booth was set up in a prominent location and was easily accessible for all of our guests. The staff was friendly and helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. The props were a lot of fun and there was a great selection to choose from. We loved being able to take home a strip of photos from the booth as a keepsake from our special day. We recently used Jay as our wedding DJ and we couldn't have been happier with the service he provided. From the moment we first met him, we knew he was the right choice for our big day. He was professional, organized, and very easy to work with.

One really cool part this DJ has are the photo booth and snapchat filters he provides where each person has their own snapchat filter on the photo booth and a separate table along side the photo booth printer. Myself (the bride) and my husband have been treated right by this DJ too. While being seated prior to the ceremony so everyone gets really excited and maybe a little nervous but the DJ timed everything perfectly during the ceremony. I got in touch on Instagram (@hannahjennigan) with this DJ as soon I saw his photos on Instagram (@seattledjpro) from his events!!! My head exploded! -

I just want you guys who this review to know that I appreciate what Jay did at our wedding as a couple because everything depended upon how much fun people had during these two hours of dancing together (and there were many people dancing). My honeymoon date is coming up soon, which gave me some time off before leaving so I can review this DJ after getting married!!! Well thank goodness if nothing else...this DJ was good!!!! We are so happy that Jay brought his dj skills over to our wedding. The music, drinks were amazing and he showed all respect...like another true VIP experience!! We arrived back home about half past 4am (I guess it wasn't late yet). After some research I decided to book dj together with his photo booth after hearing what they said would be great prices just 3-4 months prior..which turned into around 4,500 bucks for everything plus tip while there may not have been much photos being taken anyway - BUT since each person gets to take pictures and dance it was no problem but if your planning anything super long then maybe reconsider and get the extra lighting......it seems like any additional price breaks might be worth it. -

Two things are really worth noting; 1 ) Jay made sure our ceremony was perfect and he played all of the music exactly like we expected 2) Jay made us a monogram for our wedding and it looked so good, we were really happy with it. Jay also goes above & beyond when he's asked. He asked how we are doing/how everything is going during the wedding too. Now that you know what we love best about this DJ I suggest getting ready by booking a DJ and photo booth. Get together your bridal party because otherwise (and even though most people enjoy drinking and dancing) sometimes they aren't the best dancers - like during any big night event where there might be only 100+ other attendees... We would still leave our wedding excited but proud knowing how much fun one person brought along.... Even better once the DJ got everyone dancing the party was really fun as well :) -

After seeing his incredible DJ skills at some of the weddings he has done on Instagram we started wanting to add him as our wedding DJ because he could perform! Well first off lets start by looking into each task from Jay's own standpoint because it is something a lot more involved than simply a DJ pressing play on an individual piece of equipment. Jay is doing your wedding with custom styling & sound design which goes towards getting everyone dancing together throughout. Jay knows in what order will there be different tasks performed within one specific timeline during every wedding. -

Everyone danced
Jay arrived well organized for DJing our wedding; laid out all the microphones in case we needed them for our ceremony, included a photo booth and photos (in high resolution!) if they weren't available immediately already. But I know my wife has said "Jay was awesome" and I was also very happy. Our guests had so much fun dancing and Jay rocked our wedding! Amazing work! -

The other day while surfing through one of our favorite shopping locations in Seattle (in case it wasn't obvious by now), as soon i clicked around from where the webpage i am on the link towards what looks like this DJ's page... this awesome DJ responded back out onto my messages faster than anyone else & wrote me a price estimate. Not just because he wanted me as his "client" before hiring him, 9 months before our wedding... when looking over how happy other couples were having him DJ their wedding :p It got better after i hired this DJ and realized there weren't any better DJ's i could have chosen. There was a very sweet group of girls (18+) who were dancing all night long. The dance floor at the bar didn't even close, as they danced to songs from one of their favorite bands - A Tribe Called Quest this DJ was rocking it! The DJ never failed me during our wedding night and was on time despite having such short notice... so I'll definitely recommend them to my friends getting married next year!!! You should totally hire this DJ! -

This DJ is a great at what he does and has a diverse repertoire, and is one of the leading DJ's in Seattle/Portland. The photo booth he brought is one of the best in the region, and boasts the best technology thats built into the photo booth in the entire Puget Sound, with a proud history of serving newlyweds like us. We shared all the photos to social media with a few clicks. Very satisfied. -

This DJ has worked with all genres of music from country to pop to techno and everything in between. In the past years he has worked with countless brides and grooms to help them plan their wedding day musically and also be their master of ceremonies, including me and my husband. Me and my husband also invited him to perform at our wedding and he had DJ'd many more of our friends weddings afterward because we recommended him so highly. He’s a regular DJ at major events in the Seattle and Portland area as well as private parties and weddings. He came recommended to us from one of our friends who hired him to DJ their wedding. -

We had our wedding earlier this year and hired this DJ to come out and performing services for us. He handled the ceremony with wireless mics, speakers and coordination. Afterward, during the reception he assisted us with the cocktail hour and did a nice job of handling our grand entrance, toasts and cake cutting. We really were impressed with the photo booth, lighting and quality of the sounds and speakers. Super happy! During the dancing portion of the evening the crowd was jumping and celebrating which was awesome to see how well everything was going. Kudos to this DJ for keeping the party alive! -

We are so happy with our decision to hire Jay. Leading up to the wedding he did several phone check ins with us, walked through every detail of our special day, built us a custom music playlist, handled lighting, and so on. We are so busy planning everything and he just made it easier overall. The day of the wedding he was on time, prepared, had good vibes, was dressed nicely and did an excellent job. We were very happy with Jay and our guests had a great time! He even took song requests and made sure everyone danced. Absolutely worth the price tag even though he is a little more expensive. Two thumbs up! -

I hired this DJ for my recent October wedding and he was great to work with. The ceremony went smoothly without any problems. We opted for the wireless microphone which was perfect. Walking down the aisle, etc all of the music was perfect! After the ceremony, when we went into the reception I definitely was very impressed with all of the lighting and so were my bridesmaids. The groomsmen enjoyed working with the DJ during the grand entrance to our reception. The DJ did an awesome intro for us, super good! We had the DJ do all of the venue lighting for the entire event and it looked excellent. The photo booth they provided was so cool, it does video and more than just pictures. I highly recommend getting the photo booth if you can. Everyone danced all night and we had a great time! Highly recommend, 5-stars! -

The venue looked amazing as well with your uplighting!!! Very friendly professional. Easy to request any songs you want. I was skeptical that I might not get Khmer (Cambodian) songs since DJ is not Cambodian and most of my party are Cambodians, but Jay (our DJ) is very happy to find for us and play the songs other requests. The price is one of the most lowest in the web. I will hire them more if I have another party. -
