We chose Seaport Hotel for our wedding block booking (~100 guests) due to it having the best balance of any hotel we could find between location, quality and affordability, as we could not have been happier with our choice. Throughout the 3 years we spent planning our wedding, Peter made the entire experience seamless. During this time, we exchanged over 100 emails. Without exception, Peter was responsive, helpful and professional. This included creating an appropriate block booking contract, managing one group reservation portal, a date change due to COVID, and countless emails and questions about room changes / additions / cancellations. When the weekend of our wedding finally arrived, our guests had an impeccable stay thanks to Peter’s flawless organization. On top of that, he was able to help with a few urgent / important requests during our group’s stay. We would strongly recommend using Seaport hotel for anyone’s wedding in Boston and the surrounding area, largely thanks to Peter who made it all happen as well as the friendly and helpful front desk and housekeeping.

We had our Wedding block here and I seriously can't thank the team enough for the service they provided us from planning to wedding day! We worked with Pete who truly cares about your special day - he was always available to answer questions, give recommendations, and made sure we were taken care of once we arrived. He went above and beyond!! THANK YOU PETE! The front desk staff was also amazing - they helped us organize a few things on the day of the wedding and also did a spectacular job dispersing our welcome bags and making everyone felt welcome. We had an after wedding brunch the day after our wedding and the food was incredible, the space was gorgeous, and again, the staff made sure we were all set. I feel like everyone at the Seaport Hotel cares and will go above and beyond for you. I appreciate that sooo much because it made us all feel special on such a big weekend of our lives. The hotel is also in an incredible location - all of our guests loved being able to walk everywhere and there were so many amazing food options nearby. Its truly beautiful! I would highly recommend Seaport Hotel for your wedding - they will go above and beyond for you so that you can enjoy your day and know that you'll be taken care of!!

Our wedding was at the Seaport Hotel on 8/31/19 (Ceremony in Wintergarden & Reception in the Plaza Ballroom). Our experience with the Seaport Hotel and our wedding coordinator, Michelle Fabiano, was OUTSTANDING from the start!

Where do we begin?!?

We live in Baltimore, MD. My wife is from Boston and still has strong family ties to the area which led us to start our venue search in Boston during Labor Day weekend of 2018. We knew we would have a lot of guests traveling to the wedding so it was important to us that the venue was easily accessible from Logan Airport and could host our Ceremony, Reception, and guests! With that in mind we thought the best way to experience a venue would be as a guest and we booked a room at the Seaport Hotel for the same day as our initial meeting with them.

Coordinating with Michelle for our initial tour was seamless! She was very responsive and accommodating with our tour time (Sunday afternoon) due to us traveling in and not being able to stop by at anytime. She was prepared, organized, and very personable; we felt comfortable with her immediately! Seaport has many available options for Ceremony and Reception spaces (all beautiful), we absolutely fell in love with their Wintergarden Ceremony space! Michelle did a wonderful job walking us through Seaport's wedding packages and helping us visualize what our day could look like.

After a great tour in the afternoon we returned to our room at the Seaport and were surprised by a box of chocolates with a sweet note! (the small things go along way)

Soon after our visit and evaluating other potential venues in Boston (Royal Sonesta, Liberty Hotel, Hotel Commonwealth) we decided Seaport Hotel was the one for us and reached out to Michelle to book our date! We ran into a slight unexpected hiccup with booking the Wintergarden Ceremony space (Seaport does not have exclusive rights to this space and can only book 1 year out, while other businesses have earlier access). We originally wanted a Saturday in October, so we had to wait to receive confirmation that the space was available. Michelle reached out exactly 1 year out, but to our dismay the space was already taken which sent us into a slight scramble. Michelle was diligent in getting us all of the remaining dates available for the space and we were able to lock in 8/31/19. (Which we actually REALLY loved)!

During the following months leading up to the wedding Michelle did a great job working with us on our hotel room block, creating/communicating how our guests could book rooms (weblink), and keeping us informed of all pertinent deadlines we needed to be aware of. She was on top of all of the documentation the whole time which helped keep our minds at ease, especially working to put this together from out of town.

As the wedding the drew closer we flew back to Boston for our tasting! Again, Michelle was very flexible with the time and made sure it would work for us! We didn't know what to expect for a tasting but we were blown away with how it was set up for us! Michelle and Seaport really pulled out all of the stops. When we arrived our names were on their event board and Michelle met us in the lobby. We followed her to a private dining room where they had a table set as it would be for our wedding and began to dine just like our guests would experience later. Michelle and our waiter Jules (who was awesome and our sweetheart table waiter at the wedding) began walking us through the courses and tasting. Everything was so delicious and amazingly prepared & presented that we had a very hard time choosing what to go with! We ended up with the Seared Filet of Beef and Pretzel Coated Chicken! To finish the tasting Michelle surprised us with churros for dessert so we could conclude the meal on a sweet note! (We ended up adding these to the Ice Cream Sundae bar because they were so good!)

During our tasting we were also able to start reviewing our wedding timeline with Michelle. She took great notes and sent us a summarized version by the time we were back home. Michelle also worked with our parents on setting up a breakfast for the day after the wedding.

Finally, our wedding weekend, what an amazing experience! Seaport hit a home run from the time we unloaded and parked our car with the valet to leaving 4 days later. The valet team and front desk provided a seamless check-in. Michelle was there when we arrived and made sure to take all of the items/decorations we had for the wedding as she and her team would be setting them up during our wedding day. Prior to our wedding Michelle had also coordinated with all of our vendors to make sure they knew were to go, park, and drop items off. Michelle ran our rehearsal and did a great job setting us up for success and handling our large family & bridal party! On our wedding day Michelle was available and checking in with us during the day all while making sure our vision for the Ceremony and Reception was being set up! She did an amazing job coordinating with our photographer, videographer, DJ, and florist...even helping the florist pin boutineers on jackets! She kept everything running on time, as planned, and handled everything flawlessly allowing us to not worry and just have the best night of our lives!!! Also worth mentioning, all of the food was OUTSTANDING! All of the apps during the cocktail hour were a hit (the bbq chicken mac 'n' cheese bites are ridiculously good) and the food service during our reception was as good as our tasting! The meals came out hot and perfectly cooked. We received so many compliments from our guests on the meal choices.

Michelle also helped coordinate with Tamo (in house bar/restaurant) so they knew to expect our guests after the rehearsal dinner & wedding. Tamo was great and was able to handle our large guest count each night! We especially connected with Devin as we met him a year prior when we were up for our initial visit!! The personalized service we received from Devin not only made us feel special, but our whole friend and family group!

We would with out question recommend Seaport Hotel to anyone looking for a venue to host their big day! We received so many compliments from our family and guests about the location of the Seaport Hotel, their rooms, and the service they received throughout our wedding weekend.

We were thrilled with this venue! Michelle was a dream to work with and made sure every detail was taken care of. The food was phenomenal and the room was gorgeous. I can’t say enough good things about how perfect this venue was for my daughter’s wedding and I would recommend d it to anyone!

As I wrap the post wedding to dos, it has become abundantly clear how much I’ll miss working with Leah/Director of Catering. We have had a wonderful experience from the first contact. We felt welcomed and supported from day one. Leah was respectful of our budgetary considerations and found ways to make everything work our perfectly. She was by our side the the entire week leading to the big day. This was my second daughter to marry in a Boston Hotel. By far, I highly recommend the Seaport Hotel.

We stayed at the Seaport Hotel for my daughter's recent wedding. The wedding was not at the Seaport Hotel but we did a room block for our guests and rented a suite for the girls to get ready and have their hair and makeup done before the ceremony. Kelcee was amazing and very responsive to all of our needs. I highly recommend staying at the Seaport Hotel if you are having a wedding in the Boston area or even at the Seaport. Convenient to everything too!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Kelcee and the entire Seaport team. Kelcee did an exceptional job in terms of answering questions and helping us to coordinate a really beautiful bridal shower. She made sure all of our requests were met and went out of her way to follow through on even the smallest of details. The team we worked with the day of the event was so kind and welcoming. The bartenders, servers, and banquet managers were all so hospitable and helpful throughout the entire day.

Booking a wedding reception venue is one of, if not the, most important choices you will make in wedding planning. We knew we wanted to have our reception in downtown Boston, on the water, and somewhere with outdoor space. After looking at 10+ venues, we knew the Seaport would be the right fit for us. We found the entire Seaport staff extremely easy to work with, organized, and professional, from first booking with the sales team, to the hotel staff, doormen, chefs, restaurant staff, and all event staff on wedding day. Our coordinator, Kelcee, was especially impactful in guiding us through the entire process from start to finish, staying organized, and keeping us organized so that the process went smoothly. While the Seaport offers an all-inclusive wedding package, they were extremely accommodating in allowing us to customize the package, specifically the food and beverages, to best suit what we were looking for. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the Seaport Hotel and its staff and couldn’t be happier that we chose them for our wedding reception!!

Just started working with Kelcee to plan my wedding, she makes the entire process so easy and stress free! My mom is very difficult to please and she loves her! Would recommend anyone who wants to start working with her and plan a wedding at the Seaport! It's so beautiful, couldn't be more excited!

My husband and I must have looked at every single wedding venue in Boston/Cambridge. Hotels, museums, art galleries, restaurants - you name it, we went there. Nothing quite blew me away until the Seaport Hotel. We wanted a place where we could do both the ceremony and the reception and Seaport Hotel was perfect. We had our ceremony in the Wintergarden Atrium, cocktail hour outside in the Lighthouse garden, and reception in the Lighthouse ballroom. They were all stunningly beautiful with endless windows. The views are extraordinary, as are the photo locations. Water views, city views, garden views, and the beautiful World Trade Center façade. The opportunities for gorgeous photos are endless. Last but not least, the staff is second to none. Everyone from the doorman to the banquet manager treated us like royalty. The valet guy even put air in my tires before I left the morning after our wedding. And of course, our coordinator Alyssa was incredible. She was a godsend and made my every wish a reality. Our wedding was beyond my wildest dreams and people cannot stop talking about it. If you want a Boston wedding, there is nowhere better than the Seaport Hotel.

Working with wedding coordinator Alyssa was amazing. She is truely an expert and does a fabulous job. The venue is beautiful, food was perfect, and the accommodation are excellent. The waiters were so professional and attentive to all our guests. I highly recommend getting the hospitality suite to get ready in. It's HUGE. Plenty of space to have the bridal party get ready without being on top of one another. Also, it's a great space for pictures and post wedding get together. Post wedding brunch was excellent and our guests enjoyed it! From start to finish, the seaport hotel provided us with a professional, organized and beautiful wedding experience.

My husband and I were married at the Seaport Hotel on June 2, 2017. We had a small service with just under 60 guests. This was a second marriage for both of us and we didn't want all the silly customs (cake cutting, bouquet throwing, garter gathering, etc.,). We wanted plenty of appetizers during the cocktail hour, an open bar for the entire evening and a delicious dinner with an ice cream sundae bar & pastries for dessert, instead of cake. The last thing we wanted was for our guests to leave our wedding hungry.

We could not have asked for a better evening, the service was amazing, the dinner was delicious and all the guests we have spoken to since have told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to.

We did not have a giant budget and they worked with us to ensure we had the night we really wanted. They were organized, detail oriented and the ceremony room, with views of the Boston waterfront, was beautiful. Our wedding coordinator, Melissa Abraham, was one of the best people I have ever had the good fortune of working with. We ended up staying at the hotel through the weekend. Everyone was so helpful and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was a special one. The hotel services cover everything you could want, there is plenty nearby for restaurants, bars and tourist attractions and the waterfront area has plenty of space for taking walks or just sitting and watching a great sunset.

We highly recommend the Seaport Hotel for your special day!

So glad we chose the Seaport Hotel! From the moment we met with the wedding coordinator, Melissa Abraham, we new it was our venue! She made sure our wedding experience was perfect from beginning to end! She was very attentive and answered my endless questions and emails right away. We always felt like our wedding was as important to her as it was to us!
We couldn't have asked for a smoother wedding day! Melissa checked in our me and the bridal party while we were getting ready and made sure that we got where we needed to be on time. The wait staff was amazing as well! Very attentive to my guests and aware of food allergies, which was a concern for several of my guests. They also made sure all of the guests had what they needed during cocktail hour. Hors d'oeuvres was constantly circulating and they even brought around wine, champagne, and water so that the bar wasn't overcrowded.
Guests are still raving about how delicious the food was, it was absolutely amazing!

The Seaport Boston Hotel completely exceeded all of our expectations for both our Ceremony and Reception. From the most amazing person, Ellen Pels, our event coordinator, who handled literally every detail, to the personalized service, amazing food and being surrounded by the beautiful Seaport District, you will not find a better place to get married! It took a lot to considered a Hotel wedding thinking it would feel like a banquet or work conference and honestly our wedding was both warm and elegant. We can't thank the Seaport and especially Ellen enough for seeing our vision and making it a reality!

Seaport hotel was everything that I could have dreamed of and more for my wedding day. I wanted everything at the same location and a nice hotel where guests would love their accommodations. Everyone was blown away by the quality and attentiveness of amenities and staff. My ceremony was in the wintergarden. The Seaport wedding planners made it feel seamless between the two properties. The grounds are beautiful for pictures. The food was delicious and the attention to all of my crazy details were just perfect. I would recommend the Seaport hotel to anyone. They truly helped to make my wedding the best day!

I wish I could have another Wedding just so I could use the Seaport again! They were so flexible with helping us make this the Wedding of our dreams. The food was amazing and people have been raving about how beautiful everything was. Our Wedding Coordinator, Alanah, was available anytime I had a question and didn't make me feel like I was a bother, not matter how small the inquiry was. The venue was absolutely perfect and we are so glad we decided to have our Wedding at the Seaport Hotel.

My sister got married at the Seaport Hotel (in the Lighthouse Ballroom) over ten years ago. The venue was absolutely gorgeous, the food was delicious and memorable, and the staff was highly professional and attentive. I enjoyed it so much that, when it came time to plan my own wedding, I looked there any way! I wanted my wedding to be just as beautiful and fun- but I also wanted to make sure it was completely different!

The Seaport staff (and Melissa Abraham in particular) helped me do just that! I ended up having my ceremony at the Wintergarden Atrium across the street from the hotel (absolutely magnificent glass dome-shaped room) and my reception at the Harborview Ballroom (with a private deck overlooking the water) at the Seaport Hotel! Melissa coordinated everything so the day flowed perfectly! She was quick to answer all of my questions and address my various concerns (my family and I ask lots of questions).

In the end, the day was perfect – everything from the ceremony to the decorations to the flowers to the music. And everyone commented on the food. The hors d'oeuvres were interesting (i.e. delicious lobster salad in a cute mini cone!) and abundant. Dinner was beautifully prepared and delicious. Service was superior. Snacks and drinks fueled the dancing, and all of our guests had a great time.

Quite a few of our guests were also overnight or weekend guests of the hotel. All were impressed with the accommodations and the friendliness of the staff. We heard multiple reports of staff going out of his or her way to provide a service, and then refusing to accept a gratuity. This makes the Seaport truly unique, and helps to turn a hotel stay into something special and memorable. Clearly, the helpful and attentive Seaport staff contributed greatly towards each guest’s overall wedding experience.

The Seaport Hotel was my absolute dream location and they completely delivered me my dream wedding! Alicia was the BEST wedding planner I could have ever hoped for! She was SO accommodating, helpful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable! She was a pleasure to work with! The entire Seaport staff was excellent, as well, and were ready to help with whatever they could. The food was delicious and the room itself (Lighthouse Room) was beautiful. I knew I was in great hands and never had to worry about things going wrong. They are great at what they do! We feel lucky to have been able to experience our wedding at the Seaport and would recommend this venue highly!

The Seaport Hotel served as the headquarters for our wedding weekend -- we had a room block, our ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and post-wedding brunch at the hotel. Everything went smoothly and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect weekend. And perfect it was!

My husband and I had our wedding at The Seaport Hotel in May. We worked with Marianne in coordinating all our wedding details. We had a truly amazing experience and I can not say enough about how professional, patient and detail-oriented Marianne and all of The Seaport staff was. Most of the typical wedding stress was eased because they took care of everything and thought of things I never would have. If you plan your wedding at at The Seaport you will be in excellent hands.

Amazing venue - my wedding was perfect and it was in great part because of the Seaport Hotel!

Any time I felt stressed about the actual wedding day - can we pull it off?! - I was instantly calmed knowing that Alicia was in charge. From our first tour of the venue to checkout the next day, every single experience with The Seaport was wonderful. Alicia is a true professional - she is organized, she is responsive to all requests, she provides advice but also listens to your feedback, and she goes above and beyond to make sure what you want is what happens. My mom was my partner in crime through the whole wedding planning thing and the fact that she wants to adopt Alicia should say it all. She’s the best. I want to go on and on about how wonderful she is, but take my word for it -- if you’re booking here, ask for Alicia. She will absolutely wow you.

Everyone on staff is professional, accommodating, and went out of their way to make our wedding day a truly memorable one. The whole wedding WEEKEND was even more than I could have hoped for. From the valet staff who greet you when you arrive to the room service staff who brought us lunch, truly every single person I interacted with was so friendly and professional and helpful. After the ceremony, Alicia brought me and my husband into a separate room to spend a few minutes alone together before joining the cocktail hour. We had a dedicated server, Paul, who brought us drinks and appetizers. He was just the sweetest person. He expressed sincere happiness at our marriage and made sure we had every snack and beverage we could ask for. If he were my only interaction at the Seaport, I’d be thrilled, he was such a joy.

Nitty gritty: the ceremony was in the Wintergarden, a beautiful glass-ceilinged atrium. It was a stunning location. We had the cocktail hour in a small room underneath the Lighthouse Ballroom, where the reception was held. The waitstaff throughout the reception was flawless. Absolutely flawless. I could not have been more impressed with their professionalism and flexibility.

I don't even know where to begin! The seaport hotel staff and event staff were fabulous! Ellen was our wedding coordinator. From the moment we meant her we were at ease in the whole planning process. We spent a day checking out Boston venues, we were not overly excited about any of the rooms. Our last appointment was with Ellen, my parents, Brian and I fell in love with the harbor view room in the World Trade Center. Everything from the food tasting to the final dance was perfect. Ellen and her team answered my millions of questions, e-mails and calls.
When our limo arrived at the WTC, Ellen was out front to meet us with a huge smile and hugs. I swear our wedding planning felt so easy because of Ellen. She knows wedding and her experience can not be denied. For the brief moments that Brian and I sat down to eat, she checked in on us, telling us just to nod if everything was going good. I was so sad when she had to leave at the end of the night.
The staff checked us into our honeymoon suite and brought our bags to the room before the reception was even over. When we exited the WTC, there was a towncar waiting to drive my new husband and I back to the hotel and he had our belongings and thankfully knew our hotel room number because we forgot haha.
The seaport hotel was worth every penny and then some! They made us feel like royalty for the whole evening!

My wedding at the Seaport was the best from the venue itself, the food, the staff, location and not to mention the scenery and we got extra lucky because the Tall ships just happen to come in the same weekend as the wedding. I had so much help from Julie my wedding coordinator there and she was just so pleasant! She made everything so easy for me and my day so special. I would love to get married all over again!!

I can't say enought great things about the Seaport. I had my wedding there on Sept 24, 2011. We worked with Christina Pedranti. I highly recommend her. She was so accommodating and was very fast with all her responses. She was patient with my million questions and accommodated all my requests no matter how big or small.
I looked at about 20 venues and the Seaport was the only place where EVERYTHING is included for one price. Other places were charging for a champagne toast or wine service at the tables, etc. This was all included in the package at the Seaport. It was the only place that was 100% clear about the cost. I knew exactly what I was getting myself into.
The food was amazing. Many guests commented about the food to me. We had filet and lobster tail and both were cooked perfectly. You could cut the filet with your fork. It was that tender. Everyone loved the cocktail hour appetizers too.
Our reception was at the Seaport World Trade Center in the Harborview Room. We had 135 people. I loved this room. The cocktail hour room is kinda funky with an LED wall and the reception room has a balcony overlooking the city! It is a little less stuffy and ballroom looking than the other rooms they have.

Katy was the best she knows everything about weddings. Makes you feel so comfortable. Helped me come up with original ideas and also helped me decide what I could save on and splurge on.

I had my reception at the Seaport World Trade Center. They were great. Very responsive and professional. The reception was perfect. The food was delicious and very generous. They didn't skimp on the booze in the drinks either which led to a fun night for all our guests. They will definitely work with you on price and I felt like I got a great value for Boston.

We had an exceptional experience with the Seaport Hotel. Our coordinator, Jen Murray, was helpful, responsive, accommodating, highly professional and an absolute pleasure to work with! I could not have been happier.

The hotel is clean and modern, with spectacular views. We booked the round Flagship Room, and it was absolutely lovely, with views of Sail Boston ships behind the full length windows.

The wedding package was a good value given the location and the superb service. The food was amazing! Jen took a lot of the stress out of the planning process and helped us create a truly flawless event. I highly recommend Seaport. And Jen - she's the best!

The Seaport was by far the best choice we could have made. Our guests were so important to us, and they each felt catered to. The WTC is beautiful, the service was spot on the entire night, our coordinator was amazing and caring and I really felt like she CARED about our wedding.
It was well worth the money, which was very reasonable for a city wedding.

We could not have asked for anything more from the Seaport. They catered to our every need and was happy to do it! Tina, our wedding coordinator, was perfect!! She was so great. I felt like I was the only wedding she had. Everyone at the Seaport were great. Many of our guests commented about how impressed they were with the service, friendliness, and just overall experience. The food was unbelievable too! They even made me a special meal since I'm lactose intolerant and it was soooo good! I just can't say enough about the Seaport. We're so happy we had our wedding here!

They waited on us had and foot. The staff was exceptional. The food was delicious. All in all good value for the money considering it was Boston. The facility was clean and spacious to handle our 200 plus guests. We did photos on the bridge.
The sun was out and the band was great..all in all....thanks Seaport..I would definately use you again....

What can I say. If you want a wedding where the staff goes out of their way to make sure your day goes seamless then look no further. Lauren Pimental was my wedding coordinator. I do not think she ever left the seaport to go home. She is always available to talk to, no question is crazy. She covers every detail even one's you may not think of. Lauren has a list of the day's time schedule minute by minute. We had our ceremony and reception in the CityView Ballroom on 11-29-08. The ceremony room looked amazing and then they opened the room to move into the reception quickly. Cocktail hour was held in the lobby. The Seaport staff is fantastic. After the ceremony they are there at the doors of the cocktail room to offer beverages to the guests. The food is AMAZING, we offered the filet and the grilled chicken w/ shrimp. The view of Boston is breathtaking from the room. Great place to take pictures is on the bridge that leads to the hotel.
I highly recommend the Seaport for weddings they are first class. Hidden Gem!!

The Seaport was Phoenominal!!

Everything about the Seaport Hotel was amazing. From the professional and responsive staff, to the delicious food, the beautiful venues, and the amazing accommodations, the Seaport Hotel was just perfect. Thank you to the Seaport Hotel and Staff for making our wedding day beyond perfect.

We had our wedding reception at the Seaport Hotel Lighthouse room. It was fabulous! Julie was our wedding coordinator and did an she amazing job. Julie was very helpful in the months leading up to the wedding answering my endless questions and on the day of the wedding she made sure everything went smoothly. The service and food were top notch, we could not have picked a better venue. Thank you for making our wedding perfect!

The Seaport was where we booked our room block for wedding guests. We had lots of people traveling to Boston from out of town and worked with the Seaport to arrange a wedding block. I have to say for a big hotel in Boston, the Seaport was unbelievably responsive, and got us a great rate for the rooms. We got married over Columbus Day weekend, which is a big wedding weekend in Boston, and the Seaport was more than accommodating.

Not only did they give us a good rate for the block, they upgraded our room to an amazing suite for the same price as a regular room. This room was huge (two rooms and two bathrooms), amazing view, and they gave me super early check-in so I could get ready there with my wedding party. It was so much fun. After the wedding, my husband and I arrived back in the room to find champagne and chocolate covered strawberries with a lovely personalized card - completely unexpected.

We also had Sunday brunch at the Seaport restaurant. The food was great, but that's definitely a little pricey for a group. If you do have it though, you won't be disappointed in the food.

We had our wedding in the "Harborview Ballroom." The room is brand new, and has a beautiful deck that overlooks the harbor. Rachel, our wedding coordinator was excellent and well organized. She was also very responsive in helping with our requests. We are so happy we had our reception here.

My husband and I had our reception at the Seaport in March 2009. We were thrilled with how everything turned out! The service was great and the staff really worked with us to make sure that everything was the way we wanted it to be. It was very important that our wedding be as environmentally-friendly as possible, which is why the Seaport was the perfect venue. It is a certified green hotel and has instituted many practices that save energy, save water, and reduce waste. The reception hall had LED lighting which was unique and beautiful. The guest rooms were amazing as well and we stayed in an allergen-free suite. I definitely recommend the Seaport!

I would highly recommend the Seaport Hotel for anyone looking to get married in the Seaport area. The biggest selling point for me was the access to the ceremony space (wintergarden) right across the street. The space is absolutely stunning and made the wedding day logistics so much easier to plan out. We had a feeling it would rain on our October wedding (it did!) but that didn't matter at all with the ceremony space right across the street - and it was still great for pictures with the open atrium.

At the reception in the Plaza ballroom, guests were SO impressed with the service and food. The Seaport Hotel really is a unique, boutique hotel with the 5-star customer service/experience you would expect from a large chain hotel. I worked with a few planners throughout the course of the year leading up (Ellen Pels and Melissa Abraham) and both were very responsive, helpful and easy to work with. I was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to details. They truly brought my vision to life and made sure we enjoyed/celebrated our big day by managing any of the stressful issues on their own. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue and team!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team, the service, the food, and my wedding overall at the Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center. Every part of the process, every detail of the planning, and every second of the reception was handled with such attention and professionalism that I actually do not even know where to begin. My reception was held in the Cityview Ballroom and was coordinated initially by Ellen Pels (initial contact - you don't get your coordinator until much later in the process) and Marianne McKenna. Both of these ladies are an absolute delight to work with - they are extremely responsive to any little question or comment, they are very flexible and committed to fulfilling your vision and they go out of their way to make the bride, groom, and family feel comfortable and special. I do not have a single complaint about any aspect of my planning or my reception at the Seaport Hotel World Trade Center and would not hesitate in the slightest to recommend them.

The Seaport Hotel was amazing . We compared a number of 5 star hotel venues in the immediate Boston area and by far their wedding package was the best value for a premier city wedding event . The service from planning to the wedding weekend was meticulous . The guests raved about the food and the convenience of the location to airport , restaurants and major sites . The hotel was immaculate , the set up was seamless with numerous spaces for rehearsal , and brunch next day . Highly recommend you consider this venue if you are planning a city wedding !

They made our wedding day fabolous and seamless. We did get bounced around between wedding planers due to turnover, but everything turned out great!

We just got married at the Seaport Hotel last Month and we had an amazing time. The food was very good, the services and timing of the meal was excellent. The rooms where we had our ceremony and reception were set up exactly as requested. They were very diligent on getting every aspect of the wedding day planned out before hand so that on the actual day the wedding the coordinator could run with the plan without adding stress to the bride. There were no questions asked on the day of the wedding which allowed me to relax and enjoy the before time with my bridesmaids. I would highly recommend the seaport hotel for the above mentioned reasons as well as the amazing views from their function rooms. Thanks again to the seaport and our great wedding coordinator Julie.

I had my wedding reception in the Harborview Ballroom at the Seaport World Trade Center and it was absolutely beautiful! The food was amazingly delicious, the room was a prefect size for my wedding of 150 and I loved the cocktail space with the pretty wall that lights up. The staff was very professional and made the event perfect. I also must add that it made such an amazing place for photographs!!I'm so happy I went with the Seaport!!

The Seaport hotel runs like a well-oiled machine. From our first look at the hotel, where they treated us to a spectacular dinner, to the brunch the morning after our wedding - everything ran like clockwork. The importance of professionalism like the Seaport's cannot be understated in the wedding planning process, which can make even the sanest want to jump into the Harbor. The venue was just the right mix of being formal (grand ballrooms, elegant table settings, haute cuisine) and comfortable (soft color palette, views of Boston and the water, slightly more modern decor). But perhaps the most important part of the experience was the delicious, delicious food. This is no "wedding food" locale; it doesn't serve chicken in some mystery sauce with forgettable vegetables. Your guests will rave about the amazing dinner the Seaport will treat them to; every meal tastes like it's been prepared just for you!

The staff at The Seaport Hotel were outstanding. The wedding coordinator and her staff made my life as a bride so easy and lots of fun. They made our wedding day beautiful and truly about us.
