Jessica & Shawn's Wedding Reception
Shannon, Laura & Lindsey were such great hosts. They all made sure that everything was perfect, even assisting with finishing up the decorations. The food was also hot & delicious. Can't wait to book Sean's Entertainment for my party! Thanks again!

Outdoor wedding
Was recently at a wedding that Sean’s company was hired for, food was awesome and plenty of it, bartenders were fast and kept up with the crowd, the servers were pleasant and friendly. Everything serviced by him was exceptional for the wedding. I have friends who have used his business and they are always very pleased. I highly recommend them. -

Amazing and professional

Dream vow renewal

Bridezilla
I’ll be the first to admit I’m not an easy person to work with. I interviewed many planners along the way. Sean assures with confidence he was flexible and understood the importance of my dream wedding. He brought many fine details to our day that I overlooked or simply didn’t think of. We used Sean michaels for every detail of the event including food photography Dj floral and limos and we honestly couldn’t of had a better experience with Sean and his staff -

We were originally working with a different wedding planner when everything began to fall apart. We met with Sean and decided to switch to his company very last minute and take a chance at getting our perfect day how we wanted it with little time. Sean excelled under the time pressure and met every demand detail and wish we wanted in very little time due to our previous planners errors. Highly recommended for every aspect of your wedding -

Beautiful day
We used Sean michaels for our photo catering and floral for our outdoor wedding. Everything was perfect and exactly as requested and planned. I will be the first to admit both myself and wife had a lot of demands for our wedding. We were very particular on what we wanted and had a difficult time feeling confident in our planner. After meeting with Sean he assured he could make everything we wanted come to life and boy did he deliver. Its cheap for a reason! Scammer
Worst customer service ive ever experienced. Contacted Sean DJ services intially, and after talking with him i decided to add on photography. He requires a monthly payment and after booking in may i paid him in June and he did not even know who i was when i texted him. After speaking with friend i decided to go a different direction with photography but still use his DJ services. I messaged Sean with that information and an apology, and he once again did not know who i was. " Who is this. whats the date?" Then tells me he gave me a discount on DJ because i had photography which was a lie, and that i have not paid the monthly payment. EVEN THOUGH I MESSAGED HIM CONFIRMING HE RECIEVED MY MONEY LAST MONTH. And apparently " This agreement is not set up for things to be picked apart" and so i was not able to use his DJ services. Wouldnt reccomend to anyone. -

Brides Beware!
Sean Michaels ruined our wedding day. His servers and bartenders didn’t show, we had guests serving other guests appetizers and drinks! The food was cold, most of our tables didn’t get green beans and other food. His “DJ” was so quiet that I as the bride had to get on the microphone and tell everyone to sit down because the DJ was too shy to! His “DJ” had a corded microphone, so my maid of honor had to give her speech away from the head table and I had to miss sitting next to my sister in what was supposed to be a beautiful moment. He himself also never showed up, even though he promised to be there.
These are just a few of the ways Sean ruined our day and I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. When I tried contacting him the next day, he first said that it was Sunday and he would talk to me later, though Google and his LinkedIn say “24 hours”.... all he kept saying was “my staff said everything went great”. Brides beware!!! -

Horrible and unprofessional
I would not recommend using his services. I used him for dj, limo, shuttle and photo booth. First we get in the limo & the music wasn’t working. Then the shuttle had no a/c for guests & had a house fan in the divider. Very worn down/rusty/ ripped up limo!! Also left guests at hotel (had to Uber). He did not communicate with the dj at all about the changes. Dj messed up all of the names and kept saying how his mom made the playlist and how he was anxious about our wedding for a week. Also told us the owner wouldn’t allow him to meet/contact us beforehand. The photo booth pictures had MY NAME spelled wrong & guests had to tell her to fix it! And we added uplighting from him & he plugged it in after cocktail hour started while guests were seated!! And at the end of the night the shuttle bus driver did not say last round and left the BRIDE and GROOM and we had to Uber back to the hotel!! Very unprofessional & a scam artist!! -

Very unprofessional liar
I do not recommend Sean at all. Very unprofessional. I had him do the catering (taco bar) and DJ services (DJ Britt was AMAZING!!). Food was good but I was screwed over big time. I told him two weeks prior that we would only be having 85 people at the wedding. He told me it was too late to change that and that he would have the 100 people worth of food there and I could take home the extras. We only ended up having 69 people at the wedding and still ran out of a couple things. I only took home left over chips, tortillas, refried beans, beef, and salsa. That's it... that was my 30 peoples worth that didn't come. The staff was also shot gunning my beer in the parking lot, drinking my liquor and eating my food. One man in particular was VERY inappropriate with guests at the wedding. We brought it up to Sean and he told us he was off the clock. Then why was he there?! Once I emailed Sean after the wedding was over he told me that he basically went above and beyond for our wedding and I should be grateful.... -

Wouldn’t recommend using
Hired him for my wedding catering, dj & bus rental. Made reservations at his restaurant for my rehearsal dinner the night before. After waiting 2 hours with still no food, people had to go to the bar to get drinks bc no one was bringing any, some of my family and friends starting leaving so tried to complain only to get threatened by the cook. Just a horrible experience! Next day was my wedding day, food came late in the middle of my wedding & the potatoes weren’t even cooked. Bus that brought us to hotel was horribly hot bc the a/c wasn’t working. The dj was very nice but by no fault of her own he doesn’t even provide them with the proper equipment so her phone froze a few times which was what she had playing the music. He makes you pay up front so you are stuck with whatever crappy service you get. The bartenders that served at my wedding were great also, that’s the only positive I can say. His employees even say he doesn’t know how to operate a business. -

The owner is not a stand up guy/ or business owner. His driver was a very nice lady and there were many things that went wrong on my wedding day. She was 10 mins late picking me making me late for my wedding. There was no a/c on the bus and we had multiple nurses and paramedics on the bus and they had to take care of us because of the heat on the bus. He made it like no big deal not his fault. The driver supposedly talked to him and we were getting our money back, then while my husband and I are on our honeymoon we call the owner to get our money back and he basically told us not his fault. No...you are the owner, your buses are supposed to have air especially for a wedding. Your driver should not have made the bride late for her own wedding. Do not use him, he acts all nice when you first call him and then if something goes wrong he doesn’t care about his clients. Very bad business -

Booked Sean Michaels Entertainment for our wedding DJ in Sep 2017. Would definitely not recommend his services for anything. He was terrible to work with. For more specifics read below.
I want to also stress that when working with other vendors throughout the wedding process, whenever we mentioned we were working with Sean Michaels, none of the vendors had positive reactions. Not a single one.
Our first interactions with him were ok and he offered a very good (cheap) price for a DJ so we went with him. After that, we quickly realized that he was arrogant, a jerk, and not easy to work with at all. In retrospect, we should have sacrificed the deposit and found another at that point. He set us up with a DJ, DJ NRG (Matt) that we liked when we met him in person about a yr before the wedding, so we were happier. We tried to contact Matt multiple times after that throughout the year to coordinate, and never could get in touch with him. We told Sean and found out that Matt backed out, mind you this is 3 weeks before the wedding. Sean did not react well and was not pleasant to work with again. He did find another DJ for us. We worked with her for 2 weeks to coordinate, but unforeseen circumstances led her to cancel the day before the wedding. We call Sean again, and he proceeded to loudly (enough for the bridesmaids around to hear) and rudely explain how this was our fault and he never experienced a situation like this before. He was mad at us for this. He never offered to reimburse us or somehow say sorry. He never apologized. He offered to cut ties with us the day before the wedding leaving us without a DJ. We argued for him to fix it and he got a last minute DJ (DJ Tori) to show up. Thankfully she ended up being good enough and we had a good time at the reception.
It is our opinion that this guy was terrible to work with and a jerk. The headaches he caused were not worth saving a few bucks. We are pretty confident that he did not pay the DJ well. -

If I could I would give ZERO stars to this con artist! His “services” were absolutely awful! I got married last year and thought my wedding was just a fluke and maybe someone was having a bad day! But we were “gifted” certain services due to my wedding ending a bit early and for how awful the services were (dj and limo). To start off my day the dj showed up 20 mins AFTER my ceremony was suppose to start (4pm). He was completely unprepared and we had to plug in his equipment for him! As soon as he turned his equipment on merioche music started playing! He couldn’t even get my timeline straight! Then we get to the hall and my bridal party is patiently waiting to get introduced, he has the audacity to come to my husband and I and ask where his beer is!!!! Oh and just wait it gets better! While introducing my MOTHER IN LAW and husband for their dance he introduces her as BIG MAMA! What in the world was this jackass thinking!? (Also finding out later in the year thatDJ doesn’t normally do weddings) THEN WHY HAVE HIM DO A WEDDING! Now on to the limo service! I have never been in a limo before so I went all out with 2 pearl white SUV limos for my bridal party and parents! As soon as we get in the limo the radio was broken so we had no music to listen to. My parents limo was literally falling apart on the inside and a side panel fell off and hit my father!! All Sean could do was brag about these limos and told us they could not turn around in our grass Because they were “top of the line”. I don’t think your limos are top of the line when they can’t do basic functions!! Since my wedding ended early due to an injury of mine we decided to have a “ re do, I do” reception. Sean agreed to have a limo pick us up for free! And a DJ for 3 hours for free! This DJ was good! As far as the limo it NEVER SHOWED UP! It was due to pick us up at midnight! The DJ,my mom and I were calling him from 11:45pm until 12:20am NO ANSWER! Who runs a business like that! I would not recommend him! -

PLEASE save yourself some trouble and don't give this guy your money. Long story short, after he cancelled our wedding three months out, I had to get an attorney to get the money back that I had paid him. He is very shady and operates under a different name and doesn't provide you an actual address either. BE CAREFUL! -
