A DJ who went Above & Beyond!

SE Events served as our wedding DJ and helped bring our entire event to life! They coordinated the ceremony music, all music for the reception, all A/V needs for mics for speeches and ceremony, photo booth, and even helped our Best Man and Maid of Honor with their special requests.

Lou Guzzo, our DJ, went above and beyond for our event including meeting with us multiple times to find out what vibe we were trying to curate, MCing our event, and even holding props for the father of the bride's speech. He was an incredible part of our day and we are beyond thankful for his ability to keep the energy going all party-long.

SE Events made sure to play as much from our requested playlist as possible, they worked with us to play exactly what we wanted for first dances, and even had an A/V Closet at our venue to ensure the day went smoothly. 5/5 stars for SE Events - an essential vendor for your wedding!

Fantastic Athens Wedding!

I cannot recommend Jesse Busch and SE Events highly enough for both ceremony and reception music. From our very first meeting, I knew we were in great hands. Their online planning portal was user-friendly, detailed, and made it easy to customize our music choices. I had a few key songs in mind, but Jesse helped fill in the gaps with well-curated playlists—like the top 50, mother/son, and anniversary dance options—that made decision-making easy and enjoyable.

Jesse’s expertise was especially valuable during our ceremony. We opted to use SE not just for music but for sound amplification as well. He equipped our officiant and my husband with lapel mics, which perfectly captured our vows. Our ceremony setup was long and narrow, and the added audio support ensured every guest—front row or back—heard every word clearly.

What really sets Jesse apart is his responsiveness, creativity, and calm, professional presence throughout the planning process. He made us feel supported, listened to, and totally confident on the big day. SE was one of the best vendor decisions we made!

10/10 would hire again!!!

We hired SE Events for our wedding, and they absolutely made the night! From the very first conversation, they were professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand our music preferences and the overall vibe we wanted for our big day.

Because our wedding was multicultural, we were especially impressed by how thoughtfully they approached every detail. They went above and beyond to source great music from both, American and Bosnian cultures, blending everything seamlessly and going beyond our expectations! They also took the time to learn and correctly pronounce all of our family and wedding party names, which meant so much to us and our guests.

Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the music and how much fun they had! They also handled all the MC duties flawlessly, keeping the timeline on track without ever feeling rushed.

What really stood out was how easy they made everything for us. They were responsive, flexible, and so much fun to work with. We felt completely at ease knowing they had everything handled.

DJ for Wedding Reception

We kicked off our planning with Jesse, who did a thorough job of walking through their platform and the timeline of every possible time the music would need to change. He was great a talking through any topics that we were on the fence about to help make a decision. The process really was so seamless and the quality of service was high! John was our DJ and he was the best! He has a great attitude and good control of the dance floor. He knows how to get the party started and keep it going. We had a great time with John and would highly recommend him for future events. Overall, SE Events is a very professional and fun company to hire for all your events!

Incredible DJ

We had a fabulous time working with the SE Event team. DJ Tom did a
fantastic job and kept the dancing going at our wedding. It was so great

Unforgettable Night

We cannot recommend Jesse Busch and SE Events enough. From our initial meetings, we knew we were in good hands. He was professional, organized, and made the planning process easy and stress-free. Not to mention, my sister-in-law had been raving about him since her wedding five years ago, so we knew we had to book DJ Jesse. On the wedding day, he was amazing at reading the room and kept the schedule flowing seamlessly. Our dance floor was packed all night thanks to his fantastic song selections. He truly made our night unforgettable.

The Party Ended When The Venue Kicked Us Out!

Couldn't recommend Lou enough! I've waited way too long to review him, but we loved his process of helping us hone the playlist. It turned out great, and I can't imagine the guests enjoying the music anymore!

DJ Lou was awesome!

Spectrum Entertainment did an incredible job at our wedding. We kept hearing throughout our wedding planning process that we need to have a good DJ, so we were very stressed about selecting one. DJ Lou was our DJ and he was awesome, he kept the party going from the dance floor opening until the event ended. We used his song planning tool and he took our recommendations into account and added in songs that fit the vibe. We received a lot of compliments for our DJ and everyone said they had so much fun.

Jesse knocked it out of the park!

Jesse did an amazing job! My husband and I were all about having an amazing party, and the Jesse made our wedding what it was! So many guests told us it was the most fun wedding they have ever been to. I was calling Jesse down to the DAY BEFORE asking for playlist updates, etc. and he could not have been more amazing and helpful. He was so much fun all throughout the reception and rolled with everything so well. We could not be more appreciative!

Above and Beyond - DJ and Livestream Dynamic Duo!

We had our wedding at Primrose Cottage in June 2023. SE Events was recommended by Primrose and we are so glad we took their advice! Jesse was amazing! From the initial sales call he asked questions we had not even thought about and offered suggestions based on our limited vision of what was needed. Mid-stream we took some interesting planning turns that included adding an outdoor guitar soloist, personal vows, more people and a surprise invasion by Darth Vadar and Storm Troopers at the end that required a recessional “take over” to the Imperial March as a surprise for our guests. Jesse helped us plan out the entire sequence. On the dance floor, he played fantastic music, staying within our comfort zone. Even though it was a noon wedding and reception, his vibes got this age 50+ crowd up and having fun! He truly made our wedding exceptional and memorable while staying classy.

Along the way, Jesse also brought in Scott to help with a livestream of both the ceremony and the reception (not a normal request evidently). Scott exceeded our expectations! If you are thinking about doing a video of your wedding, go livestream. The footage was high quality and we got to see what everyone was doing even when we were out of the room! ; ) Instead of one camera following us around, we got to see who was talking to whom along with all the traditional speeches and activities. We even got great cake cutting from the other room using the livestream because Scott was using a high quality, versatile camera and he worked it like a pro!

Jesse and Scott made an amazing team and our wedding will be highly memorable AND re-watchable for years to come! We are so grateful to them both! Thank you!!

We Came, We Danced, We Got Sweaty

We hired SE Events because they were recommended to us by The Wimbish House. Jesse walked us through their website, which allows you to pick out songs you want to play for eating/mixing/mingling, dancing, and important events like the processional/recessional. You can also put songs on a "Do Not Play" list, and I loved having this control. We also expressed our concern with wanting the DJ to only announce important events and not be involved with the crowd at all. DJ Mike Murray was the perfect answer. He timed everything out perfectly, played requested songs on top of some classic crowd pleasers, and even took my last minute request to shorten our first dance song. It was perfect and I'll definitely be recommending them to our friends and family for future events.

Excellent DJ!

Our DJ, Lou Guzzo, did a great job at my wedding. I gave him a playlist of a few songs spanning several decades/genres and he played all of my favorite songs while also playing other songs that still matched my hodge podge set of music. His website also offered a lot of suggestions which definitely helped in choosing ceremony and reception music.

Wedding with DJ Pete

A wedding in it self is such a memorable time and for the groom and bride experience. What most don’t realize is that the entertainment and DJ are really what sets the tone for a wedding . Whether you’re going for a formal feel to a ballroom blitz , they set the atmosphere. We had the pleasure of having Jesse help in coordinating the client portal and guiding us in planning the music. We had DJ Pete for our wedding and he absolutely crushed it. He followed our preferences list and sensed what our guests like , then adapted and kept the party going. He paid attention to detail even making sure our first dances were on time, key, and perfect. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect evening for us given our wonderful experience with DJ Pete !

DJ Jesse Is Amazing!

We hired DJ Jesse for our wedding, and we are so glad we did! He was so amazing from the beginning. He took the time to meet with us multiple times to be sure he understood what we wanted in our day and that all of our important songs were selected. They have the best online planner to use to help select everything you could ever need. They also have an expansive library of songs to pick from if you need some inspiration / help. On the day of the wedding DJ Jesse did a great job reading the crowd and playing music to keep the party going. He got the whole crowd dancing - even my grandma and great aunt were dancing! Highly recommend DJ Jesse for all of your party / wedding needs!

Knocked it out of the park!

We were referred to SE Events by a friend who spoke very highly of this company. Initially we dealt with Jesse who walked us through the entire online portal and answered any questions that we had. Jesse is a very easy person to talk to which made the experience even better. The DJ at our wedding was Dana who is another great guy! We threw him a couple curve balls the day of the wedding that were unexpected but Dana had no problem adjusting whatsoever. 10/10 would recommend this company for weddings!

Fantastic!

Spectrum entertainment was recommended to us by our venue Ivy Hall, and we could not be more happy with how things turned out. Lou and all his team mates and associates are true professionals, just aiming to make your day magical. They have a super user friendly system to make planning a breeze, and they also walk you through it step by step. I recommend using them 100 times over. We used their regular Dj service, their strings for the ceremony, and also their photobooth. Everything was perfect and at an amazing price.

A wonderful experience with this vendor

We hired SE Events for our wedding on 05.28.22. From the start we had such a positive experience with them. A lot of our communication at the beginning was with Jesse, who is an absolutely delightful person. They have a website were you can plan your whole reception timeline and songs. We had DJ Austin at our wedding who spent almost an hour with me on the phone before the event getting a feel for the mood I was going for. I sort of gave him free reign, for he is a professional DJ afterall. He made sure to stick to music that was appropriate to the mood of the event and guests. He played the right songs at the right time and followed our schedule. He was a great MC, and the wedding timeline felt organic. I really liked the music played, and he even got myself and my husband to dance (we are not huge dancers at all).

Book him!

Jesse was absolutely amazing. We had a planning session before the wedding and he explained his site. All we had to do was go in and plug in our info and songs, super quick and easy and very organized. We were even able to add in songs that are not common/mainstream. The wedding day was perfect -Jesse nailed everything, so grateful we got to have him dj our wedding! Do yourself a favor and book him!!!!!

Amazing Experience

Our DJ (John) was phenomenal. He played all the music we requested and kept the party going. He added a few songs based on our audience that were perfect and that we did not think of ahead of time ourselves! The pricing was great and our experience was absolutely perfect!

Best DJ ever!!

My first hired DJ wasn’t answering and my wedding was in two days! My coordinator gave me the number of a DJ she had used for her wedding, and boy did I luck out!! Jesse was very friendly, super easy to work with, and even though he wasn’t available for our event, hooked us up with one of the most awesome DJs I could have ever asked for! Dana was the bomb y’all!! The program they use is super user friendly, and everything was so flexible. Dana had us dancing all night long, even took video and pictures and sent it to me after the wedding. His vibe was awesome and clearly the love for his job shows. If I ever need another DJ, I would go right to Dana no questions asked. I had so many compliments from my family and friends, and everything went so smooth and perfect. He truly made our night so memorable, and I couldn’t thank him enough! Worth ever penny spent!!

The fun didn't stop all night long!

DJ Lou did a wonderful job for our wedding in August at Ashton Gardens! The portal they use for wedding songs that you want to hear and when you want to hear them, as well as the songs that you don’t want to hear was super helpful in framing our thoughts for the whole night. The portal system was also really helpful with helping with our coordinator’s timeline.

The wedding day music was wonderful. DJ Lou played beautiful music as we were taking photos before the ceremony and the music playing while the guests waited for the ceremony to start was great. All the music we chose to have for the ceremony was spot on and played for the best amount of time. As we were getting ready to do our entrance, we didnt notice this, but the wedding party let us know after that he went down the line to make sure he was pronouncing names correctly and to make sure the line-up had not changed, which is extremely professional.

His emcee capabilities were also amazing as we went through the entire night with wonderful shout outs and enjoyable music!

Best dj ever!

Matt was the absolute best! From the first time we met at the Wolf Mountain Vineyards bridal show to the phone call getting all the details put together for our big day he was such a pleasure to work with. Every moment was executed so perfectly from the time we walked in as a married couple to the moment when we left. Matt kept the dance floor packed and all our guests both older and younger love the playlist. We are so lucky to have had him DJ our special day!!

Great to work with SE events

We loved working with Jesse and SE event on this day.
Jesse was very professional, talented and great to work with on finding a great selection of songs for the wedding. SE event has a nice website tool for this as well which made our task much easier than expected.

So Much Fun!

I can't say enough how AWESOME Austin was for our wedding on May 29th! Everything from planning to day of - I got SO many guests who complimented him and even asked me for his info so they had someone in mind for when they got married! Excellent- Lou knows what he is doing, shows up and gets the crowd involved but also tastefully handles the group. We couldn’t have been happier with

Lou killed it! I didn’t have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. He set up, handled all arrangements, got the guests involved and pumped and everyone raved about him. I’d use him again for anything and would highly recommend him. He does what he says he will do and delivers. Not every vendor does this and he is very professional in his speaking and engagements with the crowd.

Best DJ in Atlanta!

Lou was the best! From our first meeting he was so much fun and he understood exactly what we wanted for our wedding. We had to postpone our wedding several times and he helped us with that with absolutely no issues. The day of the wedding he was an absolutely blast! We had so much fun with him and the music was awesome. We downsized our wedding to 57 guests and despite the small size he had us on the dance floor the whole night. Our guests absolutely loved him!

Wedding Party of the Decade

Not at all! Everything from the ceremony to happy hour to the reception was perfect!! Dana is incredible and never let the party die down which is exactly what we wanted! He had incredible energy and kept the dance floor full of happy guests ready to party! He even came out on the dance floor to get his groove on! We encouraged him to take any creative freedoms he felt necessary and he did amazing! I cannot recommend Spectrum enough and they made the entire process extremely easy which we were incredibly thankful for during the wedding planning process! Thank you so much to Spectrum and especially Dana for making our special day so memorable!

Outstanding service!

The team at SE Events is amazing to work with! Lou helped us figure out what we needed for our wedding and DJ Austin brought the heat! They were both so fun and easy to work with for planning what we wanted, from ceremony music, reception intros, and dance party! DJ Austin was fantastic and took our thoughts/suggestions and made an amazing playlist. He is really good at reading the crowd and playing the perfect song in the moment. His transitions and mixing were really good too! We could not have picked a better DJ or team to work with. We highly recommend them if you are looking for a fun and stress-free wedding!

Amazing DJ! Would give more stars if we could!!

Choosing SE Events was one of the best decisions we made in preparing for our wedding. Lou was an absolutely fantastic DJ who catered to every detail and desire we had for the celebration. This included his constant availability to discuss our questions and needs, a detailed planning process, and even mixing a personalized song for the bride/father-of-the-bride dance! Lou was very familiar with our venue and we felt completely comfortable as he directed the events of our wedding ceremony and reception.

Amazing DJ!

This was an amazing choice for a DJ! They were just awesome! We had DJ Diggs for our wedding and he was so much fun! He really knew how to keep people moving and having a good time :) Would definitely recommend this group- they know how to make your wedding's soundtrack!

Custom, affordable wedding uplighting

I hired Spectrum Events for wedding uplighting. Lou, Richard, and team were super easy to work with and they were SO much better priced than their competitors for uplighting. I rented 16 uplights, and a Spectrum Events employee was in charge of changing them throughout the night. A week before the event, they called me to walk through my lighting plan which involved several color changes throughout the night. All were executed flawlessly, and I really appreciated that their team walked through the possibilities with me and even gave their professional opinion on colors that work best for weddings. Day-of, they worked in the background to make the event space look even more gorgeous than I thought possible. Highly highly recommend SE for their lighting options -- they are competitively priced, super responsive, and have tons of experience!

Great DJ! Great voice!!

Jesse was awesome from start to finish! My daughter's wedding was originally scheduled for April 2020 and we had to reschedule for August. He made the process very smooth! He handled everything with finesse at the wedding! Great voice for a DJ as well!

Best Wedding DJ Ever

We went with SE for ceremony and reception music. We loved working with Jesse. His website was extremely user friendly, and he had some great suggestions for our song choices. I wanted our reception to be a mixture of piano bar style sing along songs and fun dance songs and Jesse nailed it. He was so good at reading the crowd and getting everyone to the dance floor. I highly recommend him!

Lou was awesome!

We used Lou at Spectrum Entertainment after rescheduling and starting all over in planning our wedding due to Covid. Lou came as a preferred vendor to our venue and he was awesome. He was accommodating, professional and did a great job at keeping everyone on the dance floor! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a DJ who truly knows what he is doing!

Amazing!

DJ Lou was absolutely FANTASTIC! He made our wedding the most special night ever and one our friends and family have been raving about since! Keep the Party Going

We first heard of SE Events at the Atlanta Bridal Show at the Cobb Galleria Centre and were recommended by our wedding planner also, specifically John. My husband and I only knew the songs with wanted for our first dance, for dancing with our parents, and for the dance I did with our son – nothing else. We personally like country music but know this genre doesn’t always get everyone up and dancing, but we were told John was very good at reading the room and picking the appropriate music. When we filled out the survey requesting what songs we did/didn’t want played, our list wasn’t very long, and I was thankful we had been recommended to someone who was known for being able to pick music based on the energy of the party. I wasn’t sure how much dancing I would do or how many of our guests would be dancing, but once the party started everyone was up and dancing (we even added another hour onto the end of the night because we were ready for the dancing to stop). Thank you, John, for making our wedding a true party and letting us have a true celebration.

AMAZING DJ! Wouldn't have been the same without Lou!

Lou was the DJ for our wedding a few weeks ago and I cannot say enough about his professionalism and skill. He was extremely responsive and patient with me through out the planning process, allowing us to have multiple calls with questions and well as helpful but not pushy with our music selections. The reception would not have been the same without him. From the introductions to the send off he was an integral part of the night. He made sure our rehearsal ran on time, guest had cocktails in hand for toast, got the bride and grooms attention when necessary, and kept the dance floor full the entire night. We have had so many guest reach out to us letting us know it was one of the best receptions they had been to, and I credit Lou for a lot of that. We are so thankful to have had him at our wedding. It truly was the best night of our lives.

Fantastic experience!

Dana was the DJ for our son’s wedding and our experience could not have possibly been better. His level of experience and professionalism combined with his incredibly fun and like-able personality made for a seamless and unforgettable reception. Dana is super adaptable to any situation. We threw him a couple of curve balls and he handled it with ease and total class. Would hire him again in a second!

So much fun

We worked with Jesse, he was awesome! He knew exactly what we were looking for and was great at reading the room. There was nonstop dancing all night, never a lull. He worked with my dad to surprise me with a slideshow during the father daughter dance. Highly recommend Jesse.

Fantastic DJ!

DJ John came highly recommended by our wedding venue (Payne Corley House), and it's easy to see why! It was easy to get in touch with him, and he was always quick to respond, flexible, and happy to answer our questions. Once we got the hang of the online planners, we were able to build a playlist (more of a framework to give him an idea), provide ceremony details, and input wedding party details and song selections for the various reception highlights. On the day of our wedding, he arrived right on time. After our wedding, a number of our friends mentioned how they loved the music selection. John did an excellent job reading the crowd, and he even had a few extra Hindi/bhangra tracks up his sleeve to keep our multicultural party on the dance floor!

Great Wedding DJ!

We worked with DJ Lou for our wedding and he was fantastic! His online form was really helpful in encouraging us to think about what types of music we did and did not want at our reception, and we really appreciated him taking the time to walk through it all with us before the wedding! We also had a separate music provider for our cocktail hour, and Lou gave us a slight discount for using fewer hours than the typical "Elite package".

During the wedding itself, the DJing was everything we could have hoped for. Lou got the crowd fired up at the beginning and kept the party going all night! He did a great job of mixing in a few slower songs to let the crowd catch their breath, and did a wonderful job moving between music genres. We could not have been happier with his services!

Jesse and SE Events helped make our night!

We hired SE Events to DJ our wedding and we simply could not be happier. Our DJ Jesse was engaged, energetic, accommodating for all of our needs and requests, totally on point with his selections for music to match the ideas we gave him, and we simply couldn't have had a better outcome. Jesse and his company provided audio for both our ceremony and reception, as well as up-lighting and monogrammed lighting for our head table that really set the mood. Jesse himself was very helpful and always available leading up to the wedding, helped out as we made adjustments during the event, and really had our vibe dialed in from minute one. All of this was provided at a very reasonable rate. A++

What a great experience! Lou waas GREAT!

I met Lou at an open house event at my wedding venue and he was very kind and gave me all of the information I needed to make the decision to book with him. I was nervous about my guests dancing because they were mostly older/shy people. I didn't want to spend all that money for the set up just to have everyone bop their heads from their seats. Lou was very confident that he could get everyone out on the dance floor and he did just that! Even my husband (who I've actually never seen dance before) was dancing the majority of the night! He told me he'd do our first dance and the mother/son dance and that was it. Lou and Spectrum Entertainment fulfilled all of my entertainment wishes and made everything super easy from start to finish. If you're debating on booking with them, give them a call and let them know exactly what you are looking for, and they will do everything in their power to accommodate you. Lou Guzzo is the best wedding DJ ever!

Lou was the DJ for our wedding on July 6, 2019. We could not have asked for a better experience with Lou from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and phenomenal at what he does. He was detail-oriented, even giving us a quick basic dance lesson before our reception started when we asked. Lou collaborated with us heavily to craft an event music playlist that was personal to us yet played to the crowd. When we thought the dance floor was dwindling and our event attendance might slowly dwindle to nothing, Lou read the crowd and brought everyone back to the dance floor with an incredible energy we were completely astounded by. He truly made our wedding spectacular and we cannot recommend him enough to anyone. Thank you so much, Lou!

Absolutely Amazing! Georgia Strings and DJ Lou Guzzo are the BEST!

We hired SE Events for both our ceremony and reception music needs. Georgia Strings did a fabulous job with our classic yet fun ceremony music needs, they even added a song to their repertoire so we could have exactly what we wanted! DJ Lou Guzzo ran our reception, and it was AMAZING! Even two weeks after our wedding I still have people commenting on how great the music was, and how everything flowed so well mixing old classics with new top hits! I can't wait to have another party again so we can hire DJ Lou to keep the party moving and grooving! I highly recommend SE Events for your next event!

Fantastic, highly recommend!

My husband and I just used Spectrum for our wedding, and it was a great experience! Jesse was absolutely fantastic! Go with SE Events!

We had a fantastic experience with DJ John Johnson and SE Events! John was responsive right off the bat. He made the whole process so easy and enjoyable - from the initial phone call to the party itself! SE has a really cool program that streamlines the 'song-choosing' process. Looking back, I couldn't imagine not using it! I felt that we could give as much or as little input as we wanted, and John handled the rest flawlessly. Come the day of, he was amazing!! The ceremony was perfect, and the dinner/dancing playlists were spot on. John even threw in some fun trivia that was a great way to keep guests entertained during dinner. And most importantly, the dance floor was rockin' all night! We highly recommend SE Events for your wedding (or any event)!

Incredible DJ and Lighting Package!

I met Jesse at a bridal and show and I am so glad I did. He went above and beyond as my wedding DJ/lighting guru. He was AWESOME. I wanted a lot of specialty uplighting for my wedding and his company was able to provide that. It was awesome to be able to bundle the DJ and lighting services in one. Jesse was super quick to respond to emails and he was so enthusiastic about my wedding. It was awesome to have a vendor that was just as excited about my wedding as I was! Jesse set up a lighting trial with my venue so that I was able to see exactly how the lights would look before my wedding. His company also built custom brackets that fit into the rafters of my venue so that there wouldn’t be a bunch of big black poles all over the room. AMAZING! They really went above and beyond. Also, there online portal where I could create my wedding playlist and enter in the reception line was awesome. I think he may have been the only vendor that pronounced all the name correctly!! It was just the best. THANK YOU JESSE AND SE EVENTS!

Best DJ & Videographer!

I hired SE Events for our DJ and Videographer after meeting Lou Guzzo at a Wedding Expo. He not only was super fun, but he also knew of our venue, which made me feel so comfortable with hiring him. They had an entire online planning form that made it so easy to provide information, as well as plan our day out and choose certain songs. We ended up getting DJ Pete, and I am so glad we did! He had also been to our venue and even took the time to talk to me on the phone a few days before the wedding just to make sure I was comfortable with everything. He confirmed everything and even got our rowdy wedding party in order before our big entrance. He took all of our requests and made sure the dance floor was the place to be that evening! Truly a wonderful DJ and company!

James Dunn was our videographer from SE Events at our wedding, and even though he did not know the photographers beforehand, it was like they had all been working together for years! James even reached out to me a few days before to make sure he had everything he needed and that my fiancé and I were good to go. James was never pushy- he just went with the flow. He was super fun, nice, and professional throughout the entire day. I truly cannot wait to see our video, as I know it is going to be amazing!

You know what they say? Your DJ makes or breaks your reception. John was the DJ for our wedding and let me say he MADE our reception SO, SO much fun! One of the main things that I wanted was for our dance floor to be lively and he made sure that there were always people out there. He played music that everyone could and would enjoy! When we met with Jessie at our first initial appointment, he was very helpful in helping us choose songs for the playlist for the reception as well as the waiting period before the wedding. Songs I would have never thought of, he suggested. I would recommend SE Events for your DJ needs.

Lou is the best!

Working with Lou was such a pleasure! We had so many comments about how much people loves the variety and choice of music at our wedding. We had people request songs on the RSVP’s, and Lou went through them with us individually to advise us on which ones could be played during dinner and which should be played on the dance floor. He even mixed together a very specific combination of songs for my uncle and I to break out into a choreographed dance to! The dance floor was the place to be all night long at our wedding - all because of Lou and SE Events!!!

Lou with Spectrum entertainment managed our wedding evening in such an amazing way! The party atmosphere was fantastic, he was able to work in some specific unique elements with timing and kept the flow of the evening. He was even able to find some very specific music for our multinational wedding which incorporated everyone into the dance floor! We loved DJ Pete!

We absolutely LOVED having Pete as our DJ for our wedding. Lou and the entire Spectrum team were super responsive, friendly and easy to work with, and DJ Pete listened to exactly what we wanted in terms of overall music feel as well as specific songs. He has a great, lively vibe about him and helped make our reception a party. Highly recommend!!

John Johnson was the COOLEST DJ ever!!! We hired him for our daughter's wedding and let's just say that there was a SERIOUS PARTY GOING ON! The bride and groom (and everyone there) had a fabulous time. This is the 2nd time we've used Spectrum. And we will use them when our 3rd daughter gets married! They do not disappoint!

So glad we chose Spectrum Entertainment for our special day! Matt Osborne was our DJ, and he provided services for both the ceremony and reception. Throughout the planning process, he was extremely professional and asked all the right questions to make us feel at ease. He did a great job tailoring the music selection to our styles/personalities and kept the dance floor going! Guests of all ages were dancing, and so many of them made a point to tell us how great the DJ was.

Spectrum is hands down the BEST all around entertainment company I could find. I met Lou at a vendor open house for my venue and immediately knew he was a great fit for us. We were able to book him for our wedding and the entire process was easy, and FUN! Spectrum also will help you set up videographers, string quartets and whatever else you need- they are a one stop shop! We booked Lou to DJ our wedding and had a great time working with him. He is quick to respond to emails and available for advice all the time. We had a meeting close to the date and he showed us how to use the online dashboard that kept all our details organized. This feature was really impressive to me, an online dashboard where I could fill out all the questions and keep everything organized in one place AND it shared it with my Dj. heck yeah! On the day of the wedding Lou had everything handled. He mic'ed up our officiant, played music in THREE different areas of our venue and none of it cost extra like other companies. Lou was fun, kept the energy going and seemed like he was having fun himself, which I loved! I cant say enough about Lou, and spectrum, and I spoke with Matt a few times too and everything with them is always great and all about what they can do to make your day everything you want. I have zero negative things to say and suggest anyone that is considering, BOOK THEM! you will NOT regret it!

We had John Johnson DJ our wedding at Flint Hill a few weeks ago. John worked with us throughout the entire process-- from the original phone call, final planning appointment, and of course the day of the wedding! He was always so professional and SO easy to work with! Not to mention, he made sure everyone at our wedding had a BLAST! I was worried about having an afternoon wedding and people not having fun and dancing, but that certainly wasn't the case with John as our DJ. I'd hire SE Events again in a heartbeat! I found it difficult to find a DJ. I perused so many websites. My wedding was in Norcross, GA so when I stumbled across Spectrum Ent. I was hopeful. After looking through some reviews, I found that John would be a great fit. I sent him an inquiry, and he responded quickly. He was the most responsive vendor of my entire wedding process. He explained his company's process well, and I grew to love the Spectrum website in which you can input song requests, the timeline, and other logistics of your event. Our phone appointment went well. John clarified all of the information and made a mix for my mom and I's wedding dance. At the wedding, he got the crowd going and superseded my expectations. Lou was SUCH a wonderful DJ to our wedding. He knew every step that had to be taken to create and lead the flow of the reception. From the Hora, to the Polka, we did it all! Can't say enough good things about Spectrum. From the beginning they were one of the most responsive vendors. Every question was answered almost immediately. We had Lou with Spectrum Entertainment as suggested through our venue Rocky's Lake Estate and everything went well. He was responsive and on time. He has done a lot of weddings so he will guide you in the right direction if you need help with songs which was surprisingly difficult for some things. We loved our wedding and our guests keep raving about how awesome our playlist was. We would recommend Lou to anyone looking for a DJ

DJ Phil showed to us his versatility as a DJ and emcee. Him and Lou worked great with my wife and I as we had a brief meeting to discuss the songs we wanted played and when we wanted them played throughout each part of the event (ceremony, cocktail hour, Introductions, reception, et). They executed everything we wanted. Everything was well queued and played throughout the day as planned. DJ Phil was able to get a feel of our song selection, mixed with the crowd during the reception and all everyone talks about is how they could not leave the dance floor. He also has great stage presence as an emcee for all our introductions and transitions. Very friendly and family oriented professionals.

Spectrum Entertainment knocked it out of the part for our wedding!! We had Lou for our DJ and he was fantastic! I cannot say that enough. I work in the wedding industry, and when it came to picking out my DJ I knew exactly who I wanted and that was Lou. My previous clients always rave about Lou and Spectrum Entertainment, so it was really a no brainier. We had so much fun at our wedding reception, and we received so many compliments on our DJ. We loved Spectrum Entertainment! Matt was our DJ and he did the most fabulous job on the day of our wedding. Months before we got married he sent us forms to start making requests and allowed us to get an idea of our options. He spoke with us on the phone on several occasions to make sure everything was just right. On the day of we had musicians for our ceremony but he still showed up early and gave us mics to use! During our dinner he picked a great selection that allowed us to mingle with guest and keep a positive mood without being too party too quickly. Once it was time to hit the dance floor Matt did an exceptional job picking songs from our requests. The music had a great flow and all my guests were on the dance floor. I highly recommend Spectrum Entertainment! Definitely one of the easiest decisions when getting married!

I had such a great experience using John for my recent wedding!! Spectrum's music selection process makes it super easy to find songs for each part of the wedding and has helpful suggestions that make it even easier. John definitely made music the least of my worries with the wedding because he was very professional and always prompt with responses. Spectrum was among my favorite vendors! From the beginning, they made it really easy to communicate via their client portal. Our DJ Chris Newland was beyond amazing! He was quick to respond to all our inquiries, and helped guide us to making fun and tasteful music choices for our reception. When we walked into the reception, it was perfect, he set up amazing lighting, dimmed the lights and announced our wedding party and families like he knew them personally. He was so warm and welcoming, we are still getting calls and comments about how cool, suave and amazing our DJ was and the awesome music choices of the night. We couldn’t be happier to have chosen SE Events and Matt Osborn to be our DJ for our wedding. Matt was very responsive and we really enjoyed our pre-wedding meeting as it helped with all the jitters and to get our questions answered. SE Events has put a lot of time and effort into their organization and it really shows in their event planning forms. My husband and I had a great time going through all the forms and songs to pick the best ones to match our personalities – the options are endless. Matt always had a big smile on his face and his energy during the wedding was spot on. He had everything running smoothly so there was never a dull moment. Matt from Spectrum Entertainment was our DJ for our wedding, and he was incredible!! He was so easy to work with in the planning process, and he did exactly what we asked at the wedding! There was never a second when the dance floor was empty. We were dancing and singing all night long! Everything flowed beautifully, the sound quality was perfect, and he didn't have to intervene much with the guests in terms of announcements. He played all of our requests, and he stayed on our timetable. We received amazing feedback about the music from our guests for weeks after the event! Lou and Omar at Spectrum Entertainment were wonderful. They listened to the tone and character of our wedding and style. They were courteous and professional to work with, and they were always available when they said they would be. They also were able to think outside the box - When we asked for a live band to play along with our DJ, they promptly secured this for us. My husband and I both agreed that booking Spectrum was one of the best decisions we made pertaining to the wedding. We worked with Lou, and as soon as we first spoke over the phone, we knew he would be exactly what we wanted. We loved Spectrum's system, too--we were able to log in to the site and create a profile for our wedding. We answered questions about our preferences, created a playlist, etc. We added a lot of songs, but ultimately gave Lou the go-ahead to read the crowd and play off of their energy. And he did such a wonderful job. Everyone danced, and the floor was always full. It's the most fun I've ever had at a wedding (though I know I'm biased), and the DJ was a HUGE part of that.

Also we ended up adding an extra hour last minute (seriously like 3 days before the ceremony), and Spectrum was incredibly accomodating.

We worked with Matt from Spectrum Entertainment and he was wonderful! Spectrum makes the process really easy and they have a really thorough event planning worksheet where you can fill in all of the details of the reception, as well as song request forms. I loved having everything so organized! We met with Matt about a month before the wedding to go through the timeline and event details. He was able to create a mix of two songs for our first dance and it was perfect! He walked us through every detail and was extremely helpful. On the day of, he was the master of ceremonies extraordinaire and everything ran so smoothly! He did a great job of mixing our song picks with the rest of the playlist, and there were people on the dance floor all night long. He also flawlessly weaved in the fight song and alma mater from our university, as well as carried out some difficult to find song requests from guests. We really enjoyed working with Matt and it's not hard to tell he is excellent at what he does. Overall great experience working with Spectrum Entertainment--highly recommend!!

We booked Spectrum Entertainment and Events for our 10/1/16 wedding in Atlanta and we were more than well satisfied with their services! I initially spoke with Lou, a fellow NY-er, who assisted us with choosing the correct DJ/Videography package for us, and who was informative and extremely helpful getting us started. Day of wedding, Scott, our videographer, was an ABSOLUTE gem!! He was very timely, arriving well within our wedding timeline to capture AMAZING wedding prep moments for both myself and my groom! He was so sweet, very complimentary, fun and worked oh so well alongside our photographer! We also used Spectrum for DJ services. We were mostly satisfied with our DJ minus a few mishaps such the incorrect ceremony song was played for the bridal party processional and he did not have the actual song for our first dance because the file was corrupted (we chose "At Last" by Beyonce but danced to the original by Etta James). It may be more my fault than the DJ because although I did complete the online planning program that Spectrum gives their clients, I believe I may have submitted it incorrectly. And other than those small mishaps, they did not hamper our wedding! We thoroughly enjoyed our day! I think my only wish would have been that the DJ should have been more interactive and persuasive in getting our guests on the dance floor especially since we are actually a VERY, VERY ready to party type of crowd. All in all, if we had to rewind and do it all over again, we would still DEFINITELY book with Spectrum Entertainment and Events! And we highly recommend Spectrum Entertainment and Events to any couples getting married or for any special events that someone may have planned!

Spectrum Entertainment was the service my brother and sister in law used for the wedding. When the time came for my now husband and I to select a DJ for our wedding reception- there was no doubt in our mind who we wanted! DJ Lou is hands down the best out there. Spectrum Ent was one of our venue's preferred vendors, and there was definitely a reason for that! Our DJ was Lou Guzzo and from the beginning we felt comfortable and trusted he would make our wedding exactly what we wanted. Spectrum's online portal was very easy to use; Lou walked us through this and also provided helpful video tutorials. He incorporated all the songs we requested and quickly took the vibe of our guests and filled our night with our songs that everyone loved. We had many concerns coming into our wedding, mostly from past experiences at other weddings. DJ Lou listened to all of our concerns and made a point to follow everything we asked for. We were able to pick all of the music to play, exact songs not just genres. We trusted him to order the playlist to keep the most people on the dance floor and boy did he come through. The dance floor was constantly packed and we didn't have to use any cheesy line dance songs....no Cha Cha Slide for us. A lot of people came to us afterward saying how much fun they had and that they haven't ever danced that much in their lives.

DJ Lou was great to work with. Met all of our needs. Was very understanding and personable. The request form and online system made it very easy to pick out and plan everything we wanted. Our wedding was at Ashton Gardens in Sugar Hill GA. We are very appreciative of him and his services and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great DJ to keep the party going. Everything about his services were perfect.

We booked John for our April wedding around August of 2015 and we were VERY pleased with the communication/questions/ideas we received for our day. I know that John had an extra challenge with wrangling in all of the guests when the rain storm hit just as soon as the dance floor opened. We threw a few curve balls at him with the changing of schedule (i.e. no more garter or bouquet toss, no exit a tall, etc). but he took it all in stride. we could not have been more pleased with the music selection. He took my idea for my father-daughter dance and ran with it, I was so pleased as that is one of my favorite memories from the evening. Thank you to Spectrum and John Johnson for all of the work that you put in to help make our celebration that much more fun.
