  Engraved wedding invitations

  Sara and Margie were very great to work with! We went with Scribe because they offered an engraved wedding invitation through the Arzberger company. Additionally, they honored the Arzberger wedding suite promotion, which was something that we really appreciated. Sara and Margie took their time with us during both appointments and were not pushy whatsoever. We really appreciated their time and consideration. We went through many options with them, including different types of paper and weights of the paper, various styles of font and wording, and were even given a book on wedding etiquette, which we used quite a bit throughout the planning process. If you are searching for a vendor that will provide you traditional wedding stationery options that still keep up with the changing times, definitely include them on your list of vendors to consider.

  Professional, Knowledgeable, and Speedy Service

  Sara and Margie we're very helpful when it came to getting our wedding invitations with a very tight deadline. They answered all our questions, and provided us with ALL (not an exaggeration) the resources we could have possibly needed. We couldn't be happier with their services.

  I understand that to some, wedding invitations and other stationary are not important elements, but call me old school, because the way may invitations looked told my guests everything about the tradition and themes that went into planning. This stationary showed my guests exactly the theme and mood of the wedding by simply the choice of paper and ink among other things. I cannot thank Sara and Margie enough for taking the time to guide me in the exact direction I needed to go for my wedding invitations. These women are the most professional and insightful individuals I have ever met, and their advice along the way is some of the most valuable advice I have ever received. I believe that when working with vendors, you get a feel of how well they know their craft and these women have the answers to any question regarding this truly special and important time of planning and execution for the most important day of your life. They took all of the stress out of choosing the perfect invitation suite, and it meant so much to me to know them on a first name basis when entering the shop. Consider this stationer when you are planning for your most important day - you never know who will see your invitations and get inspired by them. I even received a gift of my wedding invitations being professionally framed because of how beautiful they turned out to be. If you are an old soul, and love the idea of sending formal invitations, then look no further. Scribe is the only serious choice in Pittsburgh.

  So so helpful, asked questions about things I hadn't even thought of or about. Timely and courteous and the end product was magnificent!
  Did calligraphy for a "reading" I did at my son's wedding. The end result has since been framed as a timeless keepsake.

  Scribe offers a small but impressive collection of invitation brands. We went with Julie Holcomb, and the quality of the letterpress is unmatched. Our invitations were beautiful! The ink color was a perfect match, and the double thick cotton papers feel and look incredible.
  
  Scribe walked us through the process of making sure we had all the components we needed for our wedding and even provided a very useful book on etiquette — free of charge — that really helped us nail down our wording and mailing schedule.
  
  Scribe also handled the calligraphy for our envelopes. We were able to select a style that complimented our invitations and having authentic handwriting on each piece really elevated the package.
  
  The store is rather small, so I definitely recommend making a private appointment when ordering wedding invitations. There's a lot to consider, so you'll want the privacy and quiet anyway.
