DJ Rey is the best!!!

DJ Rey was our wedding DJ at The Cooper Estate and he was absolutely amazing to work with! He is incredibly professional, kind, and knows how to read a room perfectly. The questionnaire he provided before the event was very thorough and he made sure no stone was left unturned. We loved the security of knowing what was going to happen and when it was going to happen.

DJ Rey also knew exactly when to play each song, making sure all of our guests from different generations were up and dancing. He also created an amazing environment with the uplighting and dance lights he provided (it was absolutely worth adding on).

Our wedding dance floor was so much fun and we have DJ Rey to thank for that! We loved the energy and enthusiasm he brought and we couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding. He followed our song requests exactly and followed our wishes about not taking requests. 10/10, A+, 5 stars. Thank you so much DJ Rey!!

Exceptional Wedding DJ Experience!

We recently had the pleasure of working with SCJ for our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with the outstanding services he provided! From start to finish, he exceeded our expectations, making our special day truly unforgettable.
The photobooth that came with our package was an absolute highlight! Not only was it a hit with our guests, but the attendant was incredibly sweet and attentive. They helped us create a stunning photo guest book album, ensuring that every moment was captured beautifully. The attention to detail and organization at the end was impeccable, and we were handed our cherished memories in a neatly arranged album.
When it comes to the DJ services, SCJ truly shined. His ability to curate the perfect playlist had the entire crowd on their feet, dancing the night away. We were impressed by his professionalism and how easy he was to work with. Communication was seamless, with prompt responses that made the planning process stress-free.

The DJ plays such an important role in making your wedding day magical and we truly feel we picked the perfect company for it! The best!!!

Rey is the best! His personality is fun, positive, and welcoming. Everyone at my wedding loved the music he played and people were asking for his card at the end of the night. If you are looking for a DJ who will keep people on the dance floor all night, Rey is the man!!!!

Awesome! Rey was very attentive and did a wonderful job. We really loved the service and we were very happy with how everything came out. Thank you for bringing our vision to life and for playing all our favorite songs. Ray the best DJ

Our Dj was the best. Because of my mixed heritage and my husband being from Asia our guest list was extremely diverse so I was worried. However Ray was able to accommodate everyone, al of our guests loved him. He was very professional, as well as friendly, made everyone feel relaxed and got us in a good mood. Where is else ca you get Miami base, Reggaeton, Caribbean, Afrobeats, and Bollywood on the dance floor while keeping up tempo? Nowhere, stick to Ray!

Absolutely perfect DJ!

DJ Rey over exceeded our expectations. Everyone was dancing! We had the photo booth that he offers and it was a hugeeee hit at our wedding. Dj Rey is so professional, so easy going, on-time, and made our night the best night of our lives. He goes above and beyond for his clients and his staff for came out to do the photos was equally amazing and kind to us. Couldn’t recommend DJ Rey and SCJ Events more!

Amazing Wedding DJ and Photobooth

Rey was awesome! We hired him for our wedding. From the time I contacted him, very professional, sent me the contract, we booked the date and was also very helpful with lights and recommendations on Photo Booth.
He is also a great MC and my guest were dancing the entire night.

Absolutely Phenomenal!

DJ Rey did a phenomenal job at our wedding. We provided him with a unique and eclectic list of our favorite music and he blended and transitioned through songs with such precision and ease, it felt like he had been working with that playlist forever. From start to finish, it was perfection. His presence was kind, humble, but very much in control. Forever grateful!

Spectacular

Rey was outstanding. He was on time, played all of our requested songs. He had some great music my wedding guest enjoyed. He was such a great DJ and mingled with our friends and family. Ray kept the party alive with great energy and entertaining music.

Fun the whole night!

DJ Rey transformed an already great day into an unforgettable one! Global events made planning our wedding a complicated and frustrating experience, and SCJ Events was a shining light through all of it. From the first conversation, throughout various postponements, and finally having a date, Rey was courteous, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. He helped reduce the mental fatigue of planning out the night of entertainment, with all the right recommendations, at the right time (Can't stress enough how important this is). SCJ Events provided the music and photo booth services for the night, and both were fantastic. All songs, from quirky requests to universal favorites were available, and his ability to curate the right atmosphere and playlist kept the party alive the entire night. We still receive plenty of compliments months after the wedding about how fun the evening was, how great the music and photo booth were, and how neither the dance floor nor the booth were ever empty after dinner. We highly recommend SCJ Events and DJ Rey!

Best dj ever

Having SCJ events for my wedding was the best decision ever! Dj Hurricane Rey brought the party, he kept everyone on the dance floor all night long! Made our party so fun!

We hired DJ Rey for our wedding and am so happy we made that decision. He is very responsive and listened to all our requests. He played all our songs from cocktail hour, to dinner, to the dancing at the reception, and mixed them in with other songs of that same genre to create a really dynamic playlist that fit both of us as well as our guests.
We had a small wedding of only 40 guests, but we all had SO much fun as the music kept us on the dance floor all night! We were having such a great time that my in-laws paid to have him stay an extra hour! It was truly a spectacular and very special party. Thank you DJ Rey!

Must have for your wedding or special event!

DJ Rey was a pleasure to work with during the planning process and he definitely delivered on our wedding day. The only songs we chose were our entrance and bride/groom, father/daughter, mother/son dances. The rest we left up to him! He kept everyone entertained and dancing the whole night! A true master at what he does!

Best wedding party ever

I’ve known Rey for over 10 years and there wasn’t a doubt in my mind who I wanted to be the DJ at our wedding. He was very professional from day 1 and you can reach him at anytime. He wanted to make sure he played all the songs we wanted and he did that and more. Even helped customize the first dances by merging and mixing a few songs together. We couldn’t be any happier and highly highly recommend him to anyone in need of a cool, hip, up to date with music and swagger type of DJ.

Best DJ ever

You will not regret booking DJ Rey!!!

A more courteous, professional, and flexible wedding DJ than DJ Rey does not exist. We went through a very long and arduous road planning our wedding, forced to postpone several times, and through at all, he was so accommodating and gracious. He added customized services that we asked him for (including gobo with custom logo, custom photo booth wall, up lights, percussionist) and he took care to go through every detail with us to make sure everything was to our liking and that everything worked out according to our vision. He was referred to us by two friends who also used them for their weddings and who also loved him. We are so thankful to have had him as our DJ and our very long awaited wedding could not have gone any better. Everyone had an absolute blast, especially the bride. Thank you so much DJ Rey!!!

DJ Rey was awesome to work with and very communicative, he even took a call on his own birthday to go over our run of show with us! Rey had a taste and appreciation for the music we wanted to play at our wedding so that was a plus and he was very kind, attentive, and patient with minor changes that we made throughout the night. We had songs by specific artists and certain points within songs that we wanted to start or stop at, and he executed everything perfectly. He was also great on the mic. We highly recommend him, he helped bring our vision to life and make our wedding better than we imagined! :)

DJ Rey is the Best!

We booked DJ Rey for DJ/Lighting services for our Wedding, following the recommendation of close friends who used him for their Wedding. We are so glad we did - DJ Rey had my entire wedding dancing all night long! Through the planning process, DJ Rey was always quick to respond to emails. Two weeks out from the Wedding we asked him to add a gobo, and he was able to get it in time for the wedding - thank you so much! Furthermore, we made quite a bit of last minute requests, and he was so accommodating. He is an amazing Vendor to work with! You won't regret booking SCJ Events.

Im only thankful with the SCJ Event team! they were really responsible, proffesional and they really know what they're doing. they responded to all my questions on time and they even suggested me some lights for the venue..everything came out beautiful and the lights really added a lot value to the party. SCJ Events and DJ Rey did an incredible job on our wedding. DJ Rey brings a ton of experience and a great attitude. He guided us in planning the Music portion of our wedding for both the Ceremony, Reception, Speeches, and Dancing. He provided a PDF Guide that helped in this endeavor. He also dedicated time to visit the venue with us - to ensure he planned his lighting / augment lighting correctly. The day of the wedding DJ Rey was perfect - he was there on time - setup the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception to perfection. Best of all - DJ Rey did an amazing job keeping our Guests entertained. He introduced our Speakers, Wedding Party, etc. throughout the night. He played excellent music during the dancing portion of our wedding - keeping our guests entertained with different genres - we danced for 3 to 4 hours!!!!

We had a great experience with this company and with DJ Rey. He was extremely responsive and flexible when it came to our requests. He also provided a lot of really great suggestions of ways to take our party up a notch and ensure people have a great time. We had already gone to 2 other weddings with this DJ and had a great time at both events. We knew our wedding would be no different. He is able to work with any type of crowd (different ages, ethnicity, etc..) and adjust his music playlist to meet the needs of the people. After our wedding, I heard back from so many of my guests that ours was one of the best parties they had every been to.

We also booked the photo booth through this company and it was worth every penny! It came with an attendant and all of the props. The guests had such a fun time with it and we are so happy we decided to add this to our package.

Will definitely book again for other events. :)

Rey was incredibly easy to work with and after just one meeting knew exactly what we were looking for our wedding to sound and feel like. I didn't have to worry about a thing after our initial meeting until the last song was played. We asked for a certain mix of music from spanish, to oldies to top 40 and he delivered. I think the highest compliment he could get was that our friends booked him for their wedding first thing in the morning the day after my wedding.

DJ Hurricane Rey was great! He was responsive to all of my questions, provided me with a step by step form so that I could tell him exactly what I was looking for, and followed all of my directions to a tee. My dad and I did a fun remix father daughter dance and DJ rey made the perfect mix for us. My dad also reached out to him the day before because he needed to incorporate some music into his speech and DJ rey worked with him to get it just right, everything turned out perfect! He took all of my requests and used his own creative freedom to put together the best mix for our wedding, ranging from oldies, to slow songs to rock and roll, to the fun modern music that got EVERYONE on the dance floor. I highly recommend DJ rey to anyone!

DJ Rey did a great job! He stuck mainly with the list I provided, but did take some requests from guests which were not okay with me, like the “Grease” megamix. However, I didn’t specify no requests from guests so if you’re not cool with that, make sure you write it! Other than that he was extremely professional and nice. I would recommend him to everyone :)

During the reception, the songs were great and everyone was up and dancing, all ages! He worked with me a lot when I had special requests and specific songs. Dj Hurricane was our wedding Dj and he was amazing till this day our wedding guest are stilll talking about how beautiful and fun are wedding was and that they have danced like they never did before! I highly recommend Dj Hurricane! Let's just say the dance floor was never empty and we all danced the night away!

We chose to hire SCJ Events to DJ at our wedding because we felt they offered the best value for what we wanted. We were very pleased on our wedding day with the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception music. Clif was our DJ and he did a phenomenal job playing the music we requested and adding in some other songs that really flowed in well with the songs we chose. Everyone was dancing all night long. I highly recommend SCJ Events.

Hurricane Rey was absolutely a pleasure to work with. At first we were skeptical about a wedding DJ but Hurricane Rey was so amazing that he lay to rest any hesitation and anxiety we had about having a DJ instead of a live band. He met with us on several occasions to make sure all of our needs, wants and hopes for a great dance floor were met. He was beyond cooperative and open to our input. He made sure everyone got on the dance floor and had fun! He was so easy to work with – professional, responsive, flexible and downright nice and friendly. I would recommend Hurricane Rey for any occasion.

My husband and I had the opportunity to meet DJ hurricane (Rey) a year prior to our wedding. Luckily for us he was always available to answer many of my questions, specially, mine. Where do I start? Dj Rey and Javi were beyond amazing. They accommodated to all of our needs and respected all of our wishes without hesitation. The day of they understood everything we wanted with just a simple look, it's like they had been our Dj at all of our parties and knew just what we wanted. I would choose them again without any doubts. They had everyone dancing on the dance floor and played just the right music for every occasion. They work to make their customers happy which is rare in DJs nowadays and want just the best, they dealt with my crazy moments without any complaints and that alone is enough to hire them anytime. My husband and I cannot say enough about Rey and his team. Our wedding night was perfect! Mario and I wanted to thank Javi and his assitant for an unbelievable wedding.
We were absolutely blown away by Javi's professionalism, enthusiasm, and talent.
By the end of the night, everyone had no voice from singing and could barely move after dancing. He was able to keep the flow of the wedding going seamlessly. Even better, people loved the vibe and with their eagerness started trickling on the dance floor before we even finished eating.

Rey was a crucial part of our wedding day and I can't recommend him enough! My brother in law and sister in law married in Miami last year and had Rey as their DJ. At their wedding, the dance floor was always full! When it came time for me to start planning my wedding, we instantly went to Rey. From the start, Rey was helpful and informative. On our wedding day, his set up was perfect and our entire ceremony and reception went perfectly. He was even able to get a rather tricky first dance song for us and about halfway through dinner my fiancé decided it was time to party and from that point on, the dance floor was for- SERIOUSLY LIKE 3-4 HOURS OF STRAIGHT DANCING AND FUN! Multiple family members came up after the wedding to us to tell us how great the DJ was. Rey is essentially family and we plan to use him for every single event moving forward!

DJ Javi and "Tamoriginal" DJ Clif made our wedding and reception unbelievable! They made sure everything went smoothly through the ceremony and cocktail hour, and they had the perfect playlist for the reception. They kept everyone dacning for four hours straight and were very accomodating to everyone's requests. They were absolutely fantastic and made our reception one noone there will ever forget!

My husband and I are beyond happy that we hired Rey to be the DJ at our wedding. The overall experience was great for the following reasons: (a) he met with us in person before we booked him in order to discuss our expectations, (b) he was extremely responsive to e-mails and receptive to specific song requests for my cocktail hour, dinner, & reception, (c) he was not annoying over the mic / overly chatty during the event, (d) his DJ equipment is very attention-grabbing - the crowd-facing portion of it has a cool-looking large LED display, and (e) he has a very friendly attitude and is very professional. DJ Rey was recommended to us by our venue. He was always easy to communicate with. The day of our wedding, he brought our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception to life. He had a great selection of music and played all the music we wanted him to play, while staying away from the oness we didn't want during our reception. We have no words to express our gratitude towards DJ Rey. He was amazing from the very beginning until the last song. He was always prompt in answering our questions. He gave us wonderful suggestions and most of all he is such a talented DJ! The song selection was perfect, from the slower tunes during dinner time as well as all the awesome songs you played afterwards! Everybody danced a lot and we all had such a great time! I'm so happy we chose DJ Rey for our wedding! He was professional, wonderful to work with, and did a great job with the music selection for our wedding. After our event, I had so many people comment on what an amazing job he did. At one point, my husband didn't know what song he wanted to dance with his mother, and Rey provided him with a long list of songs to choose from. He was very personable and always quickly responded to his emails/texts and was an absolute pleasure to work with. It's been over a month since my destination wedding in Key Largo and I haven't had a second to sit and catch my breath (Three kids will do that to you), but I need to give props where props is due. With all the stress of planning my South Florida wedding from NYC, Rey was not one of them. He was fast to respond, knowledgable and helpful about the area, and just all around a pleasure to work with, but he went above and beyond his duties on the day of my wedding. My ceremony started almost a half hour late due to some issues. For Rey? No problem! My venue forgot to put pens out on my guest table, Rey to the rescue! Wedding coordinator suddenly decided to move toasts to right after the first dance instead of during dinner. Rey? I got you covered! He was fun, kept us dancing till the venue basically pulled his plug, and just gave us the best party ever! My guests still say it was the best party they've been to! I just can not say enough about DJ Hurricane Rey and SJC Events. Do yourself a favor and book them! You will not regret it!!

We were very pleased with DJ Rey. We knew the moment we met him, we wanted him to DJ our wedding. Not only does he keep everyone dancing, but he's very personable and professional. We wanted someone to also play bongos and he brought in one of his people to do so. Between both of them, the party was amazing. The lighting and the atmosphere was the funnest. Maybe I am being biased because it was our wedding, but one of my goals was to have the dance floor filled with people all night and it was. Thank you DJ Rey!

DJ Rey was recommended to us by a friend and after speaking with him and seeing what an easy going and positive attitude he had, we knew he was a good fit for us. He went above and beyond at our wedding. We got very busy the week of the wedding, that I didn't have time to send him playlists of the music we like. I spoke with him the day before the wedding and went over the type of music we like and the different demographics of our guests. We highly recommend DJ Hurricane Rey for any DJ needs. He was terrific at our wedding on 7-31-15 held at The Palms Hotel & Spa in Miami, Florida. Although we reside in NJ and the wedding for 50 guests was held in Miami, Rey just took all our stress away. He is dependable, within our budget, personable, quality and extremely passionate about his work. All of our guests danced the entire night away from start to finish. If the overall rating was higher than a 5.0, we would rate Rey's services beyond the highest rating.

D.J. Hurricane was the force that kept the wedding going. He has impeccable dramatic timing, and was quite literally the life of the party. He cued us on every major event (the bouquet toss, cake cutting, garter toss, and initial entrance), he perfectly timed the processional and recessional songs, and encouraged everyone to get on their feet onto the dance floor. He was perfectly professional, warm, friendly and wonderfully easy to work with. In fact, “working with,” is a bit of a misnomer, as it was in actuality effortless. If in the Miami area, and before wasting your time searching for other D.J.s, I highly recommend contacting D.J. Hurricane.

Wow! To say that DJ Rey turned our hopes and dreams of a fairytale wedding a reality would be a complete understatement. DJ Rey outdid himself in every aspect possible. DJ Rey was awesome!!!! Before our wedding, he was very accomodating when we wanted to meet to discuss our vision and to get some ideas from him. He answered text and emails immediately and we felt like we had nothing to worry with the job he was going to do. It felt like a friend was doing this for us! (we had never met him till a couple of weeks before the wedding)
During dinner, he made sure that we were happy and enjoying ourselves and then he took it from there. He knows how to read the crowd excellently, needless to say the dance floor was crowded the whole time! It was the celebration we wanted and asked of him. After the wedding everyone was raving about the music selections and how much fun they had all night! There wasn't a single song I didn't like!

Rey was such a great DJ at my wedding. Starting at the ceremony, he controlled all the music yet you couldn't even see him! He was hidden completely out of sight! I wasn't around during cocktail hour (because my husband and I were taking pictures) but I left the musical selection for the cocktail hour up to his discretion and my guest said the music was great! During the reception he was the DJ and the MC. He did a SPECTACULAR job of introducing the whole bridal party. It really pumped up our guests! He's truly a talented DJ and knew exactly what to play to keep people on the dance floor. He also did the uplighting for the venue for us and same as cocktail hour, I left the lighting color selection up to him since he was very familiar with the venue and let me tell you he did not disappoint. DJ Rey was AMAZING!! The owner of our reception venue recommended him very highly. He was extremely professional and great to work with. He knew exactly what kind of feel we wanted with our music and his selections couldn't have been more perfect and he played everything on our "must play" list. I was recommended to DJ Hurricane Rey and his team by the owner of the Cooper Estate. They are AMAZING! My husband and I are more than happy to have chosen SCJ Events for our wedding.

DJ Rey is very flexible, friendly, helpful, professional and very easy to work with. He is responsive to your needs.

I met with him a few days before the wedding to go over the day of timeline and of all the songs. He gave his suggestions for music recommendations and gave his opinions on what would work and what wouldn't. The team meets your needs for whatever suits you best. They work around you to please you in any way possible.

They went above and beyond to make our day perfect. All the music was provided from beginning to end from ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. We had about 125 guests including wedding party. I would say about 75% or more of the entire guest list was dancing the entire time the first song started till the end. The music was phenomenal! By the time the last song hit, no one could believe it was coming to an end. The night flew by so fast and everyone felt as if it had just started.

DJ Rey and his team are phenomenal! I would completely recommend them to anyone for any occassion.

We were recommended Hurricane Rey by a friend of ours who had just recently gotten married, and we are so happy we followed her lead! He was on time and had everything set up that was needed for an outdoor ceremony, as well as an indoor reception. He did a wonderful job including all of the songs we requested throughout the evening, as well as a special tribute to my mother and father in law. DJ Hurricane Rey took care of directing our guests outside for a sparkler send off at the end of the night, and dealt with the crazy song requests of our guests. Who would know that 29 year old men would be requesting Backstreet Boys and NSync at a wedding reception! :) Everything was absolutely perfect and he did a wonderful job!!

DJ Rey Delivers!!

If your considering DJ Hurricane Rey for you next event, stop looking and just choose HIM!! My wife and I used him for our wedding and could not have been happier with the party! All night our guest (ranging in age form 16- 86) were telling us how much they were enjoying the music and our dance floor was not empty at all through the night. When we first me with DJ Rey we went over all of our music tastes and he gave his input as to what works and what doesn’t work. His experience and professionalism were apparent when things at the wedding to go exactly to plan, but no one realized, because he was able to transition and cover up the glitches without missing a beat (literally). We will be using DJ Rey for all of our future events and highly recommend him to anyone interested in getting a DJ.

Dj Rey was amazing. He kept the party pumping and maintained a fantastic atmosphere throughout the night. This includes the cocktail hour, dinner and dancing. Great working with him as he was very attentive to our requests.

Hector and I would like to express our thanks to you for the excellent job you did DJ’ing our wedding at The Cooper Estate on Thursday, December 11, 2014. You truly went above and beyond our expectations. The sound system was great, and we really appreciated the upbeat variety of music and creative style of keeping the party moving! BEST DJ!!! They did our best friend's wedding and we knew he was who we wanted to use for our wedding. They were amazing! DJ's are hit or miss and a good one can be hard to find. All of our guests could not get over how great the music was from the cocktail hour through the reception. I highly recommend this DJ. We were beyond impressed and so grateful for helping make our day perfect. Thank you DJ Hurricane Rey!!!

DJ Rey was very professional from the first time We met him at a bridal show.
He was always responsive, which was a big thing for us. Weddings are naturally very stressful and the last thing you need is a vendor that doesn't answer your questions. we would email him with questions and we would have a response in less than 24 hours sometimes. Our wedding ran very smooth thanks to Him.
We had a diverse crowd and he managed to make everyone get up and dance. All of our family and friends complimented us on the great time they had at the party. He made sure he asked us how we wanted things before doing them. He alerted us of anything out of our original request. We are extremely happy for the way our special day turned out. We gave him a list and he made it all work out without us having to worry about anything. I highly recommend DJ Rey for your next event.

Planning a wedding in the Miami area from Boston was not an easy task due the phone communications with multiple vendors, who had different levels of service. DJ Rey was one of the best vendors we worked with. From our initial conversations eight months before the wedding, DJ Rey demonstrated his professionalism by being responsive and flexible. He was very comprehensible, friendly, and also candid when providing suggestions. He even helped us find a few vendors for additional services.

Regarding the music, he is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about incorporating typical music from your country. I have to admit that I am little demanding when it comes to music, and I may have overwhelmed DJ Rey with my music requests a few weeks before the wedding. DJ Rey exceeded my expectations since he incorporated my requests to his set which made us dance all night long. I have never danced so much before. As mentioned earlier, he is very flexible. For instance, we decided the day of the wedding to do the bouquet toss and garter removal, and he found great tracks for those two parts of the wedding. He is bilingual and can communicate really well in both English and Spanish, which was a key component for our wedding.

I would highly recommended DJ Rey for any kind of event, you will not be disappointed.

DJ Rey was simply amazing. He took the time before the wedding to understand what we wanted and were looking for, what music to play, which songs to play at specific portions of the wedding, and his execution was flawless. His equipment was great, and the quality of the sound was just perfect. During the wedding he even accommodated song requests, which was nice. At the end of it all, not only are my wife and I happy with DJ Rey, but all our guests have nothing but good things to say about him. You cannot go wrong with him.

Dj Rey and Dj Javier were amazing. I was just married on 10-25-14 and thanks to them, I had compliments that it was the best wedding they have attended. Everyone was on their feet. The ceremony music was beautiful and the reception music was fantastic. They kept my families dancing all night which is exactly what I wanted. At the end of the night they even asked for an encore because nobody wanted the night to end. I couldn't have asked for a better dj company. They were professional and courteous and I would recommend them to everyone.

Rey is the real deal, exactly what I envisioned a DJ to be. We had to call on him last minute and he certainly came through. There wasn't a single person that wasn't up and dancing. You ask him for music and the man delivers. Everyone kept talking about what a great dj we had at our wedding and how much variety he played from spanish music, to old school booty music, to freestyle, to more modern stuff. More than happy with his services, you should check him out!

DJ Hurricane Rey was such a pleasure to work for. He was very familiar with our location and was very pleasant from the initial service contact request down to the thank you handshake when the event was over. I love it when a DJ doesn't try to shine a light on himself and that's what I appreciated about DJ Rey so much. We were so lucky to have DJ Rey at our wedding on June 1st. My mom found him on The Knot and when she called him she knew he would be perfect. My mother in law went to a tasting at the Cooper Estate (our venue) and Rey was there DJ-ing. Since we had both families on board already, it was a no-brainer! And I am so happy we ended up going with him. Not only did he do a fantastic job of working around our outdoor circle wedding, but he worked secretly with my mom to create a flash mob after we said our I-Do's! We had a pretty complex setup and schedule but he worked wonderfully with what we envisioned for our wedding.

Our dinner was held inside the Estate and he worked seamlessly with our non-stop dinner service and speech process. He allowed our guests to wander around with the mic and he was so nice to my grandparents when it was their turn to speak. Once the dancing commenced he made sure to keep everyone on the dance floor the entire night! We wanted a mix of oldies, new music, and salsa since we were combining my midwestern heritage with my husband's Cuban heritage. Rey knocked it out of the park. My grandmother even danced for over an hour! I will be using Rey again when my husband and I have kids and I definitely recommend him for any party you want to be a success!

Thank you so much Rey, you did an amazing job with the ceremony, flash-mob, cocktail hour, walk-in, dances, and sparkler send-off. You made our wedding personal, fun, and extremely romantic.

DJ Hurricane Rey is the BEST. From the start, DJHR was responsive to every question that I had via email. He provided great feedback and suggestions that we incorporated into the wedding. He was so easy to work with during the wedding and went above and beyond for some special requests my guests had. I was also personally surprised by how affordable he was! We are so happy that we booked DJ Rey for our wedding! He was the most responsive and most accommodating DJ I've ever met. He met us at our venue twice just so that I could feel more comfortable ( our venue was rather "unique") and believe me this venue was very far from his office. DJ Rey was attentive and listened to all of my requests. You will not regret booking him. He was a real blessing and a true professional. GOD BLESS and happy planning! :)

Rey is the man!!!!!!!!! My guests were dancing the ENTIRE reception! There was never a dull moment. He truly knows how to keep the crowd happy and the energy up. He is a true professional. He played almost every single song I asked for during the cocktail hour and dinner reception and made it flow beautifully. I highly recommend him! He will definitely be my go to DJ for any other special events. I am so happy we chose Rey and would not have had it any other way.

By far DJ Rey has been the best DJ I have ever hired in my life. I am so honored to have had him DJ such an important day in my life. Amazing light show and flat screen set ups. I used his flat screens to play a slide show of my dad's pictures while I danced with my brother. My dad passed away 6 yrs ago and this was setup amazingly. Thank you DJ Rey for making my day memorable.

Rey was an awesome dj. Not only did he play the best music, he was able to read my crowd and made sure people danced all night. At the end of my reception, I has to kick people out! Rey went above and beyond for us, our party wouldn't have been the same without him. If you are thinking of booking him as your dj, DO IT!!!
