The team at Schnucks did a fabulous job putting together the florals for our wedding. The team created bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces and an arch display. Each piece was more beautiful than the next. We received so many compliments on the flowers for our wedding. And the flowers were wonderful quality. After sending the centerpieces home with the guests, most didn't throw away the flowers until two weeks after the wedding!
The team also does an incredible job with the design. I had a few sample photos, but asked the team to use their judgment on the design. And Nikki and the team exceeded my wildest expectations!
We didn't consider too many florists, but I do think the pricing from Schnucks was excellent. They were very flexible and willing to work with us to find an option that fit our budget.
Don't hesitate to use the team at Schnucks for your wedding! You will be very pleased with the results! -

User2213719 Sent on 07/06/2015The Ballwin Location did my boutonnieres and corsages. WONDERFUL job! Beautiful! The girl worked with me to get a custom look, with a rose, spray, and ribbon! Out of the three boutonnieres and 1 corsage we ordered, 1 rose head popped off one boutonniere (at no fault of the florist - it was probably whoever was trying to put it on, was doing it wrong), but she had made an extra we were able to take with us and it was our back up. :) the other ones lasted 3 days before really turning any color. -
User1801765 Sent on 09/09/2014They did our bouquets for the brides and bridesmaids along with the boutonnieres for the groom and groomsmen. We also bought some loose flowers to make our own table decorations. I worked with Barb, but even though she was out most the summer the other staff did a great job of taking care of all my last minute changes. It was a great price and our flowers turned out beautifully. They were really good at letting me know what would be available during the season for my wedding and helping me to select flowers that fit my budget.

Brittney Sent on 09/28/2014Wow, wow and wow! Louise with Schnuck’s was easily my best and most thorough wedding vendor. Having a background in the wedding industry myself, I can honestly say that she was one of the few I felt confident with. I could spend my afternoon writing the longest review solely complimenting Louise’s work ethic! Her cost proposals were accurate and maintained with changes. Her floral knowledge was extensive and motivating toward stepping outside of the box for all of my arrangements. Her communication skills were service-oriented and prompt.
So, in the planning process – Louise gets an A. But, in the execution of the event – Louise gets an A+. While I drafted pretty intense table charts to aide her team during setup, to be followed as flawlessly as they were, is nothing less than impressive! However, I am still kicking myself for fleeing my Ceremony venue to rush to the Reception venue to make sure everything was going well. In doing so, I wasted a lot of unnecessary energy AND missed the opportunity for family photos. Sometimes, Brides just need to let go of control.
I can promise you that Louise’s attention to detail is unmatched in the Saint Louis area. While most recognize Schnuck’s as a grocer, I can further promise you that Schnuck’s is competitive in options and availability of specialty flowers.
Since there is not a place for pictures, to give you an idea of flowers use for my arrangements: Mango Mini Callas, Merlot Cymbids, Mint/Blue Eryngium, Safari Sunset Leucodendron, White Lysimachia, Snapdragons, Seeded Eucalyptus, IIse Spray Rose, Gerbera Daisies, Curly Willow, Parrot Tulip, Novi Belgii, Seeded Eucalyptus and SOO many more!! -
User1244554 Sent on 07/16/2013Louise at Schnucks Focus on Design was such a sweetheart and did an amazing job. People stopped me in the street on my wedding day just to ask about my flowers!! I had a very specific vision but a tiny budget and they made my dreams come true. Highly recommended. -

Audrey Sent on 02/06/2010We felt extremely stifled by options other florists had for our budget, whereas Rosalinda at Focus on Design was not only able to make it work, but make it work well. She was even able to incorporate some unusual elements I requested (green wine bottles and peacock feathers) into the table centerpieces, done creatively to boot! The day before the wedding, I realized that I had forgotten to pick up my floral hairpiece in advance. She made a new one that morning so that I would have it for my hair appointment. Now that is service! Thank you, Schnucks!
