Schenk's Bakery is hands down the best choice for wedding cakes. They totally get the assignment—my cake was stunning, perfectly customized, and tasted absolutely amazing. Whether you want something classic or a bit more creative, they bring your vision to life with so much care and attention to detail. Highly highly recommend. -

Great desserts!
Highly recommend Schenks! They offer a wide variety of desserts for a great price. I’ve had them multiple times and their pastries & cookies are always fresh and delicious. And their donuts were a favorite at the post-wedding brunch 😁. -

the BEST cake and experience
Schenk's Bakery was so wonderful to work with for our wedding cake and desserts. Their communication was straight-forward, quick, and easy throughout the entire process. They delivered exactly what we asked for, and the cake may have even looked better than the Pinterest inspiration I provided them! The people were also just really nice and a pleasure to work with, which was so important given our long list of vendors and to-dos. I didn't have to worry about them at all, and they helped make our special day perfect. -

Outstanding
We chose the bakery at the last minute. All of my guest love our cake. We had 150 guest, the variety of cake was lemon and vanilla layered. Delicious and extremely moist!!! -

Our guests couldn't get enough!
Schenk's designed and made our wedding cake as well as cupcakes for our wedding reception. We have had some of their other baked goods and knew that everything was going to taste amazing! Schenk's was kind enough to arrange a private cake tasting for us and allowed us to truly get an individualized experience. Everything went fast at the reception and our guests couldn't get enough cake! -

I got my wedding cake from schenks bakery this past September and it was simply gorgeous. I was all over the place with my ideas and they really worked with me and understood what I wanted. The cake also was good,not just looking pretty. Everybody said how good it was and asked where I got it from. I got chocolate chip and raspberry pound cake. I would recommend this bakery to everyone and I will be buying from them again. -

I cannot say enough amazing things about Schenk's Family Bakery!!! They made our Groom's cake, our wedding cake, and miniature desserts for the wedding reception. Both of the cakes were the most stunning cakes I've seen; each of their cakes is truly a work of art. They take ideas of styles you love, and turn the elements into a unique creation that you will love - they make sure of it! And on top of that, besides for being gorgeous, their cakes and desserts are DELICIOUS. This is seriously such a fantastic family-owned business, you feel so welcome, and can't help but feel good working with such a nice team of people. I definitely recommend Schenk's Family Bakery for any cake or dessert needs you have! -

I don't know where to start. I am so happy that I went with Schenk's Bakery for my wedding cake! They literally took my vision that I had for my wedding cake and made it a reality. When I entered the room and looked to the side and saw my cake I was speechless. On top of that the cake tasted amazing! My guests actually thought the cake was for show because it was so beautiful. Thank you so much Schenks! -

Loved this bakery!! We went in for my cake tasting and I knew what kind of cake I wanted by the time I left I ended up with a different flavor all together due to how great the cakes were!! So helpful and professional as well. -

My cake looked BEAUTIFUL and everyone keeps telling me how delicious it was. I was very happy with how it came out. It was included in my package but I did pay an up charge for fondant which was worth it. Great bakery. I am actually going back to order more cake that we had for my wedding :) -

The best things about Schenk's Bakery are the price & the taste of the cakes & baked goodies. We went to other vendors who were charging almost $7/slice for a cake with just butter creme icing that didn't taste nearly as good!
Unfortunately, a few things happened when working with Schenk's that I was displeased with. We went for our initial tasting in January & were told we could come back at any time to order our cake. When we tried to go to order our cake in February, we were told we could not order our cake that day & we had to book an appointment. Obviously, there is not a set procedure for this. We did schedule an appointment and when we showed up, we were pushed off to a new guy who not experienced in taking cake orders. The BIGGEST NEGATIVE was on the wedding day. I was told the week prior the cake wold arrive between 1-3 for our 5:30 wedding. On the day of the wedding, the bakery called our venue saying our cake would not be delivered until 4 P.M., and my florist still had stuff the cake with flowers between layers. The wedding coordinator at the venue had to call the bakery & reason with them as to why the cake had to be delivered by 3, NOT 4PM. Finally, MY CAKE WAS LOPSIDED! I had a cake with four layers with pillars between each layer to be stuffed with flowers so the pillars would be hidden. My florist was afraid to put too many flowers on the cake because the cake was not even. The cake ended up not looking like what I wanted because it was not assembled properly by the bakey.
Good for taste, price, and simple cakes. Go somewhere else if you want something a little different. -
