Dj mike is the best!
Mike was gracious enough to DJ our NYE wedding, which felt like a big responsibility to keep everyone up past midnight with dancing & good music. Not only did he do this, but he curated an unbelievable night for so many of our friends & family. The music kept the vibes high all night long & the dance floor was never not packed. Shaffer Sounds is an incredible company to work with & DJ Mike was truly everything we could’ve wished for and more. He also took the time to put multiple videos together from his POV throughout the night. Truly couldn’t have had a better experience!!!

Incredibly fun party
We went with Schaffer Sounds and DJ Michael Rose for our August Wedding at Tyler Arboretum. From the start, they were excellent to work with, answered emails immediately, had calls to discuss the quote, and an easy process to set music preferences and discuss how we would like the night to go. They were super experienced with the venue and didn’t charge extra for the 3 locations we needed to set up speakers for ceremony cocktail, dinner and dancing outdoors, mics for all the speeches, and were compliant with local noise codes. The set up was seamless and the music was fantastic, our guests told us that this wedding was one of the most fun ones they’ve ever been to! We had folks dancing all night, DJ Mike did an excellent job incorporating our preferences into a fun set, and was great to work with as a queer and trans couple using gender neutral language! 10 out of 10!

Music for all and a night of dancing
Dave had the group dancing from the start! We’ve had nothing but amazing reviews from all of our guests - from 25 to 75 years old! It was a blast, he followed our general instructions perfectly. It was just dancing the entire time! The after party was also amazing!

Chris was the DJ for our wedding on December 6th, and I cannot recommend him and Schaffer Sound highly enough! From the moment we booked him, Chris was incredibly attentive, professional, and so helpful. The online portal through Schaffer was simple to use and made it easy for us to plan and customize everything.
Chris took the time to listen to all of our music requests and truly delivered on our vision. He played an amazing mix of songs that kept everyone dancing and having the time of their lives all night long. Our guests still rave about how fantastic the music was at our wedding—it was the perfect soundtrack to our celebration!

I can't recommend Schaffer Sound and Chris enough. They are extremely easy to work with to plan our your day and song preferences and had no issue with navigating my last minute changes. Chris was such a nice, down to earth guy but played all the right songs. The dance floor was full the entire night and so many of our guests told us it was the most fun wedding they had EVER been to. This DJ is worth every penny and took away any stress for me and my husband when it came to the music

The dance floor was full all night!!
I highly recommend Schaffer Sound DJs if you want a FUN wedding! We wanted people on the dance floor all night DJ Chris definitely made that happen for us. He made sure to meet with us twice to go over our timeline and to go over what kind of music we were looking to hear. So many of our guests told us how great the music was and how they couldn't believe how full the dance floor was all night. He also added personal touches when announcing our first dances, which we never thought to ask for but loved that he did that. He also is very attentive - my dad mentioned a specific song in his speech and later that evening he made sure my dad and I were around and played it. It was so special. 10/10 recommend!

We can't recommend Schaffer Sound and Chris enough for a wedding! We had the pleasure of working with Chris as the DJ for our wedding in August 2024. He was very helpful during the planning process in thinking about song selection and the timeline of the reception. At our reception he played everything we requested, and made great selections of high energy songs that fit our vibe all night. Throughout the reception, and the next day, everyone was raving to us about how good he was and how good the sound was. He also created some surprise moments with us and our crowd that we will always remember. We also used Schaffer's photobooth package at our reception and the props were the best I've seen at any wedding, everyone loved them. 10/10 for the full experience

Nobody left the dance floor!
Mike was absolutely amazing from the first phone call through the entire day of our wedding. My only request was, I wanted everyone on the dance floor and he did not disappoint. He played all types of music but most importantly managed to throw in country (the brides favorite) without killing the vibes. We had such an incredible time and all our friends are still talking about how fun it was months later!! Couldn’t recommend him enough.

We didn't leave the dance floor!
Chris Romanelli and Schaffer Sound were so easy to work with for music and lighting for our wedding. We liked being able to plug all of the details into an online form. Our DJ, Corey Prince, played so many songs that we and our guests loved that we hadn't even thought to include on our "must play" list. He did a great job reading the room and interpreting our music tastes. He was professional and attentive throughout the day and helped direct the flow of the event.

Adam was our DJ and we couldn’t be happier. He was communicative prior to the wedding and went over all the details with us so that there were no surprises. We had a few ppl at the wedding with epilepsy/medical conditions so he showed us different lighting options ahead of time so that everyone could still enjoy the dance floor! He accommodated every need we had and played really good music that got everyone out of their seats throughout the night. Can’t recommend him highly enough!

Packed dance floor!!
We couldn't be more thrilled and appreciative of the experience that Schaffer Sounds provided on our wedding day. Scott was our DJ and we were so impressed with how he was able to time everything so perfectly - our ceremony music, intro music, first dances, cocktail/dinner hour and reception music were all spot on and seamless. What stood out to us the most was how Scott was able to take our song requests and taste in music and skillfully adapt to the mood of the crowd. The reception was an absolute blast and the dancefloor stayed packed until the end because Scott's timing and song selection was on point. We even skipped dessert so that we didn't have to leave the dancefloor! We had the absolute time of our lives and can't thank Scott and Schaffer Sounds enough for an unforgettable celebration and memories that we will cherish forever.

Schaffer Sounds did a great job for our September 2023 wedding. Their online portal made it easy to submit music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and allowed us to share 'must play' and 'do not play' songs - which the DJ stuck to! We also had a planning call a few weeks ahead of the wedding to make sure everyone was on the same page, so we were confident it was going to be a great night. Super professional and easy to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone getting married in the Philly area!

Outstanding DJ! You will not leave the dance floor!!
We got married Dec. 2022 at Union Trust in Philadelphia with DJ Mike as our DJ. Overnight I must have received 50+ text messages saying how perfect the music was and how much fun everyone had on the dance floor all night! Even the staff at the venue were dancing and telling us how this was the best music they ever heard at a wedding. From the first e-mail sent they were extremely responsive and friendly. They served as a great resource when we had questions about timeline, ceremony music, etc. The day of the wedding, DJ Mike was attentive and entertaining, and he took awesome photos and videos that perfectly captured the fun had by all! You’ll be dancing all night long!
We were married on 11/19/22 and almost a week later we’re still hearing from guests that they’ve never been to a wedding where they danced all night long. Dave absolutely made our night, and we can’t thank him enough.
We told Dave that with the exception of one or two slow songs that we wanted to dance the night the away, and he delivered. Never was there a lull in the party.
Working with Schaffer Sound was beyond easy from start to finish. Chris was so great at answering any questions with super quick response times. He made sure our planning forms were filled out correctly, and was kind enough to note updates just a few days before our wedding.
Dave worked with our venue to ensure that the our first dance songs were played exactly when we asked. Dave also arranged a surprise intro for my dad that NO ONE knew about. He also made sure our outside ceremony sound was flawless, and was a true hero outside in the very chilly 40 degree weather. Our cocktail hour music was also spot on with classic rock songs we loved that weren’t appropriate for reception dancing.
Dave was engaging, charismatic and took requests from family members. He made sure our reception was personal, and a blast all at the same time. We loved it, thanks again Dave and Chris!

10/10! These Guys Just Get It
Okay wow. The wedding is over but I will be planning more events just so I can hire these guys to Dj again. Everything about working with these guys was smooth, organized, and easy. Dave (the owner) DJ’ed our wedding, and the whole night and days following our wedding people kept telling us how awesome the music selection was. We also had a saxophone player and drummer who were outstanding, and the impressive thing I thought on both their ends was that they’d never worked together before and you would’ve NEVER known! They were amazing together. Dave also was awesome with taking charge of our wedding party entrances and whatnot, explaining the order of things, and making sure everyone knew what was happening, which you really need with a bigger wedding especially. We had given Dave a few songs to play and he played them, the ones he added were so spot on awesome and appealed to young guests and the not so young guests, and he avoided the do not play songs which was really cool. Basically I would say - these guys get it. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing DJ!
Schaffer Sound played a huge part in an amazing wedding day. From the very first meeting the Schaffer Sound team was organized, positive, and responsive.
They provided us with an online planning portal that we used to communicate our music and DJ preferences which made planning a breeze.
The team was quick to respond to all questions we had via email and phone.
Once the big day came, they gave us a beautiful ceremony and an amazing reception. They kept the floor full of dancers and were energetic the entire night!

Amazing dj!
I can't say enough about how happy we are that we hired Schaffer Sound for our recent wedding. We had Chris as our DJ and he was absolutely amazing, and I'm confident that any other Schaffer Sound DJ would be just as amazing. The music was amazing and Chris kept the dance floor packed all night long with his music choices and high-energy. He was also so easy to work with, responsive, professional, friendly, and overall just a pleasure to do business with. Most importantly, Chris and the Schaffer Sound team were extremely flexible when we had to postpone our original wedding date from 2020 to 2021, giving us one less thing to worry about during such a crazy time. We were so happy we were able to keep them for our rescheduled date! Schaffer Sound was recommended to us by our venue (Union Trust in Philadelphia, PA) and we absolutely can see why! I truly can not recommend them enough.

Danced the night away!
Chris from was the absolute best DJ to work with for our wedding at Cauffiel Estate & Barn. Chris was organized, attentive and very timely with all feedback! We had our own indivualized online portal for our event that we could edit/update with the layout of our entire wedding ceremony/reception and pick our songs which made for a super easy and personable wedding event! Chris kept our dance floor PACKED the ENTIRE event and we had the best time dancing the night away at our reception. My husband and I were impressed how affordable, attentive and a fun time that Schaffer Sound DJs are! We highly recommended them! 5/5 Stars for an awesome experience!

Full Dance Floor, All Night
My wife and I worked with Chris on the scheduling, rescheduling, and details for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception music. Chris was great to work with - quick to respond and Schaffer uses a very organized online portal to help keep track of what songs we need to select. On the day-of we worked with Scott, who CRUSHED IT! Our goal for the reception was a full dance floor. Scott did a great job reading the crowd to keep everyone moving and giving us the occasional much needed break with a slow dance. We didn't realize the night was over until the lights came on - highly recommend.

Tony Rocks!
Schaffer Sound provided an incredible experience for our wedding night. Our DJ, Tony, was great and really kept everyone up and moving on the dance floor. He did a great job getting everyone organized for the introductions and kept everything hype throughout. So easy to work with and kept a packed dance floor!
Chris was the DJ for our wedding at Tyler Arboretum and he was truly outstanding! We had a check-in call a few weeks before the wedding and felt instantly relieved that he understood the vibe we wanted for our wedding day. This became even more apparent on the day itself. He seamlessly incorporated our "must-plays" with other songs that we wish we had included on our must play list! Most importantly, the dance floor never emptied the entire night thanks to his excellent DJ-ing! Thank you, Chris!

Look no further for a DJ
We could not have asked Chris R to do a better job at our wedding on 7/24/21. These guys couldn’t have made it easier from initial planning, covid re-planning, and all the way down to the final details meeting. We asked Chris for certain things, which he did with no problem, and he even made suggestions to us that made the night even better. It was really such a great partnership and experience. Our dance floor was packed from start to finish. If you’re looking for affordability, professionalism, a party atmosphere, and an all around great company to work with, go with Schaffer.

Absolutely amazing!
I can’t say enough how amazing this DJ was. We had Jerry for our wedding. He kept my guests dancing all night long and read the crowd so well. My guests raved about him and are still talking about how good the music was. He had all of my guests up and dancing and definitely kept the party going! The dance floor was packed!! The music was perfect from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to dinner hour to the dancing. The introductions were great. I am so happy I used them and can’t say enough good things about them. I met with Chris prior to the wedding in a few meetings. He was so nice and super accommodating. He was very responsive with any questions we had. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!!!!

Everything went perfectly and we had the time of our lives!
Schaffer Sound was recommended to me by my cousin who got married and had them as well. For one thing, I was surprised and completely happy with how affordable they are, and another is how easy they are to work with. Planning a wedding is hard, and during covid it was even harder, and I felt no stress and knew that Chris had it all handled. My biggest fear was cutting down my guest list and people not wanting to dance. Chris made sure they did! Everyone has told me the music was great and that they had the best time! Chris was especially great in reading the room and seeing what music everyone was enjoying the most and kept it going! Thank you Chris and thank you Schaffer!!

DJ Romeo was amazing to work with! He really listened to what we wanted, as well as what we did not want. I had a long list of do not plays, and I am happy to report he did not play them. I had a non traditional wedding and he did not skip a beat navigating my needs, helping to define moments and choosing personalized dance songs. He started prior to my guests arrival to really set the mood, coordinated with the violinist to enhance her performance during the ceremony, and was on top of every transition between phases of the wedding (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception) and changed the vibe of the music to match with the event. He checked in with me through the planning process, was beyond helpful during our final meeting, and through the wedding day. My guests LOVED him, while many things were unpredictable in 2020 he was above and beyond what I could’ve hoped for, truly individualized my experience and made me feel cared about during the entire process!

Dave was amazing!
We had Dave as our DJ and he was awesome! Played all our songs we requested on our form along with his choices mixed in. All the music flowed. I hate when I got to a wedding and a 70’s song will be playing and then jumps into a newer song from today. Just doesn’t flow to me, but with Dave I didn’t have to worry. He’s a professional at his craft and knew how to flow the music. Everyone was on the dance floor all night including me and my husband. We have a difficult last name to pronounce, but Dave got it right along with everyone else announced in our bridal party. Schaffer sound is very professional and flexible especially with us having to reschedule our wedding due to covid-19. I can’t say enough good things I highly recommend Schaffer Sound! Thank you Dave!

Professional DJ who keeps the dance floor going
Schaffer Sound came as a preferred vendor for my venue, but I would have hired them anyway. They did my brother’s wedding years ago and didn’t disappoint now! They provide quality service at a reasonable price and are very flexible, professional, and detailed! They provided music not just for my reception, but for my ceremony too and even played my request for the first song of the evening. My dance floor wasn’t empty one minute of the evening! When my bustle came undone, Dave saw what was happening and handed a safety pin to my bridesmaid. Finally, while they are experts at what they do, they also give you tons of input with their song planner so you can feel confident about what will and will not be played.

When my husband and I were planning our wedding, the most important thing to us was to book a great DJ that would keep everyone on the dance floor all night! Dave did an incredible job doing just that. The only complaint that we have received (numerous times) from our wedding was that any time someone wanted to take a break from dancing for a minute, they couldn't because every song kept getting better and better and no one wanted to miss dancing to it!
Dave played a vital role in making our day perfect! The dance floor was packed all night and he remained fun, energetic and cheerful throughout the whole night!

Great DJ! Very Detail Oriented!
My now husband and I won a contest for an all expenses paid wedding and Schaffer Sound was the DJ vendor that was offered to us. We won the contest on June 13th, 2019 and had to get married July 12th, 2019 according to the contest rules. I called Chris and he sent me an email with the link to fill out all our info as to what we wanted and everything went smoothly! Anytime I had a question, I'd call him and he'd help me right away. Everyone is extremely friendly and they listened to everything we wanted done. Our wedding was awesome and all our guests said it was one of the most fun weddings they've ever been too. Nick Vecchio is outstanding. He was such a pleasure to work with, flexible, and executed our vision perfectly - we had a very extensive no play list and also spent time thinking about what songs we definitely wanted. He listened to us and did the most exceptional job. We spoke on the phone a few days before to go over everything, and Chris reviewed the timeline as well with our planner. During the night he was a pleasure to work with, just checking in just a couple times, like at the beginning before we were announced to enter and toward the end to make sure we were hitting all the songs we wanted. We used Schaffer sound for our dj at our wedding on 6/1/19 and we wouldn’t of changed it at all. We had Scott as our DJ and he was wonderful. He was friendly and interacted with our guests. He took plenty of requests and tried to get in as many of our songs as possible. The planning process was also easy. I communicated with Chris who was very quick to respond, answered all questions I had and made sure I knew we were taken care of. They also have an online system to help set up your day which was awesome! We were able to go in and choose our stuff but if we changed our mind could go back in and change it up until 10 days before the wedding. Our guests and our venue even complimented on how awesome our dj was. Definitely recommend and will definitely use again !

Book Nick Vecchio!
When we started planning our wedding, there was only one person we wanted for our DJ - Nick Vecchio. We contacted Schaffer Sound to make sure that we could get him for our big day. After booking, we were supplied with various amounts of material to help plan our reception! Using their online tool was probably my favorite part of the process; It made it unbelievably easy to let him know exactly what we wanted. And I have to say, Nick so delivered. He took our vision and made it come to life! He was fantastic with our audience and even made sure to come and grab us away from mingling so we could have some time to ourselves. Made the night, and the theme, a hit.
Schaffer gave us exactly the wedding we were looking for. Keenan DJ’d our wedding in October and he was absolutely the perfect person for it. Before the day, though we’d worked with Chris, who throughout the entire process was helpful and informative. He made it very easy to do business with them and was incredibly accommodating to us. We used uplighting for the reception room as well, and Chris was helpful in helping us find the right color to suit our theme and the space. Our wedding was Halloween-themed, so we wanted to do something a little different. But what we wanted took the right person, someone who really *got* it. We wanted our reception to be a blend of tradition and Halloween: our cocktail hour was the typical crooners, while at dinner we wanted to have horror movie scores (more reserved ones, not like the shrilly music from Psycho or anything), then for the dancing, blend normal dance music with the Halloween tunes. Chris heard us out and immediately told us, “You’re getting Keenan. He’s perfect for you.” The day came, and let me tell you Keenan was perfect for us. He got it exactly. And he made it all so much fun. And you could tell he was having fun with it himself, which also really helped. From the boring things like the cake cutting to the actual dancing, he nailed it. He kept people on the dance floor all night, and he played every song we wanted; if there was a song he couldn’t find or wasn’t sure about, he came to us before skipping over it. He regularly checked in with us throughout the night, he interacted with our guests, his charisma had people laughing and loving it. We were worried that people would be a little put off by our unusual idea, but everyone seemed to have a really great time. Keenan has gotten so many compliments from our families and friends. Everything went exactly how we imagined it, and so much of that credit goes to the service we got from Schaffer. And all that came with what we considered to be a more than reasonable rate. We got more for our money than we feel we might’ve with another company. We would recommend them a thousand times over.

So much fun!
We had Dj Romeo and he killed it with the music! People were dancing all night and that’s exactly what we wanted. They did our dance floor lifting and their prices were great! We highly recommend them!!

Non-Stop Dancing
Should have wrote this review much sooner, but we couldn't have been happier with how our DJ turned out! Chris kept everyone out of their seat and dancing the whole night, and we received multiple compliments from guests about the DJ. We gave some guidelines that we wanted based on their form and they did the rest. We added the basic lighting package and it was well worth it!

Best dj- nick!
We used Schaffer Sound for our Winter Wonderland Wedding December 2018. We cannot express how much we loved working with Schaffer Sound. They made the whole day seamless. Nick was absolutely amazing---I am from a very large family with many weddings and guests have been raving about our DJ and how awesome he was. We were married on-site so Schaffer Sound provided the music for our ceremony, our cocktail hour and our reception. We had an absolutely amazing time.
If you are still trying to figure out what DJ to go with. I would highly recommend using Schaffer Sound and try to request Nick.

Party from start to finish!
Schaffer Sounds made my wedding day dreams a reality. The dance floor was packed the second it opened up after dinner. Dave kept the music transitioning between oldies, today's hits, and my preferred songs so seamlessly. Dave managed everyone in the bridal parties expectations on what to expect and the timeline of things. Everyone had an absolute blast and I cannot thank Dave and Schaffer sounds enough for making that possible. He even saved the day with some band-aids when I got a piece of glass in my foot. Best Wedding DJ!
We hired Schaffer Sound for our wedding and had the most fantastic time! The DJ also was so helpful in keeping us on track and coordinating events that night. I can’t tell you how many comments we received on our wedding being so fun! We received so many compliments on the music. Many friends said it was the most fun they ever had at a wedding due to the DJ! I very highly recommend hiring Schaffer Sound for your wedding DJ!

Awesome dj
I knew before I had even got engaged that I was going to hire Schaffer Sound for our wedding. I have known Dave Schaffer for quite some time and have heard him DJ at many events at Springfield Country Club as well as family weddings! He is personable, professional, and down to earth. He knows exactly what to play and when to play it. He knows how to get the party started! We told him that we wanted everyone up and dancing all night long and that is exactly what he did. He played music for all age groups and made sure that my husband and I heard the songs that we had requested. It’s safe to say that everyone at the wedding had a great time! Schaffer Sound truly made our wedding reception very memorable and we highly recommend them. They are the BEST!

Great Experience!
I had some trouble finding a DJ at first and was getting frustrated when one of my coworkers finally suggested Schaffer Sound and I am so happy they did. The process from beginning to end was easy between a couple calls and emails and they were extremely responsive through and through. They definitely took into account my play and do not play list. The music they played kept everyone up on the dance floor until the end of the night!

So happy we went with them!
Danny did a fantastic job at our wedding!! He played all of the songs we requested and had people up on the dance floor all night. We really appreciated that he checked in with us periodically to make sure we were happy with how things were going. We were so pleased with everything he did!! Chris was also great to work with leading up to the event and answered all of our questions easily and offered his suggestions. Very happy with this company!

I had a DJ for my wedding name Bill he was absolutely amazing I could not have been more happier than I was with him! He was by far the best and definitely made our wedding so special we got so many compliments about him! We had a few kids there and he was great with them and they were asking him questions about what he was doing and he talked to them and explained things to them they had a ball with him!! Also, I had a problem with one of my quest and he completely took care of the issue for me! He was the absolute best!!!

We hired Schaffer Sound for our wedding at the Hotel du Pont this past July, and our DJ was awesome!! When we first met with Chris, he was very accommodating and had an assuring personality- we could tell right away that he was a professional who knew what he was doing and he really put us at ease.
At our wedding, Chris did an even better job than we had imagined! Our friends had so much fun, and Chris read the crowd with great skill. We had a wide age range in the guests, but Chris was able to get everyone dancing! He did an amazing job of playing all of our requests and coming up with other great additions to make the night truly fun and memorable.
Not only did Chris play great songs, but he really helped the reception flow perfectly- many guests complimented us on how smoothly our night went, and it's thanks to the experienced and talented professionals like Chris and our other amazing vendors for being such great communicators and organizers! Thanks so much to Chris and Schaffer Sounds for helping to make our wedding so fantastic!!!

We had a great experience with Dave at our wedding. Played music for all age groups throughout the entire night, with the dance floor full the entire time. He made sure that we as the bride and groom heard all the songs that we wanted to that night, going out of his way to find us before the night was over to check in. Very professional, great experience overall, and tons of positive feedback from all of our guests about how great the music was. Highly recommend!

Keenan's excellent service for our wedding reception turned our celebration into a real blast. His excellent playlist and mixing of songs really turned our reception into a great party for people to enjoy themselves and celebrate our wedding. The dance floor was always packed with people, which is the best sign of any wedding DJ. We highly recommend Schaffer Sound for any of your events.

We used Schaffer Sound Disc Jockeys for our wedding on June 29, 2018. We had Dave and he was awesome! Since my ceremony and reception were at the same location he was in charge of the music for both parts and I could not be happier! We were so impressed! We wanted everyone out on the dance floor and Dave had them out there all night. We had 10 bridesmaids and groomsmen and everyone had their own entrance song for the reception, each song went off without any hiccups. He played all the songs that were on our must play list as well as adding a few that my husband loooved (Eagles Fight Song)! They really listen to what you want for your own day, and accommodate accordingly! He was interactive, really made the night enjoyable and had people dancing all night!!

We hired Schaffer Sound for our wedding ceremony and reception after they were recommended highly by family & friends as well as our venue, Manayunk Brewing Company. A few weeks before the wedding, we filled out a sheet with all of our must-plays, wedding party information for announcements, and styles of music that we wanted played during cocktail hour/dinner. We had Tony as our DJ for the wedding and he did an amazing job! For the ceremony, they were able to play a version of a song that only existed on YouTube and the sound quality was great (we had been worried about this). All of the songs/bands that we requested were played during the dinner and reception which was great! It truly was so fun to be at dinner with all of our friends and family with our favorite songs playing in the background. I will also say that Tony chose some great songs to play, guests of all ages were dancing from the very start of the reception to the end! We heard so many comments from our guests about how great the music was and how they danced more during our wedding than any other wedding before (myself included!). We are so happy we chose Shaffer Sound for our wedding and would recommend them to everyone.

We got married on 5/5/18 and had Chris Romanelli from Schaffer Sound DJ our ceremony and reception for us. He was amazing. Everyone was on the dancefloor the whole night that we ended up extending our reception an extra 30 mins to keep the party going. We filled out the Schaffer form and included a few must plays, but other than that, Chris really played music that the crowd was into. I actually had multiple people come up to me during the reception to compliment the playlist!
We got married on Derby Day and wanted to show the Kentucky Derby. Chris was able to show the Derby on a projector and guided us on how to arrange our first dance, etc around the Derby, which was super helpful.
Also- price was reasonable and I would highly recommend to any brides out there!!

Schaffer Sound Productions came highly recommended by our venue (Manayunk Brewery) and we appreciated that they were very familiar with the layout and acoustic characteristics of the unique industrial space. Chris Romanelli is a great DJ -- he took the time to meet with us and discuss our timeline, first dance song, ceremony music and audio needs, must play songs, etc. He played a great mix of everything we wanted, choosing the appropriate times for each song. He also was very professional as the MC of the wedding. All of our guests (ages 2-90) had a fabulous time.

Keenan did an outstanding job, we have been to Numerous weddings and events with other DJ companies, and they were just flat out boring, the dance floor was barely used (except for the no brainer dance songs that bring people out for a couple minutes). Being in the catering business myself, I also see it from that prospective many times as well! On the same note, I have seen Shaffer Sound and you can tell there is just something different about your company that makes the environment fun! This is why I Suggested to my now wife, we have to use your company from the very start of the planning process!
Our biggest request from our DJ was; we want people to stay on the dance floor and have fun, with a good mix of slow and fast songs from the 60's until now, and remember the fun they had. Keenan did just that! He was a KEY part in making our day Perfect! I sensed he was having just as much fun playing the music as we did listening to it! In my opinion, that's how someone knows they are doing a excellent job. the dance floor was packed all night!
