Schaefers Greenhouse was a pleasure to work with. I went in with a very general idea of what I wanted and Kathy was able to help me flesh out and finalize the details. Everything turned out better than I could have hoped! They delivered the flowers to our venue with plenty of time before the event. The bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids were absolutely beautiful! I have had them in my house for more than a week and they are still beautiful. I loved the jute wrapped around the boutonnieres and the corsages for the mothers and my grandmother complimented the bridal party flowers. Everything was perfect and we would recommend their services for any event!

We had our reception at Two Brothers Roundhouse in Aurora, IL and they were a prefer vendor so we did not hesitate to give them a shot. We absolutely loved everything from start to finish. The day before the wedding my sister realized I never ordered a "toss bouquet" because I did not want to throw mine. Even though it was less than 24 hours before it wasn't an issue. Everything looked amazing, highly recommend.

I picked out flowers from Schaefer's books months before the wedding, and Karen was able to bring in samples of flowers so I could see them in person. Together I told her my thoughts on the bouquets, and she made suggestions, and took lots of notes. It turned out very nicely. They were even able to provide loose rose petals for the aisle. The only complaint is that the flowers were more orangey than I thought they would be. I wanted more of the burgundy tones (red pear and golden pear were my two main color inspirations) but there was mostly orange, which was a little disappointing, and surprising, but I didn't let it bother me because they were still beautiful.

Oh Schaefers! I remember when I was little and I would run amok in the flowers as my mother shopped around, always looking for a fallen flower or two to take home. I loved it here! So why not come for my wedding flowers!

I met with Kathy, along with my Ipad, dialed up to my Pinterest inspiration board. She provided me with the WiFi password and we were off! She listened to all of my desires, had me send her the Pinterest link to the board, and gave me a quote. I came back 2 months before the big day to finalize details and go over the plans again. She had my Pinterest board printed out! She even allowed me to bring my own ribbon that I found for the bouquets & boutineers.

She stayed within my budget, and gave me everything I wanted. She suggested flowers that would look best and be in season. Check the pictures. She personally came out to Streator, IL and placed the flowers herself. Amazing. I could not be happier with how they turned out.

The flowers for my wedding were beautiful. The wedding bouquet lasted nearly 3 weeks. I love Kathy, she was so knowledgeable and great to work with.

Kathy was the wedding designer that helped us with our flowers. We met with her and told her what we wanted and the day of the wedding she delivered!! She was awesome, the flowers were beautiful! Our table centerpieces were so beautiful, they had floating candles with lights. Kathy also took care of the flowers for the ceremony which also were beautiful! I would highly recommend Kathy and Schaefer's greenhouse for any wedding.

Kathy in the wedding department created such a beautiful and elegant cascade of fuschia orchids. I was extremely satisfied. They were stunning and showed brightly in our pictures. Last minute we decided on long stem roses for sisters and Kathy fixed them with ribbon and baby's breath. Very accomodating. I use Schaefer's flowers for birthday gifts, get well and mother's day occasions regularly. Such beautiful flowers for any holiday or gift.

My planner had recommend Schaefers Greenhouse for my wedding flowers. I was very happy with the work that they did. The flowers were amazing. They are on the middle to upper end of pricing, but the service was well worth it.

Schaefer's provided us with beautiful detailed center pieces! They coordinated with the décor, I made, perfectly. People could not believe they were real because they were so perfect! They took our ideas and made them a reality; adding texture and pops of color that we didn't even think of! The wedding coordinator was very kind and worked hard to create our vision. Some of the other staff was not so kind, but that did not ruin our experience. Schaefer's made the décor for our ceremony and reception. The ceremony décor was beautiful. The garland was not exactly what we wanted but it still worked perfectly and looked beautiful...it just didn't have as many flowers as we had hoped. The only complaint I have is that my bouquet to toss was supposed to be silk flowers but it was made out of real flowers, but that was a minor issue in all reality.

The flowers were gorgeous! My flowers are still living and look great after a week. My only issue was that I had some difficulty getting ahold of someone when I had a question or wanted to make a change. I would often have to call back once or twice because my calls weren't returned. When I did get in contact with someone though, they were very easy to work with and made the changes I wanted.
