Choosing Scenic Springs by Wedgewood Weddings was the best decision we made! If you are looking for a stunning Hill Country backdrop combined with a completely stress-free planning experience, this is the place. The venue itself is a hidden gem: the ceremony space by the creek and the whimsical oak trees make for such a magical atmosphere.

The all-inclusive aspect is exactly what we needed. Having the catering, DJ, and florals vetted and coordinated through their team took so much weight off our shoulders, and the transition from the outdoor ceremony to the reception in the Grand Hall was flawless. The food was delicious, the grounds were perfectly maintained, and the banquet staff was incredibly attentive to our guests all night.

I want to thank everyone involved in the planning of our wedding and for helping us during the Big Day. Erynn, Kim, Riley, and Cassidy were amazing—easy to talk to, responsive, and very helpful. Our DJ, Will, was very flexible with song requests and made sure people danced and had fun. Gavan made sure we had all the food and drinks we wanted at our table and was super helpful with any additional requests.

It really felt like the team had thought of everything, allowing us to actually enjoy our day instead of worrying about logistics. Thank you to the entire Wedgewood team for making our dream wedding a reality—we can't recommend them enough!

We had our wedding here this past January and it was fabulous! We had unexpected inclement weather but the staff assured me that everything would be on schedule and it turned out wonderful. The venue looked beautiful and the guests had a wonderful time. The all inclusive aspect of the venue made wedding planning so much easier and less stressful. We went with their elite package and it includes almost everything we needed, food, fresh florals, cake, open bar, DJ, invitations, Photo Booth, linens, day of coordinator, and responsive staff to assist throughout the wedding planning process. I was even able to add my own decor touches. We only had to find our own photographer and MUA. We did use their preferred photography vendor which gave us special discounted pricing which was great as well. The grounds are beautiful as well. Overall we loved the venue and experience and would recommend for a less stressful wedding planning experience.

From the very first visit, the staff was attentive and informative of the options. They did an amazing job on letting us design the wedding of our dreams! On the day of the wedding, the coordinator Kaleigh was so patient and helped us know the flow of the day. She was so patient and encouraging with our flower girls (age 5 &7) who were nervous. Once the wonderful ceremony was completed, Gavin took over and was amazing at keeping us informed of the timing of the next step allowing us to mingle with the guest. The night went so well! We, honestly, would not have changed a thing!

From the moment we first reached out to Scenic Springs by Wedgewood Weddings, their communication was extremely helpful and timely. Sara, our day-of coordinator, was a true pleasure to work with - she ensured everything ran smoothly and made our special day truly memorable. The banquet coordinator, Gavan, did a fantastic job making sure our meals and drinks were served in a timely manner. The bartenders, Shannon and Christian, kept our guests happy and the drinks flowing all night long. Our DJ, Leo, did an amazing job keeping our guests on the dance floor. The entire staff, including Melissa, Shelbi, and Saul, went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. We were extremely pleased with the beautiful venue, elegant decor, and exceptional service provided by Scenic Springs.

We booked Scenic Springs for my daughter's wedding, and we have rescheduled the date 3 times because of the pandemic. Scenic Springs has been nothing short of outstanding to work with. Joni and Lorna have always been right there for us to help with each date change, free of charge, and even called all of our vendors every time with all of the updates and changes. This was so tremendously helpful and really put my mind at ease. They have been a voice of calm and reason through this very scary time, and my family truly feels that we are in the best hands possible. They truly care about us and our experience, and I couldn't ask for more. The Scenic Springs team has been exceptionally professional every step of the way, and we can't wait for the day when we get to celebrate my daughter's wedding! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue!

This is the most amazing venue ever! We originally booked it last year and were planning to have a large wedding and reception with our closest friends and family members in April of this year. Unfortunately Covid happened and I thought it would ruin my dream of having the perfect wedding. This fear only lasted very briefly however, as Scenic Springs came to the rescue! First, they worked with me on getting my date rescheduled to July and waived all fees they normally charge for doing this. They even contacted all of my vendors for me to get the rescheduled so that I wouldn't have to stress or worry about doing this myself.

Then, Covid spiked in the summer, just before my wedding, so Scenic Springs stepped in and was so helpful and easy to work with yet again on pushing my date into October. With Scenic Springs's help on providing sanitizer stations and helpful safety protocols so my guests felt safe, we were able to have the most beautiful wedding of our dreams.

They made this whole process so much easier on me than I ever could have hoped. I felt safe and like I was their top priority from day one, which is why I initially booked Scenic Springs. They truly care about their couples and this showed through in everything they did for me and my husband, to truly make us their #1 priority.

Now I get to go on with my happily every after married life with so many wonderful memories of the perfect day, thanks to Scenic Springs!

Very flexible during a pandemic.

This wedding venue was absolutely amazing. The views of the hill county from the reception hall are a gorgeous setting to have one of the biggest parties of your life with you family and friends. People loved taking photos of themselves with the backgrounds and nature trees all over the property.

The gazebo and white lights that are turned on throughout the party make it feel like a special and magical night. The fresh air, nature, and hilly temperatures made this place ideal for an outside ceremony. Every one of my wedding party and myself were anxious about it being so hot but since it’s up in the hills it’s noticeably cooler and where we did our ceremony was 99% shaded. Not one complaint about heat. You can also customize where you want your ceremony on the property.

The reception hall itself is even higher up giving you great views and photo opportunities. The hall is wired with all the lights a DJ would need to throw a good reception. There’s plenty of room for a photo booth, cake table, dancing, etc. I had about 150 guests and there was plenty of room for more if you had a larger wedding in mind though ours felt like the perfect amount of space for us.

Joni, our wedding coordinator was with us every step of the process and helped a lot. My guests had nothing but good things to say about her and she was great at keeping things on schedule without it feeling like we weren’t able to relax. She made sure everything was to our liking and helped us come up with some cool ideas for decorations. There was also Lorna (sorry if I spelt it wrong) who helped us decide the cake stuff. The cake came out better than I could have imagined. It tasted great and was literally exactly what we asked for if not better. The staff was all very friendly. Jacob, The DJ, Jacob, was on point all night. The bartenders for our open bar were awesome and kept pouring all night.

‘Got it Covered’ events was also really easy to work with. When we went for our tasting they had a nice table set up with salad and tea. The salad choices were delicious, the food was absolutely amazing and we got a lot of compliments over the food. It was chicken parmigiana and noodles with asparagus and zucchini. So good and the staff was so nice to us and even signed our guest sign in.

The Lodge was also super nice to have to get ready and stay in after. We had a little small after party inside and it was a great way to end the night. Also has an awesome movie room to chill out in or cool off.

Overall this was an amazing experience and i’ll never forget just how great this day was. Totally worth it. Thanks Scenic Springs!

I got married at Scenic Springs last week and had the most amazing time. Joni, our coordinator was amazing and made sure to take care of every little detail. She was always very responsive to emails, and made sure I wasn’t worried or stress come our wedding day! She is very professional. I would recommend her completely. Our cake by Scenic Springs was delicious and beautiful. Our guests loved it and we had plenty of leftovers after the reception. We also used their DJ, Jacob who played great music, was also very responsive, and took excellent care of our guests special song requests. Lastly, our officiant Tom who was through Scenic Springs was so wonderful and made sure we were ready for our ceremony from the beginning. Everything about this venue is exceptional and will ensure your day goes smoothly. They were will be during my year of planning and we’re always there to assist!

Everything was taken care of and handled with care. On the day of arrival, time flew by and things just fell perfectly into place for our non traditional wedding .The property is gorgeous and the staff is easy to work with. If you are looking for a venue that offers professionalism, affordability and simplicity we highly recommend Scenic Springs.

Whatever you want for your wedding day they will make it happen! Joni was an absolute savior and made all the wedding day stressors fade away. You can have any kind of wedding vibe you want here, they have so much space and so much land! They have really pretty onsite lodging too! The venue is on a nature preserve so there are some strict rules on certain decor you can use and disposable products but when you see the venue, you can tell why! Every guest was blown away by the venue and said it was the prettiest wedding they’d ever been too. You won’t regret having your wedding here. The wedding day coordinators that come with the venue will plan every detail. Thank you, Joni!

Scenic Springs was the perfect wedding venue! I always wanted an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception at the same location, and I wanted the venue to feel quiet and tucked away, while also not being too far out of the city. Scenic Springs hit all of these points. It was gorgeous, I got lots of compliments on the venue from the guests. Joni, our coordinator was fantastic. Very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process- I could not have put on this wedding without her! Our DJ, Jacob, was provided by the venue and he was great also, putting up with all of my random requests and playing great music all night!
The bridal suite was nice for getting ready, however it was rainy the morning we were in there so the lighting wasn't the greatest for makeup. But my hair and makeup team were able to bring some of their own lighting which helped. Overall, I would definitely choose Scenic Springs again!

I worked with Joni and Jacob for my daughter’s Sweet Sixteen party and they were both excellent! I would definitely recommend Scenic Springs to my friends and family!!

Every brides' worst nightmare, 6 weeks from the wedding and we no longer had a venue! After calling only a few places in the area, Scenic Springs had our date available. Within one day we were able to have a tour at the property and we fell in love with it! We knew this was the place we were meant to get married at. It has the perfect combination of an outdoor ceremony space, which is all shaded with beautiful trees and an indoor reception hall that sits on top of a hill with beautiful views. We got married early June and you couldn't even tell it was that hot because of all the trees on the property. Lorna, the owner, was incredibly accommodating on our tight timeline and helped us to achieve exactly what we wanted. I also highly recommend renting the lodge on property! It made it so easy to get ready and spend time with family without having to worry about any form of transportation to and from the venue on the day of the wedding. We also chose to rent the cottage on site for myself and my husband on the night of. We were able to enjoy every bit of our evening knowing that it was just a short walk to the cottage after the reception. Check in and check out was a breeze! And of course, the day would not have been complete without the help of Joni, our wedding manager. She handled EVERYTHING! From timeline, contacting vendors, linens, table set up, staying on schedule and coordinating the entire day, she did an AMAZING job! I highly recommend this venue, especially having a wedding manager included made my life way less stressful. If you're in the area, definitely schedule an appointment to see this wonderful venue!

From start to finish they go the extra mile to make your wedding the very best it can be, very easy to work with, beautiful oak trees and lawn, romantic setting with lights, very narural setting, so close to san antonio yet you feel your somewhere far away from the big croweded city !! Highly recommend them !!

Our daughter and her fiancée fell in love with Scenic Springs the minute they saw it! The location and venue is absolutely gorgeous and Joni, our wedding coordinator, was wonderful to work with. We met with her on numerous occasions, and she had so many great suggestions and ideas. She also listened to our visions and helped our daughter and now son-in-law achieve the wedding of their dreams! Our guests raved about the venue and professionalism of Joni. The wedding was absolutely perfect, and we could not be more happy with our decision to book with Scenic Springs.

My husband and I were in love with this venue from the first time we saw it. It has such a beautiful, natural feel to it, and the hall is gorgeous with high ceilings and lots of windows with views of the hill country. We worked with Joni and she was fantastic! She answered all our questions, addressed all our worries, and came up with lots of unique ideas that made our day even more special. We loved everything about this venue! The hill country views and feel was the perfect setting. It was an extreme pleasure to work with Murri Main and Lorna Main! Both were very organized and responsive to any questions I had. I had great confidence in Murri from the start. She always made me feel comfortable in knowing I could reach out to her for anything at anytime and made herself available. I was so pleased with everything!!! The day went so smoothly and I cannot thank Murri enough for being there throughout the entire process.

Also, we want to thank Scenic Springs for recommending a DJ, the catering company, the florists, as well as the cake company who all helped to make our event more beautiful and special. We recently had our wedding reception at Scenic Springs and it far exceeded my expectations! I have to give a big thank you to Joni and Lorna for help making this day a truly memorable experience. Planning our San Antonio wedding from California was initially a daunting task given the distance, our busy schedules, time zone difference and lack of expertise. We wanted our wedding to be low-maintenance, but at the same time a special event that would be worthy of our beloved family and friends. As I had fallen in love with my husband, I had also fallen in love with San Antonio and the beautiful surrounding Hill Country. When I saw Scenic Springs for the first time, I knew it was the perfect place to have the elegantly rustic reception that would fit our down-to-earth personalities and wedding. Scenic Springs brought together an outdoor atmosphere brimming with nature, a cozy indoor setting to invite in our loved ones, and a warm, experienced staff ready to help make a couple's humble dreams a reality. Having all the details of the reception in a package, many relationships with amazing vendors, and a wedding day manager to work closely with both us and the vendors to coordinate everything was priceless. Lorna helped us make an awesome half-and-half custom (legendary) wedding cake and a lovely custom monogram, and Joni was our wedding day manager, making sure everything went smoothly every step of the way. We felt so well taken care of throughout the entire process. A special shout-out to Lorna and Joni for upgrading us to a custom indoor up-lighting package at the last minute after our cake had been slightly damaged in transit (the cake looked and tasted perfect to me, but it was a thoughtful gesture nonetheless!). We give Scenic Springs our highest recommendation!

I had my wedding on 08/04/17 at Scenic Springs. Everything about this venue is amazing. You cannot go wrong with Scenic Springs. Joni, Lorna, and Kent were awesome! I recommend this venue to all future brides and grooms.

This place is absolutely GORGEOUS !!! My husband and I got married at Scenic Springs on July 7, 2017! We loved the experience! Our Wedding Coordinator Joni made everything super easy and stress free! The Pastor Thomas was friendly and easy work with to tailor our ceremony to our needs. The chef did a fabulous job on the cake so delicious and beautifully simple. They made our small intimate family wedding a HUGE success and we were able to enjoy the moment and enjoy the celebration with our family without having to worry about anything ! I would recommend Scenic Springs to anyone looking to get married BIG or small.

My husband and I got married at Scenic Springs on June 3rd, 2017 and everything was absolutely amazing!! We had a wonderful time and the team there were great to work with!! Joni, Lorna, Jacob, etc.! Joni was our wedding planner and she helped us with everything down to the last detail, making our dream wedding come true! If it seemed impossible-Joni was able to make it possible. She truly was amazing!! We had a wonderful floral arrangement through Flower Shack bloom and an amazing dinner from Got It Covered Catering (The stuffed chicken and beef tenderloin- are an absolute must!). The DJ really brought the party in full swing and helped us with our little arranged surprises such as surprising the Groom's grandma by Skyping in the his grandpa who was unable to attend during t anniversary dance to recognize their 50+ years of marriage. Our photographer Kristin Blue- another HIGHLY RECOMMENDED- was such a pleasure to work with! She brought out our personalities in the pictures and helped us create the shots that we dreamed of! Also helped us wrangle everyone together for family pictures with our large family. Again, I can't say this enough but I would highly recommend getting married here!! Thank you guys so much for everything!! :) Oh and before I forget- the wedding cake was spectacular!!

Scenic Springs is an excellent wedding venue. Our wedding was February 18th 2017 and we couldn't have asked for a better day. I would definitely recommend this venue for an outdoor wedding the scenery is stunning and the the staff are extremely professional. We had a top notch experience and I can't imagine a more perfect place for the occasion.

This place is awesome! The property is beautiful and the staff is very accommodating. Definitely more bang for your buck here with the all inclusive packages!!! No need to go to dozens of different vendors for catering, linens, bartenders, DJ, lights, event planner, cake ... even the officiant! They make planning your wedding so easy and stress free. Everyone is very knowledgeable, professional and patient at Scenic Springs. I recommend Scenic Springs for your wedding or ANY event.

I fell in love with Scenic Springs from the moment I stepped out of the car, it has a rustic hill country feel with peacocks and deer roaming the ground. Joni was my corrdinator and she was wonderful!! She stayed in touch with me throughout it all and made sure the day of went off without a hitch, I would definitely recommend Scenic Springs to anyone looking for their venue.

We used Scenic Springs for our daughters Quincenera celebration. The staff was very professional and kept good communication with us and our vendors. We utilized the party package and we were able to have a great evening at an affordable price.

My wife and I got married at Scenic Springs. It was absolutely beautiful. The staff was alway friendly and helpful. Freda was our wedding planner. She did an amazing job. We had a few last minute changes before the wedding and we also had a couple of changes during the wedding. Absolutely no one had a problem with our changes and made them happen without hesitation. My husband and I got married at Scenic Springs on November 12, 2016. It was literally the best day of my life. We purchased the all inclusive peacock package and Joni was our coordinator. Joni made the entire year up until the wedding and then our wedding day a stress free experience. She always kept in contact with me and sent me updates. I also kept in contact with her and she would always respond quickly. I could always feel the friendliness in her emails and she always responded with great detail. The property is absolutely beautiful with free roaming peacocks and deer. The hall has a rustic elegant feel to it with a gorgeous view of the hill country. Got It Covered was our catering and linens company, Kent was our DJ, Joe Posada and band was our live band that we hired, Lorna from Scenic Springs designed our cake, groom's cake and monogram, Sherry from Wilson Landscape Nursery and Florist was our florist who designed the most beautiful full arch for our ceremony and big beautiful flower balls for our reception, Paul Anthony and Lala Duclos did my hair and make-up, Kaethe and Sarah from A Many-Splendored Thing Photography were our two photographers and we also had two videographers from Alamo HD Weddings. Our photo booth was from Black Tie Party Rentals and Jamie was a pleasure to work with. Pastor Samuel Galindo married us. If I missed any other vendors, I do apologize. Joni coordinated with all of our vendors so well and all of our guests complimented how organized the event was. It really was a dream come true fairytale wedding. Please please please book here. You will not regret booking at Scenic Springs!!! If you can, consider getting the all inclusive package. It really is a one stop shop. You and your fiance will pick out what you want at your appointments and everything else is taken care of for you!!! P.S. I will be happy to share pictures with any future bride!!

As soon as we saw the beautiful scenery at Scenic Springs we fell in love and instantly knew that it would be our wedding venue. Freda did an amazing job of managing our wedding. We had been planning our wedding for about two years and all the preparation definitely paid off! All of the vendors that we used were awesome and most of them were on the recommended list for Scenic Springs. Jacob was our DJ and was great at corresponding with us to get all of the music and announcement details. Everything was more than I ever could have imagined and it was done with the help of Freda, Jacob, and the staff at Scenic Springs.

Joni went above and beyond to make my day as beautiful as it could be! Everything was so organized and clean!!! Loved every minute of my day :)

Scenic Springs was GREAT! They worked with me on everything. I used a few of their services (DJ, Officiant, and cocktail tables), but did most of it on my own. They were great at coordinating my vendors, and when I had problems finding an officiant they were very quick to step in and get someone for me, who was great by the way! I was one of those nervous brides checking on things pretty frequently and Murri made me feel confident that everything would go smoothly. There was very little that I needed to do either in the reception hall or at the ceremony site. They took care of almost everything. That was a great feeling. Also I have only seen a few wedding pictures so far, but the scenery looks BEAUTIFUL in the ones I have. I HIGHLY recommend scenic springs!

Scenic Springs was the most AMAZING venue!! From the moment we walked in they were completely on the ball and were so easy to work with. We had the best experience with Scenic Springs and all the vendors we used (most we found on the list Scenic Springs provided to us on our first visit to the venue). The scenery is beautiful and just what our little hill country wedding needed! Every member of the staff was helpful and accommodating! I cannot speak highly enough for the travel services we received from Murri at Scenic springs. When we were picking our venue for our wedding we were pleasantly surprised to find out that Scenic Springs would also help us plan our honeymoon with the package that we selected. We definitely wanted to use the opportunity since we had never traveled abroad and didn't know what the best way to start planning. We let Murri know that we were going to plan our honeymoon about a year after our wedding because I was still in school. Murri checked in with us on a regular basis so that we could start planning little by little. I was extremely impressed with Murri because we chose to honeymoon in Lithuania, which is not a usual honeymoon spot. We also were contemplating on two destinations for our honeymoon and Murri researched both and gave us several options. Unfortunately due to work we were only able to go to Lithuania but we really appreciated all the research Murri provided us with. Murri helped us with all of the things we needed to do for passports and was able to find us airline tickets for an extremely reasonable price. I cannot emphasize enough how smoothly the process went. Murri always checked in with us and gave us updates on our travel plans. She provided us with everything we needed and went the extra mile to print out information about where we were staying and things to do on our free days while we were there. When we were actually traveling on our honeymoon, our flights got changed and I was able to email Murri to inform our contacts in Lithuania so that they were aware of the changes. I cannot recommend Scenic Springs enough for travel plans. Thank you so much!

My wife and I had our wedding and reception here. It was definitely a great decision in choosing this place. Everything turned out beautiful. Our wedding coordinator Freda Hoffman did an awesome job at everything. She contacted all of our vendors for us and organized everything with them. All my wife and I had to do was basically just show up. My wife and I couldn't be any more satisfied with this venue and the staff, definitely two thumbs up.

I am beyond pleased with the overall experience that was provided by Scenic Springs. I love the various packages they have to offer, especially the Peacock package which includes everything. This package really helped with our busy schedules. The entire staff was professional and helping throughout the entire process. Lorna and Murri always went out of their way to tend to my wife and I's every need. I personally thank you for helping make our special day so memorable and spectacular! I got engaged 12/27/2013 which gave us more then enough time to find a wedding venue. After searching the web and visiting many venues we came across scenic springs. The pictures were captivating and caught my attention immediately. We visited the venue and it was perfect. After setting the date we were super excited to have our wedding at this location. Joni was very attentive and made the process so much easier. They provided many services and packages we could choose from. They also provided other vendors which made everything easier. Finally, The day of the wedding everything went well. Our guest were amazed with the location and the scenery from the ceremony to the reception. Joni again was very helpful coordinating the event. I wouldn't have it any other way I absolutely loved it there and highly recommend it.

We had the pleasure of finding Scenic Springs and were luckily able to book the date we wanted for our wedding! Everyone we worked with at Scenic Springs did everything possible to make our day amazing!

Our wedding manager Freda Hoffman is simply the best person ever! She is exceptionally organized and thinks of everything and then some! Freda was on top of everything from the first meeting, through the whole planning process! She had the whole night of the wedding under control and even followed up with us a couple days after the wedding! I could not have asked for anything more!

We had an amazing cake by Lorna Main. It looked beautiful and tasted amazing! So many of our guests commented that the cake was fabulous! I was eating a little leftover cake myself for a few days after!

We added the Photo Station that they offer as a alternative to the popular Photo Booths! I really wanted to have one, but it was out of our budget. Everyone loved the props and there are some great fun photos that came from the use of the photo station. I would highly recommend this instead of the photo booths that are only up for a few hours and can be a small little booth. The photo station was a large area that a whole group of people could get in and it was setup and used all night!

The venue itself is beautiful and from the first time I went out there I knew that is where I wanted to have our Wedding. The lawn where our ceremony was preformed was beautiful....better than I imagined! There are so many beautiful options to setup the ceremony and the location offers so many amazing photo opportunities that you just want to take pictures everywhere!

The staff of Scenic Springs goes above and beyond to make your day the very best, and with the beauty of the location and the friendliest staff I have come across I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to celebrate one of the happiest days of their lives!

Scenic Springs was the perfect choice for our wedding this past weekend! My husband and I toured different venues before making our decision, and Scenic Springs just felt so right from the moment we walked in for our tour. It is absolutely beautiful! We had our ceremony outside on their grand lawn facing the bridge and gazebo, and we simply cannot express how beautiful it was and it just made our day that much more special. We have already received so many compliments from our guests on the beautiful views of the grounds and about the gorgeous reception hall.

A huge bonus was the friendly personnel who we had the pleasure of meeting and who helped with planning and organizing everything for our wedding. They were all so helpful and always made themselves available to assist and answered any questions we had. We were in constant contact with our wedding day coordinator throughout the entire process, and we are very grateful to have had that for our big day. It definitely helped to have someone there in charge of keeping us on time and making sure we had everthing we needed.

It was such a memorable night for us that we will never forget! A huge thank you to Freda, Lorna and Kent from Scenic Springs for all that you did and for being a part of our special day.

My husband and I recently got married at Scenic Springs 3 weeks ago and we couldn't be happier with everything This was the first venue we looked at and fell in love with it. Everything about it is gorgeous. Lorna and Murri were a huge help during our wedding planning process. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was that the fireplace was not turned on during our wedding reception. That was one of the main attractions to us but we honestly didn't even notice during the reception since we were so busy. Just a very minimal complaint and I am sure if we notified someone it would have been taken care of. We would recommend to any bride and groom looking for a venue!

We had our "ceremony" at Disney World but since it was too far for most to travel mid week we decided to have a "hometown celebration." We chose a pirate themed wedding and had our celebration on October 31st.... Halloween. We chose a costume event for our guests and, at first, it seemed it might be hard to mesh this Pirates of the Caribbean thee with a "magical" theme. This was not a first marriage for either of us, so we elected to forego the traditional for something "different!" This truly was a fairy tale for us to finally find our "perfect match made in heaven mate...."
Lorna was awesome at making our every wish come true!!! We had the most delicious, intricate wedding and grooms cake!! She is brilliant at her creativeness.. she can truly do whatever you can conceive!!!
The venue looked perfect, Jacob the DJ was in constant touch and every cue was precise.....We had a blast and have had nothing but rave reviews from our guests. The food was a special Halloween/pirate themed menu which was absolutely delicious and served our theme only too well!!!
It was awesome to have every detail attended to with such precision. I thought that being out of town the week of our celebration would make it challenging to personally oversee details for the home celebration.... BUT.... not to worry.. It was all handled professionally and efficiently and came off without a hitch!!!

This is a very beautiful venue that is complemented by a completely professional (and wonderful!) staff. Our wedding went off without a hitch and I couldn't have been more pleased with how this facility completely met all our requests and succeeded even my expectations. Freda (event coordinator) is a jewel! She never missed one single detail. Every aspect was perfect...down to the timing of the peacocks strutting across the lawn! (How DO they train them for that?!?) Highly recommend to anyone seeking a venue for their wedding.

Wow what a gorgeous place! From the first moment I saw pictures I knew I had to check this place out. I had also heard it was affordable. So we checked it out and when I saw the beautiful grounds of Scenic Springs, I knew my dream wedding could happen at a place like this. It was everything I had ever imagined. My mother said it looked like a place out of a fairy tale. Long story short, my wedding was perfect and I know that Scenic Springs is one of the main reasons why! They have plenty of packages to choose from to fit your needs. From a "ceremony only" package to a "all in one" show up in the dress package. There's definitely a package for everyone. Murri, was also my awesome wedding day coordinator and she knows the venue so well. I honestly cannot say one negative thing about this venue! They made my day so special and memorable! I will tell everyone about them! So thankful!

My Wife and I knew as soon as we visited Scenic Springs that it would make a wonderful spot to have our wedding. From the beautiful hill country views, to the bubbling stream that runs next to the lawn we loved every part of it. The peacocks that wander the property add beauty and a bit of fun.

The reception hall was also perfect, it was very spacious for our 150 guest wedding and had all the amenities we could hope for. Our caterer loved the food preparation area , and the built in bar made it very easy for our guests to enjoy beverages. I think the best feature is if you use the Scenic Springs DJ the lighting and sound systems are already built into the building so there is no bulky equipment around or cords for people to trip on.

All of the staff members we worked with were very friendly, helpful and focused on making sure our wedding went just the way we wanted it to. We met frequently with our on site coordinator to ensure that all of the details were worked out and we were on track with all of the planning we needed to do.

The on site cakes were so delicious and they were able to even do a Star Trek grooms cake that was absolutely perfect. The DJ was very easy to work with and used Spotify playlists for us to add or remove songs at our leisure and so we felt like we had complete control over what music played at our wedding.

All in all we were very pleased with Scenic Springs and would definitely recommend it for those looking for a beautiful outdoor setting for their wedding. With the added comfort of an indoor reception hall for after the ceremony.

All I can say is you will NEVER regret booking with Scenic Springs, and I recommend utilizing ALL they have to offer. The second we found Scenic Springs and contacted the staff they made us feel like family. Just recently moving to Texas, being in school full time, and working 40 plus hours I was worried that I would be overwhelmed with planning a wedding. When I found Scenic Springs had an all-inclusive package, we knew this was the venue for us. Other venues we had looked at (and we looked at a lot), made it seem like we were an inconvenience asking for a tour and just made us feel uncomfortable. Murri not only made us feel like VIP during our tour but called to follow-up with us. No other venue we toured did that. Scenic Springs made us feel so special and they made us feel like we were one of their most important clients throughout the whole wedding planning.
I cannot emphasize enough how convenient all of their packages are. When I researched other venues, I found that I had to not only rent the venue BUT also had to find a caterer a florist, rent tables etc. There were so many unexpected costs that I was overwhelmed with trying to find the best deal. With Scenic springs, we just gave our vision and they put it into reality. Scenic springs essentially made all of my wedding dreams come true. Lorna was AMAZING to work with and basically tailored the peacock package to all of my crazy requests. Freda was our wedding planner and is wonder woman. She was always checking in making sure all the plans were going as I had hoped, and stayed in constant contact with our vendors.
The venue had just finished their cottage on the property and we got to use it for our wedding weekend. It is the most darling and cozy cottage. The cottage is tucked away so we could enjoy our privacy, but the fact that we did not have to hire transportation and could just stroll over to the cottage was just another excellent perk.

We were going to have a large wedding in Dripping Springs and changed our plans last minute. Scenic Springs made our wedding day dreams a reality without any stress and with little time to plan. All of there staff was diligent and paid attention to details. They made our wedding ceremony better than we ever expected and it was so easy! They emailed us a list of questions, we answered them and they took care of everything. It was that simple! All we had to do was show up with our guests. The quality and beauty of this venue is top notch inside and outside. Great picture opportunities all over the property. Grooms quarters and brides dressing rooms are perfect. You cannot go wrong by choosing this venue.

This venue is absolutely amazing! At first glance, for anyone who is not interested in an outdoor wedding, this place may be a little "too much" - however, with the many types of packages available, the locations that can be used for the ceremony/reception/both, and the amazing support of your own, personal wedding coordinator (who comes with the package! Oh yeah!), this place was definitely the best decision we ever made.
I wasn't sold on having the ceremony outside, but our coodinator, Freda, was so amazing and helpful and very insightful, I actually had no worries past the first day of meeting and working with her.
As for the lodge where receptions are held (ceremonies, too, if that's what you're feeling), it is absolutely gorgeous inside. On the outside, it looks like a man's-man cottage with a very rustic feel - but the inside is oh, so elegant. It really is the perfect combination of "his and hers".

Also! If suggested to use the vendor who provides the linens, Got It Covered, for catering, DO IT! They have a great variety of linens to incorporate any and all color scheme, as well as incredibly tasty food at awesome prices!

Scenic Springs was such a beautiful venue and we were so happy when we chose them for our wedding. From the moment we first visited, we noticed all the employees were so professional and full of suggestions to help with all the planning. Choosing this venue was the best thing I could've done in planning our wedding. The staff is incredible and make you feel like a part of the family. You are designated a day-of coordinator who is actually more like a wedding planner as they called all of our outside vendors and made sure everyone was kept up-to-date on any changes made to the schedule.

We ended up getting our wedding cake, bar service, officiant, and DJ through them as well and all were amazing! They also made excellent recommendations for catering (Got it Covered) and flowers (Wilson Nursery and Landscaping) which we went with as well.

The day of the wedding we were able to get ready onsite and had the most relaxing time before all of the anxiety set in. Our wedding on the grand lawn and reception in the hall was absolutely beautiful and Freda, our planner, kept us organized and calm throughout the entire process. I am so thankful for all of the amazing people we worked with at Scenic Springs and would recommend all of their services in the highest regard.

My (now) husband and I were in a unique situation. We were both in a long distance relationship and our wedding was planned in yet a third location. As you can imagine, planning required a tremendous amount of communication! Our wedding planner, Murri, was very instrumental in making the process of planning incredibly easy. She was easy to contact, quick to respond, and patient to hear back from us! When we needed something, she was very thorough in her response and it was clear that she had researched several possibilities before responding! Staff were very flexible and responsive to our needs and budget, which was very important as current students! Beyond the planning process, we were most impressed with Murri and other staff the day of the wedding! She was very attentive to our needs ahead of time. For example, she asked us what we wanted for dinner and brought it to our head table. Gestures as such made us feel like she was part of our family! In fact, they blended right in as they continued to ensure our guests were enjoying our ceremony and reception with a HUGE smile on their face!

Working with everyone at Scenic Springs was great. My wedding reception went as smooth as it could have and Freda was such a doll to work with. She made everything easy and comfortable. The cake that we had baked on site was really yummy!

The attitude and professionalism and effectiveness of the staff here is amazing. Always ready to answer questions and help in any way! They were very flexible in our requirements and never made us feel anything but special. The inside facility is so warm and friendly, it was like being at home, but with wonderful music and scenery! They have their own bakery and will provide cakes as requested, even matching suggested pictures. We chose this option so as not to worry about a delivery. We had many choices for flavors and tastings and honestly it was hard to decide as they were all great. With the bride and groom's cake, both turned out wonderfully delicious and we heard nothing but compliments from all of the guests. Everyone seemed to have a wonderful time. What a treat!

Our wedding was on a cold and rainy day but Scenic Springs brought our wedding to life with brightness everywhere. I was blown away with their professionalism and quick responses to changes. The venue is spectacular in every sense of the word. I was not able to be married on their grand lawn because it would of been to harsh of weather conditions to put our guest through. Freda our wedding manger for the venue, and made our night the best by bringing as much of the outside inside while our family and friends got to witness our vows. When booking with Scenic Springs you are given a wedding manager and Freda is the best she really knows her business in making events run smoothly and just great. I recommend this venue not only because it is just beautiful and breath taking of a place to be married at but because you have a great team working to provide great vendors that will give excellent service so you can focus on having a great day with family and friends. We had an unforgettable experience at Scenic Springs!! We had the most perfect outdoor ceremony! Our theme was, peacock! Scenic Springs has a few wild peacocks on site! The peacocks came out to greet and show off their feathers to our guests right before the ceremony!

I had such a great time at my wedding and everyone at the venue was so amazing to work with. Everything went as planned and it was everything I had imagined and more!!

Scenic Springs is such a beautiful place; I cannot get over how amazing my wedding turned out. I was blessed to have Murri as my wedding manager and she went above and beyond for me. She always provided me with ideas, and suggestions on how the flow of timeline should play out on my wedding day. I had my wedding cake provided by Scenic Springs and it was amazing!! When I showed up to the reception I could not believe how it turned out. Everything was what I wanted on the cake even the littlest details. I also had my DJ provided by Scenic Springs and he did everything I had asked. I gave him a list of songs that me and my husband wanted played and all throughout the night he was able to blend our music together (my husband and I have very different taste in music). The view at Scenic Springs is breath taking; all throughout the night my guest came to me and told me how much they enjoyed Scenic Springs beauty.

I just had my wedding at Scenic Springs and I do not have one single regret or bad comment, or negative remark! Everything, from the staff, my coordinator Freda, the venue, to the service was 5 star! The business was run very professionally but had a home-like touch to it. Everyone was so enjoyable to work with. They were quick and attentive throughout the entire planning process and I never had to worry about anything. I had many out-of-state guests and they could not get over how beautiful the venue was. We even got to see a beautiful peacock on the rehearsal which was a sweet touch! We needed minimal decor since the place sells itself. This place made my dream wedding possible! Scenic Springs was amazing! Out of all the places we looked at, it had the best price for the quality. They also offered us a 10 percent military discount, which we always love since we are both active duty military. They gave us a list of vendors to choose from which they all recommended, and all the ones we chose off of the list lived up to our expectations. Lorna, a coordinator at the site, did our cake which was exactly like I asked for and simply beautiful. The DJ, Jacob Pryor, that the site offers was great, as well as, the bartending service they offer.

Joni was our wedding coordinator and she did an amazing job from the early planning stages up to the rehearsal. She was there the entire day of the wedding making sure everything went off without a hitch, and she was so accommodating, completely professional and did everything we asked with a wonderful attitude. If anything went wrong, I didn't notice, and I didn't worry about a single thing that day because she took care of everything for us! She was wonderful and we were so grateful to have her helping us.

Everything turned out so beautiful; there were several spots outside to choose from for the ceremony, and we were able to change it up until the day of the wedding. The reception hall was wonderful, with a stunning view. It was very spacious, and we were able to set it up according to our needs.

People went out of their way to tell us how beautiful the venue was, and asking us how we found it, and commenting that they wanted to use it for various events. We highly recommend Scenic Springs to any bride - it's affordable, absolutely beautiful, the staff is amazing, and we couldn't have asked for anything better than this. My fiancé and I found ourselves with only two weeks to plan our wedding, and I stumbled across Scenic Springs online. We visited the venue and fell in love with it instantly. Scenic Springs is intimate and elegant whilst maintaining a Texas rustic feel. Not only is it a great venue with wonderful views, but it is run by an incredibly professional and dedicated staff team. I couldn't believe what we were able to achieve with their help in such a short space of time. They were able to make suggestions for us, including vendors, but also were very flexible and accommodating on our own ideas and plans for the day. It was truly unique wedding and was perfect for us. There's no strict regime to your day here so you are able to tailor it exactly how you would like.

We could not have picked a better venue if we tried! The staff at Scenic Springs are so friendly and they make you feel right at home... as if you're part of the family. They are very accommodating to all of your needs and willing to do just about anything to make your day exactly what you want it to be. We booked them over a year in advance and they were always very good about keeping in touch with us and answered every question we had along the way. We also had our cake done through them and I must say it tasted amazing! They made each tier a different flavor of our choice and the cake was absolutely beautiful. The on site wedding coordinator, Freda, was so helpful and she made the whole process and our wedding day stress free! All of our guests said this was the most beautiful wedding they'd been to and we have to thank Scenic Springs for most of that... they are a great group of people and I would recommend them to any happy couple to be!

We just had our wedding at Scenic Springs this month and it was absolutely beautiful! Even in July, the outdoor ceremony was well shaded and breezy. I really enjoyed working with Murri and Lorna and they helped us create the wedding of our dreams. I felt that everything went well and our vendors did not seem to have any trouble accessing what they needed for the big day. We purchased one of the larger wedding packages with them so our DJ, cake, and a few other vendors were provided and we were very pleased with their service. I would definitely recommend Scenic Springs to prospective brides! Every one of our guests said they had a great time and that the wedding was beautiful!

The staff at Scenic Springs saved our wedding. We were initially booked at another venue in Helotes. My husband and had so much fun spending a year planning our perfect wedding, down to every decoration and detail at another venue. However, 10 days before our wedding we found out that our first venue was struck by lightening and burnt down. We had put everything into our wedding, and felt so devastated and defeated when we lost our venue.

A few days later we were contacted by Joni at Scenic Springs to let us know they were open and would love to host our wedding. Joni took care of everything. She contacted all of our vendors to arrange arrival times and was there to direct everyone. She was on hand throughout the entire ceremony and reception to make sure everything ran smoothly and stayed on schedule. She even stayed to help my family gather all our decorations and pack up after the reception. In addition, their DJ was great. He put together playlists for the ceremony, dinner, dancing, etc., and we were able to add or remove songs from home using his program. The staff the Scenic Springs did so much for us that our other venue did not offer.

All of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was. We would highly recommend Scenic Springs for other couples, and we are truly thankful for everything the staff at Scenic Springs did for us to make our day amazing.

Scenic Springs was the perfect getaway location for my garden themed wedding. The natural beauty of that area shone bright on my wedding day. My family and friends still can't stop talking about the location and how beautiful it was. The staff was amazing and continued to help me through out the process. I highly recomend this venue to anyone who is looking for that special location with just the right touch.

We were between this venue and another for our wedding, and my husband chose this one because of the waterfalls (he proposed by one in Hawaii). The location is beautiful; we are still hearing that from guests. They have different angles for the ceremony (including indoors if it rains). There is plenty of space both indoors and outdoors to stage just about anything you like. We had about 120 guests and everyone fit in the reception hall with room to spare. Their list of vendors for other services is goo; we selected our florist and caterer off of it. They are very flexible; for example, they had no problem with us setting up a children's area. They set up and take down their decorations and equipment (tables, chairs, linens, anything you rent from them). We rented some decorations - reasonable prices. The dressing rooms are comfortable and furnished well. Very easy to work with staff - very accommodating. The MyDJ service worked very well and saved us money. In short, it is an awesome place to start your married life.

This was absolutely the best experience ever. The location is breathtaking- on a vast lawn under a canopy of trees. Both dressing areas are spacious, and the hall is perfect for a romantic reception. The Main's are great people to work with; they made it all seem easy. They had no problem with any requests and kept us on the time schedule.

I had my dream wedding at Scenic Springs! The venue was beautiful, even in December! The staff was wonderful! They did everything they could to make my day perfecet! We also used them for our wedding cakes, which all of our guests raved about! They also put me in touch with many of my other vendors including our caterer and make up artist. They even helped me plan my honeymoon!! I would recommened Scenic Springs to anyone looking for a beautifully scenic wedding.

We could not have picked a better venue for our daughter's wedding. Lorna and Joni both went above and beyond to make her day special. They were invaluable during the wedding planning, and especially on her wedding day. Everyone we contacted there was always quick to reply with an email or phone call. We used their officiant, DJ, and cake baker. It was such a relief to be able to consolidate these services. She wanted an outdoor ceremony, and the trees at Scenic Springs provided a beautiful backdrop. I would highly recommend this venue.

We could not be any more pleased with our experience with Scenic Springs! From the beginning, everyone there was extremely welcoming and helpful. Lorna runs a beautiful venue and provides fantastic service. The grounds were kept beautifully and the grass was nice and green for our ceremony. There are amazing peacocks roaming the venue and the creek/bridge/gazebo area provides a great background for pictures. We absolutely loved being married among the many trees which also provided just enough shade to keep us cool in late May.

The newly built reception lodge was exactly what we had in mind to hold our party! The windows all around the hall looked out into the Helotes/Grey Forest area which was even more beautiful by candlelight. I absolutely loved our sweetheart table set in front of the fabulous fireplace. The venue provided enough room to hold our 150 family and friends yet keep the intimate feel we wanted. The venue also provided the security services and the professional and accomodating bartending services as we provided the alcohol. This proved to be both a money saver and provided less stress to have the venue take care of so many services.

We could not be happier with our wedding coordinator Freda (included with the venue)...I don't know what I would have done without her! She made everything so smooth and stress free. You can really tell she loves what she does and will strive to make her bride and groom happy. She provided her much appreciated advice and always responded to our inquiries in a timely manner.

Our cakes were also provided by Scenic Springs...I had a picture and an idea and the cake came out exactly how I had pictured it! It was incredibly moist and delicious with 3 different flavors we picked previously at our personalized tasting. We also had a scrumptios tres leches groom's cake.

The whole staff was so helpful through the whole process. It made my wedding so easy b/c I didn't have to go through too many vendors and make so many decisions since they had the options of going through them if you wanted. I went through them for our wedding cake and groomsman cake, fenway park, and it turned out amazing and tasted great. They were so accommodating that some of my layers were cheesecake. We went with there open bar service and were able to change pretty much all the beer and wine to what we liked. We also used their on site travel agent for our honeymoon to Costa Rica and had the time of our lives! Their on site DJ was so flexible and doesn't take up any space in the room so there's plenty of room for guests and dancing! My coordinator was helpful leading up to the wedding and there throughout the entire day. She helped to keep everything going smoothly and calm. Our ceremony was outside and so beautiful and the reception was in the hall. It is breathtaking and we truly recommend Scenic Springs and their staff.

We had a sweet sixteen/quinceanera for my daughter along with our 25th wedding anniversary. Awesome support and flexibility from the entire staff...from mgt all the way to the bartenders. Many complements from our guest and family on finding this "Hidden treasure" of facility. Plenty of room, great view and very classy place. Will do future events!

This venue was the perfect place for my June wedding. It was beautiful inside and out. It's set up in the hill country so the views were gorgeous and the rustic outside and classy, elegant inside were the perfect match to my city upbringing and my husband's country roots. It is spacious and they let you have the entire space (grounds and all) for your special day. The staff is extremely helpful and they take the time to work with you to make your dream wedding a reality. I am so glad that we chose to have our wedding here. I highly recommend it!!

I stumbled upon this venue while researching the many, MANY options offered in our our city San Antonio. I had attended wedding fairs and visited many hopeful locations for a perfect outdoor ceremony and indoor reception location. Scenic Springs was my last hope, it was the last one on our list. When we arrived at this place, I have to admit we were a bit hesitant at first because there was a lot of construction going on at the site. However, when we met with Lorna (owner) we were immediately put at ease. She informed us that they were adding a new indoor venue and to excuse the construction, but she even took us up there for a peek and it was almost complete and we fell in love with the entire place. We walked around the outdoor areas and we heard this bird calls and we come to find out that there are 3 live peacocks on site. We saw these beautiful blue and vibrant creatures just freely walking around the site. Scenic Springs is a registered Texas Wildlife Park so they keep their outdoors fresh and live all year long (and if you're from TX you know how important that is with our year round brown grass! The ceremony and reception package was right for the price and priceless for the location/scenery/service from Scenic Springs. Lorna and family and staff go above and beyond any expectations. They work with you to help you create and plan for the best wedding for you. They don't try to sell you on anything or make you do something you don't want to do. Also our wedding coordinator (which was included with our package deal), Freda was absolutely AMAZING! She went out of her way to help us with different ideas and always, ALWAYS answered my questions via email, phone, text in a TIMELY manner. Freda, Lorna and crew are so easy to work with. As a bride who did all of the planning myself, the family and staff and Scenic Springs made me stress free on the day of my wedding. If you're looking for a beautiful venue that's right for your budget this IS THE place for you!

I could not have asked for a better place to have my wedding reception! We got married on October 6th. Freda was our day of coordinator and wow, did she make everything easy! The price was great and the venue was absolutely beautiful. All of our guests had a great time as there was a little bit of something for everyone. The place is so pretty that minimal decoration is needed. Fanatical Customer Support, my wedding Rocked!! ...

My daughter got married a little over a month ago. I'd have to say that it was the prettiest wedding ever! Scenic Springs was the perfect venue -- in the beautiful Hill Country. The people were wonderful to work with -- very attentive and flexible to our every need. They were very responsive to our phone calls and emails. As mother-of-the-bride, it was such a delight to just sit back and enjoy this special day----loved the on-site wedding facilitator! I felt that we got a lot for our buck. I would highly recommend Scenic Springs. We were truly blessed to have found Scenic Springs and be surrounded by such a wonderful group of people on my daughter's special day!

Scenic Springs is an absolutely beautiful venue for any event. I have attended a wedding and a baby shower at this site and have been amazed at the detail that the Scenic Springs team provides. At both events, the wedding party and the mother-to-be where the top priorities for this team which is lead by Lorna. The grounds and the event hall are absolutely gorgeous. Every now and then you may even see a peacock or two. Set in the hill country, the photo opportunities are wonderful with so many backgrounds provided by nature. I would recommend this location for any event whether it is a big event or small, no detail is left unturned.

We held an 80th Birthday Party at Scenic Springs and it was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and the party turned out to be a huge success. The Birthday Cake was made at the venue and it was delicious. We had "My DJ" and the photo loop going the whole afternoon. All guests had fun and were very comfortable on a hot August afternoon!
