We had the most amazing night thanks to SCE. Jason Jani was our DJ and they say he is the best for a reason. Ive been to weddings with him and I just knew we had to have him for ours. From our initial conversation with him, we knew we were in good hands. He knew exactly the vibe we were looking for, he was super responsive via text/email whenever we needed him, and his team was also so nice. He was genuinely so excited for our wedding day which really put us at ease. Our dance floor was PACKED all night long!!! He played music for all age groups and we didn’t even give any recommendations for must plays. Our guests still talk about how our wedding had the best music. 100000/10 recommend -

DJ Kevin was our DJ for our wedding at the Lucy in Philadelphia in May 2026. We had an incredible night. He played all the hits that kept our friends and family on the dancefloor. His MC skills were great and even had some perfectly timed jokes. He was extremely responsive throughout and also very uplifting as we went through the preparation process. My wife and I will be lucky enough to attend another wedding in the coming months where he will be DJing again and we can't wait! SCE and Kevin are a great group to work with! -

We reached out to SCE based on friends and family's past experiences, so we knew we were going to be in good hands from the get-go. We chose DJ Bobby LaFauci because we had actually been to a wedding that he performed at the year before. He was communicative throughout our engagement, and we had multiple Zoom meetings to make sure he knew what we wanted. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we had some music changes that he had no issue working with us on. Even on the day we had some wedding party entrance changes, he was kind enough to adapt to our needs in that high-intensity environment. Although we didn't hear as many of the songs as we had put on our "must play" list, there was always music playing, and everyone was having a good time. DJ Bobby made sure we had fun, and he was very personable and friendly to everyone he interacted with. We are very happy with our choice! -

We cannot recommend SCE Event Group and Paul Knox enough! Working with Paul was honestly one of our favorite parts of wedding planning because he made the entire process so exciting and stress-free. SCE Event Group is extremely organized, structured, and easy to work with from start to finish. Communication was always quick and easy, and Paul was always available whenever we had questions or ideas. They also coordinated seamlessly with our venue, which made the entire day run so smoothly.
From all of the behind-the-scenes planning to the day of the wedding, Paul made sure everything was exactly how we envisioned it. He brought such high energy and an amazing personality that made everyone feel comfortable and excited all night long. He got personal with our families and bridal party, kept everyone laughing, and had our guests on the dance floor the entire night while making everything flow perfectly.
The music was amazing from start to finish — ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He played everything we requested and completely nailed the vibe we wanted. The lighting package was also very well done and added so much to the atmosphere of the reception. We also loved how much he genuinely cares about his couples — even taking photos with us and sharing our special day on his social media.
Overall, this is hands down one of the best DJ companies around. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality and experience they provide, and we are so grateful we chose them for our wedding! -

We had Jason Jani DJ our wedding on 4/25/26 at Park Loft and he made our entire night a dream! From start to finish, Jason was so personable, on point, and easy to work with. He fully gets his couples' vision and takes direction while also putting his extremely talented spin on things. The entire crowd was dancing the whole night and we all had a blast. No one sits at a Jason Jani/SCE wedding!! Jason also gave us really amazing advice to take the night in and look at everyone in the room celebrating us - He reminded us to be present. He did not have to do this, but we followed his instructions and it will forever mean the world to us that he gave us that tip. Highy recco this team for your wedding entertainment. 10/10!! -

From beginning to end the process with SCE and more specifically our DJ, Seth Velez, was the greatest experience. It was evident from the first meeting with Seth that he not only loves and has a passion for what he does, but he truly cares about the experience his clients receive. Our wedding was spectacular and a large part of that is because of Seth. Our main goal was for everyone to have fun and hopefully a majority of that being on the dance floor. Seth made that happen with the playlist he curated along with the cool mixing from song to song. We asked to be brought back to our college days but to mix in songs that our parents would enjoy too and that is EXACTLY what happened. He kept people from their 30s-60s on the dance floor the entire night. Which is something I will always be amazed by! We will truly remember our wedding night forever and that is something Seth helped make happen. We cannot thank Seth and all of SCE for the wedding of our dreams coming to life! -

Best Day Ever !
.Jason Jani from SCE Event Group was hands down one of the best decisions Jessica and Kyle made for their wedding on April 18th 2026 at Clark’s Landing Yacht Club
As we all know, music can make or break a party and Jason absolutely nailed it. From the ceremony music, where every detail was perfectly on point and exactly how Jessica envisioned it, to the incredible mix of music for our crowd throughout the night, everything was flawless. The dance floor was packed the entire evening!
From the moment we hired Jason, he made us feel like this was the only wedding he was focused on. He spent so much time with Jessica and Kyle, making sure every detail was perfect, and you could truly see how much he cared about making their special day unforgettable. He told them it was an honor to be chosen to be part of such an important moment, and that genuine passion showed in every aspect of his work.
Jason is professional on every level, incredibly talented, and truly cares about his clients. If you want an amazing time and someone who will go above and beyond to make your event unforgettable, I highly recommend Jason Jani and SCE Event Group.
When the day comes for one of my other children to get married, there’s no question, we’ll be calling Jason first.

We had the best experience you could ask for with Paul from SCE. From the beginning, Paul was a pleasure to work with. His energy can’t be beat! He was available to answer all and any questions, was honest, and an overall pro. On our wedding day, our dance floor was jumping the whole time!!!!!! He really cared about making sure we were having a good time and paid attention to all the details, like when we wanted songs stopped/started. We just celebrated our wedding, Seth was the DJ. If you are looking for a DJ that takes time to get to know you, understands your vibe and plays music to keep the dance floor going this is your guy. I had numerous guests come up to me and tell me how they loved the music, it was a little bit of everything, that is exactly what we wanted. The groom and myself have two little daughters that were apart of our wedding. I asked Seth if he can play a message our 23 month old made before she walked down the aisle. Jason Cohen from SCE was our DJ for our wedding on 2/24/26 he knocked it out of the park! We found him through a friend who had been a guest at a wedding he DJ’d a few years back; she said he was the best DJ she had experienced so we decided to reach out to him and we are so glad we did.
Hiring Jason was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The energy and dancing was spectacular the whole night and the dance floor was full. Many of our guests remarked that it was the best party they’ve ever been to! It was such a pleasure to work with Jason, as well as Levi, who was the amazing DJ for our after party and kept the energy up through the last song!
Jason Cohen was excellent to work with from start to finish: professional, down-to-earth, responsive, a great listener, friendly… we were able to put all of our trust in him and just let go and enjoy the night.
Everyone should hire Jason Cohen! He is the best! Thank you, Jason! -

Seth was hands down the most incredible DJ we could have asked for. After meeting with so many DJ vendors who gave absolutely zero care about what we actually wanted and were only interested in upselling every possible add-on, finding Seth felt like a breath of fresh air. From our very first meeting, he felt less like a vendor and more like extended family. Seth's energy was contagious and immediately put me at ease. He genuinely listened to our vision and took the time to understand what mattered to us. We gave him a musical background that was all over the map, literally everything from country to EDM and he seamlessly wove it all together into the perfect wedding playlist. His read on the room throughout the night was absolutely incredible. We were able to put our complete faith in him, and he delivered beyond our wildest expectations.
Beyond Seth's amazing work, I also want to take a moment to thank Jason Jani and the entire SCE staff. We had a small hiccup with our final payment due to the winter storms here in Jersey, and it didn't reach them on time. I was absolutely stressed about it. I always put my reputation first, and not getting payment in on time felt like such a poor reflection on myself and my family. But Jason handled everything directly with my parents when I was unable to, and he went above and beyond to calm my nerves and reassure me that exactly why I had picked them. He never once made me feel badly about the situation, which meant so much to me during an already emotional time. His entire team was so lovely and understanding as we worked through coordinating everything. They have the most stealth dry ice guy on earth. Seriously, I never once saw him move through the room during our first dance, and neither did any of our guests. He was like a ninja, completely invisible yet making absolute magic happen. That level of discretion made the dancing on clouds experience that much more immersive and special. We were able to stay completely in the moment without any distractions. It felt like pure movie magic, and the photos turned out absolutely stunning. It's those little details and that level of professionalism that really set them apart. SCE has earned our loyalty for life. They will be our only choice for DJs at every celebration from here on out. If you want a team that truly cares about you and your day, look no further! -

Receptive and great listeners! Starting with the SCE admin emails and communication everything was very professional and great customer service. We worked with Jason Cohen and he listened to us on the exact vibe we wanted including some specific details and songs requests and Jason Cohen SCE deliver! We opted to do the Sparklers and Clouds worked with the Park Savoys uplighting. SCE also helped deliver on our ceremony in the chapel which was beautiful. Amazing dj
Paul and his crew were amazing! 1000/10 would recommend them to everyone! We got married a week ago and the only time people weren’t on the dance floor was for dinner. (which is what we wanted) Paul and the crew kept the music flowing all night and played all the styles of music we requested. Everyone kept telling us the music we picked was great and I couldn’t thank Paul enough for a wonderful night!
Jenna the photo booth attendant was great as well, she made sure everything ran smoothly over by the booth. Which is what was needed!
Everything was great, If you are looking for a dj or photo booth I world definitely recommend them, if I have any other party’s in the future they would be my first pick! -

Perona Barn wedding with Nick Spinelli
I didn’t want your typically wedding party! I wanted to feel like I was at a club in 2008 and Nick delivered. Every person at the wedding raved about the Dj. He was truly amazing and made the night so much fun! Pink pony club was my requested last song so when I heard it I was initially upset because I knew it was almost over. I quickly snapped out of it and screamed the song at the top of my lungs. With the being said Nick snuck one more song in and it made me so happy! I will truly remember this night forever and so will all my guests. -

SCE + DJ Paul Knox are the absolute best in the business. There is something about an SCE wedding that is so special (I have been in two weddings where they were the DJ group and these weddings had the BEST music!!!!) so of course we had to book with them.
Paul was incredibly organized and communicative. He managed our many requests perfectly, including my dad's surprise song choice for our father/daughter dance. Not one beat (pun intended) was missed. My #1 goal for our wedding was a packed dance floor and Paul delivered. He read the crowd and made sure that our guests of all age groups were taken care of. His energy was infectious and all of our guests raved about him! Thanks Paul for making this the most fun day of our lives! -

We had the absolute BEST experience with DJ Obando at our wedding! From the very beginning he was so pleasant and easy to work with. We needed a bilingual DJ who could bring the party with some throwbacks, bachata, and classics—and he did not miss a single beat. The dance floor was packed from beginning to end. Even before dinner the dance floor was already poppin’… we actually forgot we hadn’t eaten yet because the vibes were that good!

DJ Kevin Garrity (supported by his fiance, Teddie) made our night at Running Deer Golf Club unforgettable! The energy, support, comedy and calming demeanor these two bring is exactly what we needed.
We got nothing but amazing compliments on the music, lighting, and MCing. Our goal was to get everyone dancing right from the jump and they executed perfectly. The floor was packed all night.
Beyond that, Kevin was fully prepared and coordinated seamlessly with vendors and staff. He always brings fun, positive energy and is quick on his feet with jokes which made the whole process so much fun!!.. My suggestion: Give him an idea of the vibe youre looking for (and boxes to check), then let him cook!!! Phenomenal job Kevin (& Teddie), thank you for everything.

Hiring Jason Cohen from SCE Event Group was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Jason understood our style, our must-plays and our absolutely-not list. As someone who works in events, I can say he nailed every moment.
Eric and Charlie were also fantastic with lighting and video. They felt like part of the wedding party in the best way and they helped make everything run perfectly.

DJ Seth Velez is the DJ you need to book right now!! My husband and I booked Seth for our wedding and he absolutely brought the party! Seth is also the sweetest human-being we have ever worked with. He truly cares about his clients and was in our corner from Day 1, making sure our wedding day was exactly what we wanted.
Our first meeting with DJ Seth sealed the deal for us. His excitement to be working with us on our wedding was genuine. He made us feel confident that our wedding would be nothing short of amazing and that he had the expertise to make sure our guests were having so much fun. During our 6-month meeting, Seth went over each part of the music questionnaire with us so we knew exactly what to do when filling it out. In between meetings, Seth was available via texts and email to answer any questions we had. He even offered his professional opinion on our song choices when we asked him.
The day of the wedding, Seth came to my husband and I and introduced himself, again. He went over the details to make sure our day was exactly what we wanted. Seth perfectly blended each of our ceremony songs so the music flowed. During the reception, Seth's true talents shined!! He had the dance floor packed from the moment it opened to the end of the last song (and then the end of the encore song)! Our guests were throwing down on the dance floor and it was the reception of mine and my husband's dreams!! We received compliments from so many of our wedding guests about our DJ - compliments from my college-aged cousins to our grandparents! Seth used the playlists we created to get an idea of what kind of music we liked and played songs everyone was excited to dance to!! He even had my 92-year-old grandmother up and dancing! Our reception was seriously so much fun thanks to DJ Seth.

We used SCE EventGroup for our wedding on October 25th 2025!! Choosing a DJ felt like one of the hardest parts of wedding planning because they truly control the energy of the entire night. My husband Brandon and I love EDM, and we knew it could be a challenge to find someone who could blend that festival-style energy with mainstream wedding favorites that would keep everyone on the dance floor. From the very first Zoom meeting with Kevin Garrity from SCE Event Group, we knew he was the one. He instantly understood our vibe, listened to every like and dislike, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. By the second meeting, it felt like we had known him forever. The planning form he sent us was incredibly helpful, it got us thinking about moments, transitions, and timing we never would’ve considered on our own. When we sent Kevin our playlists, he mixed everything flawlessly and created the perfect balance of EDM energy and classic crowd-pleasers. We were blown away by how effortlessly he tied everything together. He absolutely killed it on our wedding day. Every single person was on the dance floor all night. The energy never dipped, not once. The feedback from our friends and family has been unreal. People keep telling us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to, and Kevin is a huge reason why. His timing throughout the day was perfect, from the ceremony music fading in and out at the right moments, to keeping the reception flowing seamlessly. He was interactive, fun, and in tune with the crowd without ever being overbearing. We’ve been to weddings where the music is painfully loud (and we’re people who LOVE heavy dubstep and bass), so we asked Kevin to really pay attention to volume. Whatever magic he did, whether it was his equipment, his skill, or both... it was perfect. The sound was full and energetic but never overwhelming. We could actually enjoy the music AND still talk to our guests. On top of all that, Kevin is planning his own wedding right now, and somehow still showed up and delivered like an absolute rockstar. His professionalism, talent, and attention to detail truly stand out. We cannot thank Kevin and SCE Event Group enough. It was the best night of our lives and a night we, and our guests, will never forget. If you want a DJ who understands energy, mixes like a pro, cares deeply about your vision, and genuinely loves what he does, book Kevin. You won’t regret it. -

The first thing I asked at our venue (Clarks Landing Yacht Club) was who to book as a DJ, and they didn't event hesitate before recommending Jason Jani. I am so glad we went with the recommendation because from day 1, Jason Jani and the Team at SCE Event Group went ABOVE & BEYOND to truly deliver the best wedding experience would could have possibly asked for. The office team was so responsive and helpful, and Jason made us feel like family on every planning call and the entire night of our wedding. He went above and beyond to deliver an incredible party for not only us, but all of our guests. I was hesitant about allowing for guest requests, but he excellently weaved in their requests without me really noticing but left our guests feeling over the moon. Jason even surprised us halfway through the wedding by incorporating footage his team had shot during our ceremony and displaying it on his DJ booth – that is truly a moment I will never forget, being able to see footage from that moment while still enjoying our wedding with all our guests. I cannot recommend Jason Jani and his team enough – book SCE Event Group for your wedding, you won't regret it! -

Amazing 10/10 Crushed it
Going to be a long review but TLDR: if you are considering Jason for your wedding and don’t choose him, you messed up. Get this guy at your wedding at all costs.
Jason and SCE event group were a 10/10 from start to finish for our wedding. Leading up to everything the communication was great. Jason strikes a great balance of listening to and incorporating your preferences while also sharing best practices and insights from his experience. As a couple who loved music and knew the general vibe we were going before but didn’t know the first thing about planning a wedding or a dj set, this was exactly what we needed. He was accommodating to what we wanted while helping keep us on track. He was friendly, communicative, and available for months and even years (we started planning early) before our big day.
On the day of the wedding Jason absolutely blew us away. First off the music was amazing and he kept the dance floor electric all night. His set lived up to exactly what we talked about with just the right amount of surprises and creativity. Of course the music is the most important job for a dj and he crushed it, no notes.
However, what impressed us almost more than how much he crushed the music was his level of organization and dedication to making sure our night ran smoothly. He acted as a de facto wedding coordinator in the way that he kept us in the loop, checked in with us throughout the night, and partnered with our other vendors. The day-of coordinator from our venue left some things to be desired (another review for another day) and I am convinced if it was not for Jason we would have had some major hiccups. I never would have expected the DJ from our wedding to be the one keeping everything on track but Jason was there every step of the way.
I could honestly talk forever about how impressive Jason was and how thankful I am that he was at our wedding. He made it the party of our lifetime while also making sure things ran smooth and we weren’t caught off guard by anything. My only complaint is that I won’t ever have another wedding where I can hire Jason. I’ll have to find an excuse to throw another huge party so he can DJ. If you read this far in this review and aren’t convinced, I don’t know what else to tell you. Your wedding is the biggest party you’ll ever throw for yourself - put it in the hands Jason and you won’t regret it. -

Our DJ, Chris Obando, was amazing! 5 stars, 10/10 any way you want to measure it, you should use Chris if you want to have a fun and memorable DJ that all of your guests will be complementing you on.
From the moment the music started, the energy at our reception never let up. He was extremely professional and was able to create a night that our guests are still raving about weeks after our wedding. We were incredibly appreciative of Chris, and his attention to detail through the entire process.
We had three meetings via Zoom before the big day to discuss our vision. He led every meeting with a coordinated plan. We were so excited because the energy Chris brought was absolutely infectious. Chris made it easy by asking for 25 must play songs plus a questioner to understand what we want to be played at the reception and we couldn't wait to hear the final product. From there he made a mix that had all of our songs, songs we loved but didn’t think to play, and everything had a smooth transition to keep the energy flowing. We didn’t have an empty dance floor all night because of Chris’s talent.
We couldn't have asked for a better DJ. If you're seeking a high-energy, crowd-pleasing night that you and your guests will be talking about for years to come, look no further. You'll be missing out if your DJ isn't Chris Obando. -

DJ Bobby Lafauci did an incredible job at our wedding this past weekend!!! We received so many compliments from our guests and still are about how incredible the music was. The up lighting was beautiful in the ballroom and the variation of music is exactly what we wanted and Bobby executed it perfectly. We especially loved how Bobby fooled everybody with the last song of the night and we got to hear one more time by Daft Punk and everybody was loving it

Christian LaGrotteria from SCE DJed my wedding on Friday, October 3rd of 2025 and he was AMAZING! We told Christian that we wanted a really "dancey" wedding with a ton of alternative punk and early 2000s throwback music and he DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The dance floor was packed all night! Our guests keep telling us that they have never been to a wedding with so much dancing before. It was exactly what we wanted, and we are beyond satisfied with Christian and SCE!
The photobooth operator was also wonderful! She went out of her way to take the polaroid camera we brought and snap photos around the ballroom whenever the photobooth was empty.

Always available amazing but no one could compare to our DJ/Host Chris Atwood. What a Night!!!!!!!! DJ Paul Knox and his team absolutely crushed it. My wife and I could not say enough nice things about them. We were getting compliments all night!! The vibes were High! The emotions were High! And how fitting since we are now the Highs! Working with Paul this whole process was so easy and seamless. We told him what our vision was and he made it a reality. We might need to run it back as like 10 year anniversary party. Absolutely electric with the energy! And he really pours his all into his clients. If your having a wedding he does something which I think is pretty cool is he takes photos with each couple. They were all so nice and easy to talk to. Really made us feel comfortable that they obviously knew what they were doing. I would 1000% recommend them to anybody! From the jump when I spoke to SCE, I told them I wanted someone who brings the energy and without hesitation, they were like Paul Knox! I was like then that's our DJ!!! The rest is history. DJ Paul Knox from SCE Event Group was phenomenal from start to finish. He was extremely professional, truly understood all of mine and Rebecca’s needs, and hit every single request we made. Paul kept everything organized, on time, and running smoothly while keeping the energy high all night long.

Jason Cohen and his crew from SCE did the best job anyone could’ve asked for. I can’t count on two hands the amount of people who came up to me during my wedding to tell me how good the DJ was. He was extremely professional and personable. Ironing out the details for the big day was a breeze and he was so organized I never had a single concern that things wouldn’t go exactly as planned. The booth set up was extremely well done, he took photos to highlight the evening on the DJ booth itself which was a great touch, and the lights were an amazing add on. First and foremost, Chris is the definition of a professional. From the very first day we met with him, we were blown away with his skill and knowledge. We were so ready to just hire a family member (minimum experience) for the wedding because we wanted something cheap, we were averse to spending money, we didn’t get what went into it. If there is ONE THING you should spend your money on at your wedding it’s your DJ and it should be DJ O. He made us understand the VALUE of hiring a professional DJ and not just a DJ mind you, the person who is going to run and be in charge of your wedding day. We can't say enough good things about SCE and our DJ, Jason Cohen. We had a ~160 person wedding at City Winery, Hudson Valley, and the dance floor was filled to the brim all night. So many people came up to us during the night and after the wedding to tell us (unprompted) how good the DJ was. The venue even asked Jason if he wanted to extend the first dance set between salads and the main course for another 15 minutes because everybody was having such a blast. What a night and what a party! -

My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with Chris and how he DJ’d/emceed our wedding! I had researched who our DJ would be VERY thoroughly, as we have a big family and lots of different cultures and age groups. We wanted someone who could seamlessly integrate all that into a great time and facilitate getting people on the dance floor. Not only did Chris get people on the dance floor, there were dozens of our guests who came up to us afterwards who said they never left the dance floor! When I look back at the videos there are at least 50+ people giving it their all and dancing and singing along! During the prep process we met with Chris as total of three times and each time we got into the details of what we wanted the vibe to be and he brought to our attention things we never would’ve thought of. We trusted him explicitly and relied on him to fill in the gaps of our playlist. He not only did this but also was BEYOND communicative DURING the wedding - coming up to me and my husband at our table to cue on us on what was happening next so nothing was a surprise. He lived up to all expectations and more. Chris deserves a medal for making everything he does seem so easy - people told us it was the best wedding they’d ever been to!! -

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Bobby from SCE for our wedding, and we can’t recommend him enough. From the very first meeting, Bobby took the time to really listen to our vision — not just the songs we liked, but the vibe we wanted for the whole evening. He understood exactly what would get our friends and family out on the dance floor and brought it to life with his unique mixing style and thoughtful use of our playlists. Even when there were small hiccups (not his fault - for example, the bride not being in the room for one of her favorite songs) he called an audible and executed it flawlessly.
Bobby is a true professional. He walked us through every step of the process, presenting us with clear options for everything from lighting to special effects, so we always knew what to expect — no surprises, just support.
We also worked with Steph in the front office, who seamlessly helped us bring in Ceremonious Strings NJ for our ceremony — a stunning addition that made the ceremony feel classical, romantic, and elegant. When two of our bridal party members played a duet during the ceremony, Bobby made sure they had everything they needed: mics, amp cords, and speakers. We didn't worry about a thing.

We worked with Chris Obando (DJ O) at SCE for our wedding this past weekend, and cannot possibly capture how much of a DREAM it was to work with him and the SCE team. From the moment we started working with Chris, he took a genuine interest in getting to know us, our backgrounds, and we even realized that we went to the same high school! He is such a genuinely kind person and worked around our family dynamics absolutely perfectly and planned the most special moments for our family - from such a sentimental first dance with mom, to coming prepared with surprise Cuban and Puerto Rican flags for our families! That was just Chris being an amazing person. As a DJ, his level of expertise was truly unmatched. He was extremely professional and completely understood our vision, while offering alternative ideas that we might not have thought about previously. As soon as we hit the dance floor, we knew it was going to be a crazy night of dancing. Every song was so danceable with such a great beat. We literally did not sit down ONCE after Chris started playing music and neither did our guests. The dance floor was PACKED all night and Chris navigated different genres and hit all of our “Must Plays” and somehow made them even better than we could have imagined with his mixes. The uplighting was stunning and the party lights made for such a fun clubby atmosphere - our guests all lost their voices because they said they felt like they were at a concert or club.
