High quality food, incredible service
Absolutely incredible for our wedding! We had multiple guests come up to us after dinner to say how they had some of the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding! Katie did an INCREDIBLE job helping us through every step of the process! Saz’s not only provided great food, but fantastic service, and wonderful rentals that made our wedding beautiful. I highly recommend attending a group tasting to try the widest variety of food possible to determine what you want for your big day.

Best decision
Saz’s Catering is in a league of its own. From the very first tasting, we knew we were in trouble in the best way, because choosing a wedding menu when everything is incredible feels like an impossible, delicious puzzle. The portions alone deserve a standing ovation. You truly need about four stomachs to do it justice, and even then you’ll still be thinking about the food the next day.
One of the things we loved most was how flexible and creative Saz’s is. If there happens to be something you’re dreaming of that’s not on their menu, they’ll make it as long as you share the recipe and somehow, magically, it will be even better than the original. That kind of care and confidence speaks volumes. We also chose family style plating, which was a major win. Not having to track down and return everyone’s dinner plate choice felt like a gift, and it created a warm, engaging dining experience our guests absolutely loved.
And the hors d’oeuvres. We still hear about them, especially the crab rangoons, which we chose as one of our three options and which disappeared in record time. Weeks later, we are still getting messages from friends and family raving about how delicious everything was. Saz’s didn’t just feed our guests, they wowed them. If you want food that’s generous, unforgettable, and talked about long after the wedding ends, Saz’s Catering delivers in every possible way.

Saz's Catering Services was fantastic, elegant and delicious.
Saz's helped us to decide a family styled meal plan. They also accommodated a specialized vegetarians, children's meal and dietary restrictions menu planning.
Saz's Catering went above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend this company to family and friends. Saz's Catering Not 5 starts but 10 ⭐.

Excellent food and service!
Katie and her team were excellent to work with for our wedding. The food tasted amazing and we had so many compliments on the food from our guests. We loved the family style option as it offers a different way to dine and mingle with guests. Julie who took care of my husband and I was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. I cannot recommend them enough!

Exceeded Expectations
From the start, Katie was awesome to work with and very easy to communicate with. We loved being able to do a tasting and getting to try different foods that we could have on our special day. It really helped when it came to pick our menu. Family style was a great option so everyone got served at the same time, and no one was waiting on a buffet line. The whole day the Saz's team was so friendly and made sure me and my husband got everything we needed. The small touches from the staff, like making sure they brought appetizers to us, and even had a plate of them at our table before dinner, and asking if we needed anything really made us feel taken care of. They also were able to get us donuts for dessert which made the day that much easier. We picked Saz's because for one price you knew what you were getting. Unlike other caterers who if you wanted to add on late night pizza, or appetizers or donuts, would be an extra cost. We knew up front how much we were paying and what we would get, and no guessing on a price! We are the second ones in our family to use Saz's and we will continue to recommend them to everyone!

Pick Saz's for Your Wedding!!
We can’t recommend Saz’s enough! Katie was responsive, professional, and enthusiastic throughout the entire process. We originally toured a Saz’s venue but when we picked a different location, she seamlessly started working with us on catering at our chosen venue. The tasting was collaborative and fun. There is no shortage of options and Saz’s readily accommodated all our guests’ needs. We were so excited about their family style option, which was a huge hit with our guests! Service at the reception was efficient and the staff were gracious and friendly. Perhaps most importantly, the food was AMAZING! We got compliments all weekend and several guests said it was the best wedding food they ever had! My dad was sad there wasn’t a to-go box for the short ribs :)

A Tasty Part of a Special Day
We recently used Saz's to cater our wedding and it was a fantastic experience from the initial tasting through the planning to the actual event. Katie and her team were excellent throughout the whole process and the food was so good! Our questions were always answered quickly and special requests were readily accommodated. Our guests had so many compliments on the meal and absolutely loved the hors d'oeuvres and mozzarella sticks and cheese curds for the late night snack. Months later we're still hearing from people about how this was some of the best food they've ever had at a wedding. We're so glad we used Saz's to cater our special event and would recommend them to anyone getting married in Milwaukee.

In Milwaukee, Choose Saz's
Saz's was an amazing vendor to work with. They were super helpful in making sure we understood their package options & were flexible with adjusting items to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.
On the day off everything went smoothly & all the staff were amazing.
Everyone after our wedding couldn't stop telling us how great the food was. The Short Ribs were definitely the big hit along with the Risotto Martini Bar. Honestly we received so many compliments on the food.

Our Wedding 💒
My Husband and I recently had our wedding 9.19.25 and Saz’s was the company we used for our food! They were absolutely amazing from day one of making plans and food decisions to the day of. The food was presented so well and was delicious! Our food tasting blew us away, hands down the best wedding food we have ever had. It was so hard to choose which items to have at our wedding because everything was so delicious! Not to mention, the staff were very attentive to our guests and always kept the tables so neat and clean. They also saved my husband and I some of our hors d’oeuvre cocktail hour. We were taking pictures during this time so it was pretty awesome that they saved us some food! All of our guests and even some of our other vendors told us “We’ve been to many weddings and this was by far the best wedding food we’ve ever had” thank you again for being a part of our day!

Great experience with Saz's!

Jaime was amazing!
While we were touring a rehearsal dinner/welcome party venue, we met Jaime from Saz's as she stepped in for the tour due to our very limited availability, and she was LOVELY! She even took the time to show us their new space, South Second, as we were still looking for a wedding venue. She is such a wealth of knowledge not only on the space but also the industry as a whole. She was very professional yet down to earth! Though we haven't tried their food, I'm sure it is delicious. I recommend checking them out!

Wedding: Blue Ribbon Hall at Historic Pabst Brewery
Loved working with Saz's for our wedding catering. Right from the start, the sales team was super responsive and easy to work with. Responded to all questions very quickly. The onsite team was wonderful - very professional and friendly. We are still receiving comments from our guests about how great the food was! We had passed apps, pre-set salad, buffet dinner, frozen custard bar and late-night pizza. All was delicious! I highly recommend Saz's Catering.

From the moment we did our tasting, we knew we would move forward with Saz's Catering for our wedding. Everyone we worked with was professional, organized, and kind. Cannot recommend Saz's enough!
I am so glad we chose Saz's as our wedding caterer! The team was helpful every step of the way - from making a decision on a caterer, to choosing the food options, even to ensuring our needs were met the day of our wedding. Leading up to the wedding, our event planner, Katie, was able to assist with creating a timeline for food, upgrading linens and glassware, and recommendations for food choices. As a bride with a lot of questions, she was always super helpful and able to assist every step of the way. The tasting was so fun and really allowed us to see everything Saz's has to offer. All the food was delicious! On the day of, the Saz's staff was so lovely to work with and genuinely kind. We are still receiving compliments on the food from our guests! Cannot recommend them enough!

Hungry and happy guests!
We had saz’s cater our wedding and they did an amazing job! Not many people comment on wedding food at the end of the night, but our guests absolutely raved about the food! As always, Saz’s delivers the best food and service! The team lead was extremely attentive and came up to me as the bride to make sure I had enough to eat, if she could help, etc. our guests commented on how pleasant the staff was. And of course the Saz’s late night mozz sticks were a hit!

Wedding Buffet
Your team was so easy to work with, accommodating, kind, and the execution seemed flawless from our end. The sales team made catering the easiest part of planning our wedding. Your staff the day of was wonderful. There was a woman who we felt went above and beyond - she stood in front of my mom’s charcuterie table to make sure the photographer got a photo of it before it was demolished, as well as our cupcake display. She brought us a mini listerine bottle when she noticed guests kept klinking their glasses for us to kiss while we ate. She prepared an extra plate for us to put on the side for later since we were so busy, once they were ready to clean up. She also (I’m pretty sure at my husband’s request) showed him the pig’s head on the platter, which he loved!). Your staff was also super kind with my 2-year old niece who tried to outrun her dad at times, and thought she could reach up onto the table to grab snacks for herself… your staff would grab it for her. The guests raved about the food, and everyone loved it! We would highly recommend Saz’s!

The Most Amazing Brunch Wedding with Saz's
Saz's catered our brunch wedding this past weekend and it an absolute hit! Not only was Saz's staff the most friendly they ensured our experience for us and our guests was the best!
Everyone RAVED about the food - we had breakfast foods, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, corned beef hash, chicken & waffles and pastries! Couldn't have been a better selection and our guests loved their meals!
Definitely recommend Saz's for all of your event needs!

Absolutely delicious food and amazing service!
We do not have enough positive things to say about Saz's Hospitality! We were married on 9/22/23 at The George and Madcap Lounge, and from start to finish, our day was an absolute dream come true. We worked closely with Michelle, and she was STELLAR to work with- so organized, communicative, and informative. She put our minds at ease with all of the overwhelming choices, and helped us make informed decisions, while also staying true to our vision.
From our first tasting, we felt so well taken care of. All of the food was absolutely delicious!! We got so many compliments throughout the night on the Fall Harvest Chicken, Butternut Squash Ravioli and Korean Beef Short Rib options we chose for our plated dinner. Guests also LOVED that we had Saz's cheese curds as our late-night snack- a Milwaukee classic!
Overall, we could not recommend Saz's catering enough. Not only did we receive spectacular service, the food was incredible! Thank you Michelle and Saz's for making our special day so perfect!

the BEST caterer in Milwaukee
Katie H and her team at Saz's absolutely knocked it out of the park for our wedding. All of our guests raved about the food. The hand passed hors d'oeuvres were to die for and more importantly, salads and entrees were served promptly! No guests were waiting for a lengthy amount of time for their food. Wonderful Vendor
We wouldn’t be able to say enough positive things about Saz if we could. The venue we had our wedding reception at is also partnered with Saz’s and everything from start to finish was excellent. Communication was timely, thorough, and quick with responses. The food and beverages were incredible (even our guests were surprised that our wedding food didn’t taste like typical wedding food) and we loved how many options they provided on their menu from Asian to a Mac and Cheese bar to a brunch course. They truly have something for everyone. Staff the day of where incredible and went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day went smoothly.

Saz's nailed it!
Holy cow they are a game changer. Stop hesitating, they are the one. Not only do they have a large menu with items you actually understand, they've been doing this for over 40 years. Those years of experience shine through every aspect of pre-wedding communication, planning and day of execution.
They hosted an amazing tasting for us and 4 others (we chose our parents). We sampled so many items, met the chef, picked out linens after seeing them in person, etc. All of that was part of the catering fee, not additional.
Day of, they didn't have a single question, we were not interrupted one bit. They had it down to a science. As we had dinner, we had forgotten what we chose and were taken back to that amazing tasting. Then, every guest came up to us after dinner complimenting the food. This was incredible especially considering they were not one of the more expensive options.
We previously had started our journey with a different, well known Milwaukee catering company, they were TRIPLE the price for LESS. They also had fees for the tasting, crazy fees for linens, other fees for fees sake, and on top of it were difficult to get ahold of and rude (after contract signature of course). We made a change.
We could not be more pleased with Saz's and would recommend them to everyone!! If we ever have a big party in the future, they will be my first call.

Great food, great service
I was originally unaware just how much went into the catering aspect of weddings- linens, cutlery, assistance w cake, etc, so I appreciate the persistence & follow through with the catering even planner Katie. On the day of, the catering staff was professional, kind, & always checking in w the groom & I to make sure we got to try everything & receive extras of anything we liked. Guests gave many praises about food, but the favorites were WI lollipops, stuffed mushroom caps, chicken Verona, & the creamiest mashed potatoes ever! Still Getting Compliments Weeks After!
We are so happy we went with Saz's. They were in the middle of options as far as price; however, after having our tasting and meeting with Michelle, we booked with them! The food was outstanding. We have been hearing nothing but positive and glowing responses from our guests about how much they enjoyed the food. We had two buffets for about 185 guests and everyone got their food in a short amount of time. I had many allergies/food restrictions and they handled everyone of them so well. Another amazing thing about our experience with Saz's were the staff who worked our event. Right as my husband were about to go through the buffet line, our groomsman had Iced us with Smirnoff Ice. Saz's was super helpful to the groomsman who pulled off the prank as well as to the staff member who took the top off for me. Then when I went through the line, I had a kind staff member who held my plate for me so I didn't have to work about getting any food on my dress and I could focus on choosing my options and navigating the venue carefully with a full train. I would highly recommend Saz's for the tasty food, helpful staff, and responsive communication!

Saz’s catered my wedding on Saturday. My husband and I( and our guests!) were beyond floored at the amazing food ! We still have guests texting us and talking about the food! Couldn't have been happier
Really couldn't have been happier with Saz's as our wedding caterer. On the food side, everything was hot and delicious. Our guests from Milwaukee were thrilled to see a local-favorite name (and ribs!) at the wedding and our out-of-town guests enjoyed the food as well. They were also terrific at accommodating the gluten free bride and guests both between their inherently GF offerings and modifying some other menu items to make them GF. Also, I was a bit apprehensive about doing a buffet dinner as I had previously been at a wedding where the buffet ran out of food, but that was no concern whatsoever with Saz's - there was plenty of food to satisfy the appetite of even our hungriest guest (i.e., my uncle who ate something like 30 ribs).
Just as importantly, they were extremely professional and clearly knew how to run a wedding. Everything was timed and ready exactly as we'd planned/discussed. They also did some really nice things for us as the couple, like having a plate of the passed appetizers waiting at our dinner table to make sure we got some (we were taking photos during cocktail hour). I would not hesitate in the least to recommend Saz's to anyone hosting a wedding in Milwaukee.

Amazing Experience
We used Saz's Hospitality Group for our daughter's wedding this past weekend. We had a sit down dinner for 185 people and the food was outstanding starting with the apps during cocktail hour to the meals we chose and finally to the late night festival food. The servers and the catering staff were professional and accommodating. The linens and place settings were exactly what we'd talked about. The guests raved about the food and the Couple had decided on Saz's based on a prior experience. Katie, the Senior Event Planner we worked with was very responsive to any inquiries we had and was prompt about returning email responses and providing us details. It was a wonderful experience working with her. I would highly recommend Saz's for catering any event, especially for special day like a wedding!

Best food vendor out there!
I can't say enough about Saz's! From the beginning of our engagement, I had an idea that I wanted to use Saz's as our caterer, and I'm so glad we decided to do so. They met all of our expectations, and more.
We originally started out working with someone else at Saz's who was incredibly accommodating, then Michelle took over and we felt even more secure in our decision! The Saz's Lake Country team was extremely responsive throughout all of our planning, which is saying a lot, because we were a COVID couple that postponed twice AND had to go through an ownership change. They were also wonderful the day of our wedding - the team brought my husband and me appetizers during pictures so we could still eat, they checked in on us throughout dinner, and they were willing to serve our desserts, which was very helpful.
Outside of the service aspect of the Saz's team, the food is AMAZING! We loved our appetizers, dinner, and late night food and have no complaints about any of it. The nacho bar was one of the best choices we made for our special day. :) By far the best food I've ever had at a wedding!
Overall, we felt that we definitely made the right decision in using Saz's as our wedding caterer and will be recommending them to anyone. Thanks so much Michelle and the rest of the Saz's Lake Country team for a job very well done :)

Saz was absolutely incredible in every way! We used Saz for our night before the wedding reception, and they exceeded all expectations. It was seamless to schedule and had exceptional service throughout. And their food was incredible, with guests raving about how good it was. However, the best part about it was they not only provided multiple customized cocktails (per our recipes), but the drinks were better than we ever could have imagined. Their bartenders and servers were quite skilled and made this experience exceptional in every way. I could not recommend them any higher for any event (wedding, reception, professional event). Food is a Major Wedding Choice. Get Saz's!
If you live in the Milwaukee area and are having any event where food is served, you would be silly not to have Saz's cater. I have had their food at other events, but having them at my wedding was next level. We went with a package that included cocktail hour, stations, and a late night snack. People don't always remember the details of a wedding, but they remember if there was good food, and our food choices were incredible. My biggest regret of the day was not being able to eat more just because of nerves, but all of my guests enjoyed as much as they could!

When I hear that Saz’s catering I smile from ear to ear because I know we’re eating good tonight! That’s why I was so excited to have them cater our wedding. I cannot say enough good things about Saz's from the booking to the end of the night at our wedding! Katie, the sales and event manager, was so easy and accommodating to work with. From the very beginning she was prompt with every email. Our scheduled tasting was right at the beginning of Covid and Saz's came up with a take home tasting pack full of all the favorites for apps and dinners. It was so nice to be able to still have a tasting of the food to know that what we picked out would be delicious. About a month before our wedding we got news that our venue would no longer allow our reception to take place and this was right around the time I had a phone interview set up with Katie to finalize our menu. When I told Katie the news and how we still in some way were determined to get married and have something for out close friends and family after, she assured me that whatever we decided on Saz's would be there for us. It was so relieving to know that no matter where we decided to have our reception Saz's would still be able to supply the food. Our wedding was able to be at Menomonee park (which I also recommend if you are looking to have a park wedding reception) and Katie helped me change up the menu and helped me with some suggestions on how things would run that day. Saz's was on time and serving my guests appetizers as soon as the arrived. Once they saw we were done with pictures a server approached me and asked if i would like a plate of appetizers and which ones. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!! Literally everything tasted good! Our menu was a buffet with the servers handling the food and there were so many choices. I have a cousin who's a vegetarian and he was thrilled to able to have three plates full of things he could eat. For our late night snack we chose the Festival Favorites which was also a huge hit. My wedding was a couple weeks ago and guests are still talking about how great the food was. Saz's was amazing from beginning to end and I'm so happy I decided to go with them. If you want great service and food, Saz's is the way to go!

Saz's catered our wedding in September and it was outstanding! The food was delicious (and the portions were large, which is awesome!) and the service staff were friendly and efficient. Michelle and her team at Saz's know exactly what they are doing and made us feel assured and taken care of every step of the way, especially as our wedding plans changed significantly due to COVID. My husband and I cannot recommend them enough!

Topnotch Planning & Delicious Food
Saz’s catering was AMAZING! We were supposed to get married at one of Saz’s wedding venues South Second, but like many brides in 2020 our wedding was postponed 6/6/20 and then again 8/15/20. We decided to still get married 8/15/20 with a small group.
When we decided to pivot to just catering Saz’s quickly pivoted to this role and blew me away. Every contact I had there was fast to respond to all my anxious emails on dates, timing, and pricing. The day off my family felt very safe with the safety precautions they put into place for serving the food and the staff was absolutely on top of it.
And the food was DELICIOUS!!!! I am still dreaming about the Mac’n cheese. We also had salmon, short rib, veggie kabobs, salad, and sweet potatoes. A little something for everyone.
From planning, professionalism, and food quality Saz’s Catering is the best choice for your wedding or just special family day.

Wedding during a Pandemic
All went very well at the wedding on Friday! The food and service were both excellent. Working with Katie made planning a wedding during the pandemic much less stressful! Her responsiveness and communication were reassuring to us throughout the planning process. The precautions that Saz's adopted as a result of Covid ensured confidence that the food service was safe, yet efficient. As the mother of the bride, I appreciated that on the evening of the wedding, Saz's staff was 100% professional at all times. Oh, and I shouldn't forget...the food was outstanding, as many of our guests pointed out!
I would definitely recommend Saz's to others that are looking for a vendor for their event!

Exceeded expectations!
Saz’s exceeded our expectations for our daughters wedding caterer. The Hors d’Oeuvres were a big hit. The plated dinners were delicious and complimented by many of our guests.
The servers were friendly, professional and very efficient.

Delicious, caring and professional!
Saz's Catering was our favorite vendor to work with for our wedding from start to finish! Their communication, planning and organization were excellent. Our point of contact, Katie, was professional and was willing to work with us every step of the way, with every detail that come with planning a 250 person wedding. Even though she does this everyday, she treated our special day as a priority and an event that meant something to her. The night of the wedding Katie made it a point to introduce herself and the wait staff were courteous, neat, and friendly. Many wedding guest complimented the food including the majority of the guest who told us this was the best wedding food they have had. We cannot thank Saz's and Katie enough for everything they did for our big night, and we highly recommend Saz's to anyone looking for a professional and delicious catering company for their event!

Very happy with our catering choice!
We were very happy with the quality of food, attention to detail, and customer service that Saz's provided throughout the entire process! We tried numerous caterers before deciding on Saz's- a choice that came down to quality of food, availability options, and, very importantly, price. Saz's checked the boxes of everything we were looking for in a caterer, and when it finally was the "Big Day" they performed admirably. From appetizers (both stations and passed) to entree (family style), the food was presented beautifully, served at the appropriate temperatures, and served with a smile. I can't say enough how much of a difference it makes to have catering staff who are as friendly as Saz's. Thanks for your hard work!

Great Buffet Food!
The food was fantastic and we received so many compliments! Always nervous serving buffet style as food can get cold or dried out - not an issue with Saz's!
The only downfall was we didn't have everything on the Buffet line that was outlined in the in the list of items - it was minor!

Awesome food selection and amazing service!
Saz's has an extensive menu that caters to many different styles of meal service! Buffet, plated, stations - you name it. They're menu is full of traditional choices but also lots of unique options which sets them apart from other caterers! They are willing to customize the experience to fit all of your needs. The food is delicious and servers are great.
We selected the "I Do" package which included hand-passed and a table spread of hors d'oeuvres, passed champagne, a call open bar package, table wine service, plated meals (Apple Ale Braised Beef Short Ribs, Chicken Verona, and Vegan Paella) served with bread and salad (Strawberry Spinach and Goat Cheese), and late night food (Saz's Festival-Famous Station). All our guests loved their food. It was perfect! Great portions. We enjoyed each part of the package - so worth it!

Wonderful Wedding Experience!
We had Saz’s Cater our wedding last Saturday! It was the best experience ever. The staff was so kind and friendly to each of our guests. We did family style for dinner which was a little out of the norm for weddings. Once we were done, the staff came back around to see if anyone wanted seconds! Our guests were amazed by this. We had played food and the option for seconds! We were ahead of schedule for most of the night and Saz’s adapted to the changes very well. Once everyone was finished eating the cleared tables quick. For our package we also got a late night snack. This was a HUGE hit as we picked the Saz’s sampler platter (mozzarella sticks, cheese balls, and chive fries) and we also had sliders. Everyone was extremely happy with the timing and how efficient everyone was. Katie was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. She really knows what she is doing and made it 10x easier on my family when making decisions. Would recommend Saz’s for any big event! Thanks again!

Great service, Great food, Great managing of the day!
This past weekend, Saz's catered a wedding out in the country in a barn setting. The wedding had nearly 200 people, and the seating was tight. I simply cannot say enough about the crew that Chris brought to set up and serve. Chris was very responsive for any questions and concerns I had. He also noticed that it would be easier by having his crew set up not set up while other decor was being completed. He was kind enough to have the set up completed the next morning before service. That was so very important and certainly made life easier. The food that was served was hot and delicious, and everyone ate in a timely manner. The servers were asked to do more than just their job to help out with clean up, and they gladly obliged. Those kids worked their tail off and was eager to help in any way they could. Chris also was so relaxed and has an easy going manner that makes coordination easier and less stressful. I would highly recommend Saz's without hesitation.

I was pleasantly surprised by Saz's. I am not a big meat eater and I originally thought BBQ when I heard the name Saz's. I was totally wrong. The food I tasted was above and beyond what I thought. My fiance and I cannot wait to share with our guests the flavors we both so much enjoy.

Event Coordinator, Sara, was incredibly easy to work with and helped us along each step of the way - from organizing a tasting, assistance with understanding our contract, and with all of our pre-wedding coordination and questions. I have to say at first I was skeptical of Sazama's Catering as I had only ever associated the Saz's company with cheese curds and fries at Festivals! However, the catering branch of their company is nothing like their festival/restaurant experience. I cannot say enough good things about working with Sazama's for our September wedding. Katie was great in helping us customize an Italian-themed menu that we served Family Style. Other caterers we met with discouraged us from Family Style dining, but Katie assured us it could be executed, and it worked out perfectly. That is one of the benefits of working with a catering company with this much experience. On the day of our wedding everything was cooked right on sight and we had guests tell us it was the best wedding food they have had! I always had timely communication from Katie, and on the day of the wedding her and all of the staff were so friendly and professional. I would definitely welcome the opportunity to work with Sazama's again!

We worked with Katie and had a passed hors d'oeurves and a buffet for our wedding - the food was excellent! We got a lot of compliments from our guests. Katie was also great to work with and was very helpful and accommodating leading up to the wedding. It took a lot of pressure off of us, knowing that we had a caterer with so much experience and who knows exactly what they are doing. The service on the day of the wedding was seamless. Get the the short ribs and the horseradish mashed potatoes! They were a star. The prosciutto-wrapped scallops were also fantastic. Very happy we went with Saz's.

From the moment we had our tasting appointment, we knew we wanted Sazs. Katie and her staff were amazing. All the food was so good that our guests couldn’t stop talking about it. We did the family style option and are so glad we did. Everybody ate so much that they couldn’t even eat a lot of the late night snacks. The staff was so classy it was like being at a five star restaurant. They made our wedding so special and we are so happy we went with Sazs. They were priced well for everything we got and as picky as a person as I am, I can’t say one bad thing about the experience! Great work!

We couldn't be happier that we picked Saz's to cater our wedding! From start to finish, Saz's was a pleasure to work with. Within the planning phase, every person we interacted with was prompt, polite and super helpful with their responses. We always felt like we were in good hands, and that our needs were top priority. We also really enjoyed and appreciated the free tasting we were able to attend with our family, to try out their extensive menu of offerings. All the food was so delicious, it was hard to narrow it down to final choices! On the day of, Saz's arrived on time and set up was so seamless we hardly even knew they were there! The servers were kind and courteous to our guests and treated the bride and groom with extra care and attention. However, the show stopper when it comes to Saz's is 100% their food! It's been months since our wedding and we still have friends and family bringing up how much they loved the food at our wedding! Our guests were raving about the quality of the dishes all night long, it was truly one of their favorite details. We would recommend Saz's to cater any event in a heartbeat. They by far and away exceeded our expectations!

We are so glad we picked Saz's as our caterer for our wedding. First and foremost we received so many compliments on how AMAZING the food was. We did family style so the dishes were hot, everyone got to try all of the dishes, and we could have refills on the garlic mashed potatoes which were a huge hit! Wonderful food and service! We used Saz's for our May 2018 wedding. The food was delicious, the staff friendly and the price affordable. Katie was wonderful to deal with from step 1 to wedding day! Great communication from the entire Saz's team. We chose the "Family Style" dinner which fit our venue well and our guests loved it! We also used Saz's for late night snacks. We love Saz's and they were even more fabulous on our big day! They were flexible and knowledgeable throughout the planning process. The food was absolutely amazing - numerous people came up to us to tell us how good the appetizers and dinner were! Saz's was super accomodating with helping us pull together menu options that allowed for our gluten-free and dairy-free friends and family enjoy the same quality dinner as everyone else. The staff was very professional and were able to work within the constraints of the venue (no onsight kitchen). All of the food was hot, which we were also excited about because we knew the lack of kitchen could make that more difficult. I will be recommending Saz's going forward whenever one is looking for a caterer because of the awesome experience we had :)

We had our wedding catered by Saz's on 9/16/2017. Our guests cannot stop raving about the variety of food available, and the flavors! We went with the station-style set up and had a carvery station, custom vegetarian fusion station, summer bbq station, and street taco station. We also had late night food from the sampler platters and rootbeer floats available later in the evening. The event staff was so fun and helpful! Brian was in charge on-site, and he came to find my husband and I while we were visiting tables to make sure we had enough to eat before they tore down the stations. Highly recommend working with Saz's for any Milwaukee wedding or large event. Their office and day of staff did everything they could to provide us and our guests with a memorable evening.
