    Our photo booth experience with Say Cheese was wonderful. We found a deal on Groupon that allowed this to be within our budget. Planning with them was easy and our on-site coordinator was very friendly and accommodating. The three strip photos turned out great and our guests loved it!

    Our Photo booth attendant was very sweet and professional. She arrived and set up on time. We rented the inflatable booth which was sooo much fun with all the silly props. Loved it!

    We booked their vintage photobooth that haven't found anywhere else. It really looked awesome! The only minus with that photobooth is that the display is next to the camera so everyone was looking at the display instead of looking in the camera. It was a bit confusing... Wish they would change that.
    There was an assistant on site which was nice.

    The ordering and planning of the booth was a bit shaky but the day of the wedding Shaun arrived and did an amazing job. So, I'd say that given they are reorganizing internally, the hiccups in ordering the service ill likely smooth out over time. But for value and service, I could not have asked of more. Everyone loved Shaun and the photos are awesome!

    They never showed up. Words cannot express how I feel. I did this for someones wedding and they never showed up. When I contacted them to see where they were, the guy had an attitude, and said he would call back never did. When I called him he said he wasn't able to make it. I had to reach out to them for my refund and that was even a horrible process. Very unprofessional.

    The folks took a deposit and then never showed to my event. Now they are unreachable and unresponsive to doing the least they can - processing a refund. Very disappointed and very much BUYER BEWARE! I would certainly never recommend them and I think would recommend all potential customers to steer clear of this company and go with another vendor instead.

    BUYER BEWARE

    My wife and I booked a SayCheese (SC) for our wedding. Our booth was booked from 8PM-11PM. Around 8:15 I noticed that the booth technician had not even arrived yet. I asked our coordinator if she had heard anything and no word from SC. Only after we contacted SC did we learn the attendant was in an accident and wouldn't be able to make it. Bummer, but accidents happen, this is NOT the reason I'm giving them 0.5 star.

    I almost never write reviews online but the way this organization has handled themselves -afterwards- has left me choice.

    The day after our wedding SC let us know that they would refund us the full amount (this is a no brainer as they did not provide the service we paid for), as well as a 2-hour free booth rental at another event (cool, our friends are getting married later this year).

    The refund should have posted 3 days after our wedding date. It has now been over 2-weeks - no refund. We've received absolutely no information from SC about either our refund or their availability on the date of our friends wedding despite MANY MANY attempts to contact multiple people at SC by phone and by email.

    Customer support claims they "cannot handle my case" and that there are only 2 people at SC that can process my return, neither of which are reachable or have reached out to me. All of these CS reps are capable of charging me - that took all of 5 minutes over the phone, but none are able to refund me. 1 of these 2 does not even have a phone, SC employees themselves can only reach her by email (WHAT??)

    My experience has shown me just how dysfunctional and brittle the organizational structure is. My wife and I have lost all confidence in their ability to actually make it to our friends wedding and will not give anyone the free rental. EVEN WHEN IT IS FREE - I would not use SayCheese.

    Worst company EVER!!!!! The did not show up to my event and it took months for me to get refunded. They kept giving me the run around and it wasn't until I got my lawyer involved that they refunded my money FINALLY! Save yourself the stress and find another legit company.

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - PLEASE, ANYONE WHO FOUND THEM VIA GROUPON AND THINK THEY ARE LEGIT, THEY ARE NOT, BUNCH OF UNPROFESSIONALS.

    Michael - one of the owners I was connected with in DC, Maryland Virginia region - was absolutely horrible and rude, as I tried to explain the details of my Groupon deal, he was snapping back with witty answers and did not provide any kind of customer service.

    Here is what happened:

    I am very thorough when it comes to researching any kind of service. I was looking for a photobooth service for my wedding. In the Fine Print of the Groupon page, this is what it states:
    "Valid only within 50 miles of zip code 20109."
    My wedding venue would've been within 40 mile zone. After confirming the distance, I purchased the Groupon.

    I called Say Cheese Photobooth to reserve my date.
    First, an associate tells me: "The zipcode is wrong and you will have to pay an extra fee for travel."
    Then I got transferred to somebody else and explained the situation all over again. He was very rude from the beginning.

    Throughout the conversation, I asked the guy, "who writes the details on the Groupon?"

    He answered: "The owner"

    Me: "Well, speaking to you isn't helping, can you please connect me to the owner"

    Owner: "I am the owner and you're raising your voice at me. The zipcode was a mistake. I see you are trying to have us come out to your location and honor the mistake, but we can't do that. You have to pay an extra fee."

    ... What in the world? It was their mistake, so shouldn't they cover for their customer?
    Brides, Moms, Dads, whoever is thinking to think to purchase their service...
    Please, read the rest of the reviews and mine and be smart. DO NOT waste your time.

    Thankfully, Groupon understood and gave me a refund. Don't see why anyone would want to be serviced by them.

    I am APPALLED at how horrible this company is. I made the mistake of focusing on photobooth rentals that served within the area over quality/ratings. I could have put up with a not so perfect photobooth, but these terrible people DID NOT SHOW UP AT ALL. Not only did this terrible company not show, but they didn't bother apologizing the next day. My planner AND my father both reached out to them when we were on honeymoon and THEN we got a response. They wrote that I would get a call with an apology after returning from travel and I didn't even get that courtesy. I will go out of my way to ensure all my friends in the area getting married don't book this company by mistake.

    I am absolutely disgusted and can't believe LivingSocial would even work with such a disgraceful company and offer coupons.

    If you're looking for a photobooth do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Let me list my reasons why.
    1. Zero communication between staff (one person sees my even, another doesn't)
    2. They don't tell you that if you need insurance, they charge an extra $70
    3. It took me 5 calls to get a contract with the services I paid for
    4. Had to speak to an owner to get said contract, owner took zero accountability and was rude
    5. I get the contract and it's someone else's contract (this was sent from the owner!)
    6. Day of the wedding, they show up an hour late and photobooth breaks.
    7. These guys were unprofessional, rude, late, and take no accountability

    Don't make the mistake that I made. Do your research and find a legit business. I would say that this is a mickey mouse operation but that would be an insult to mickey.
