  Easy and professional

  We booked Sawa4Events for bar tending service and they did a great job and were very easy to work with. They provided a transparent contract from the start and were very responsive to our questions. They were also very flexible with our schedule and liquor choices and accommodated our guests with gluten allergies. They supplied everything including ice, garnishes, mixers, mixology equipment, cups, etc. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend!

  Amazing service

  Very professional and very responsive. They make sure that your dream becomes a reality and they truly went above and beyond with the flowers. I was in awe on the day of my engagement when I saw the arrangements. My bouquet was so beautiful and everything was perfect.

  Best vendor everrrrr!

  This vendor was amazing. They made our wedding more beautiful than what we could have every imagined. We had a vision and they passed that vision by many levels. The flowers were huge, full, fresh, and looked so so classy and fancy. WE love you!!! They are patient, kind, professional, and truly cared about our day almost how much we did

  Great team

  My wife and I booked Sawa4events for our engagement party in 2018 as event planners. They planned our engagement from A to Z. The helped us find the best venue that works with our budget with great service. They also helped us finding the best vendors such as photographers, videographers, and DJ!
  This team is spectacular! They don’t only offer planning service but they also provide decoration and floral services.
  After we saw their amazing work, we decided to book them for my wife bridal shower and for our BIG DAY!!
  
  They planned, decorated, and coordinated all our events. 💜
  
  We highly recommend them for any event!

  Felt abandoned on day of

  While the Sawa team was responsive and were on many calls with us in our preparation for our wedding day, on the day of, it felt like we didn't even have a coordinator supporting us. Our chairs were positioned in a different part of the venue than what we asked for, our caterers parked their vehicle in the line of sight of our park pavilion, our stations that we had prepped and planned so thoughtfully were never unpacked and set up. When we explicitly asked for help setting up our games, the Sawa team sat apathetically and unresponsive. Our families had to take the responsibilities of the day of coordinator. It was stressful and honestly hurtful. We made the effort to explain everything to our coordinator and felt abandoned on the day of.

  Let me clarify some points to you and to readers:
  
  On our very first call, you have mentioned that you will need at least 2 coordinators due to the fact that your vendors will not be responsible of setting up their services and that we will be responsible of them. After that, you have contacting us back to change and have only one coordinator.
  
  You changed your mind and decision based on the following:
  1-Caterers knows all the details and they will be responsible of setting up the food display. (We will be responsible of contacting them and making sure they will be on time)
  2- Chairs and Tables Rental company will be responsible of the setup.
  3- Chairs and Tables Rental company have the diagram and know exactly where they will be setting up the rentals.
  4- You have agreed with your family that they will be responsible of the games (we are only responsible of setting up the games)
  
  However, based on the contract the coordinator was hired for 8 hrs—- 10am-6pm. Our coordinator didn’t fail in doing her job and she started to make phone calls with all the vendors at 9:00am.
  
  In fact, our coordinator contacted your choice of the rental company and asked them to setup the chairs per requested! The coordinator also went there before her scheduled time to fix what the other rental company failed to do. She also took another assistant with her to help in the setup so you don’t feel that there is something wrong without any additional charge.
  
  Your florist/ decorator was the one who contacted you and kept you updated. Our coordinator had the discussion with here where she shouldn’t have done that.
