I purchased the Rhinestone Votive Candle Holder for our son rehearsal dinner, I had purchased 12 rhinestone picture frames to put on the tables showing the different stages of their life. I looked on several web site searching for matching candle holder to match the frames I was so surprise when, I found them on save craft. I LOVE LOVE THEM THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL! I am very hard to please. The response time for every e-mail was outstanding and very professional the delivery time also was very good. The shipping cost was very high can not blame the seller for that she has nothing to do with United Postal Service. I know our son and future daughter in law will love them as much as I do. -

I ordered aisle stanchions and 21 birch bark vases from this vendor to use for my wedding. I was thrilled with the quality and low cost of the stanchions and I will be able to easily resell them after the wedding. The vases were perfect for my forest theme. They were galvanized with a birch bark exterior and all 21 of them were water tight! My only complaint was that the vases were shipped stacked inside each other and me and my brother had to man-handle and yank on them for ever to get them apart. I made the vendor aware of this issue and they were willing to send me new ones if I could not get them unstuck. I was very pleased with my purchases! -

I wanted my wedding tables to be elegant and simple so I was looking for lace table cloths and table runners. I researched several options and could not find anything that would fit in our budget until I found save on crafts. The beautiful lace table cloths and table runners that we bought were incredibly inexpensive. Our order arrived promptly and the entire experience was hassle free. I ordered Sola flowers from this website. I was able to order more than enough flowers for my wedding for so much less than anywhere else. Some of the flowers came in damaged, but the company sent me new ones. I will use this site in the future for more of my crafting needs. -

I bought quite a bit of decoration from Save-On-Crafts. I fell in love with a shabby chic chandelier - which came packaged perfectly so nothing was broken. That was the piece I was most nervous about because it was larger and had the most opportunity to look different, but it was absolutely perfect. I can't wait to hang it up in the barn venue! I also ordered copper buckets for flowers down the sides of the aisles - they have so many height and color choices. I've been toying around with buying even more!

I actually won the Save-On-Crafts bridal expo raffle! I order much needed items (chalkboard, framed glass, chalkboard markers, etc). There is so much to choose from on the website. Since I live not too far from the warehouse, they allow for pick-ups which saves on shipping costs and I can get the items quickly. I will definitely be purchasing again before my wedding date. -

I purchased sola and preserved flowers, plus a few floral accessories to make my own bouquets. Having a winter destination wedding, and not caring about tons of fresh flowers everywhere, I wanted to save some money in the bouquet area.
I spent about $115 for more than enough supplies to make a bridal and four bridesmaids bouquets.
I prefer them to other internet shops because their pricing is always consistent and low. Shipping is never free and is based on weight/packing materials needed. Buying large items would probably have sky-high shipping, but it cost about $13 to ship a giant box of my materials. -

I bought the buckets and a few small decor items for my wedding centerpieces here, including a pail to hold cards, cute little birch buckets, and a couple of small chalkboard signs. Everything was just as I expected and looked beautiful with our rustic wedding theme. The prices were fantastic too, even after factoring in shipping. Save on crafts was a great find. i had some problems with billing but they contacted me straight away to fix it which helped. i bought burlap bags as gifts and got 6 of them for $22 which was awesome as everywhere I was looking it was $22 for just one. I also bought a bunch stringed lights and got them at a good price. Everything was exactly as it showed online which made me really happy with the purchase. -

I got a few pieces of décor for my wedding from this website. We had a sort of historic/rustic thing going, and I found some cute little clear milk bottles that I used as flower/bud vases on the tables, some nice chalkboard signage, a few rustic pails, and some other such miscellaneous items. Everything arrived on time and undamaged (including all those glass bottles!). Prices seemed about on par with most craft stores (maybe a bit cheaper if something was on sale), and there were TONS of cute things to choose from. -

This company is amazing! Not only are their prices great, but I asked a question via chat regarding the verification of the exact length of a chandelier and the rep asked for my email address and said he would check it out for me. Two hours later he emailed me back with the measurements after having the item pulled and measured. The description of the chandelier in question listed the length as 23.5in tall, but the length included a 6in hook to hang it by, which made the item around 17in tall, the perfect length to fit where I wanted it to go. I have placed 2 orders with them so far and although their website says they process ground orders within 2-3 business days, both of my orders were shipped the next day. I can't speak higher than a 5 star for customer service! -

I love this website! I was able to purchase all the little details I wanted for our wedding on the site pretty inexpensively! Apparently other people appreciated their products too, after we managed to drag ourselves home from our wedding after party we discovered that one of our signs (a big chalkboard arrow) had been stolen :(
They ship fast, the products are cheap (but not poor quality), and the look great. Highly recommend! -

I was impressed by how well save in crafts worked to satisfy my needs. they really are great! I was scared at first because for me it was an unknown site and buying online from a unknow vendor was a little scary, but I'm so glad I did. I had purchased some flowers from them, the orchids I ordered were absolutely stunning and the Sola Shell Flowers look great. There customer service is also great, there fast and responsible. I did have a little problem with some flowers that must have gotten damaged during shipment but I contacted them and quickly they reshipped a replacement. I am really appreciative for how good there service was, there prices are great, the custome service is friendly and quick, very reliable, will shop again. -

If you plan on having any DIY in your wedding at all, make sure you use this site! They have some unique trinkets and craft items for a very decent price. I bought some of their fake flowers to decorate my food table with and it was very pretty! I utilized several other items from their site as well, including the burlap which we crafted into ring pillows. WOW!!!!!!!! My wedding planner turned me on to this site. It will just blow your mind. It's the site she uses to create everything. I'm not excited she let me in on her little secret. Great variety of items - if it exists, they probably carry it. Read the description of each item carefully, that being said the quality is still great for the price!! You won't be able to beat it anywhere! Everything shipped on time. Out of everything I ordered (I ordered a lot), my wooden cake stand was shipped broken. My wedding was in two weeks and stressing about this I sent an email to their customer service asking what my options were. I got an email back immediately saying they shipped me a new one and to just discard the broken one. One of the floralytes that I purchased was missing 1 out of 10 so I informed them, and they sent me a new package for free and let me keep my other 9!! Very nice. Have already recommended to friends!! -

Love love love this site! The shipping is so fast and a good price as well. I've ordered from them a couple different times for my wedding and I will keep ordering from them for whatever I need. The products are great and I love all the emails I received about my shipping and updates about the shipping. I completely recommend this site to any bride who is looking for supplies for their wedding. I have been stalking the website forever looking at all the supplies and decor they had available. I loved it all and the prices can't be beat. I ordered some lanterns, ribbon, and easels for my wedding decorations. Everything was shipped properly and I received my order quickly. The only issues I had was with one of the ribbon colors. I had been looking for mint green ribbon and was excited to find it on Save on Crafts. When I received the ribbon, it was actually Tiffany Blue and indicated Tiffany Blue on the label. I contacted customer service to let them know that I received the wrong ribbon. Customer Service was quick to respond to my and while the ribbon was called Mint Green, the description said it was Aqua and the manufacturer's skew called it Tiffany Blue. I could have returned it, but it is a pretty blue and I decided to keep it for another project. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future. -

I am having a candy bar at my wedding and this was the only place i could find red tulle bags that were the exact size i wanted. They come in a pack of 36. I wanted 160, so i bought 5 packs (which should be 180). The first package they sent me had 5 small bundles of 6bags, giving me 30 bags. So i emailed them, they quickly responded and sent me another package. this contained 10 bundles of 6 (60bags total) so i now had 90bags, which was half my order. I emailed them again, and they sent me 20 bundles of 6 (120 bags) so now i have 210 bags, which i guess is fine. I emailed them about it, and she told me i could keep the extra bags and refunded me for one of the cases of 36bags. All in all i got what i wanted (and more) for a really good deal, it was just a bit of a hassle. Definitely recommend them for the products, prices and quality, but order waaay ahead of time just in case something is wrong. -

This has been the major source for my not-quite-DIY decor for the wedding. The prices are very reasonable and they have a wide range of items available. Often I find things here that are half the price they would be from Amazon. For heavier items they have an option to pick up in Watsonville, CA, which I may end up using at some point as that's only about 45 mins from where my wedding will be held.
I'm getting married on the property I grew up on, where my parents still live. It's several states away. Being able to order things online and get them shipped directly to my folk's house has been really useful for me. I've gotten feather boutineers for the groom & his party, palm frond handfans for each attendee, apothecary jar styled beverage servers, wood napkin rings, organza bags to hold confetti, and little bitty heart tag labels there. I'm probably also going to end up getting my wooden arbor and some preserved florals from there before the wedding. Everything I've gotten has been of nice quality, and they have a lot of great items for natural/backyard/hippie type weddings. -

This was a great find for us when planning our wedding! We needed to do all the flower arrangements ourselves and they had just what we needed! The value was great, but only gets 3 stars from me because when the items arrived, they were much smaller than portrayed in the pictures on the website. Even though I had measured and estimated, many of the items (flower buckets, picnic baskets, galvanized tubs) were much smaller than I had thought. Something to consider before buying! But we did purchase a chalk A-frame from them and it was absolutely perfect in size. We also purchased table runners for incredibly cheap and even had to order 2 last minute that came just in time for our day! Such a great website for planning a wedding on a budget! -

Overall I was happy with Save On Crafts. My only problem was that I had ordered paper parasols and instead of paper parasols they sent me paper lanterns. There was no extra charge for correcting the order and it was taken care of within a week but it was still inconvenient. -

They did look very nice and almost like the picture shown online but since they were preserved they were thinner than paper and very fragile. I had my wedding outside so most of them ended up blowing away before I could get a nice picture and all the guests sat down. I would say unless your venue is inside go for real flowers. -

After receiving several mediocre proposals from floral designers to grocery stores with good reputations for weddings, I decided to tackle flowers myself. I didn't want a ton of flowers, I wanted them to be unique and I hated the idea of them being thrown away at the end of the night. The proposals I received were totally inflated because they were magical wedding flowers that unlike regular arrangements only needed to last a day. So I turned to the online shop, Save-On-Crafts. We had a woodland theme and our tables were named after trees that were meaningful to us. SOC has an impressive selection of branches, wooden flowers, and sparkly fillers that fit with our wedding and our budget.
While the site is not easy to navigate and you must be sure to read the dimensions of what you are buying, I was extremely impressed with the look and variety they had to offer. Their shipping is completely overpriced but I still paid half of what I would have been charged by a local florist. I found the most unique silver branches for my bouquet that no one had ever seen before and the best part is we were able to keep a ton of the flowers exactly the way they looked the day of the wedding.
I didn't have a great experience with customer service and wasn't able to exchange two items that didn't match the description/photo on the site and my dried hydrangeas were falling apart at the stems but we bought spray glue and made do.
If you are a DIY bride and want to make truly unique centerpieces, bouts and bouquets, save-on-crafts has it all and then some. Oh, their ribbon prices are fantastic too. -

This place is seriously a one-stop shop. However, if you don’t pay close attention, they may leave one or two things out and not notify you. I ordered my sand ceremony vases through this website, amongst quite a few other things. I received 2 separate large boxes filled with almost everything. Due to the lack of clarity in the confirmation emails, I was unsure of how many boxes to expect. So, I gave it a few more days in case it was coming separately. My initial response is to send emails, then to follow up with a phone call, which is exactly what I did. No email response for at least 2 full business days. When I called I was redirected to several people before someone was able to get me the answer no bride wants to hear, “We don’t have it in stock.” Now, I’m not unreasonable and upset that their warehouse doesn’t have everything that is said to be in stock. But, I do find it amazing that I placed an order for a product, paid for its shipping, received a confirmation stating the products were shipped, and come to find out it not only didn’t ship, but isn’t even available to be shipped.
Needless to say, I got a refund for the product upon request (they tried to offer store credit!). I even had to ask for the shipping costs that I paid as well. Unfortunately a big disappointment.

I used them back in March and ordered some gorgeous gold votives for a wedding (I'm a wedding floral designer). Ordered some additional gold votives for an event I have coming up after Christmas and they came in orange. They are so ugly and do not match the photo. I called, emailed and tried to contact via chat which took hours to get a reply. Finally, a Faith who had been chatting with me on and off called me and did offer a few resolutions including partial refund if I would keep them and she explained that they switched manufacturers. Paid but NEVER Received
I placed an order with Saveoncrafts.com (Save On Crafts) for two boxwood garlands. When I checked out, my full address including my house number was visible to me in the shopping cart at checkout. Their deliver confirmations, comes from their sister company, Quick Candles, whom I have never heard of and somehow, they dropped my house number off the shipping label with UPS. I live in a mobile home community with 1050 homes. Without my house number, nothing gets to me. I called Save On Crafts and was told by Karla P that they don't show a house number in their system. While on the line with Karla P, I went to their website and recreated the exact same order and go through check out again, stopping short of paying of course. Because I am a prior customer (of over 10 years) their system has my address and credit card info stored and auto-populates it into the shopping cart. And There it is right there on the screen.....my full address INCLUDING my house number. I took a screenshot and texted it to karla P. She asked to review this and get back to me. Next day, she calls and offers me 50% off a future order but says there is nothing more she can do about the lost order of the 2 boxwood garlands order. Again, their system auto-populated my full address including house number in both the ship to and the credit card verification portion of check out so how can she say there is no house number in her system? I offered to FaceTime with her right then and duplicate the order so she could see for herself that her system does have my house number but she declined. . My total order was $47.38. I asked her if it was really worth losing a customer of over 10 years over less than $50 and I guess it was because she stood her ground and I am no longer their customer!! Beware!! -

Awful products awful customer service
I ordered several times before and this will be the last time. I received in my order a lantern that the metal was separated from the seam, orange dried flowers that were brown, other dried flowers that stunk awful and were broken, moss sticks that the moss was falling off and they looked awful. Customer service refused to acknowledge they items were used looking and were not the color I ordered instead they said colors may vary even though it does not state that when you order them. They told me that even those the lantern it’s coming apart it’s still functional. So ordering a new not damaged item is not something they honor. They made be pay for return shipping on all this. The customer service was AWFUL!! I could go on and on about the other issues I had. So BUYER BEWARE!!

It's like a an ex-boyfriend you can't kick
I'm a wedding planner and I seriously consider save-on-crafts like an ex-boyfriend you just can't let go. You know he's bad for you but something keeps drawing you back in. I can't tell you how many times SOCs has screwed me over with their shipping & return policy and their customer service reps are just straight up rude. But darn it if their prices aren't so good. I purchase a lot of inventory every year for my events and I've yet to find better pricing and believe me, I look around anywhere before I purchase here (and if I can, I definitely purchase elsewhere). If you're going to use them, just know that if you're not happy with what you receive, there is no point in returning it as you'll have to pay for shipping. One of my $500 orders didn't arrive on time (they said it would be 7 to 10 days...it was actually THIRTY) and they refused to do anything about it. It was going to cost me at least $200 to mail everything back AND THEN PAY A RESTOCKING FEE ON TOP OF IT. Open your orders the day they arrive, it you don't, good luck getting refunded on anything that is broken. I could write a book on how crappy this place is but yet I know I'll be back. -

I purchased some lovely mercury glass jars. On their own website they advertise that these jars could be used for flowers. I used them for flowers and the water took the finish off. They were defective from what they advertised them for and would not return them. I cannot use them again because they will not back up their products! -

The items I tried to order totaled $324...the shipping came to $220. I can get the exact same items from Afloral for the same price and their shipping is $36. Ordered some confetti for the wedding. Filled out all of the information and paid for the item. I got an email saying that there was a problem with the order and it could not be processed. I needed to contact them. I contacted them and finally getting through to customer service, I was told their was a problem and I was not charged shipping. They needed to collect their shipping money. I informed them that this was their mistake because I have the email confirmation showing my totals and there was not a shipping cost. If it was there mistake, they should own up to it. Not contact their customers scamming them out of more money.

DO NOT waste your time or money!!! Everything on the site looks great and very cost effective, until you get to the shipping fees and receive the items in person. One of the products I was interested in using for my wedding had significant shipping costs associated with it, so I decided to order one prior to ordering in bulk to ensure the product was exactly what I wanted. The first purchase was actually in line with my expectations. I thought then, that I had eliminated buyer's risk and that the future investment would be worth it. I was wrong. When I received the next order, the product was nothing like the initial purchase or product photos on the website. I contacted the company for a refund. Items arrived damaged; Customer service was terrible
I ordered 12 bud vases and they arrived damaged. 3 of them were shattered and the other 9 were unsafe to handle because they were absolutely covered in tiny glass shards that would embed into your hand if you touched them. The box they sent the vases in did not say “fragile” or “glass” anywhere on it.
I emailed customer service for a replacement. They took several days to respond and when they finally did, they said they would only send 3 vases. It was frustrating because I paid for 12 vases and had to throw that entire box out. I don’t think that telling a customer to handle vases covered in glass shards the size of grains of sand is acceptable. I will never order from them again and would not recommend them. If your order goes as planned you should be fine, but if your items are damaged in transit they don’t care and have awful customer service. -

False advertising
I order Taper candle with a 6 hour burn time for my daughters wedding. I tested 3 candles that didn't even last 2 hours and when I called for a refund they charged me a 20% restocking fee and said it depends how many people are in the room and the environment !! It was myself and my husband!I would never recommend them!! -

Buyer Beware!
Do not order from this company if there is even a remote possibility you may need to return their inferior product! When I returned lousy lace bolts they sold me I only received a fraction of the cost and they charged me for using their shipping label! Many, many better companies out there - Heidi in customer service was rude and unprofessional and never mind trying to get an e-mail response! -

I purchased the Dried White Statice Flowers (Item # 40099910255) and Natural Dried Lavender 20 inch 120 Stems (Item# 40099905770). When the flowers arrived I was very disappointed. The "White" statice flowers were actually yellow. Not a pretty yellow, the kind of yellow that something white turns when laying in a trunk in the attic for too long. The lavender had lost a ton of buds. At least a handful fell out of the bottom of the box when I opened it. I contacted customer service. I was told that the photos on the website are professional photos and are not the actual product. I asked for a refund. They said they would gladly issue me a refund if I returned the items. Well the total cost of the two items was $21.99. I spent and additional $8.99 getting them shipped to me in the first place. The post office needed $10 for me to return the package. So that would have been a total of $18.99 for shipping costs on 2 items that were misrepresented on Save on Crafts website. I didn't feel as though I should have to pay to return something that looked nothing like what I ordered. I would not buy from the seller again and I wouldn't advise any else to either. I'm just happy that I placed the order very early on so I could see what they looked like before I bought all that I needed. If I had counted on Save on Crafts to be a reliable seller I would have been left with some pretty sad looking flowers for my wedding centerpieces. -

Customer service is horrible. We’re given information one day and then something different the next. Due to this we lost the window of getting our order in time. Customer service did not care and didn’t try anything to make it work. They don’t deserve anyone’s business. -

Very disappointed in my purchase. I ordered 6 bundles of wheat and half the bundle is just stalks! The bundle size shrinks by half. This is not honest business practice, I feel like they have falsely advertised the bundle size...I also ordered burlap bundle runners, and they came very very wrinkled. I sent a note to customer service and they responded with "you may return these products". They did not take any responsibility at all.

I ordered 12 of the same item for my daughters wedding. They sent me a confirmation email stating that my order went through. The next day I received an email stating that they were sorry to inform me but the item I ordered was out of stock and they could only send me one. I contacted them immediately to cancel my orders, since one would do me no good, and they stated they had already sent the one. Really? You send one without even asking me if that would work? I told them I wanted a complete refund. I also told them I would send back the one but they would be paying shipping. She told me to go ahead and keep the one and she would take care of it. I said, so I will be receiving a full refund? She, stated I don’t know that’s up to accounting department! All I can say is I have never seen a company do business like this. I went ahead and ordered from a company with a great reputation. Trying to save a buck is not always the best answer, found out the hard way! -

DO not. I repeat DO NOT order from this company! I ordered 24 votives for my wedding, and when it came to my apt, the quality was really poor, the votives were made with bad craftmanship with crooked and bent metal around the glass. I immediately called customer service and the woman was an idiot. She argued with me about how it was not their fault, I didn't like there products. Seriously? Then she would not send me a prepaid shipping label. I had to talk with the manager and let her know I had to pay 43.00 just to send back the items from postal. She finally gave in and sent me my prepaid shipping label, but would not refund me the shipping cost, So I will not be receiving a full refund. They are unprofessional. Go to another vendor to buy your wedding decor. Choose wisely. I went to michaels and Vase source and bought beautiful cracked gold votives and vases. GREAT quality and service. -

Buyer Beware!: They will send you an inferior product then insist that YOU pay the shipping to return it with the excuse that they "aren't in competition with other craft stores." Excuse me, but yes you are! If I simply changed my mind then it would be my responsibility to send the return. But to send me something of such poor quality that's it's almost laughable and then tell me that it's MY responsibility to pay shipping (again!) to return it is a poor excuse for a business model. Below on the right is a picture of a bundle of Willow branches (1 of the 13 I ordered that all looked like this) that I received next to a bundle that I purchased from another craft supplier on the left. The lack of quality is more than apparent. Both are bundles of 10 branches (although the one from saveoncrafts states that it's 11 branches). When the problem is on the supplier's end then it if the supplier's responsibility to make it right. Unless it's saveoncrafts. They just hang up on you. Apparently they don't take responsibility for their products or poor customer service. -

Ordered some preserved flowers for decoration. They came not as described, and they smell SO BAD. Like rotting fish. I requested a refund and was told I could send them back, but shipping was on my own dime and they would not refund the shipping to me. I haven't experienced that with ANY other vendor while planning my wedding. I'm just so taken aback. Most online vendors will provide free return shipping if you are not satisfied. They couldnt care less once they had their $ -

I recently ordered the 8" round by 1" thick birchwood slabs from save-on-crafts. After taking over 2 weeks to finally get to my house, I opened a box to find 16 of the 28 pieces I ordered were barely over 6" at their largest point. Not to mention the bark was peeling off in large pieces and several of the wood slices were cut at very strange angles and did not lay flat. I contacted their customer service hoping to get the issue resolved;I had planned to return the ones that were incorrect and have them ship replacements. After speaking to a woman who was obviously less than interested in my problem I told her to forget the whole thing and I would be shipping back my entire order. I have ordered from so many vendors for wedding items and have had nothing but great experiences; I recommend saving your time and money and moving on to someone who will value you as a customer. -

Read the reviews about the shipping charges, and have to agree they are totally outrageous. Someone mentioned that they had paid $13 for a large box of items. I paid $20 (well $19.34) for a box of confetti - for UPS Ground shipping. The actual charge for a 3lb box with UPS is $13.94 so I paid and extra $6 for.....? They'll probably say handling, if so someone is making some serious hourly rate packing boxes for these folks. The box was not in good condition when it arrived. Here's the rub - they advertise the confetti as 4 quarts (a gallon!!) but it actually only weighs 3.5 oz - it's very loosely packaged, there could easily be a lot more in the bags, two of the bags only contained 3 oz - which doesn't seem like a lot but given the weight of the product, it equates to ~15% of a bag The shipment weight was 3 lbs - the weight of my order was less than 1.5 lbs.
I know this is a very small and insignificant "issue" in the grand scheme of things but I'm reaching the point where I'm ticked at being ripped off just because the word "wedding" is being bandied about. -

Personally, I would stay well clear of Save-on-crafts.
They have been unlawfully using one of my photographs on their website, to sell their products for many years!
Now they have been caught, they don't want to pay for the usage!
