My fiance and I were looking for a simple ceremony in Savannah and Gordon was everything we could have hoped for and more. At his suggestion we chose to get married in Forsyth Park on a beautiful October day. With met with him the day before for a cup of tea and chatted for a while about what we were looking for: a casual ceremony with just the three of us. Gordon was easy to communicate with and very punctual. Thanks so much for making the day all the more special! -

Very personable!
Mr. Gordon was such a pleasure to have at our wedding. Me and my husband were very nervous because we had no clue what to expect and mr. Gordon made us feel better with his generous heart and honest spirit. Mr. Gordon also contacted us and made sure we were always on the same page and I really appreciated that. Gordon was such a sweet and nice man, and happy we got to have him marry us! He came and endured the Savannah heat and made the ceremony exactly what we wanted, short and sweet! I highly recommend him to anyone wanting a nice and easy ceremony!Savannah Simple Celebrations's reply:

I was a little hesitant to book an officiant online, so I requested to meet Mr. Gordon before committing to a contract. As soon as my fiance and I met him, we knew he was the perfect officiant for us! He was funny, professional, prompt when emailing us, and a joy to work with. He made it clear from the start that he was here to help us and cater the ceremony to who we are as a couple. We couldn't have picked a better officiant for our ceremony. It's clear that he loves what he does, and he was so fun and easy to work with! I can't say enough about Gordon. We selected him because I read that he is so flexible on any style of ceremony. Ours was quick, traditional vows and just a touch of comical. Gordon responds so fast to every message and checks in with you along the way to make you feel comfortable. He had our audience giggling within seconds of the ceremony starting and you could just tell how much he absolutely loves this work. You would have thought he knew us our whole lives but in fact he physically hadn't met us until rehearsal day! Go with Gordon. He listens to your dream day so well and makes it a reality. -

Wonderful Officiant!
Gordon made our day perfect! He responded quickly to our request, graciously accommodated a last minute time change (tip: don't let your children "clean" near your marriage license! Ours was put in a basket under folded towels & took us an hour to find the morning of the wedding!) Gordon was so exceptionally kind and patient with our big family. We are very thankful he was there to marry us! We wrote our vows and Gordon helped us remember them, blessed our rings and family and made it a wonderful day for us. -
