She took the time to understand the vision my husband and I were going for and was great at giving us ideas and options on what Satin Chair can do. The room on our big day was gorgeous! Since we had a winter wedding, we chose to go with all silk flower arrangements, our guests were stunned by how real everything looked. Loved Satin Chair!
With all the craziness on the day of our wedding, I honestly forgot that Satinchair was one of our vendors, but that is because they had everything done seamlessly. We had our ceremony at Meson Sabika; however, they did not have enough white garden chairs for our 200 person outdoor ceremony. They recommended I reach out to Satinchair and I’m so glad I did. Not only did they have the exact same chairs, but it was at a reasonable price as well. They took care of set up and pickup so I didn’t have to do anything the day of. I cannot recommend Satinchair enough!

Alex and the team at Satin Chairs made our wedding day extra special with their finishing touches. We had a pretty specific vision for our day and Alex along with the team were able to make them come to fruition. From our dream gazebo, personalized aisle runner to our chandelier cake table, they made it happen. They were flexible with changes during the pandemic and both the ceremony and reception turned out great thanks in part to them. Beautiful Decor
We decided to go with silk centerpieces to stay within our budget and still have larger, elegant decorations. Satin Chair had endless possibilities when it came to decor. They are super affordable and have tons of options to choose from. Staff was really nice and explained everything. I visited their showroom and took photos of all the decor we included for our wedding. The great thing too is you can add or take out stuff up to two weeks before the wedding which is nice since I'm indecisive.

We have the privilege of working with Alex! She was amazing, kind, and worked with our $1,000 budget. We used the rose gold sequin overlays and table cloth for our table. They also decorated our half moon table and added crowns. It was a pleasant experience and it felt like a fairytale, I was shocked waking into our reception with how beautifully they had decorated. We didn’t have to pick up anything either, they cleaned everything up.

Satin Chair was the sole linen and chair vendor at our wedding venue and we had an amazing experience working with them. Their showroom has everything and really helped visualize what we wanted. They were easily to communicate with and had very good prices. A few days before our wedding they contacted me with an amazing offer to keep up a flower wall in our venue since it was already up for another wedding. They gave us a great discount for the wall and it completely made our reception area! People raved about it and it was a major hit for pictures/selfies.

Satin Chair did a phenomenal job with decorations for my event! Natalia was very genuine and super easy to work with from the moment I met her. She responds very quickly to texts/ calls and remembered even the minute details of what I wanted for decorations. Even when my parents and I went in for an initial consultation, she never rushed us and took time to show us different ideas and layouts so we could envision things better. I showed her a couple of pictures of what I wanted and she was able to incorporate other ideas to make the setting look absolutely gorgeous and personalized. I got so many compliments on how lovely the backdrop/stage and table decor turned out. I was blown away with how amazing everything looked when I got to my venue. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Satin Chairs! Our wedding ceremony and reception decor took our breath away. We worked with Natalia leading up to our wedding. We are both very detailed oriented (and opinionated) and discussed every detailed, Natalia is sweeter than sugar. She spent a lot of time with us. She always ended an email with we want to make your wedding perfect and they did! We interviewed about 3 other vendors for our decor. They have everything the other decorators (not florist) had but and at a much more reasonable price. The week of our wedding, we found out there would be only two hours to set up our reception room due to a prior event. As a newbie to weddings, I didn't understand if that was enough time and called Natalia. She was so calm and said "I work with your venue every weekend and this is standard I'm not worried. We can still set up the small details and everything will be fine, it's lots of time." She saved me a heart attack. ;) When we saw our rooms it was break taking. They really did an amazing job. Our guests were also so impressed with the decor and how our event looked. Thank you so much Satin Chairs (and Natalia) you guys were awesome and a great pleasure to work with.

Their prices were much cheaper than other companies that provided quotes, and I was so impressed with their work. Satin Chair provided our aisle runner, stage cover, chuppah, and coincidentally also did the backdrop behind our head table that came as part of our package with our venue. Everything looked so beautiful and we couldn't be happier with their work. Also, they happily set up our ceremony space the night before our wedding so we were able to get a sneak peek of the decor and actually use it for our rehearsal. Natalia is so sweet and tries her hardest to make sure that everything is to your liking, and her hard work really showed at our wedding. They were great and I would recommend them to anyone.

Best company to get decorations! They have many options that comes with an affordable and reasonable price. The service is great and working with them is so convenient. I visited their office in Naperville and they have some tables and centerpieces set up as examples and it was kinda nice to see them in person before signing the contract. If your venue offers table cloths / table runners with your preferred color motif, check with satin chair cover to see (most likely theirs is cheaper than the ones from your venue**that was the case with mine). Their chiavari chairs are also offered at a nice price compared to others.
Since their office was far from our house, we communicated through e-mail or calls and they responded so quickly and got back to me right away when I had a question.
They have delivery and pick-up service which is awesome coz we did not have to worry about a thing the night of our wedding. Everything was pleasant, their centerpieces are all in great quality and unique.
Working with Natalia was great. She's friendly, organized and was very helpful. Ivone took care of us mostly and she is the BEST! I was undecided at some point with what I wanted to do with our decors and Ivone has the best taste, she was so patient with working with us, she treated us like her friends by giving us the best options and was just fun to work with. I am so happy with how everything turned out and all our friends and family has nothing to say but good things about our decors and how beautiful our wedding was thanks to Satin Chairs & Covers you guys definitely helped us to have a beautiful wedding!

Wow! When I walked into our reception room my mouth nearly hit the floor! It was by far the most beautiful room I had ever seen! The sequin backdrop was the icing on top of an already perfect place! If youre thinking of getting chair covers and think they might be too expensive, just go for it, it's your day and i hope you make it everything you want and more. We were considering cutting the chair covers to save cost and I am so glad we didnt
We were price shopping 2 years before our wedding (while we were saving and i was finishing school) Satin chair covers was the best price i found with the best quality. They really pulled our entire wedding reception together. Too bad there isn't a place to put photos. They set up and came back that night to pack them up. You can choose not to have them do this to save money, buy it was worth it for us because they took the stress about worrying about one more thing away. They even set up extra covers incase unexpected people came.

I am so appreciative of Natalia, her husband, and Satin Chair covers words cannot express. I had this vision in my head and they delivered beyond my expectations. We had a huge fiasco a month before our wedding with our other vendor and Satin Chair covers stepped in and took over without any hesitation. We hosted our wedding reception at the Nineteenth Century Club in Oak Park. In the back of the ballroom, there is a large stage with a heavy, dark colored curtain. We loved the room, but the stage didn't really fit with the light color palette and romantic vibe we were going for. We hired satin chair to set up an ivory backdrop and uplighting in front of the stage and it turned out great! We received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue looked--specifically the gorgeous, draped backdrop. They even texted me pictures the day before the wedding of everything set up, so that I could help them adjust the lighting to the exact tone we wanted. Super easy to work with and reasonably priced--a great experience overall! Had I had more room in the budget, I would have gone for some of those gorgeous gold sequined tablecloths, too :)

Satin Chair did an amazing job for my wedding at Hotel Arista! I had some last minute items that needed to be added and Natalia was so quick to respond. The customer service was on point. Any time I had a question or revision, the whole team replied with quickness and efficiency. Also, I rented the silver sequin backdrop and it was gorgeous! The staff at Satin Chair Covers was awesome! They were very prompt in their responses and helped us through the process of making sure our wedding would look great. They were some of the nicest people I've met, and they did an AMAZING job at our wedding!!!! I heard later that there were many gasps over how beautiful everything looked when people first walked in the door. It really looked stunning!!! And to top it all off, the pricing was fantastic! Finding a vendor that supplies quality chair covers for a resonable price is very hard to find, but with this company you get everything you could hope for. Prior to booking with satin chair covers I was sent swatches of the different shades of purple they had to match to my bridesmaids dresses. The plum color swatch was spot on. I was impressed with their fast customer service and also with their wonderful pricing. I was able to secure a much more eloquent fabric back-drop for my wedding ceremony than with any other vendor for almost half the cost. In additional to that uplighting was included in the cost.

All decorations were set up well before our wedding started and they were there to remove everything from the venue that same night. This is a wonderful business. I found them online and was so pleasantly surprised. I wanted chair covers and sashes for our wedding but I could not find a place affordable enough. We used Satin Chair Covers for all of our wedding linens. We had the most gorgeous black linens with fuchsia pink chair ties! They even decorated the cake table in a damask print table cloth to tie some of our decor together! Travis and Natalia are easy to work with and can make your vision happen! We had no worries about any of our linens on our wedding day as we had 100% confidence in their abilities to make the room look amazing! If I could give them 10 stars I would!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Natalia and her husband!!! The chair covers turned out beautifully!! But the best thing about them was when I met with them. Up until that point I was soo nervous about all of the wedding details because it seemed like nothing was working out for me. But as soon as I met Natalia, I just felt a HUGE weight lifted off of me. We met right at Starbucks and she brought a bunch of samples and showed me right there in starbucks what kinds of choices I could have. She seemed so skilled and knowledgable. They have other things besides chair covers like centerpieces and backdrops and such and if I had met with them earlier in the process, I probably would have used them for EVERYTHING!! They also have a facebook page which helped me with ideas and a lot of the pics were actually at the venue I had chosen so I could actually see them in the actual room that I was using. That helped a LOT!!!! Everything turned out BEAUTIFUL. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!! =)

Not only is Satin Chairs reasonably priced, but they have been very flexible and even customized some of the decor that they put in our reception space and made it look so beautiful in our already incredible looking venue. The place was transformed and I almost gasped when I walked into the room. Check out the picture of our arch! The only thing I didn't like was the white runner - was 1/2 shorter than expected. Would definitely recommend!

It immediately transformed the room. If you can fit it into the budget, do it! My husband was a little irritated that I spent the money, but immediately had to eat his words when he walked in the door. He said, "Now I get it". LOL The delivery was on time and professional. Each chair was covered during transportation to venue. That kept the chairs from getting scratched. Wow does that work. They looked brand new. Great experience with this company.

My wife and I are so so so happy that we chose to go with Satin Chair for our wedding’s decorations; single handedly one of the best decisions made for our wedding. We had the great joy of getting to work with Natalia, who turned out to be the most patient and considerate person in the world. She helped us from day one offering ideas, meeting at price-points that worked with us, and just staying in contact in general. She even took a meeting between me, my wife, and our parents, and was super patient through the process as we finalized on what we wanted. Real Flowers are expensive and I wasn’t impressed with that. I didn’t want traditional flower centerpieces for my whimsical wedding. I wanted statement pieces that were big and can be seen far away as well as up close. I used the cherry blossom trees on my tables for the venue and it was perfect. My guest were amazed and very impressed. We added our lights on the trees for a glowing effect and it was perfect. I also rented an aisle runner with pink petals it was gorgeous! I highly recommend hiring this company. They have a lot of ideas and will make your wedding unique and not the same look everyone else has they have unique pieces.

We just recently booked out wedding linens through Natalia. They have so many different options and are priced competitively. She has been beyond easy to work with and has expressed their flexibility right up to the week before the wedding. I am so excited to see the final product.

We rented gold chirvari chairs, uplighting and votives for our wedding from Satin Chair. I was very happy with getting to come to the studio and check out my options, and I appreciate them letting us add on the uplighting only a few weeks before our wedding. They did a great job with delivery and working with our venue to have everything set up on time.

Satin Chair is the company that worked with our event hall. Aside from the chair covers, which were part of our package, we also selected to use them for a sequin backdrop to the head table and additional sequin tablecloths on the cake table, place card table, and guest book table. The pieces were beautiful and really had that "wow" factor. We got so many compliments on how the room looked, they did a great job! Two things to make sure of before using them, 1. Be sure to pay your final balance well before they contact you. If not, you will be charged a credit card fee to do it less than 2 weeks out. Even being extremely organized, I let this one slip past me. 2. If you put a deposit down for something (we did for our runner), be sure to make a note to yourself to get it back. I had to follow up with them 3-4 times to get them to send it back. Other than that, it was a great experience!

Satin Chair Covers did a great job with my wedding! They worked with us with our tight timeline, were flexible with our last minute changes, and the room ended up looking amazing! We did chair covers and sashes, table runners, a back drop, and table swag on the gift table, cake table, and place card table. All of it looked amazing and really helped transform our room! I would recommend them!

Travis and Natalia are very polite and helped me select the proper fabrics for my wedding. They were always willing to meet me during evening hours to accommodate my work schedule. They have creative ideas and good selections. They were timely and tried their best to do a good job.

Satin Chair Covers was wonderful to work with. They were very helpful when it came to planning the decor for the reception, they gave a lot of great advice and helped make my vision into reality! Although this backdrop was amazing. The people were slow to response but quick to add a "refundable" fee. I'm happy the backdrop came out gorgeous but know they add refundable fees into the pricing after.

Our hall looked beautiful. Natalia definitely has a gift and flair for decorating. If you decide to book with Satin Chairs, know that your reception will look AMAZING... however, during the planning process, you may have a bit of a struggle to get ahold of them at times. But I can say that if you book, you will get a great product.
Definitely worth the cost because of how great it looks.

Bad Customer Service** Update Compalint Resolved
After I placed my reviews the company called me back and follow through on the signage with a full refund. They didnt seem happy about it but being this was their mistake it was the right thing to do..... I placed an order for a surprise welcome home baby sign for my brothers house and they installed the sign at the wrong house and did not communicate or send a picture of when it was set up so we could verify. I even paid extra for it to be set up early. 4 hours later I still dont have a sign and the team does not want to offer me a full refund. Will only offer $30 refund. Great customer service would be to fix their mistake and give a full refund. Instead I have to go without a sign in order to get a refund. Absolutely terrible customer service. Would never recommend.

I loved all of the items that I got from Satin Chair, they were all beautiful, but they were quite stressful to work with. Their communication internally and externally needs a lot of work - impossible to get a hold of them, added a lot of stress week of wedding. Beautiful stuff, but give yourself plenty of time to plan with them.

I am very disappointed in the service provided for my summer wedding. The backdrop behind the band was not what we paid for or envisioned as the backdrop was supposed to go the full length of the wall behind it, but it only went halfway up. We measured correctly and the contract included the correct dimensions for the height, but when we walked into the reception the backdrop was half the height it should’ve been and looked horrible. No only that, but I was told by my venue that the Satin Chair staff was not prepared and did not bring the correct materials in order to do their jobs. We reached out to the company after the wedding and they were unapologetic and did not admit to wrong doing. They also didn’t provide any discounts or refunds for the horrible product and services rendered. I would recommend not using this company!!!

Never got our deposit back
Our wedding was 3 months ago and we still haven’t received our deposit back. Don’t bother working with this company if you want to communicate with anyone, because they won’t respond to your emails or phone calls. Choose another company for your rentals!!
