About a year ago when planning our wedding, my now husband declared that he thought of an idea that he would like for our wedding cake. He wanted a cake at every table instead of one large cake. He also wanted each cake to be themed to something different from Florida. We had gotten a few birthday cakes from Sassy Cakes and were in love with the flavors as much as we loved the décor. We knew this was the place for our wedding cake(s), but we were unsure if they could make this dream come true.
I put in an inquiry with the preface that this idea either sounded insane or insanely expensive. It turns out, it was cheaper/the same cost as one big cake AND they were willing work with me to make this happen. We planned out the themes and design as well as the two flavors. We had half the tables with one flavor and half the cakes had another (brown sugar cake with salted caramel buttercream and lemon cake with key lime curd). I created a little mock up design to show the designer what I was describing, but it was by no means a piece of artwork. What did happen though, is my exact idea appeared on the cakes. Every cake had black line script (theme name) that flowed into the black outline of the theme thing (black bear, manatee, dolphin, etc). We also had a different color ombre as the background for this black outline design. I really cannot thank them enough for making this happen because it looked amazing!
We paid a couple weeks before the wedding after working through email and phone calls back and forth for several months. I didn't check in with them which I thought was an issue the morning of the wedding when that fact popped back into my head, but the cakes arrived as expected! Not an issue at all.
When I saw each cake on it's table, I was so pleased. It was just as I had hoped and the groom was happy to see his idea come to life. When the time arrived for dessert, we went as a couple to each table to make the first slice. It was a way to get time at each table with all our guests. As we already knew, the flavors were awesome. Every guest made sure to let us know that their slice was delicious. The only complaint was that they could not get a slice of the other flavor that wasn't at their table. The venue's manager said that all the cake had been served and there was none left. We also had given 1 of the cakes to the venue's staff because when we ordered the cakes not all RSVPs had been returned and we had another table. This ended up being a much appreciated gesture to the staff who had worked so hard to make our event happen according to plan!
I wish for everyone to have as joyous a day as we had and for their wedding to have delicious cake, whether its a big cake or several smaller cakes. Whatever you wish for your cake, Sassy Cakes can make it happen. -

Jazmine was so sweet every time I talked to her on the phone, and boxed up cake and filling samples for me to take home for our tasting after my now husband wasn’t able to make it. Our cake was delicious! I asked if it would be possible to add some hidden mickeys into the cake and Jazmine was more than willing! She gave me the Disney wedding cake of my dreams! We chose three different flavors for each tier, carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, chocolate cake with chocolate mousse, and vanilla cake with fresh strawberry filling. They were all beyond delicious! The carrot cake was our personal favorite, and some guests came up to us to let us know that the vanilla cake with strawberry filling was the best they’d ever had. -

We only had a small 1 tier cake for our cake cutting as we were supplying desserts for everyone. It was great getting to choose our own mix and match flavors for the cake tasting, which were all amazing. The cake ended up tasting so amazing (chose coconut cake with a fresh strawberry filling). I was able to send them an inspo picture for design and they recreated it perfectly. Will post a picture once I have it! -

Our cake was delicious and beautiful. It was exactly what I wanted. We did a two tier cake and then also a sheet cake to feed everyone. Jazmine was so sweet and easy to get in touch with! We highly recommend!! -

Jasmine was wonderful to work with, was so helpful at getting us a beautiful cake quickly, and delivered on taste and look :) we had originally hired another vendor, but she went out of business 5 weeks before our wedding and Jasmine stepped up and made us a beautiful cake that tasted great too! We received many compliments and would work with her again -

We hired Sassy Cakes for our January 18th wedding at the JW Marriot on Marco. Jazmine and her crew were wonderful! From planning to execution, she helped us every step of the way and delivered a phenomenal experience and product!
Our wedding had a tropical / pineapple theme and her coconut cake with pineapple filling was a perfect fit for our day! As a second flavor, we had coconut and key lime which we also did the groom’s cake in and that was SO delicious as well! One of the nice features of ordering your cake from them is that you don’t have to worry about freezing the top tier for your anniversary. They offer for you to pick up one on your 1st anniversary which I thought was a nice touch. I can’t wait to have our cake again on our anniversary and for it to not taste like freezer burn ;)
Jazmine was professional throughout the whole process and a true businesswoman. She was always quick to respond and honor my requests, even after I changed my mind a time or two. The wedding and the groom cake came out BEAUTIFUL and the process was one of the easiest during our planning. I didn’t feel like I had to worry once about the cakes which is great relief as a bride!

Beautiful and Delicious Cake!
We can not recommend Jazmine and SassyCakes enough. From accommodating our last minute request to come in for a tasting to helping us pick the perfect design and flavors while keeping our budget in mind, we could not have asked for a better experience. We are sweets lovers, so not only was the look of the cake important to us, but the flavor was even more important. This is were Jazmine delivered!! Her cakes looked great and we were super excited once we tasted her cakes. The spice cake with cinnamon filling is AMAZING!
Our wedding day cake was beyond our expectations. It was a show stopper in pictures and had guests asking where we got it from days later! We cant wait to eat our top tier on our 1 year anniversary!

Working with SassyCakes was great! I worked with them strictly off phone and email contact only and got exactly what I wanted! I called and placed an order via phone and made payments easily. Explained via email what I was looking for. Sent the stop pictures of the cake idea I had and she took the idea and ran with it, no problem! My cake was classic and beautiful. We also ordered cupcakes and the guests at are wedding raved about them! Great flavors, great quality, great customer service. Follow them on Instagram to see all the beauty! This cake was one of my favorite things through the entire wedding day! Our cake was absolutely beautiful with four different flavors. We got to taste them all beforehand at an included tasting and they were so moist & delicious!
We also had a sweetheart cake that was gluten free/dairy free chocolate cake with chocolate frosting for our guests with allergies! That cake was my favorite out of all the flavors we got; it was absolutely DELICIOUS! Amazing option for anyone needing an allergy-friendly cake.
This cake was probably the best cake I've ever had. Along with their amazing customer service, they are definitely the best choice by far in the area! Thanks, Sassy Cakes! -

My future husband and I are not huge cake eaters so we decided to go with a simple white wedding cake assuming that the vanilla flavor would appease the majority of our guests. What we weren't expecting was that it would literally be THE BEST cake we have ever had in our whole lives! I don't know how Jazmine makes a simple flavor so amazing but I have been dreaming of it ever since our wedding day and I look forward to ordering another cake when I am back in the Naples area! -

Sassycakes baked the cupcakes for our wedding, as we opted out of a traditional wedding cake. Our guests absolutely loved all of the cupcake flavors we had and loved the idea of a dessert bar as opposed to a cake. Not only were the cupcakes delicious, but Jazmine helped set up the dessert bar and made it look adorable. Highly recommend! -

We had each tier with a different variety of cake flavors from strawberry cake with buttercream and fresh strawberries, wedding white cake with buttercream and red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. Cupcakes included sea salt caramel, cookies & cream, red velvet runway and key lime cream pie. In addition to, chocolate covered strawberries and gourmet chocolate chip cookies. Our guests raved about the dessert table/ cake and left the table empty at that! The best in Naples. Can't wait to tastes her sweets again!

After visiting Sassy Cakes for a tasting, we ended up ordering mini cupcakes, chocolate covered strawberries, mini key lime pies, and a small cake which we could keep for our one year anniversary! Jazmine was super easy to work with and she has a wide selection of cake and icing flavors. Her white cake with coconut buttercream icing is to die for! It's been months since our wedding and we are still talking about that cake. In fact, we plan to go back to Marco Island for our one year anniversary and will order another white cake with coconut buttercream icing!!! All of our desserts looked beautiful and tasted great! Lauren Sent on 03/16/2015I searched and searched for a good bakery to make my wedding cake but really wanted one that could produce a Gluten Free cake that wouldn't make me sick on my wedding day. Not only does Sassy Cakes offer GF cakes but you CANT TELL! We tried several GF flavors and all of them tasted so amazing. I went with Chocolate and Red Velvet and none of my guests knew it was GF, everyone raved about it and it was so great to be able to enjoy cake on our special day!
I highly recommend Jazmine not only for her amazing baking skills but for her upbeat attitude and service! She even delivered my cake out to Captiva Island which is a hike for her!

LOVED our cake!
My husband and I found Jazmine and her team at SassyCakes early in our wedding planning and we knew we wanted them to make our cake from the start! Jazmine is enthusiastic and kind - and her cakes are so so delicious! We did three tiers with a different flavor and icing combo for each tier. Our guests loved having the different options to choose from. Jazmine had also worked with some of other vendors, so it was great working with someone familiar to the area and the vendors. -

I was referred by my wonderful photographer from A Moment in Time Photography. Jazmine does great work and they are affordable. We received rave reviews on how good the cakes were!
