My husband and I were completely impressed by Sassafras. We had our wedding and our rehearsal dinner at Sassafras and it went so smoothly with the help of their staff. They were both beautiful evenings and we received so many compliments on the venue. Would highly recommend!

Our daughter was married at Sassafras this past May 2023 and it was a wonderful experience! The venue is gorgeous, and the Event Team was so helpful and with us every step of the way! They made sure all our questions were answered and were available the day of the ceremony as well for questions and help. The ceremony was beautiful on the veranda and the reception will be one to be remembered. Treasured memories for the bride and groom as well as family and friends!

Wonderful place to have a wedding

Sassafras did a wonderful job and very smooth process.

Everything about this venue is gorgeous and has everything you need. We loved that the venue included so much such as tables, chairs, decorations that it helped save us money to allocate to other things. We used their wedding coordinator and she was awesome and helped make the day seamless.

Sassafras springs was the PERFECT venue for our outdoor/indoor October wedding. I knew this is where I wanted to get married after our first appointment to tour. I actually had a few other venues lined up to tour and cancelled after our initial tour with Sassafras. You cannot beat getting married here with everything they include. My big selling point was all of the decor/tables/chairs they already own that you can use. This took a lot of pressure off of me. Anytime I had a question about anything, I received a very quick response and everyone was so easy to work with. I was concerned at first about having an outdoor ceremony due to unpredictable Arkansas weather, but having the option of moving the ceremony to the stables or the deck right off of the stables also helped my decision choosing Sassafras. We decided last minute to book day of coordinating through them as well. This helped the day run so smoothly and I can't imagine not booking this service. We received so many compliments on the venue and the way our wedding flowed seamlessly. I would recommend anyone looking to book Sassafras Springs for you wedding to do so, you definitely won't regret it.

Sassafras was WONDERFUL to work with! They were so supportive and understanding of the challenges of a 2020 wedding. They always responded very quickly to any questions we had, and the entire staff was a pleasure to work with. On the day of my daughter's wedding, everyone was so helpful and worked hard to make the day perfect!

Great venue space- allows for both outdoor and indoor wedding capabilities. The staff is also available over the phone and e-mail Monday-Friday and even weekends. They do an incredible job of keeping up with the grounds and every picture/location is equally beautiful. Would also recommend for a wedding where you want space for your guests - especially if it's a wedding during a pandemic. They were flexible and understanding from beginning to end.

Our wedding experience was just wonderful. The staff made sure the event center was set up and ready to go when we were, and even though we had a couple of last minute changes a couple of days before the wedding Sassafras still made sure my day was Perfect- Everyone said it was one of the most fun weddings they attended!

This venue is an absolute dream. I am so excited to have our wedding here in a couple months. The staff is exceptional and has helped make this wedding planning process easy and fun. Can’t wait to celebrate on 4.2.21!

The owners are some of the sweetest people in the world! They have a 5 star venue all the way around and want nothing more than to make it as customizable for the bride and groom asbpossible!

We would highly recommend Sassafras Springs as a wedding venue! They are very easy to work with and go above and beyond to make sure everything is as perfect as the bride has envisioned. We loved the convenience of having the rehearsal dinner, wedding, and reception on the same property. Kept it simple for out of town or older guests.

Book this venue! That is my advice. We had an amazing experience from the first appointment when they greeted us with a glass of wine and a smile and we toured the property to the time we departed on a helicopter departure! We love Sassafras and the staff was all so very helpful and customer service seems to be there motto. It was all about me and my desires for my wedding and not a cookie cutter experience.

Can't imagine getting married anywhere else! This will for sure be the go to wedding venue in Fayetteville in no time! Loved my experience and can't wait to watch them continue to grow!

The owners are the sweetest people you will ever meet. They both went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. I highly recommend Sassafras to anyone! There are many options for ceremonies and reception and the whole property is gorgeous!

Sassafras was Incredible!!! They were absolutely the best in accommodating us. My daughter had an incredible wedding because of Sassafras. The staff was always helpful and kind. I would recommend Sassafras to anyone who wants to hold an event at an affordable price and feel you are transported to the vineyards and charm of Italy. Just amazing!!!

Sassafras Springs Vineyard is a relatively new wedding venue in Northwest Arkansas... which for me was a huge selling point, because none of our friends or family had attended a wedding there yet!

What I love about this venue is the variety of place and landscape. They have 4 main buildings - the restaurant, the winery building, the "chapel ruins" (a gorgeous, roofless, deconstructed chapel modeled after Tuscan and Mediterranean influences), and the reception barn which features stained concrete floors and beautiful wine glass chandeliers. They recently built a large deck behind the barn - perfect for an outdoor party! They also just planted rows of grape trees - I can't wait to see those after they've filled in!

The property was gorgeous for our late-April wedding. Green grass, rolling hills, and sun. We had so many great backdrops for pictures! We received endless compliments on the unique space and the fact that it so perfectly met the needs of a large wedding. There was plenty of space for everyone to mingle, relax, and dance!

Venue included tables and chairs for the reception space. They were lenient on vendors, giving plenty of freedom to design every detail of my wedding. The owners/staff were AMAZING to work with.. friendly and professional.

If you are looking for venues in the NWA area - you HAVE to drive out to Sassafras to see it in person. You will fall in love!

Sassafras Springs Vineyard is by far the most beautiful venue I have ever seen! To be able to have my wedding there was an absolute dream. The Long family (owners) are so helpful and caring. We felt they truly wanted us to have the best day ever! I highly recommend this venue for your wedding!!!!

Gorgeous venue! The contract is a little different now than when I got married there because it is brand new so they are working out kinks. But the owners of the venue are the nicest people ever and want to make everyone happy!

This venue is an absolutely beautiful place for a wedding! It is definitely pricey-but so picturesque. If you plan something here, make sure you work with Amy. She is absolutely awesome!!!!

The money we paid to rent the grounds all day was definitely worth it. Being able to have 14 hours to set up/tear down/get ready/party was worth the money. The grounds were absolutely stunning to begin with and made our special day memorable.
