Unprofessional, shameless customer service
I have ordered 5 items for Diwali 2021. Have not received my package yet it's been 5 months now. Customer care say that the products are still in stitching process, hence the delay. BUT 5 MONTHS???!!!!! One of them even used abusive words toward me, the client!! NEVER BUY FROM THIS VENDOR, STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBISTE. I have lost 600€!I have ordered 5 items for Diwali 2021. Have not received my package yet it's been 5 months now. Customer care say that the products are still in stitching process, hence the delay. BUT 5 MONTHS???!!!!! One of them even used abusive words toward me, the client!! NEVER BUY FROM THIS VENDOR, STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBISTE. I have lost 600€! -

Deceptive sellers
Sareeka is using the name of a legitimate Australian based saree seller to trick people into thinking they are buying from a local supplier and also trying to ride on the back of the good reputation of the Australian business. Don't bother giving this site your money. They lie about delivery time. They dont respond to requests. There are so few reviews of their product online so I made the mistake of ordering something from them thinking how bad can it be. I have already decided to forget about ever seeing my money back or anything close to the priduct ordered. Requesting a response from their customer care people means emailing them over and over again just to get a message saying yes there is a delay inconvenience is regretted. I ordered my outfit five weeks ago - the event is in 7 days I now need to go buy a new outfit in order to have something to wear. Extremely unprofessional! I ordered & paid for an iteam from Sareeka over 6 weeks ago. They failed to respond to my first two emails of concern, and only responded to my angry emails where I demanded a refund. According to the 3 emails I did receive from them, my iteam is always in stitching & will be sent within the week. 6 weeks, and I still have not receive my purchased iteam.Extremely unprofessional! This is the WORST online order I have ever had the experience of dealing with. I had to threaten to call VISA and cancel my payment multiple times to have them process the order in the first place. After over a month HALF of it was finally shipped out. The products that arrived are poor scratchy fabrics, stones are falling out and they material is torn. I cancelled the rest immediately and still have no refund after another MONTH of waiting. They don't answer email they don't respond except to steal your money and send you crap months later.
