Sarasota Catering Company was some of the best catered wedding food we have ever had! The appetizers were also a huge hit with our wedding guests and the team was SO HELPFUL throughout the entire night! Highly recommend them for anyone's wedding!
We also we able to use their day-of coordination services with Savannah and she knocked it out of the park- as a bride I was stressed that the decor would not be what I pictured in my head but she understood the assignment and was truly a blessing! I was able to freely communicate with her via email and phone for a few months leading up to our event, she handled coordinating all of our vendors, and made our big day so stress-free that we could actually enjoy our friends and family! -

Sashi was my contact at Sarasota Catering Company. She was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire experience. She answered all of our questions about the menu and was very helpful when we had guests cancel at the last minute. The food was spectacular and the bartender and servers were so thoughtful. One server remembered that I was vegetarian and put food aside that I could eat while we were getting our pictures taken so that I would have something to eat, in case the food was gone. Our tent company arrived late, making them have to wait, and then showed up early, but Sarasota Catering Company went above and beyond to help us when the tent company made us shut down early. The servers even called to verify with their boss that they were supposed to be here longer, making it clear that the tent company was the problem. Sarasota Catering Company helped us pack everything up, as we were being forced out of there, and they were under no obligation to do so. I was so appreciative that I gave them all a huge hug at the end! -

The food was amazing. You so often come across so many caterers who charge an arm and a leg but we stumbled upon a true gem. They were delicious and affordable. My guest even let me know after the wedding how amazing it was! We chose the buffet option and we must recommend it. So many of our guests had 2-3 servings! -

Wonderful wedding appetizers!!
Shout out to Sarasota Catering for the wonderful appetizers they provided for my daughters' wedding this past Saturday. Everything was delicious and made for a great event! The strawberry salad cups were a huge hit! Miguel, the delivery representative, was a huge help in the setup chaos and made sure we fully understood the sauces and presentation for the food items. Many thanks for all your help in planning and being a part of our special day!! -

We originally chose Sarasota Catering because they were an approved vendor for the Bishop Museum, but they went above and beyond my expectations! Sashi was great and timely with responses. Everyone loved the food (especially the mini pies)! And as a bonus- they sent my husband and I home with a goodie bag for us to taste everything at the end of the night. But the very best part was our wedding coordinator Anna- I had so much trust in her that she could display my vision. I just knew we were in great hands! She told me I wouldn't have to lift a finger, and she meant it!! Thank you Anna and thank you to the whole staff of Sarasota Catering. -

Great food, exceptional staff. The captain for our evening, Nikki, went above and beyond all expectionals. I have heard nothing but positivity and praise from our guests about the food and their interactions with the staff. I would definitely recommend using them and would use them again for future events. Very affordable too without compromising quality. -

Sashi was so so so great! She was responsive her team is amazing. The two servers who were onsite was just as amazing. they constantly checked in to make sure my husband and I were doing okay. They packed us up a meal for after the wedding because we barley ate! They even packed up extra cup cakes for us. Our guest raved about the food and the service was just so great! Hire them if they are available for your date you will not be disappointed! -

I cannot thank Sarasota Catering enough!!! Sashi was so incredible to work with. She is very prompt at getting back to you and is so amazing at her job. She knew exactly what she was doing and made sure everything was the way I wanted it to be. We had to change our venue and the whole schedule around at the last minute, and thanks to Sashi we were able to find a new venue available for us. She was so helpful and made sure my day was perfect. The servers at my wedding were absolutely wonderful and very professional, they went above and beyond and made sure everyone was okay and were so quick to clean up and get things out of the way. And not to mention the food was outstanding!!! All of our guests kept saying how great the food was and how nice the servers were. I would highly recommend them, they do not disappoint!! Thank you again for everything you did for us and for making our day so special :) -

Sashi was thorough and helpful assisting through the planning process, with great knowledge of the venue. Lance and the serving/bartending team were friendly, communicative and did everything with precision from setup to cleanup. All our guests absolutely loved the variety and taste of food. Working with SCC was such a wonderful experience. We were planning a destination wedding in Sarasota from Colorado and Sashi was so responsive and not afraid to help out by sharing her opinion. She recommended other vendors to us who we also loved and was able to coordinate and figure out what we wanted and needed while 2000 miles away.
Our day of coordinator, Claire, was excellent and on top of everything. We had to move our ceremony inside at the last minute and they rearranged so quickly (15 min) and made everything perfect anyway.
Our guests kept commenting on how fantastic the food was (highly recommend the mini Cubans, strawberry salad, and beef with herb butter) and we very much enjoyed the entire experience. The waitstaff was also on top of their game, my husband and I never had to ask for anything since they seemed to know exactly what We needed! -

From the first interaction/email with Sashi Baez (our coordinator), I was very excited to work with Sarasota Catering Company. Sashi's professionalism and quick responses to my million questions were so reassuring during the stressfulness of wedding planning. She answered all of my questions, and gave great advice when I needed it. She provided contacts to people I needed, and everyone she recommended were just as perfect.
Anna, our Day-Of-Coordinator, and her assistant did an AMAZING job on our wedding day setting up, coordinating with the other vendors, and creating an effortless and fun wedding day for my husband and I. I really cannot put into words how wonderful this whole experience has been, and SCC has played a big role in that.
I would recommend SCC to anyone that wants their wedding day to be beautiful, fun and most importantly STRESS FREE! -

My fiance and I had the duet plating for our wedding and all our guests couldn't stop talking about how great the food tasted! Not only did we go with their catering, but I also had Sashi who was a life saver as my DOC. The service made my fiance, I and our guests feel like queens and kings! Sarasota catering were the best caterers someone could ask for. My wedding was in someone’s home, so there were many details that needed to be arranged. However, everyone here was fantastic! They were attentive to details, remembered things I didn’t, and provided all I needed from rentals (tables, chairs, etc), to food, to beverages. The day of they ensured my husband and I were fully taken care of, everyone absolutely loved the food, and the clean up was impeccable which was something I was worried about since this was in someone’s home. People at my wedding even noticed how amazing they were and plan on using them in the future! Highly recommended! You seriously can’t go wrong -

Our food was fabulous at our wedding! We got so many awesome comments.
Sarasota Catering staff was fabulous. Throughout the night the second I would mention anything a staff member was on it. Every staff member I encountered was professional, respectful, and did a great job.
Sashi was our day of coordinator. I would not have survived the wedding planning process without her. From the time we booked her nearly a year before our wedding up until our wedding day she was just wonderful. I was a very anxious bride and in constant contact as well as making frequent changes. I annoyed myself, but Sashi was amazing through it all. The one breakdown I did have when some details had to be changed around Sashi called me nearly immediately and talked me through it. She immediately knew how to fix the situation to make it better than it was before. I would HIGHLY recommend anybody to work with Sashi! She will make your wedding planning a breeze! I am beyond grateful we had her to help us through our special day! -

We began with a large list of vendors in the area. After selecting them following an extensive process of customizing our menu and review pricing, Sarasota Catering was easy to work with. The tasting process confirmed our desire to work with them, where we were able to further customize our menu and get exactly what we wanted. They also happened to be one of our lowest costing options as well. -

Sashi and the rest of the Sarasota Catering Company team was perfect for our wedding in Sarasota, Florida. They were so easy to work with, even when we made changes just a few days prior. The food (a Florida buffet) was delicious and the service was very nice and accommodating to all of our guests. They also supplied our cookie favors and a hot chocolate bar. Everything was amazing. We also used they Day of Coordinator service, which I highly recommend. Anna made the process so smooth, so that my husband and I didn’t have to worry about anything the day of. She did a lot of the last minute work with our vendors and helping us remember things to do that we had forgotten. My husband and I are both military, so our schedules can get a little complicated, but they were easy and flexible to work with when it came time to set up tastings and the venue walk through. I highly recommend this vendor for all of your catering needs.

Sarasota Catering Company was easy to work with, available for questions, and helped with the planning process. We could not have done it without the help of Sashi, our day of wedding coordinator. She helped with ideas and made sure we did not miss any details. It rained on our wedding day and Sashi called the lighting company to change some options. The last minute change was even more beautiful than our initial plan. Sashi and the team set up all our DIY decor and when I seen it for the first time it was even more beautiful than I imagined! It was simply stunning. The food was delicious and table settings were elegant. The process of finding a caterer can be very stressing especially when you have a venue like ours, The Powel Crosley Estate, that has many rules and restrictions. They helped plan linens, lighting, site map, etc. It was a tremendous help for us. We truly could not have done it without their help and we recommend them to everyone planning a wedding. They were by far the best company we contacted (and we contacted many!) and we are very happy with the service we received. Thank You Sarasota Catering Company!! -

Rita was extremely quick to respond each time and I was so happy we found her with not much time left! The food was delicious and plentiful (we had the mahi mahi & sirloin steak). It was all presented very nicely even though it was a drop-off at a private residence (it was on nice trays and stainless steel warmers). Several commented on the creamy raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing and how it was the best they'd ever tasted. The shrimp in the shrimp shooters were large and delicious. The tropical fruit salsa for the fish was excellent as well. The steak was cooked perfectly and very tasty (and they cut it on-sight). The staff was very nice and accommodating. I felt that the quality and quantity of the food we received was a great value. Thank you again for providing the great meal!

We received countless compliments about the hors d'oeuvres and meal through the wedding night. Carli Sent on 11/24/2017would HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone looking for any type of catering service. The food was DELICIOUS! We did the Italian buffet package and pasta bar, and since my husband and I don’t eat meat, they prepared us our own vegetarian dishes. EVERYTHING was delicious. So many of our guests raved about the food, my husbands boss actually got their information that night to book them for an upcoming event. I will hands down, always recommend them and we will definitely book them for any event we have in the future.
SASHI. We hired Sashi as our Day of Coordinator and this was the best decision we made. She is simply, AMAZING. She went above and beyond for us. She was SO much more than a Day of Coordinator. She was there, from day 1, to answer ALL of my questions (and I had... A LOT!). I cannot say enough about this woman. She made the whole process go off without a hitch and it would not have been the same without her. I labeled her my “Chaos Coordinator.” She puts all she has into her clients and events, and it is very, VERY clear. And she is SO sweet. After five minutes of meeting her my mother said, “I love her! I feel like I have known her forever, she is so sweet!” Anyone booking through SCC- HIRE SASHI!!! You will NOT regret it! -

She was incredible and fun and helped us through the daunting process of getting things in order. We had no idea what we were doing and Sashi was always there to answer emails, texts and phone calls. We left a lot of the details up to her as far as the decorations and setup and she totally nailed it. The venue turned out to be more beautiful than we imagined. She always let us know when there were sales or special deals in order to help us stay on budget and save money. Their waitstaff was SO attentive, helpful and friendly. The food and drinks were delicious. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend using them! -

Our server was so attentive. Several guests mentioned how responsive and helpful he was. Any time he saw anyone doing something for themselves, he jumped in and offered to help.
And of course, the food was delicious - and a very reasonable price.
We couldn't have asked for anything more!!

We worked with Sashi (she helped us as our day of coordinator) and despite all of the craziness that comes along with weddings, she kept cool and made everything run smoothly. She is very personable and we loved her. Everything was exactly how we dreamt it and we would definitely recommend them!
