Phenomenal!!
Sarah did my makeup and my hair for my wedding and never in my life have I ever felt more beautiful. She is SO unbelievably talented and will create any look that you are looking for! She transformed me into the bride I had always dreamt of. Sarah came to the rescue last minute on our wedding day for my husband! My husband had a few blemishes and Sarah made them completely unnoticeable! He told me he felt so confident afterwards and didn’t even feel like he had makeup on. I will tell anyone I meet that is getting married to have Sarah do their hair and makeup! She was so easy to work with, so encouraging, and such a joy to be around! -

A dream hmua
I loved working with Sarah at Sarah Stafford Artistry. She is punctual, very personable, clean, and of course talented. It is very important to me to work with a vendor who is open to constructive feedback and Sarah was intent on making sure that my look was exactly what I was going for. Even better, her team of assistants was courteous and professional when working with my younger niece and my older mother-in-law. I’d recommend Sarah and her team any day! -

Exceeded my expectations
So glad a decided to hire Sarah. I am from out of town and my son wedding was on a Thursday. I asked Sarah if she could come to our rental house to do my hair and makeup. I gave her a couple of inspirations pics and let her do the rest. She did an amazing job. I was in my dress from 2pm-2am in 90 degree heat. I did not need to touch up my makeup once and my hair stayed beautiful. Thank you Sarah. You made me feel special and beautiful for my Son’a wedding. -

Sarah is magical!
I truly can’t thank her enough for everything she did for our wedding! She defied the laws of gravity with my extremely long hair, made me look and feel like a princess! Did I mention she has a heart of gold as well?! She made sure everyone of of my girls and mommas were taken care of and then some! This woman and her amazing team are a real gem, you seriously won’t find anyone as amazing professionally and personally! I can’t wait to find any excuse to work with her again, thank you SO SO MUCH for everything you did for Tim and I! We LOVE YOU! -

I could not recommend anyone better than Sarah to do your hair and makeup. She was so accommodating, professional, and personable. I booked my hair and makeup last minute but that was no issue with Sarah. She made time for me, and was an amazing communicator. I didn’t really know exactly what I was wanting to do for my hair and makeup so I let her sort of choose what she thought would look best, and she made me feel so beautiful.
A side note for people with ACNE ISSUES! I have always had acne, but especially when I wear makeup. I was nervous to put makeup on because I never wear any since it makes me breakout (no matter what brand I use). I DIDN’T break out at all with the makeup Sarah uses. I was completely stunned that I didn’t have anymore acne than I normally do after it was off and a couple of days had passed.

Talk about confidence boost!
Wow Sarah is truly talented at what she does and she’s super fun to chat with too! I got married on 10/10/2020 and was scrambling at the last minute to find a makeup/hair team and wow was I INCREDIBLY lucky that Sarah just happened to be available on one of the most popular wedding days of the year. After viewing Sarah’s portfolio of work I saw she is capable of doing any look at all — dramatic, natural, in between. She captured the look I was going for but somehow made it even better than I could imagine! She takes her time while still ensuring you stay on schedule for your big day. The quality of every product she uses is excellent and her technique/skill is very advanced and top notch. Also rest assured that any assistant she brings with her to help on your big day will be just as qualified! Myself, my mom, and my bridesmaids were all very impressed and satisfied with the hair and makeup services we received. The longevity of the makeup and hair will astonish you too, my makeup stayed on all night even after sweating outside for pictures and my hair still looked amazing the next day even after sleeping on it. I felt so confident on one of the best days of my life and it shows in every photo. Thank you Sarah!! -

Sarah was sooo amazing! She made my big day perfect! For the first time ever I wore fake lashes and could wear them for longer than the ceremony! I have very sensitive skin, hardly wear make up and she perfectly matched the make up and hair to exactly what I imagined. Also her advice is awesome, trust her opinion if you need assistance. She is so talented, skilled and truly calming to be around on the big day! I was so nervous but her calming, kind nature helped me stay centered. -

Sarah is amazing! She was wonderful to work with! Before my trial I sent her pictures of the make-up and hair styles I was after. She was able to match the pictures to a tee. She also provided advice when I decided to change the lip color. On my wedding day, my mother and mother-in-law also got their make-up done by Sarah. We all agreed it was a great experience, and it definitely contributed to the magical atmosphere of the wedding. I highly recommend working with Sarah! I was very happy! -

I first hired Sarah to do my hair and makeup for my wedding day and LOVED IT!! Since then, I have hired her multiple times to be an on-site hair and makeup specialist for my professional portrait studio. She has proven time and again that she is absolutely professional, and I am always happy with the way her services look when she's finished. Sarah is good at knowing just what type of energy each one of my clients needs to feel relaxed and comfortable, and she is able to accommodate every personality that has come her way. Sarah is the one you call when you have a montonge of ideas and she somehow makes them all a reality.
So yes, we are in the middle of a pandemic, and yes being cautious and clean is paramount...Sarah took care of it. She washed her brushes off after every person, sanitized her pallets after each client. She also wore a mask the entire 6 hour period of doing hair and make up. She had a very gentle touch, it was almost calming! We all turned out beautiful, 1000% elated with my make up and hair on my special day. -

Sarah and her team were simply FANTASTIC! Sarah was there for me to help not only with hair and makeup but with any advice or support related to wedding planning in general. On the day of my wedding, the process went very smoothly, my hair and makeup were exactly as I said I wanted (it stayed all night too!), and I felt stunning. Our families and bridal party also looked perfect and each of them loved their experience regardless of who completed their services. It was a truly fun day and I could not be happier!

After having a not so good experience with a different MUA, I found Sarah. We meet for a consultation and I left feeling confident in my decision to hire her without doing a trial run. Sarah listened to what I was wanting as well as my concerns. On my wedding day, she showed up ahead of schedule, and exceeded my expectations. Sarah is without a doubt an extremely talented individual! -

My makeup looked amazing all day even after taking pictures outdoors in 90 degree weather. Airbrush was definitely the way to go. Sarah was professional and very responsive via text. -

I couldn't have asked for a better partner for hair and makeup for my wedding than Sarah and her team. From our first meeting, I was completely at ease with her and trusted her to do an amazing job for my bridal portraits and my wedding. She also accommodated all ages, from two flower girls to all of my bridesmaids to my mom and mother-in-law. Everyone felt perfect for the big day. Sarah was everything everything and more that I could have asked for in my wedding day. I initially had a terrible trial elsewhere and she was able to squeeze me in last minute for a trial before I left the state (and wouldn't be back until the wedding). On the day of, she made me feel gorgeous and my mom feel like a princess. What got me the most though was my sister showed up last minute to get ready at the hotel room and she offered to do her hair and makeup as well because she had time! Everything stayed in place all night and communication back and forth was extremely fast. If you want your hair and makeup to be one less thing to stress over on your wedding day, call Sarah. -

Sarah did a terrific job doing the makeup and hair for my wedding. She was patient, professional, and did beautiful work. Sarah was very responsive during the whole process. She quickly got back to me with questions I had. She had everything taken care of and was kind in reassuring me so. During the trial I ended up not wanting to go with the look for the wedding. This was no fault of Sarah's. It was just that I changed my mind on how I wanted the look to go. So on the wedding day Sarah took her time to get my hair the way I wanted it to be. She knew exactly the look I was going for. Sarah wanted us to show her pictures of makeup and hair styles. She made sure everyone was on the same page as too what bold, for example, meant. Sarah only books one wedding a day. She makes sure she gives her all to the bride. And it showed. She is easy, comfortable, and fun to be around and work with. It was the perfect start to the best day ever. She came to my house and started right away. She did my now stepdaughter's hair which was long and curly and she wanted it straight and wavy. She even went back to it at the end to touch it up. She also did the mothers. Everyone absolutely loved their hair and makeup. We all looked gorgeous and felt wonderful! And it all lasted through the day well into the night. I would highly recommend hiring Sarah for your wedding. -

I'm so glad I chose Sarah to do the hair and makeup for me and my bridesmaids. She was professional and fun, and she gets the work done fast. I had heard horror stories of weddings running late because of hair/makeup delays, and I felt relaxed on my wedding day knowing Sarah was keeping us all on schedule. She did my hair and makeup when I was a bridesmaid in a friends wedding as well, and both experiences with her and her assistants were truly great. Sarah Stafford and her team are great to work with. When it came to my bridal trial I showed pictures of how I wanted it done which she made it happen. Before the wedding came I changed my mind a few times and she was very flexible with all the changes coming her way with no problems! Sarah Stafford was an absolutely great choice for my wedding! I did a hair/makeup trial with her before the wedding day, which I would definitely recommend because she was able to spend so much time with me getting my hair and makeup just the way I would want on the big day without too much pressure or time crunch. When it came time for the actual wedding day she was able to do everything so much more quickly and exactly how I wanted it. I'm not someone who generally wears a ton of makeup and was going for as much of a natural look as I could achieve, and I really feel that she helped me achieve that goal and I definitely felt amazing on my wedding day. The groom was impressed as well, which is the most important part! :)
Additionally, we had a ton of bridesmaids and family members on the wedding day who wanted their hair and makeup done, and Sarah did all of it with one extra person helping with no issues at all. We were not rushed or stressed out, but a TON of people were able to get what they wanted done. It was basically awesome. Sarah is incredibly sweet and professional so it's fun to be around her as well as capitalize on her talent! Her prices are reasonable and well deserved given the great quality of her work! -

Sarah did a wonderful job - especially when I decided the morning of my wedding to change my hairstyle from what we tried during my trial (which the trial hairstyle was also beautiful, just decided to change from an updo after seeing my dress finished)! Sarah was amazing! She is so down to earth and very helpful. My girls loved her and her work. I would recommend Sarah to anyone and everyone. She made getting ready fun and easy and all my girls looks fantastic. The make-up lasted all night, we started at 8am and it looked flawless even through sweat and tears. -

Hours of dancing and crying and I still looked great. Not a smudge.
Plus I loved that she provided me with a contract so I could actually see what the conditions and expectations were and she was very understanding and willing to make changes to our makeup and hair without my bridesmaids and I feeling like we were being difficult. She understood that I wanted things to be a certain way.

I was referred to her by my friend who is a photographer. I never wear make up so this was all new to me. I told Sarah what I was looking for and showed her pictures and she made me comfortable and did just a wonderful job. I ended up having her do my make up and hair. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my hair until that afternoon and I loved what she ended up doing with my hair. She was fun to chat with, easy to work with, and very professional.
