Excellent experience!
Working with Sarah Rose was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the beginning, her professionalism and calm demeanor set the tone for a smooth and stress-free planning experience. On the day of the wedding, she handled every detail with grace and precision, allowing us to fully enjoy each moment without worrying about what was happening behind the scenes.
Sarah has a natural ability to stay composed, no matter what comes up, and that calmness truly helped us feel at ease. She was always a step ahead, anticipating needs before we even realized them, and making sure everything flowed seamlessly.
Not only was she an incredible coordinator, but her eye for design truly brought our vision to life. The decorations were absolutely beautiful, thoughtful, elegant, and perfectly tailored to our style. We received so many compliments from our guests!

Amazing to work with
Sarah is absolutely amazing at what she does. I cannot recommend her highly enough for your wedding florals and decor. She is so easy to work with, and her prices are so reasonable compared to others I looked at in the area. She did our wedding florals, chuppah draping, table settings and decor (and she did all of this while in a walking boot and wrist splint!). She’s amazing!! -

Sarah did a great job paying attention to every detail to make our wedding beautiful! The flowers for the centerpieces were gorgeous, and the bridal bouquets were beautifully put together to tie in with our wedding colors. Sarah and her team are truly exceptional. Right from our initial email exchanges, I knew she was the one. We told her about our “luxury look on a budget” wedding vision and she totally got it. She not only perfectly understood but also went above and beyond. Her dedication and attention to detail were evident as she not only met but exceeded our expectations.
Walking into the reception area left me speechless. I was astonished by how gorgeous everything was looking. The sweetheart table, in particular, was a standout. Every detail was beautifully perfect!
We had some unexpected rain on the wedding day that forced us to make last-minute changes for the cocktail hour. I knew she’d make it all look amazing, and she absolutely did.
On the big day, Sarah was a rockstar! She took charge, and I didn't have to stress about anything. The communication with each vendor was on point. I noticed how aware she was of the timeline and how she perfectly managed it with the vendors.
Sarah, I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible work you and your team put into making our day unforgettable. Your dedication and professionalism are a true gift. Thank you for bringing our vision to life and making it even more magical than we ever imagined. You are simply the best!

Sarah and her team provided excellent service from start to finish.. being a woman that never planned my big day I had alot of ideas flooding my mind I told her my vibe, shared my heart, and she brought it to life in my bouquets they went so beautifully with the decor and wedding colors. I still have my bouquet in the fridge and it looks great. I would definitely recommend the team and use them for future events. Thank you all! -

Stop what you are doing and hire Sarah. Sarah Rose Events handled our wedding as the month of coordinator and she was a God-send! This was the perfect answer for us as we tried to plan our wedding on a budget from the other side of the country - Sarah was SO easy to work with. She was so insightful and her clear experience made her ready to handle any situation on our special day. From the moment we had our first phone call until the second after our ceremony when her assistant greeted us with drinks, we felt like we were in good hands because of Sarah. She ran our wedding perfectly, was a blast with the guests, and she made us feel comfortable. SERIOUSLY recommend hiring her for your next event. She coordinated all of our site visits for a venue that was also her first time seeing, and she ran a flawless event day of.
Sarah also was our florist, and the photos speak for themselves there. Her flowers were beyond gorgeous, and as big gardeners ourselves, that was critical for our ceremony. I cannot say enough good things about Sarah Rose Events - this is the affordable, helpful, and compassionate coordinator you need! -

Sarah Rose Events did our florals for our wedding and they turned out AMAZING. Not only did she provide fresh and silk flowers but also did our table numbers, chargers, welcome signs, and a variety of centerpieces for our guest tables. She was on time, very responsive, and answered all my questions leading up to the big day. I was so amazed by how beautiful my bouquet was and everything looked better than the inspiration pics I sent over. Sarah was very helpful in the beginning stages when I didn't know exactly what I wanted and she walked me through all the options. Her prices are very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend Sarah Rose Events! -

Truly incredible service
I was very hesitant at first to hire a company in an area that wasn’t within driving distance of me. It was a bit worrisome not seeing everything and just trusting a phone conversation and some photos. I will say they made it so easy for me to relax and trust the process. Our first phone conversation was incredibly detailed and brought up things I didn’t even think of having at my wedding. We added so many amazing touches and even added items last minute that was done with ease. All communication was prompt and pricey was beyond fair. The day of the wedding I was blown away by how everything came together. The flowers were stunning and the ceremony set up was more than I could have imagined. Thank you so much for making my special day beautiful!!!! -

Made wedding planning a piece of cake!
Planned a wedding in a short amount of time and Sarah with her staff made it sooo easy! She worked with my schedule and got things I really wanted from other vendors! Advocated for me throughout the wedding. It was the greatest idea to have her as my day of coordinator as well. Everything went seemlessly smooth (at least from a bride’s perspective) never heard of anything because Sarah was on top of it! She communicated with family and photographer’s for my husband and I. She was always calm and composed with a smile! We would 100% recommend her! And the plus point was we didn’t need to break the bank to have an amazing wedding! -

Amazing!!!
Sarah was amazing from start to finish. From delivering my flowers to the venue, helping the groomsmen with their boutonnières, and passing out the flowers to the bridesmaids and myself as we prepared to walk down the aisle. It was nice to not have a single worry regarding the flowers. Not to mention, they came out exactly how I wanted and they were stunning!! 10/10!! -

Sarah Rose Events is the best business ever for any event planning and coordination. I had Sarah and her team for my wedding and everything came out to be perfect! I was so nervous and stressed out as a first time Bride but am so glad I had Sarah to help me every step of the way, she really thought of everything, so that when the big day came, everything turned out to be what I dreamed of. Everything was so special and magical. Words cannot express how thankful we are to Sarah and her team. They are truly all wonderful and we enjoyed every bit of our big day without having to worry about a thing. We don’t know what we would’ve done without them! Working with Sarah as our florist was great! She was very easy to communicate. She was happy to walk thru my ideas and designs a couple of times and was very fairly priced. She was also able to provide some additional rentals we needed which was very convenient. I was nervous having to do a room flip on the wedding day, but everything turned out perfect and exactly like how I envisioned!! -

Sara was great to work with. Emailed back and forth, sent her picture of what I wanted and she delivered. I had to deal with a lot of vendors on my wedding day and she was the easiest and most professional one to work with. She did our bouquets, arch decor, centerpieces, and groomsman flower. -

So I had an idea of what my flowers would look like but not being too familiar with different types other than roses or lilies, I could not quite visualize what my floral arrangements would look like but I could not have asked for a cooler looking wedding! Sarah did the bridal party bouquets and boutonnieres as well as all centerpieces and a large floral arch. I knew I wanted COLOR so I chose blue and purple. All i did was give her an idea of how I wanted things to look and the color scheme and she took it and ran with it. Her creativity surpassed anything I could have thought of and I was so happy with it all. We even used faux for the centerpieces as not to waste and real floral for everything else. You could not tell the difference because it all looked so beautiful. Sarah Rose is so sweet, professional, and creative and will absolutely do right by you :) My face says it all when i saw my own bouquet haha! -

My husband and I 100% recommend Sarah Rose Events! Sarah and her team coordinated our wedding and provided all the florals and decor. We had our wedding at a barn venue and Sarah knew exactly how to amplify the beautiful scenery and nature that was surrounding the barn. The thing that sticks with me the most is that her team wasn’t afraid to give suggestions or offer alternatives when my mind was just racing with ideas. We hired Sarah and her team for our florals, decor, and day of coordination. It was the best decision we could have made! She is fabulous! She brought our vision to life and every detail was EXACTLY as we wanted. She captured the classic, simple, and glamorous look that we described and made it look so easy. She was professional, thorough, and I cannot say this enough.. FABULOUS! Our wedding day was so relaxing and we were able to enjoy every moment of it because she took care of everything. If there was any trouble with our vendors or guests before the event started, I had no idea because she is a pro!
I spoke to a few florists before finding Sarah. After our first consult with her we knew there was no one else who could bring together all of the elements we wanted, within our budget, and with the level of care that she could. Hiring Sarah was a no brainer!
Sarah and her team are a dream, and they will make your dreams come true. You can tell they love what they do, and they have fun doing it. You deserve to have Sarah Rose by your side on your special day! ❤🌹 -

I was referred to Sarah Rose Events since I got married out of state and did not know any local vendors. Flowers were not a highly-valued thing on my list, so I reached out and told her what my budget was and that I didn't have any preferences. Well, she knows that's not the right thing for anyone, so she asked me specific questions and gave me homework to find ideas of shapes/flowers/colors I liked. I remember her specifically telling me, "I don't want you have something just because it's beautiful. I want you to have something that feels like YOU." I didn't realize before my conversation with her what that really meant, but once I did my homework and we connected again I was SO thankful she helped me figure out my likes/dislikes/preferences. If she hadn't done that, or if I had gone with any other vendor that just wanted business, I don't think I would have had flowers that really felt like me!
She sent me pictures of different things she could do, different colors and flowers and we came up with the best bouquet I could ever want! She is great at responsiveness and really caring about her customers' needs. Her prices were reasonable and she was very pleasant to work with. I am so happy I was referred to her and for what she created for my wedding day! -

Exceeded Expectations with Gorgeous Wedding Florals!
Sarah and her team FAR exceeded all of my expectations for our florals. I discussed my vision with her and she truly made it come to life. Every single detail was dead on. I was very specific with what I wanted, and it was very clear that she had listened carefully and had prepped her team to deliver. My bouquet was the most gorgeous I had ever seen and was more beautiful than I had imagined it would be. The type of greenery she chose was exactly what I wanted (even though I wasn’t sure how to even ask for it!). The greenery and florals that her team used for the arch made our entire ceremony. The aisle décor (lanterns and greenery) were breathtaking, and her team also handled our entire centerpieces (down to the three glass votives). There was even greenery added to my cake, just as I had asked. Sarah and her team are incredibly talented, are fast workers, and are very sweet. I highly recommend her and her team for all floral needs! -
