Perfection!!!

Diane and the catering staff at Santoni's Marketplace and Catering was a dream! They were so helpful and responsive throughout the entire planning process, and on the day of the wedding, they handled everything flawlessly. The food was delicious, and the staff were so friendly. I didn't have to worry about a thing! Thank you for making our event so special!

Great service, excellent selection of food, and flexible for what you want.

Very professional organization. They are a one stop catering service (food, liquor, cake). Diane, who is the event planner was great to work with. She was professional, accommodating with our meal plan and costs. The hors d’oeuvres and food was great. Guest couldnt stop talking about the food. You have to get the bbq bacon wrapped shrimp and crab cakes for the cocktail hour. Everything was served as planned and cleaned up on time

Highly Recommend Santoni’s Catering!

Santoni’s provided the catering services for our wedding and we are so pleased with how it turned out. Not only was the food delicious, but the team was also incredibly kind and professional. We worked with Diane during the planning process and on the day of the wedding and she was incredible. She answered our many questions, helped us create a customized menu that fit our budget, style, and guest diets, and made sure all of our guests were taken care of. Santoni’s also provides a tasting for the wedding couple which was helpful in making decisions. We loved our experience and highly recommend!

Santoni's is a gem!

This review is 10 years overdue! Santoni's catered our brunch wedding at the Maryland Zoo in 2012 and did a phenomenal job. Jodi was super responsive to our needs and helped with other aspects of our wedding as well. We wanted something affordable, delicious, and no-fuss, and they delivered! Everyone raved about the omelet and waffle stations, and they allowed us to cut a cupcake with a sword (we had to be ridiculous, lol). I have used Santoni's for other occasions and always stop by the market when I'm in Glyndon. Thanks, Santoni's!

Best caterer!

We chose santoni's to be our caterer for our wedding, and we definitely made the right choice! They had a great package with food and alcohol at a great price. They had different packages that we could decide based off preference and price. They had multiple dinner and appetizer options that anyone could enjoy. The service at the wedding was phenomenal. Cherie made sure my wife and I were fed and had whatever beverage we wished at our side from start to finish. The guests were taken care of properly and everyone got enough to eat. We were able to take the leftovers home as well. All in all, Santoni's helped make our special day amazing and a lot easier by providing efficient service and hospitality. Easy Five stars!

Santoni's outstanding chefs and catering directors make the event outstanding

Santoni's makes it easy - they think of the things you don't and they always have a recommendation for upscaling at a savings. Personal attention made our event even better and the day of the event on-site management is outstanding. Chef's recommendations and preparation are top notch and the food tastes amazing!

Yummy Food and Great Service that surpassed expectations!

Santonis was fantastic for our wedding this past weekend! Not only were they great at accommodating our requests (Linens early so we can decorate tables after as well as providing a childs meal for our nephew) but they also helped my family clean up everything after! Not only the food! Some of the waiters/waitresses were even in the line congratulating us as we exited our venue! They made the day fantastic!

The food itself was super yummy. We got the skirt steak with mashed potatoes, ratatouille and stuffed shrimp for our guests entrée and for cocktail hour tons of tarts, mini crab cakes and much more. They were also great at providing various drink options for our guests and families with a wide range of taste. Would highly recommend and use again in the future!

Unsung Heroes of our Wedding

My Wife and I are so happy and thankful we got to work with Jackie & team from Santoni's for our big day. They were so incredibly helpful and supportive, especially during these difficult and uncertain times. No matter the situation, their team always put our best interests first, and were very flexible when it came to making anything work. We know how important it is to have a caterer that is prepared, organized, and on top of their game the day of - and Santoni's was all of this plus more. On top of all of this, the food was incredible. Our initial tasting with them was wonderful, and the food that was served day of was perfect. We had so many of our guests come up to us during the event, and reach out after the event saying how great the dinner was. We can't recommend Santoni's enough, and look forward to having them be a part of all of our future events to come!

Santoni’s Catering

My husband and I first heard about Santoni’s through our venue (Haven Street Ballroom). After meeting with them at an open house, we quickly booked them for our March 14th wedding. Their prices are very competitive, their customer service is amazing, and their food speaks for itself. We were completely thrilled with their service and with the quality of their food. In addition to serving dinner, Santoni’s also provided us with our bar and the dessert. We were married on Pi Day and they were able to perfectly create a pie bar for the occasion with mini personal pies for each of our guests - it was a complete hit!!

We also have to give a huge shoutout to Jackie and the rest of her team for how wonderful they were given the circumstances. Our wedding date fell just days before the COVID-19 pandemic fully escalated in the U.S. While we were fortunate to be able to move forward with our wedding at the time, we had to make a number of last minute changes to the guest count. Jackie and her team were responsive and supportive the entire time. Despite everything that was going on in the world, they truly helped to make our day perfect.

Best Caterer Hands Down!

Santoni's Catering was one of the easiest and best choices we made when planning our wedding. We had so many compliments about how good our food and cake were from all of our guests! The staff was amazing in everything they did, they were super professional and knew exactly what to do. They even had a great time themselves! Jackie was the BEST to work with all around. We had complete faith in her and what she thought was best. It was so nice to not stress about things because Jackie was so on top of things the whole night! Wonderful Catering

Santoni's is on the recommended list for out Zoo wedding, and I'm so happy we went with them. The food was reasonably priced and tasted amazing. The liquor packages are great as well. I would recommend them for any catering event.

Successful 200 person catering event

A work event for 200 attendees was successful with NO stress because of the ease their catering service provided, their professionalism, and excellent, hot homemade food. Last minute food changes were needed and there was complete understanding and flexibility by their experienced catering staff. In addition to catering successfully, they assisted in changes in the room set up at an off-site lodge, where the large event was held. I would highly recommend Santoni’s catering services.

Best of the best

We cannot recommend Santoni's Catering enough, 20/10 seriously!! We continue to get compliments on the food from the appetizers to dinner to cake. Yum! They also provided our bar service. While they offer a few tiers of alcohol, which we chose from. Santoni's also allows you to buy your own alcohol if you want to add a few specific choices, which helped save costs! The staff was INCREDIBLE. All night they took perfect care of our guests, while catering to my groom and I, the bridal party, and our families to any needs we had. We were able to pick and choose from multiple menus to provide perfect, diversified options for our guests. The mini chicken and waffles were a hit for appetizers! We had a buffet style dinner and were able to add on additional requested items. We had the BEST event coordinator, Jackie. She even used loose blooms to decorate our cake! The organization of her and staff made for a seamless event, I did not have to worry even for a second. Down to the clean up! Thank you thank you for helping created the best night ever!

My cake brought tears to my wedding planners eyes!

Jackie was great to work with and she made more than just my dreams come true. I sent some pictures and asked for an few succulents on my cake and they just went way above and beyond! They took care of everything and I really didn’t need to contact them but one other time just to check. We also got seasonal cupcakes and everyone took extras because they couldn’t get enough! My venue planner literally was brought to tears and said it made her feel warm and fuzzy inside because it was so pretty and the staff were so genuinely nice. My friend who attended my wedding asked for their info because she wants to use them for her wedding this June!

Wonderful Meal, Hors D'oeuvres and Bar

Great experience

Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The food was great! I also liked how prompt they were when helping put centerpieces and such away. All around a great experience. Santoni's helped make wedding magical!

Santoni's catered our daughter's December 15th wedding. I am so grateful that we chose them from the three vendors we interviewed. From the taste-testing to the big day, Santoni's staff was responsive and helpful. Jackie and her crew took excellent care of the bridal party and guests to make sure everything came out right. and put our minds at ease so we could enjoy the celebration. Their expertise and attentiveness set the tone for a great evening. Our guests raved about the food --everything from cocktails to dessert exceeded expectations. Guests loved the crab soup, assorted cheeses, and dinner options (especially the macaroni and cheese bar!) We had a phenomenal dessert bar and the hot chocolate bar was one of the big hits of the night. Bar service was also excellent. Santoni's help take a special occasion and make it even more memorable. I highly recommend them for special occasions and look forward to when we have another opportunity to do business with them.

Beautiful Wedding Cake!

A smorgasbord of delicious

Cherie and her team at Santoni's did the best job on our wedding. We had a venue that allowed you to bring in your own food and alcohol. We hired Santoni's for the deliciousness of their food and Cherie's experience with our venue. We had a somewhat unusual lineup of courses and Cherie didn't blink. She also helped us make our vision of a beer tasting station come to life at the last minute. She even made sure I had special hot sauce for my entree. We highly recommend them.

Food and Service were out of this world!!!!

Best food ever!! There was not a complaint in the house regarding food or service. Jackie's team paid specific attention to the Bride and Groom's family and made sure that all were cared for. Cherie was absolutely amazing from the time we selected santonis to the day of the wedding! Everyone loved the food, and the owner of my venue said it was one of the best they’ve ever had. We held the first ever Pride Drag Show in Westminster MD on July which was a HUGE SUCCESS!!! We hired Santoni's to cater because the event was held in St Paul's UCC church's social hall and we must have a caterer to be allowed to have alcohol. Santoni's was on board from the very first call to the day of the event!! Specifically Cherie Hughes was more than accommodating and helpful through the entire planning process, suggesting things we didn't think of, and actually coming to the event, along with the superb bartender John!! Their level of professionalism and being accommodating were beyond compare!!! We look forward to working with Santoni's next year!!!

Santoni's was amazing to work with! Cherie has so helpful and worked with us to put together a great menu within our budget. They provided us multiple pricing options with them providing things like utensils and not so we could price that out on our own. The staff during the wedding was also fantastic! They were very relaxed yet professional, not pushy but kept us on schedule. And the food - so delicious! I have had a lot of our guests tell us that the food was the best food they've ever had at a wedding - there were lots of options (and Santoni's worked with us to handle a few vegetarians specially which was great) and everything was prepared incredibly well!

We used Santoni's to cater out "staff prom" as a corporate event for the staff at our school. Santoni's was flexible and worked with our limited budget. Santoni's and Cherie were amazing!!!!!!! They were so easy to work with throughout the entire process. Always responsive to email and super flexible. We were able to pick up linens and flatware ahead of time in order to decorate our venue the day before. On the day of, Cherie and her staff were amazing. Taking care of every detail, making sure we stuck to our timeline, and making sure the whole event ran smoothly. It was super hot yet the staff was cheerful and professional. The food was amazing. We received countless compliments on the food. Several people even said "this is the best food at a wedding" Cherie went above and beyond our expectations and helped facilitate our homemade cookie bar that wasn't even a part of Santoni's catering, as well as our rose petal send off at the end of the night. The staff also went above and beyond in the clean up. They packaged all leftover food and cake for us to take home, gathered our centerpieces, folded tables and chairs, swept, etc... This made it very easy when we went back to gather our things the next day. We can not say enough good things about Santoni's we are so happy we chose them to be are caterer. Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I got married last weekend! Everyone told me the two things people remember most about weddings is the food and the dancing. People cannot stop commenting on how great the food was. Cherie made sure the buffet ran smoothly & the food was hot. The bartenders were quick and kind! I knew I was going to have a good day when anytime I told people Santoni’s was catering they complemented us but truly it went above and beyond our expectations. Cherie was extremely responsive the food was great & the alcohol never stopped flowing. Thank you again & I cannot recommend Santonis enough.

My wife and I used Santoni's for our wedding in Westminster, MD and the entire experience was nothing short of spectacular. We worked with Cherie, who could not have been more accommodating in making sure that our day was flawless. She was an absolute pleasure to work with every step of the way. From the initial meeting, to the tasting, to the event, to the clean-up and breakdown Santoni's customer service and quality is second to none! Our guests RAVED about the food and the staff and chef were incredible all night long. There was even a tornado warning during our event (which was an outdoor venue) and Cherie and her team didn't miss a beat. They executed flawlessly while remaining calm during what had to have been a stressful situation for them without any lapse in customer service. I cannot say enough about Santoni's and would HIGHLY recommend them for any event in which you are looking for deliscious food, excellent customer service and a friendly well trained staff. Simply put SANTONI'S IS THE BEST!!!!

We are an older couple, married December 28, 2017. We worked with Jackie at Santoni's and she was amazing. Despite going through some rough personal times within two weeks of our date, Jackie was always available to us and had many helpful ideas and suggestions. We went with a buffet option and had a personal tasting--yummy! Although I didn't get to eat much at the reception itself (held at Westminster Hall) because of the need to get photos taken and mingle with guests, I had so many in attendance make a point to come up to me to praise how delicious the food was. One person told me that they never ate mashed potatoes, but Santoni's had the best they had ever tasted and they went back for seconds. I thought the price per person for the buffet was extremely reasonable as was the cost for the wine and beer bar. What I especially liked was the fact that we were allowed to choose the wines and beers we wanted! No cheesy, bargain basement brands. And the wedding cake--which I did get to taste--was out of this world. Jackie was there to supervise everything on the day of the wedding and made sure that it all ran smoothly. After the event was over, Jackie's team helped pack up our gifts and decor so that everything was staged near the front door for us to load up. All in all, we had a wonderful experience working with Jackie and Santoni's and couldn't have asked for more. I give them the highest possible rating! We would definitely use them again and strongly recommend them to others.

Santoni's did my wedding on October 14, 2017. It was perfect. The food was delicious and the staff was so attentive and professional. Everyone went out of their way to help my guests get their food and drinks. It was perfect and I can't thank them enough. My guests were so impressed by the food and service. Working with Santoni's for our wedding was absolutely wonderful! Cherie was incredibly helpful and made the whole process so easy.. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and that everything ran smoothly the day of. The food (an assortment of gourmet sandwiches, salads, etc) was perfect for our barn wedding and we got a ton of compliments from guests who were happy that it wasn't the typical "wedding food". Cherie helped make sure I got my "naked" cake that I had been dreaming of, and it looked stunning! I really can't say enough good things about Cherie and the rest of the staff-- so professional, friendly, and helpful. Our day would not have been nearly as wonderful if we hadn't worked with Santoni's!

The event planner down to the staff are there for you each and every second. Whether it's through email or a phone call they treat you like kings and queens. The wait staff at our event was top notch and professional. The food was severed on time and hot. Their wedding cake was a smash hit! Don't waste your time going anywhere else to get a cake. We have used Santonis for office parties and holiday events and have never been disappointed. They are great value for your hard earned money and we would never use anyone else. Santonis went above and beyond. My every expreience was top notch. The service, the food, everyhthing was GREAT.
Anyone planning a wedding should us Satnonis. I did not worry about anything the gave me the impression that they had it all under control. And guess what they had it way under control. This was not the first time we used Santoni's so our expections had already been established. We've used them maybe 3-4 times for various family parties and functions. Cherie is a delight to work with and her expertise makes selections a snap. Once you've made your selections, you basically can take away all of your party angst and jitters and just leave the rest to the caterers. The food has always been a hit at each of our functions... Common question..."Who did you say your caterer is?" ..."They are great!"
Will we use them again? ...you bet!

Oh man, I don't even know where to start. From the very first time we sat down with Santoni's right down to departing our venue after the reception, Santoni's is hands down the best caterer we could have ever dreamed of. We had crabcakes, chicken stuffed with mozzarella and spinach, spanicopita, fingerling potatoes with Dijon and bacon, crab fondue, roasted vegetables and hummus, and roasted asparagus. The chef fixed up some chicken tenders on the fly for our picky flower girl too! Our cake was cannoli, carrot, and lemon, each layer respectively. We also purchased the premium bar. Each and every menu item was phenomenal. We've had guests say they were "still dreaming of the potatoes" or that the crabcakes are "among the best they've ever had", that the cake was the "best wedding cake they'd ever tasted". Jackie, our coordinator with the caterer, was accommodating and thorough, a joy to work with. She was sure to make sure my cake had our special space invaders theme, which my husband was thrilled about. The bartenders, and staff were all a notch above. Guests told me the bartenders were making special cocktails like Moscow mules and bloody Mary's, something I've never had as a guest at a wedding. The amount of positive feedback we've received without any prompting speaks for itself. A very special thanks to Jackie who hand fixed plates for me and my husband to ensure we were able to enjoy the food with our guests (something I hear is rare for a bride and groom)! I honestly couldn't have dreamed of a better team to work with. Their pricing is also extremely reasonable for the level of excellence they provide. Hire them, you will not be disappointed.

Having Santoni's provide the wedding cake was the easiest of all of our wedding choices; we have used them for practically all of our celebrations since our kids were babies, so it was natural to check on their options. We were so pleased with all of the flavors of cake and fillings/icings. The bride wanted fruit, and fruit she got---orange cake with raspberry filling, buttercream icing, and berries on each tier. It was one of the best cakes I have ever eaten, and was a beautiful presentation. Working with Cherie was easy; she understood the bride's vision perfectly. On top of everything else, they were reasonably priced. We tasted and compared several specialty bakeries, and this was really a "no-brainer" for us. We couldn't have been happier with the choice!

I cannot say enough nice things about Santoni's. They were the most reasonably priced caterer we looked into (for 132 people), first of all. But beyond the price, they delivered high quality food for our wedding, incredible customer service (thanks Cherie) and went above and beyond what we asked/ payed to do. Everyone who left our wedding said our food was the best wedding food they have ever had which is an incredible feat considering they had to transport all food and cook on sight. Our wedding ceremony was supposed to be outside, but it down poured and the Santoni's employees even helped set up our ceremony because they could see we needed extra hands. You can't find a better caterer and better people to work with. They handle our apps, dinner, wedding cake, and even served the s'mores we bought!

If you are getting married in Maryland you simply must call Cherie and set up an appointment! They over delivered on every level, it was great working with such a professional company that worked in our budget! We were blown away by the responsiveness of them and how above and beyond our experience working with Cherie was. Not to mention, our guests GUSHED about how fantastic their meal was. I just wanted to let you and your staff know how happy we are with the way our party turned out Sunday night. From the set up... to the food... to the packing up at the end of the evening, everything was great. Our friends and family raved about the food. The food Santoni's provided for my daughter's wedding at the Cylburn Arboretum was absolutely delicious. The guests commented on how great the appetizers were, as well as the main dishes and the desserts. They also provided the wedding cake, which was simple but delicious. The staff was wonderful, especially Cherie, the coordinator. She listened to all our requests and worked within our budget. It was a wonderful wedding and Santoni's food and service helped make it great.

I would not hesitate to book this vendor - Cherie made planning a wedding with short notice a wonderful experience. The quality of the food and staff service would not have been better or more professional. A number of guests told us that it was the best wedding that they had every attended, due to the food and service and it was held on our property. We used Santoni's for our April 22 wedding and we are so glad we did! The food was fantastic and the staff at the event was wonderful - quick, efficient, polite! We used the bartender from Santoni's as well (although we purchased our own alcohol) and he was a gem! He was dancing and singing behind the bar and having a great time - it made the guests comfortable and got them in the dancing mood, too! The staff happily grabbed plates for my husband and myself so we could get a quick bite in before we had to meet and greet our guests. But they also assisted our four 90-year-old grandparents get their meals. This was really important to us - and we are grateful that they did not have to juggle plates and napkins and navigating the crowds.

But from the beginning, Cherie was really professional and helpful. At our first meeting, she helped my mom and I figure out an appropriate price point and how to create a wonderful meal from that. She gave us suggestions and pointers but she really guided us to come to decisions right for us. When it came to selecting table cloths and napkins I found myself indecisive (I had a very clear view of how I wanted everything to look but this decision made me question the right colors to coordinate with everything else). She walked me through everything and helped me make the most beautiful decision - she never told me what to do. She simply asked me questions that led me to the answer.

I had been so excited about the wedding meal that my bridesmaids had Santoni's cater my shower. I heard so many rave reviews that day! Several people told me it was the best food they ever had at a shower! It was nice to sample everything, too!

We had an affair yesterday that was catered by Santoni's. This was the fifth affair that was catered for us by Santoni's. They always do wonderful on our affairs. Yesterday was no exception.

As usual, Jackie was great in making menu suggestions. We had plenty of food and everything was delicious. We received many compliments on how good the food was. Jackie also managed the event making sure the entrees were always replenished from beginning to end.

The bakery staff, Dana and Jen, did a terrific job on the cakes and desserts. Everything was beautiful. Again we received many compliments on the many cookies and cakes. The specialty cookies that they prepared were gorgeous and they, of course, were delicious as well.

Thank you to Santoni's for making our party a real success. We will continue to use Santoni's in the future for our parties and look forward to excellent service.

I would not hesitate to use Santoni's in the future. Megan Spivey was our event planner and she did an amazing job. She is the most detail oriented person I have ever met. Every aspect of the food was attended to. In addition, the cake was decorated exactly as requested. Right down to the delivery, every person involved was amazingly helpful. Jackie and Her Husband Catered our wedding on 10/24/15 and they did an absolutely amazing job. Santoni's did an absolutely incredible job catering our son’s bar mitzvah. Joette was amazing—she has enormous energy and such a warm personality. She helped us plan the perfect menu, outline the flow of the event, and was there for the entire event with a smile on her face to ensure it ran smoothly. In addition to the food being plentiful and so, so delicious, it was actually affordable. We have heard from numerous guests that they thought it was a spectacular affair. We gave my parents a 60th wedding anniversary party which was catered by Santoni's. The entire experience, from sitting down and choosing the menu, to planning out the timeline for the party was a pleasure. Cherie was very professional and a great overall advisor for every detail of our event. We received many, many compliments from our guests regarding Santoni's delicious food. We also rented our table linens from Santoni's. The tables were beautiful. I wanted a sheer overlay on the cake table and Cheri went out of her way to find the most exquisite sheer embellished overlay I have ever seen. We could not be more pleased with Santoni's. They are a very caring, service-oriented company. We have used Santoni's several times now and have never been disappointed.

I can't be happier that I chose Santoni's to cater my wedding. They were fantastic to work with (especially Cherie), the food was delicious, and they provided top notch service for not only the planning process, but for the entire day of my wedding. I would recommend them to anyone hosting an event. Also, they're prices are the best around for the quality of food and service provided. I did my research and you can't beat them.

I could not have chosen a more perfect caterer for my wedding. The food was amazing! All of my guests said nothing but good things about the food. I also had a two tier wedding cake from here as well which was not only delicious but very beautiful! My husband and I planned our entire wedding in only five weeks (crazy, I know) and Santonis was able to accommodate us in every way imaginable. They were also responsible for setting up my linens, China, silverware, glassware, and also had servers working the bar area. Everything turned out PERFECT. the price range was very affordable as well considering everything that they offer. I highly suggest at least emailing someone from Santonis for more information if you're looking for a caterer. You will not be disappointed.

I have always loved Santoni's cakes and pastries, but I was wowed when it came to them making my wedding cake. The tasting itself was delicious and they gave us plenty of options to choose from. We ended up picking out four different options for the wedding cake; one option for a sheet cake in case we ran out, and then a three-tiered wedding cake to go on display at the reception. I sent them a picture of what I wanted the cake to look sort-of like and they created a beautiful cake that exceeded my expectation. The cake was delicious and moist the day of the wedding and they even offer an option for you to get your top tier of your cake for free on your one-year wedding anniversary. Overall Santoni's wowed me when it came to my wedding cake.

My daughter was married at her (now-) husband's family home (cocktail hour) and the reception was around the corner at our home (dinner). We were anxious to find a caterer to handle both locations with perfect timing. We chose Santoni's for the wedding over several other caterers on our list. Our experience was exceptional from the moment we began corresponding with Cherie via email (lots of fact-finding questions). She responded quickly and built our confidence immediately. The tasting was delicious, generous and elegantly served with no pressure at all. When we met to discuss plans, Cherie understood exactly what my daughter described and had many ideas to add special touches to the presentation. She listened carefully to the details and took lots of notes - she even came out to our houses to see the venues and talk through the logistics.
The event was amazing. The food was beautifully presented and the servers were professional and remarkably smooth in their tasks. They seemed to genuinely enjoy the event as much as our guests and were a pleasure to speak with. And, of course, the food was great! The food is one of the most memorable parts of an event, whether good or bad, and I'm so happy to say people are still talking about the "best food they've ever had at a wedding".
I'm so appreciative of Cherie and Santoni's - I can't imagine a more perfect wedding!

I cannot even express how wonderful our experience with Santoni's was! We had a "backyard" wedding and Santoni's made it feel like a five star restaurant. From the very first consultation, we knew this was the right way to go! They truely made out day complete from the excellent service to the delicious food with such attention to detail from the very start! All we had were ideas and they made them realities! I would hire them 100 times over for any event! Cherie especially made all of our dreams come true! I thank them from the bottom of my heart! By the way-people are still talking about the food and how it was the best meal they have had in a while!

Santoni's was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire wedding process. They let us try a number of different food options and gave us plenty of flexibility both in creating a reception dinner menu and an awesome wedding cake. The food at the reception was just as good as when we tried it at the taste testing, and the cake was perfect.

Santoni's also provides table settings and dishes which I highly recommend taking advantage of - they looked beautiful during the reception, and the staff was very flexible in letting us borrow samples to see how it looked at our venue.

I ordered the meal about 3 weeks ahead using the web site and calling it in.. I called the day before to confirm everything. My sister picked it up and they were informed of my order and brought it to the car for her. The food was delicious and we had leftovers.. I will definitely use them again..

As my husband and I were planning our wedding in 2014, we both recognized the importance of the dessert portion of the party. I knew of Santoni's quality foods and desserts when I worked in Reisterstown, MD. Santoni's would cater events at my school that included sandwiches, cookies, brownies, and salad that the market place also delivered. I visited the market on various occasions with friends for coffee or lunch.

Since I started communicating with Cherie at Santoni's, it was a clear and easy process. Cherie was available through email and phone calls; if she wan't in the office, she responded in a timely manner.

Mike and I met Cherie to taste all the cupcakes, check out display ideas, and even see what Santoni's offered with linens. The variety we were able to choose for our wedding was awesome! We got to pick 8 flavors of delicious cupcakes. I have to say, Black Bottom, Red Velvet, Oreo, Peanut Butter Cup, Vanilla, Chocolate, and Cookie Dough were so so tasty! Our wedding quests were very pleased with the choices they had, as well as their final cupcake decision.

Not only are the flavors amazing, but their prices are very fair. Cherie delivered the cupcakes, and set up the beautiful display. At the venue, she came directly to me, showed me pictures to ensure I was happy with the work she did. I was! It was incredible.

For anyone looking for quality customer service, delicious desserts at a great price, and those hoping to please their party guests: check out Santoini's! They were wonderful to work with, from start to finish while we were planning out wedding. Thank you Cherie, and Santoni's!

We worked with Joette and she was amazing. Always a quick response. the value for your dollar is amazing.. Our guests couldn't say enough great things about the food. one example was "best wedding food we have ever had, didn't even taste like wedding food". The terakyi salmon was outstanding! We had the lemon wedding cake which is moist and incredible. Servers are great, bartenders are great. We love them, and you can not go wrong with choosing them to caterer your wedding, you will not be sorry. There is absolutely nothing negative I can say!! Joette took amazing care of us during the whole process and the wedding day.

The Bar Mitzvah cake was beautiful, and it tasted so delicious! Everyone is raving about the cake. It was so enormous that we shared it with colleagues at work too, and they loved it as well! Outstanding job! We will be having other cakes made for special occasions from Santoni's. Thanks so much!

I highly recommend Santoni’s if you are looking for a caterer in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area that provides both delicious food and great waitstaff service. My daughter got married on November 15, 2014 at the beautiful, rustic, Oliver’s Carriage House in Ellicott City. This 2-story venue was used for the entire affair - wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Jackie Skudrna, was our coordinator from Santoni’s, and she was superb in transforming the serene, upper level wedding ceremony space, into a festive reception room while our guests enjoyed cocktails and Hors d’oeuvres on the lower level. What seemed like an extremely challenging and impossible task was not a problem for Jackie. She brought along a terrific bartender and staff that was attentive, fun and polite. Our 65 guests were individually served at their tables – salads were fresh, entrees were delicious and warm. Many of our guests complimented us during the evening and afterwards on how they enjoyed their meal that night. Her waitstaff, while professional throughout, felt like family to our daughter and her guests. Jackie was instrumental in making the night a success. A true professional with an eye toward detail from our first meeting to the end.

Santoni's Market Place and Catering gave us a great reception ! We had such wonderful food. Our guests for weeks after commented on the food, the excellent service, friendly, happy wait staff. Our coordinator Joette was the best to work with. She was patient, kind and incredibly helpful. We had a buffet dinner. Food was out on time, hot and delicious. There was great attention to detail in the planning process and all evening long on our day. Joette, herself made certain we, as bride and groom were taken care of all day and evening. She and her wait staff made everyone feel so very special. It was clear to us that there is a respect for Joette by her wait staff, that says so much. These folks all had smiles on their faces, and looked like they were having fun right along with us

There is no doubt that as special events come along for the Tyrrell Family, Santoni's will be our only catering choice.

I am beyond impressed with the service at our wedding yesterday! They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs/desires. Food is so important at a wedding....Santoni's presented the food beautifully and our guests kept commenting on how good the food was! Cherie was the awesome manager that I dealt with through out the entire process and was present at the wedding. She is WONDERFUL! I couldn't have asked for a better team to caterer my wedding!

I booked with them for my wedding and they went over the top. A lot more than I even expected. Cherie was the woman in charge of everything and did wonderful with keeping the food served hot. On top of that, the presentation of the food was phenomenal!!! I could not have been more pleased.

Jackie Skudrna and her team were a pleasure to work with. From the planning, to the tasting, to the actual event they were flexible, helpful, warm, and professional. They provided a special meal for a family member with special dietary needs and a wonderful dinner for 120 guests that everyone raved about. Bob, our chef did an excellent job! Even the kids meals were a hit. The bartenders and servers were wonderful and took extra special care of the bride and groom. And the set up and breakdown at the venue were seamless. Thank you to Jackie and the Santoni's Team for a fabulous reception!

We did a buffet style meal and the food was fantastic! Cherie was our catering manager and she was very helpful through out the whole process, from picking the menu and tasting, to meeting us at the limo as soon as we arrived at the reception with water and to see if there was anything else we wanted or needed. She also worked with us for various special items we wanted, like plating cookies we had made as part of the center pieces and setting the head table with particular wine glasses that had been a shower gift. I highly recommend Santoni's for any event you might need catered.

Santoni's helped to make the wedding perfect! They went above and beyond. From the quality of the food to their attention to detail their service is unmatched! The staff was extremely friendly and efficient and couldn't do enough to insure the day was perfect. The reception was at our home and they treated it as if it was their own. My wife and I got married at the Irvine Nature Center on 9/6/14. In our search for a caterer, we got estimates from 3 or 4 vendors and were getting increasingly dismayed - no one was anywhere near our budget, and the customer service was lacking at times. That all changed when we contacted Santoni's and received a very timely return call from Cherie Hughes.
Highlights of working with Santoni's/Cherie:
* delicious menu options and a lovely tasting session to finalize our plans (would highly recommend the flank steak and chicken roulade, as well as any of the wedding cake options)
* they allowed us to buy our own alcohol, which was a big money saver
* they supplied beautiful linens and eco-friendly tableware
* the staff went above and beyond when it rained right before the ceremony - Cherie got creative with the schedule of events and we ended up still being able to have our ceremony outdoors (the catering staff dried off all of the chairs)
* Cherie was an impromptu planner - she even got on the dance floor and helped everyone through the "chicken dance"! She struck the perfect balance of sharing her experience, yet also remaining open to any ideas we had. She also seemed legitimately thrilled for us (it is safe to say that Santoni's is totally LGBT friendly)!
* their pricing is waaaay more reasonable, and the food is downright delicious - people are still asking me about who did our food
* we also had Santoni's cater our casual/picnic style rehearsal dinner, which was delicious as well and they delivered the food there for us
Overall, we would highly recommend working with Santoni's/Cherie. You won't be disappointed!

I priced a few caterers and went to tastings for our wedding reception. Santoni's by far was the best and the best value. I used them for the food and cupcakes. I found Cherie to be helpful in all aspects of my planning and gave me her honest opinion on any question I threw at her. They were quick to answer calls and emails. They were very flexible on menu changes and how many were in our party. And they did seem to mind last minute head counts. I would recommend them to anyone for any occasion.

Outstanding caterer!!! As with most young couples starting out, a limited budget also limited catering options. Cherie Hughes worked with us to come up with a menu that worked well for an outdoor wedding in August with a picnic twist to remain within the budget. Everyone enjoyed the food and I heard no complaints from anyone. The cheese selections were excellent. The bartender and wait staff were very friendly and responsive to requests. Cherie even stepped up to ensure everything kept moving along throughout the evening. I cannot say enough about the great job of the entire staff.

I heard about Santoni's because my cousin had Santoni's and Cherie cater her wedding. From the beginning, Cherie was extremely helpful. She worked several times to create a menu that fit our budget and our tastes. We didn't want "typical" wedding food- we wanted something that was different and perfect for a summer wedding. Cherie was able create a menu that featured a variety of sandwiches, wraps and multiple types of salads. All of our guests loved the food and I have had several people mention that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Our guests mentioned that they liked the relaxed atmosphere that the food helped provide- they truly enjoyed the food. Cherie was very friendly and professional- I really liked working with her. She checked on my husband and I throughout the wedding day and made sure we had water, etc. The staff was also courteous and very helpful. Cherie also was a really big help when I had an issue with where our cupcakes and cake would be stored. The farm where the wedding was held didn't have any refrigeration and we didn't want the cupcakes to sit in the heat all day. Cherie agreed to hold the cupcakes in the refrigerated truck until it was time to put them out. I really appreciated this and it just shows the dedication that Cherie and Santoni's has to make sure you are happy and stress-free on your wedding day. I would definitely recommend Santoni's and especially Cherie.
