Sandy Creek Farms Wedding Review

My wife and I just enjoyed our wedding at Sandy Creek this past weekend. It was AMAZING. We received constant compliments from all of our guests concerning the beauty of the venue and the constant help of the staff. Michelle and Angie were INCREDIBLE with setting up the venue, with all of the other staff being equally amazing. I could not have imagined a better venue (by far the most beautiful venue, and cost-effective packages out of any venue we looked at across middle TN) or better care during our wedding season. They took care of EVERYTHING and allowed us to really just enjoy our weekend there. We highly recommend this venue to any and all couples that are looking for a place to enjoy their special day.

Exquisite care, amenities, décor, vendor recommendations, venue, space, packages, and affordability (and many others!).

Amazing Venue!

Excellent venue!! Staff is so so accommodating and flexible! Grounds are beautiful and there is so much variety! Stables, pines, an island…it’s literally paradise!

The most magical place with THE BEST staff!!!!!

My husband and I can not rave enough about Sandy Creek and its staff!! Michelle, Angie, and Nicole were the most amazing people I could ever hope to help coordinate our wedding. I am an over-thinker but NOT a planner or visionary... These three ladies went above and beyond from helping make reception table centerpieces the night before, to putting together last minute rehearsal dinner decor (that I brainlessly forgot to even think about), to stitching up a loose seam in my wedding dress, to running to the store for anything we requested. And all of this was just the day of, and not including the year beforehand where I pestered Michelle about so many details. They made such a stressful day run so freaking smooth my husband and I were in AWE at their work ethic. I kept asking them how do they remember all my little requests?! We had so many friends and family notice their efforts and complimented how amazing they were. The place would be just some gorgeous views without them and I hope they never leave so they can assist future brides with their astounding skills, and also because we want to go back and rent a cabin for a weekend getaway and see them once again!

Sandy Creek Farms itself is a breathtaking venue.. I had several people question me why I wanted to get married 5 hours from where we live and once they saw the place they immediately understood. We can not wait to visit in the future and relive the best day of our lives at this beautiful place!

Perfect is an understatement

We are beyond blessed to have had the chance to have our wedding at this venue. It was beautiful!! Everyone is so friendly! They work hard to make the day beyond perfect. Our wedding was a dream come true and this venue definitely set the stage. We were also blessed to book two days after the wedding to just have our families really get to know one another. If you get the chance definitely choose this place!!

Outstanding

Sandy Creek Farm is the most beautiful wedding venue that I have ever seen. There are not enough words or pictures to describe it. But what makes the venue better than any other is the staff. The staff is absolutely incredible. They are the best at what they do. They made sure that everything was perfect with the rehearsal, the ceremony, and the reception. They made sure that we did not have to worry about anything. We could not have asked for more.

Absolute perfection

We had our wedding at Sandy Creek Farm in early June and we could not have imagined a better experience. It was perfect. We chose the weekend retreat package so our friends and family could enjoy the entire weekend with us on site with accommodations.

Everything about the property is so well cared for. You can tell there is a lot of care and effort that goes into this beautiful place. We had a beautiful island wedding at sunset. Our guests could not stop talking about how pristine and beautiful the venue and entire property was.

The staff was incredibly attentive and actually took care of things before we even thought to ask for them. I was amazed when I walked into the reception area the day before our ceremony and they had brought all the decor together perfectly.

One of the many things we loved about the property was that it’s pet friendly, so we were able to bring our dogs along for the weekend, and they loved it too!

Even our vendors commented on how easy it was to work with Sandy Creek. During the planning phase, everyone kept telling me to be prepared for something to go wrong because that’s just how weddings go, but I can honestly say that Michelle and Nicole and the rest of SCF staff made sure that was not the case. Everything went far better than I could have imagined for the entire weekend. It was absolute perfection.

Our family, who flew in from around the country, enjoyed the property so much that I truly believe we will be visiting again for family vacations. There’s so much to do, from paddle boats and canoeing to hiking and games, there was plenty of fun to be had.

I honestly don’t believe there’s a better venue anywhere in the region!

Dream come true

Choosing Sandy Creek Farms for our wedding venue was one of the best decisions we could have made. We couldn't find a venue that fit our vision, until Sandy Creek. The venue was gorgeous and Michelle was a dream to work with. She made the wedding process so easy and stress-free.

My endless emails with questions never phased Michelle and everything was taken care of immediately. All of our random and sometimes no-so-easy requests were made a reality. When we came to her with a list of last minute changes, changes that had to be changed themselves a few times actually... she made it happen and assured me that it wasn't an issue.

Everyone was amazing to work with and they made our day a dream come true. Our wedding party and guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful it was and how wonderfully it all came together. If I had to chose a wedding venue all over again, I'd chose Sandy Creek - no question.

Thank you Sandy Creek, and especially Michelle, for giving us a wedding-planning experience that was beyond easy and a day we'll never forget. We can't thank you enough!!

The Most Incredible Place Ever

Where do I even start? Sandy Creek and the staff there are INCREDIBLE!

We just got married there on April 2nd. We did the wedding retreat package and they created the most amazing, magical, special weekend for us.

My husband and I along with all of our bridal party, our parents, and our guests could not have had a better experience or better things to say about the staff at Sandy Creek, not to mention how beautiful it is.

The owner is very attentive to the property and has done all of the landscaping himself. He is so kind and it was such a joy to meet him.

They were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and made my wedding as not stressful as possible. They are people I will keep in touch with for life.

There are trails, canoes, paddle boats, and so much to enjoy just on the property.

Everything was clean and cozy. Stocked with what ever you need and the staff is attentive to each and every guest. (And we got to bring our dogs, which is a big reason why we chose them - they are SO pet friendly).

Weddings are stressful, especially planning and setting things up etc, but they made it feel like an incredible vacation. I am so grateful for Michelle, Nicole and Angie and we so enjoyed spending time with them and enjoying Sandy Creek and all the beauty it has to offer!!

We will be coming back for anniversaries and whenever we can.

Beautiful venue in West TN

We had the best experience at Sandy Creek Farms for our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception for our wedding. Michelle and Nicole were fantastic to work with prior to the event and during. I can't recommend them enough! There are multiple cozy, on-site cabins to stay in, and they have several different event spaces within the property so they have something for everyone! It's such a neat event space that truly captures the beauty of West Tennessee.

A Fairytale Venue

My husband and I booked Sandy Creek in August of 2020 and then were married there in October 2021. We cannot say enough good things about this venue and their staff. They go above and beyond to make your day absolutely a dream.

The venue is an absolute fairytale. We used the venue for both the engagement and wedding photos. You can not get a BAD photo here as there is stunning scenery and backdrops everywhere you turn. We also booked the venue the night before the wedding for all our family/ wedding party and the accommodations were perfect for us!

Although the venue is exceptional in itself, Sandy Creek’s Staff is the true Gem! They work harder than anyone I know to make your day and the planning process perfect. They didn’t fret with the million requests and emails I sent asking about the littlest details or to come walk through the venue multiple times to make sure I had everything I wanted for the big day. On the wedding weekend, they were moving a million miles a minute to make everything perfect. The ladies also offered to do many things outside their requirements to pick up the slack on things we forgot to do in the rush of the wedding day! I was beyond grateful to have such a wonderful venue staff that made our Big Day everything we could imagine! We received so many complements from our guest about the venue and how it was so magical!

We couldn’t have asked for a more magical wedding day and I know a huge part of that was thanks to Sandy Creek!

Michelle and the rest of the staff at Sandy Creek made our day absolutely wonderful!

We had our wedding in October and it was absolutely wonderful. The venues are picturesque and very well maintained. We chose the Island for our ceremony and the Stables for our reception. Michelle and the rest of the staff made our day so perfect. We opted to stay the night on premises the night before and our stay was great. I highly recommend anyone who wants to get married or just needs to get away for a little bit to go to Sandy Creek. You will NOT be disappointed!

The Perfect Weekend

I don't even know where to begin! We had our rehearsal dinner, stayed the night, and had a late afternoon wedding wedding next day at Sandy Creek. The best way to describe this whole weekend was like the perfect combination of a weekend at Kellermans (Dirty Dancing reference) and the best romantic comedy. It absolutely POURED rain, from the moment our ceremony started, we wound up not going with our contingency plan, got married inside our reception venue, by the gift table, and our guests still couldn't stop talking about how beautiful it was! Even at the rehearsal dinner and the reception everyone joked about finding a reason to come back because not only was it beautiful it was comfortable. And thats just the facilities. There are not enough thank yous in the world for the staff at Sandy Creek, especially Michelle! No question was ever too small, they worked with us on EVERYTHING. They were so welcoming and helpful!! At the end of the night it was almost hard to leave, we had such an amazing time! Truth be told it's probably a tie who loves this place and that weekend more, us, our family, or our dog! Which is a whole nother story I love to tell. I can't say enough good things about Sandy Creek!! We will be back!

Nothing short of perfect

5 star is truly not a good enough rating. From the first time I stepped foot on Sandy Creek I fell in love. Michelle and her team rolled out the red carpets for us from the first tour to the end of the wedding weekend. We decided to spend the entire weekend with Sandy Creek and the farm. As far as I knew none of my family hardly had to lift a finger if they didn’t want too. Us, our families, and our bridal party got to enjoy the farm like it was our own. All of the guys rode their four wheelers and explored the trails. We spent Friday and Saturday nights in the cabins which were perfect. As far as the wedding went, it was absolutely seamless and perfect. The Sandy Creek crew made sure me and my new husband never had an empty drink, fixed our plates for us, picked up after us, seriously more than I could’ve ever dreamed of. If anything went wrong I had was never aware of it. As always there was one hiccup in our day which was to no fault of Sandy Creek and as soon as Michelle found out she stepped in and had it corrected. Michelle was a blessing! She held our hands through the entire process and went through every detail with us with a fine tooth comb prior to and made my wedding day a dream. There truly aren’t words to describe my experience with Sandy Creek but I have absolutely no complaints or disappointments! Sandy Creek is the perfect destination venue that’s not too far from home. I would have my day there all over again and will 100% be back to stay again.

Absolutely Breathtaking Wedding Venue!

Just celebrated the marriage of my son and daughter-in-law at Sandy Creek Event Center. This place is amazing and a "photographer's dream" as described by our photographer. We used the event center as well as the on-site cabins and everything was exceptional. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. It is a hidden jewel in Henry County and word needs to get out!

Beyond wonderful

Sandy Creek Event Center is beyond beautiful! It's not often that you find a venue that also has the best staff possible! They worked with me to make sure everything was planned to a T, and then to make sure my wedding day ran as smooth as possible. (Which it did!) I couldn't have imagined my special day taking place anywhere other than Sandy Creek Event Center.

Sandy Creek Event Center is the best venue!

My wife and I got married at this beautiful venue May 23rd and it was amazing! The place was absolutely stunning and the price was almost just as great! The staff was extremely helpful and was able to answer any questions that we had! They helped us with our wedding so much. We did not have a wedding planner or coordinator and they helped us through this entire process! I would definitely say if you’re thinking about this venue then you just need to choose it. Everyone in our family and even the wedding photographer said that it was the prettiest venue that they had ever been to!

Would recommend this venue to anyone!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place, and their entire staff. First and foremost, Michelle was WONDERFUL!! Wonderful isn’t even the word of justice. Every single step of the way, she was there for anything I needed. Her coordination and attention to details are impeccable. She 100% made my wedding day a day I have always dreamed about. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owners on Friday night when we stayed, and also had a very wonderful experience. They were open to criticism and changes I might suggest, although I couldn’t think of a single thing I would change. Secondly, this place is BEAUTIFUL. You cannot even imagine the beauty unless you see it in person. The property is well maintained, down to every detail. If I could give this 10 stars I would. This place is a hidden gem in Tennessee and I would highly recommend to anyone!!

Beautiful Wedding Venue

Our wedding at Sandy Creek Event Center was amazing!! Not only was staff extremely helpful & accommodating, the grounds are just the most beautiful place to have a wedding! The venues were very accommodating for our 245 guest wedding and the whole day went so smoothly. We had plenty of privacy and never felt intruded on. Thank you Michelle & Angie for all your help and also for some shuttle service!!! You all deserve 10 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Sandy Creek - Dream Wedding Venue

Sandy Creek did an amazing job hosting our wedding in October 2020. The planning team (Michelle and Angie) were very responsive, professional, and always had a solution for any questions or issues we had during the process. Michelle planned with me up until the day of, and was able to execute our timeline perfectly with any issues or questions being directed to my day-of-coordinator, so I could focus on other things.

Our outdoor ceremony was a little rocky, as we had rain from 8 AM the day of until about 45 minutes before the ceremony, and the Sandy Creek staff had the entire set-up on the Island ready and waiting as soon as it stopped. As well as the rain back up plan ready and waiting in the Pavilion if it was needed (luckily it did not have to be used). The reception went flawlessly, and we also stayed at the venue the night before and night of our wedding. We will be returning in the future for more stays on Airbnb!

We could not pass up the opportunity when we booked in December of 2019, and fell in love with what Sandy Creek had to offer. It is definitely worth your time to check this venue out and talk to their staff about whatever your needs are! Thank you Sandy Creek, Michelle, and Angie for all of your help, and I would recommend using Sandy Creek if you're looking for a helpful group of people and a gorgeous venue for your wedding or event.

Anniversary Vacation

My wife and I spent 4 wonderful days their with two other couples for our 32nd Anniversary. Sandy Creek has a first class operation going on, from the Owners down to the Staff. Beautiful layout cannot wait to visit them again. I highly recommend to anyone who just want to get away from everything to have a Peaceful Vacation.

Wedding Weekend BLISS

Sandy Creek was our wedding venue in November. Michelle, Angie and the entire staff at Sandy Creek were AMAZING to work with. They went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend so perfect. The event center is breathtaking and our guests were blown away at our beautiful the venue is. Our wedding party stayed on site in the cabins the entire weekend and I cannot recommend this option enough. From our rehearsal dinner in the stables, to our wedding ceremony on the island, then ending the day with dinner and dancing in the pavillion/stables--our weekend was PERFECT! :)

Weekend getaway

We rented one of the bungalows for a weekend getaway. Everything was perfect Shannon made sure we had everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful very relaxing weekend.

Everything we could have ever dreamed of and much more.

The staff is some of the most friendliest people and they care so much about you having a good wedding day. I could not express enough how much I would recommend this vendor to anyone.
