  Super Flexible. Amazing to work with. Very Clean transportation, roomy, and seemed very new! The large tour bus is set up like a bus with tables and you do have to stay seated while she is driving but it kind of kept it a little more controlled.

  Sandy Beach tours was a life saver! We got married in Duck NC, at the Saltaire and if we didn't have that bus, people would of had to walk to the beach. It was a great company to work with, the bus was clean, and the driver was super friendly, and they really worked with what was best for us, and our budget. Over all i would suggest this to every bride in need of transportation services.

  Sandy Beach Shuttle Company was extremely easy to work with for our wedding at the Roanoke Island Aquarium. They were responsive and prompt when it came to the contract, which had been an issue with another shuttle company in the area. We rented the 35-passenger shuttle bus to first pick up the entire wedding party and bring them to the Aquarium, then they made three separate trips to the different locations our guests were stay at and brought them to the aquarium. At the end of the evening we arranged three times with them to bring our guests home. Everything worked out perfectly! They were on time, very nice, and very affordable. We were able to get everyone home safely with the three trips. The buses were tight but no one seemed to mind!

  We booked Sandy Beach Tours to provide transportation for our guests for our wedding on 9/18/09. I was very satisfied with our experience with Sandy Beach Tours. Sandie, the company owner, was very pleasant to work with and we communicated multiple times over the phone and by email. Sandie coordinates the transportation for many weddings and can help you find the best solutions. Since we were having our reception at a rental home with limited parking availability we contracted with Sandy Beach Tours to provide a 34-passenger bus to pick guests up from one central location and bring them to the house during the cocktail hour. Then as the reception wrapped up, a 14-passenger mini-bus ran shuttles to bring guests back to their cars which were parked at the central location. Sandie was also flexible with us when we needed the shuttles to run longer in the evening that we had originally planned. My only complaint is that the company begins charging the client for time when the bus leaves its lot in Kill Devil Hills, as opposed to when the event begins and continues charging until the bus returns to the lot. This means that for an event in Corolla, we had to figure in an extra hour of travel time into the estimate. Charging this way is really unheard of in the transportation industry.
