Great Caterer

Great food! Great price!

Sandra catered my daughter’s wedding. We ordered appetizers and two cakes. The appetizers were amazing, especially the dips! The cakes were the best we tasted after going to six or seven other bakeries.

She was able to offer us unique flavors (lemon raspberry was my favorite) and everyone complemented how great the cake tasted!

Wonderful Caterer

Sandra was super flexible, especially with the changes due to the pandemic. We really enjoyed her food. It tasted amazing and did a fabulous job on the cake. The appetizers were gone in a blink of an eye! If you want amazing food and an amazingly beautiful cake, amongst other amazing things, Sandra is the lady you want! She made our day absolutely fabulous.

Great food and very flexible!

Sandra was totally flexible with menu changes and crazy ideas. I told her my vision and she put together an excellent menu. Her and her staff were professional and helpful throughout the reception.

Sandra is incredible. She is professional, pleasant, and easy to work with. She was helpful with ideas and flexible when I wanted things a certain way. Also very affordable and great value for what you pay for. I felt very at ease knowing Sandra was catering my wedding. She and her staff provided wonderful service and I have no complaints.

We used Sandra's Catering for our wedding reception and were very satisfied with the experience from beginning to end. Sandra invited us over for a free tasting and we knew we had found our caterer before we were even halfway finished! Sandra, the owner, is very responsive, transparent, and pleasant to work with. She has a HUGE menu to choose from and even made a few off-menu items for us, such as the delicious mini key lime pies we requested. She advised us on order quantities for each dish based on her knowledge of what people generally eat most (or least), which was extremely helpful. The food turned out fantastic! Sandra and her staff were punctual and professional and kept everyone well fed and also did a great job keeping the bar stocked and keeping lines short.

Stop looking and just book Sandra's Catering. You won't regret it!

Sandra was AMAZING! She listened to all of our ideas and made them all come together wonderfully! All of our guests were so full and enjoyed everything she made! If we would do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a thing! Thank you Sandra for giving us SUCH great quality AND helping us stay in our budget!!

Sandra catered our May wedding and she completely knocked it out of the park. She worked with us throughout the whole planning stage and was responsive, understanding, flexible, and helpful the entire way. Her food and cakes were delicious- many compliments from our guests! The best thing about Sandra's catering is the value- she offers 5 star service for an affordable price. If I could do it over 100 times, I would choose Sandra every time!

I loved sandra!!! Everyone was commenting on how great the food was! They also helped us set up some of the food they didn't cater in. We had such a mishap with our cake we were really furious at ourselves for not having Sandra just make it since she was ontop of everything all the time and so professional. I would recommend the macaroni for the kids, even the adults dug into it. The fettuccine was AMAZING. I couldn't stop eating it. Thank you so much for catering for us!!!

First off Sandra was such professional and personal person to work with. She took my ideas I had for my Fall themed wedding and incorporated them into the menu which was such a special treat. Her staff was wonderful to our guests. The best thing about Sandra's Catering was the value of the food. She made delicious food for the lowest price I could find in Nashville. She made a variety of appetizers that suited my vegetarian and Southern family and friends. I would highly recommend Sandra to cater any event.

Sandra catered my wedding and she was so great to work with. She was so helpful, flexible, willing to make adjustments, and was extremely fair in the service she provided. She was also very prepared and had all the equipment and serving-ware we could have possibly needed so that was one less thing for me to worry about. She was even willing to help with cutting our cake. She also worked with my food allergies and was willing to make multiple revisions to our agreement after my guest count changed several times last minute. I would definitely recommend Sandra for any catering event.

Sandra was amazing. She got with me immediately and she treated my wedding as if it was of high importance. She was quick to respond and I really appreciated that. One thing that I would have liked was at the tasting to have more things to try, I tried two sandwiches and a bread with some kind of spread on it. I think when trying out the food before hand you can get a better idea of the things you would like for your event.
The staff was very very sweet! and helpful and just kind. They cleaned the tables off when people finished up and they even cut the wedding cake. I was very pleased. I wasn't bothered with any of it, they took care of everything. Sandra is a very nice lady with some great ideas.

Sandra Flock Catering is a five star company. Sandra helped us design the perfect meal for our wedding. Friends and family are still talking about just how good it was! The food was hot, delicious and served by thoughtful staff members. All of this for a great price too! Sandra was there with us the entire time...from planning to the reception. She is a wonderful person to talk to. I am looking forward to using her again!!!

Sandra and her team did a fantastic job catering our Wedding. While planning, she was very responsive and helped us pick out various items that our guests would enjoy. One thing we loved about her is that her prices are available from the beginning - we didn't have to provide a budget to her just to see how much each item would cost. We met at the venue for a tasting and really enjoyed what we tried. Something we didn't expect is that she helped with the layout of the space, too! This was very much appreciated, especially because we didn't have a wedding coordinator. On our Wedding day, she and her team were awesome. We didn't have to worry about a thing, as they took charge from the beginning with setting up the food and drinks, and it all looked great. Our guests said they loved the food and the servers and bartender were very professional and nice.

I was extremely pleased with Sandra's catering. She was so easy to work with and really took the time to make the food and layout unique to our wedding. She always responded very timely to my emails and phone calls and I felt completely comfortable knowing that catering was in her hands because I knew she'd make it beautiful and seamless. All of the food was really good and there was plenty for everyone. Sandra was easy to work with and flexible. The food display looked great and all of my guests really like all of the food, especially the chocolate fountain.

Responded promptly to all emails and was flexible with my budget and specific needs. The Food was wonderful, many compliments from the guests. Would highly recommend the meatballs - absolutely delicious. Sandra stayed behind the scenes while still ensuring that there was always enough food and drink out for the guests. Would definitely recommend and would use again!

Sandra was absolutely wonderful! She worked with us last minute to get everything there that we wanted. She traveled out of her way to be there, and we had her in horrible working conditions. We were in a barn with no water, and in a corner where the heat didn't quite reach her. She had to wear gloves the whole time and was probably freezing, but despite that she was cheerful, helpful, and more than willing to do everything she could. The food was absolutely unbelievable! It was so good and fresh, and the chicken was extremely moist. Her son, I believe, walked around and picked up everyone's dishes so no one would have to get up. Sandra has so many options to choose from, and she is willing to work with you to make your meal exactly how you want it. We also got our cake from Sandra. It was amazing as well!! It was moist and just...yummy, the way a cake is supposed to be. Ours was a three layer fondant cover cake with daises, the bottom tier was white with rasberry filling, the middle was amaretto, and the top was red velvet, I haven't had a cake this good in a long time. Overall, she was absolutely excellent and very sweet, her food and cake were unbelievable, and her choices and prices are very reasonable! Thank you so much Sandra!

Sandra was very easy to work with. Very professional and understanding. She was flexible to do this wedding reception without breaking the bank! Food was delicious; many guests complimented it. Her staff was courteous and efficient. The bar tender was laid-back and knew what he was doing. Everything was on time and went off very successfully!

Sandra's Catering was one of the best things about my wedding. She made everything so easy from the tastings, to meeting with the venue, to the actual wedding day I didn't have to worry about anything. Her staff is professional and look nice for the wedding. The food was delicious and the cake was a big hit. There's nothing I would have done differently, with Sandra you can rest assured that your wedding guests will be well-fed and taken care of.

I was referred to Sandras catering through a good friend. From the moment I met Sandra, she was attentive to my future husbands and my needs/wants about everything.

I had a specific design in mind for the cake and Sandra brought her ideas to the table that made the cake more beautiful than I imagined.

The food was delicious and everyone at my wedding wanted more!

Sandra's Catering was absolutely wonderful! The food she prepared was unmatched; she even made our wedding cake as well. She took care of everything the day of; including table linens! Her prices are reasonable, especially for the amazing cook that she is! Many of our wedding guests mentioned months later how good the food was at our reception.

Overall a great experience

Sandra was so helpful and was quick to respond to any questions I had along the way. She offers so many options and will work with you to fit your needs. I have to mention that our cake was gorgeous! My only regret is not making myself a to-go box before all the food ran out because nearly everything was gone by the end of the night!

Sandra's Catering

We used Sandra's catering for our daughters wedding last weekend. Sandra and her team did an excellent job overall. We had 200 people, and there was plenty of food, and a whole lot left over for us too. All of the food was good, and was even better than my expectations. For the main dishes we got the penne pasta with tomato sauce and beef, the fettuccini with chicken, and the baked shells in 4 cheese sauce. Everything was very good. I did not do a lot of price comparisons myself, but I was told Sandra's prices were very affordable compared to most. I would highly recommend her for your wedding if you're looking for good food, at a reasonable price. Pat & Lou Ann

We used Sandra's Catering for our wedding reception catering. Most of the food was delicious. And the cake she made was outstanding. She's very helpful and easy to work with. And she's willing to do whatever you ask - even an ice cream bar. Due to weather we had to move our reception location at the last minute and she was very willing to help us out. She is also extremely affordable. The only complaint I have is that our food was lukewarm - but we were served first, and I think that the trays just didn't have time to get completely warmed. Would still recommend her if you're looking for a reliable, good caterer at a decent price.

Everyone. I was told by people the food was delicious. However, people only made one go round and there was nothing left by the time the wedding party made it down there. The groom and I and our entire wedding party didn't get to eat which is quite a disappointment because I was really looking forward to it. I was also told the food was cold quick.

Sandra seemed very easy to work with and her prices were extremely reasonable. She was very flexible and was very good about returning calls. We loved her UNTIL our wedding day. She had reassured me over and over there would plenty of food for our guests to eat once, go back, and have left overs. She brought barely enough food for everyone to have a bite once. My parents had to set a plate aside for us and our wedding party didn't get much of anything. Several members of our families didn't eat at all! She set things up nicely and the food was pretty good, but not excellent. She started breaking down our reception (taking table cloths off tables where guests were sitting!) several hours before we intended to end the reception! We assured her we would pay the staff if she needed to stay later and that we would return the tablecloths if she needed to leave. She essentially ended our reception for us! We were VERY upset and disappointed with her service and we would not recommend her.

We picked sandra’s catering because of how affordable she was and her good reviews. I wish we could say we had a better experience. Her food is good (not great), and there is a bit of a lack of presentation. If you want beautifully passed apps, or a menu that looks as beautiful as it tastes, you probably won’t find that here. But again we were looking for something tasty and affordable. I probably should have bumped up my budget for a caterer who spends a bit more attention to presentation. What disappointed me in Sandra was the lack of service. There was no water on the tables for our guests. We spent money renting glassware specifically for water on the tables. Elderly guests were wondering where the water was. People were going to the bar for alcoholic drinks but had no water on their tables with dinner. As a bride, there was a lot going on so I didn’t even realize this until the end of dinner when it was too late. I asked Sandra about it in the days following our even and she said that I never requested water service. To me this is OBVIOUS. Water service is provided at any restaurant. I remember having a conversation about having the staff come around during the dinner to refill water and wine glasses. She said we only discussed wine. Now it’s become a he said she said back and forth. She refuses to accept that she may have missed an important detail. If Sandra can miss an important detail like providing your guests with water, what else will she miss? Between the mediocre meal, the lack of presentation, the poor service, and her inability to accept responsibility for a mistake she made, I can’t recommend her. If you choose her because of her affordability just make sure to giver her explicit details about how you want everything –even things that would be obvious to most caterers.
