From the very first steps, Gina guided us in planning and executing our fairy tale perfect day. We were treated like family. Gina and Tamara bring great service, experience and capability to what can be a very complex and daunting task. No detail was overlooked and the venue staff was both amazing and accomodating of our every need. Thank you SSV for making this experience a dream come true. -

Wonderful Venue
If I could give 10 stars for this venue I would. Gina and Tamara are the best and made our wedding event special and fun. They were there throughout the whole process with lots of suggestions and were very helpful. The venue was spectacular and looked beautiful....Thank You -

Not only is the venue absolutely beautiful, Gina and Tamara go out of their way to make sure the day was absolutely perfect! There is such great value in what they offer, it was worth every dollar that was spent. We would choose them all over again. -

I cannot recommend Sand Springs Venue enough! The venue is absolutely gorgeous. Gina and her team go out of their way to make sure your special day is everything that you want. They have a massive amount of decor options that you can pick from to save you money on buying decor. There are countless different locations for photo opportunities. All of our guests loved the venue and had a wonderful time at our wedding. Sand Springs Venue is the BEST! -

We had a wedding on May 21,2023 and to say it was perfect is an understatement. We got there early in the morning and realized we needed extra candles, the owners husband was able to help us get more out of their office and made sure we had everything we needed. We had our rehearsal that morning and then all went to get ready. It went so smooth and Gina was amazing in keeping us on track and making sure no one saw the bride beforehand. Her daughter Tamara kept the bar stocked and kept drinks in everyones hands. We are so blessed to have had such an amazing team to help us on that day, they truly helped us make our day perfect with NO bridezilla moments. I wish we could get married again because how amazing this venue and team is! -

Fantastic!
Venue is gorgeous! Staff is amazing and so helpful! They helped make our big day run smoothly. Gina offered an open house to tour the venue and meet with local caterers, florists, DJ’s, etc. She also sent our wedding planning tips and suggestions. We loved that decor was offered and a beautiful bridal suite was available for getting ready and for the wedding party to relax in. Overall a wonderful venue and experience! -

We toured a few different venues before we selected SSV. I'm so thankful we decided to have our reception here! Gina and her team are so patient and helpful. They offer Open House events to look over décor and the property, so you can get ideas for your photographer and plan what pieces you want to use for your tables. I quickly realized that decorating is not my strong suit, and Gina jumped in with plenty of ideas. She referred us to vendors in the area and promptly answered any questions we had via email. We received so many compliments at our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception about the beautiful space. I truly can't recommend SSV enough. They go above and beyond to make sure your weekend is the best it can be! -

Sand Springs is an absolute beautiful venue! Gina Dalton makes this such a seemless event not only for the bride, but the family as well. She has this venue detailed down the
smallest things! She personalizes your experience and helps out with whatever you need that day, even lighting the candles for you during the ceremony! We highly recommend her! -

Gina who owns Sand Springs was absolutely awesome she went out of her way to do anything we asked or even things we didn’t ask she is absolutely amazing the place was beautiful and everything went great. With only two weeks to go and a frantic bride she even came up with a an officiant to perform my daughter ceremony. I can’t say enough about the officiant she was professional she acted like she had known them forever it was just amazing. Gina’s daughter because we could not find a bartender took care of that her and her husband they were also professional and amazing I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about this Venue I would highly recommend it
