Our day was absolutely perfect down to the smallest of details. Jackie and Madison were so willing to work with us. Anything we wanted- they made it work! They were both so kind, reassuring, professional, and on the ball! The ballroom was set up exactly how we wanted, our guests were treated kindly, and they ensured we were comfortable throughout every step of the process. Our guests could not get over the food- how good it was and how much there was. The ballroom was perfect and fit all our vendors- DJ, Photo Booth, and an ice cream bar. The outside ceremony space looked magical and everyone on the staff was so personable. From the most magical and romantic ceremony to fun party vibes for the reception- our day was perfect! I could not recommend this venue or team enough! -

We decided to have a winter wedding at sand springs this past February and it was absolutely perfect! Shayna and Julia are amazing to work with! They are both super laid back and accommodating. The day of the wedding they took care of everything from keeping our mimosas full in the bridal suite, packing up at the end of the night and everything in between. Everything was perfect!
When I was looking for a wedding venue I really wanted a venue that had an outside ceremony area with an indoor back up plan. I also wanted a place that included the bar, the food, and everything because planning a wedding is stressful enough I didn't want to have to add the stress of worrying about buying enough alcohol and paying bartenders etc. Sands Springs was all of that and more!
I booked my venue 3 years before we actually got married so Shayna saw us grow a lot to say the least. Everybody at Sand Springs is super helpful, friendly, and they always have a smiling face! Shayna and her team were always readily available to answer any questions we had and if she didn't know the answer she always went above and beyond to find out what the correct answer was. The ballroom is beautiful, the outdoor area is perfect, and I had so many people say the food was amazing. Plus having the bridal suite at the venue is a huge plus and was so helpful the day of to be at the venue the entire day in case any of my vendors had any questions or needed me they knew I was upstairs.
I can't thank Sand Springs enough for making my Friday the 13th wedding day spooky but elegant! We had the best time of our lives and I'm so sad to know it is overSand Springs Country Club's reply:

Sand Springs I’d recommend to anyone
Shayna really knew what she was doing. When I had questions she had answers. When my bustle broke she pinned it for me. When I needed guidance on when or where to go she helped. Everything looked great it was affordable in comparison to other places. I liked the outside ceremony inside reception. Even though it rained on our day they made it so we can still be outside. Best day ever!
From the very beginning of planning until the day of the wedding Shayna was nothing but helpful and understanding! I was a very type A bride..I needed to be involved in set up to make sure everything was exactly how I pictured it. Shayna was more than happy to allow me to come in the days leading up to our wedding to help and was super accommodating if I wanted to change or move something around. The reception was incredible and everything really went off without any hiccups! The food was great, the ballroom was beautiful, and I will truly never get over our special day! The inclusivity is what sold me!!
I had a great wedding day experience thanks to the whole crew at sand springs. They take care of everything the day of and all I had to do was enjoy the moments as they passed. What made wedding planning so easy for me was knowing everything was included in the price from chairs and linens to food and bar drinks. It was all included and figured out in the first two months of planning with them. The rest of the time I was able to focus on decor and how I wanted my ceremony and wedding party to be. The only vendors I had to worry about was my Dj and photographer. I planned my whole wedding in six months and a huge reason it ran so smoothly was how inclusive and helpful this venue was. The ballroom where my ceremony and reception took place was beautiful! The coordinators Shayna and Paige really brought my vision to life. The bridal suite was so nice to have and it really was accommodating. We had plenty of room for hair and makeup to set up and for my bridal party to relax. From the time we walked into Sand Springs, We knew in our hearts that our wedding was going to be there. The main ballroom is Absolutley beautiful with a stone fireplace, gorgeous light fixtures, windows and embellishments. We immediately envisioned our Christmas wedding coming to life in that room! Shayna and Paige, were the "cherry on top" of our entire experience; Both were so kind, attentive to our needs and quick to answer any and all questions we had from the time we booked our wedding till the end of our reception. No request was too big for them. We were absolutely blown away when we walked into our wedding reception. Shayna and Paige listened to every single little detail and made sure the entire evening went off without a hitch. Our guests were beyond impressed with the food and service and many said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Amazing experience
We absolutely loved our entire wedding experience here at Sand springs. From the second we booked until the last minute of our wedding night everything went perfect! Everyone was very responsive to our questions and any concerns we’ve had throughout the process. Once In A Lifetime
Paige & Shayna are AMAZING! Since we decided to book with Sand Springs, they helped us through each step of the process. Everything turned out exactly the way that we wanted! Going into wedding planning, Stephen and I had a vision of what we wanted our wedding to be, and the girls at Sand Springs helped to make that a reality! On August 14th, 2022, both Shayna and Paige worked to make our dreams come true.
Walking into the ballroom during our tour, I was instantly sold on the high ceilings, chandeliers, and the overall charm the space had. Everything else - the ceremony space, bridal suit, and cocktail space - only solidified what we already knew: our wedding was meant to happen at Sand Springs.

I've been having trouble finding the right words to describe just how absolutely phenomenal our wedding day was at Sandspring! When we went to look at the venue for the first time in 2019, we were absolutely blown away by its beauty. We had booked with the prior coordinator, so when Shayna and Paige took over we were a little apprehensive, but our fears quickly dissolved because we clicked with them just as much as we had with Rachel. Paige and Shayna were organized, thorough, and knew my vision without me even having to say anything. They were quick with communication, friendly, patient, and really kept us on track. The venue was absolutely gorgeous, the staff was attentive, our guest raved about the delicious food, and the night ran so smoothly that we could hardly believe it. Our big day was absolutely magical and went above and beyond our wildest dreams! We are so lucky to have found such a charming venue run by such wonderful staff, and we would book again with them in a heartbeat! Would definitely recommend having a wedding here! Finding a venue can be difficult, but Sand Springs made the process easy and flawless! The venue is beautiful, the food is amazing, and the staff members are welcoming and helpful. The wedding coordinators, Shayna and Paige were so helpful leading up to the wedding and our wedding day was everything we dreamt of and more. Both wedding coordinators answered any questions we had in a timely manner. In addition, everything is very organized so that the couple can be stress free while planning. Awesome place for a Bridal Shower
Or any event for that matter!! Staff went above and beyond to be helpful in coordinating the day’s activities. Offered and supported set up with several requests without hesitation. The Perfect Wedding
Shayna and Paige (the wedding coordinators at Sand Springs) were AMAZING to work with. As it got closer to our wedding, I was sending them multiple emails a day, with different questions on different topics and their response time along with all necessary details meant so much to me. I really felt like I was able to lean on them and help ease the process of planning and sorting out the final details. We had 175 people at our wedding, and they did a great job at accommodating for all guests. I was told by multiple guests the food was outstanding. There were two bartenders during the reception. We had a few guests make complaints about one of the bartenders, as she was giving an attitude to our guests but we immediately addressed it with the coordinators and the issue was resolved shortly. The other bartender, Greg, was so incredible and was consistently providing my husband and I with a refill of our drinks without us having to ask. He was bringing them to us directly all night. I think the aesthetic of the venue for photos is absolutely stunning. We were lucky enough to had a beautiful day regarding weather, and the outdoor ceremony/ cocktail area (called the Gardens) was perfect. 10 days before the wedding I dropped off all of my personalized decor and did a walkthrough with the girls on where I wanted everything placed and they did NOT miss the mark. It all came together perfectly. Compared to other venues we looked at, they were reasonably priced for a wedding with everything that was included in the package. The bridal suite is perfect to get ready with the girls and the venue provided food and drinks for us. One downfall, was there not a place for the men to necessarily "get ready"- but we made other arrangements and it worked out fine. I would not change anything about my wedding. In fact, if I had to do it all over again I would do it with Sand Springs.Sand Springs Country Club's reply:

Perfection!
Words cannot describe how perfect and smooth our wedding went thanks to our wonderful coordinators at Sand Springs. Shayna and Paige were with my husband and I every single step of the way and did not miss a single detail! The entire day was so calm and absolutely everything was taken care of before the wedding, during, and after. Our guests raved about how beautiful everything looked and how calm the atmosphere was! Leading up the big day, we were able to bring our decor in early to lessen our load and just thoroughly enjoy the day. If we can redo our day all over again, we would not change a single THING thanks to Sand Springs. Anyone who makes the decision to have their celebrations at this venue is in the absolute best hands possible. Shayna, Paige, and the whole staff at Sand Springs were beyond amazing. Everyone was very helpful, attentive, responsive, and organized. The staff truly is there to give you the best day they can, and they deliver! They go above and beyond. Shayna was there to help dry up my tears before I walked down the aisle, the bartender asked to take a picture of us having our signature drinks, they gave me ginger ale and crackers for my very nervous bride tummy, etc.
The venue is gorgeous inside and out! It was the perfect place for my dream winter wedding! I highly recommend the snowflake package if you too are looking for a winter wedding. It is a great package for an even better cost. My wedding was only 67 people, but they were able to set up the space in a way that didn’t make it feel like a smaller wedding.

Shayna, Paige and Samantha made our wedding weekend as stress-free as possible and absolutely beautiful! Shayna, the wedding coordinator and Paige, her assistant, are professional, personable and an utter delight with which to work, as is Samantha, the event coordinator. Sand Springs was our first choice for our wedding because of the beautiful ceremony/reception space but we were particularly happy with all of the services they provide. The set-up, decorating, catering, bridal suite for getting ready, pastry chef, clean up and excellent wedding coordinator are all available in house. The entire staff went out of the way to make our day everything we could have asked for and more. Shayna, Paige and their staff made the space so very pretty and handled all the little details so that we could enjoy every minute of our wedding worry-free. We and our guests had the best time. Beautiful day at a beautiful venue
My husband and I got married on 9/18/21 and had a wonderful experience with Shayna & Paige. Sand Springs is a gorgeous venue and we had a beautiful day! Many guests have complimented us on the ceremony location, venue, and the tastiness of the food. The bridal suite on site was such a helpful part of the day too! Any questions we had about the day, Shayna was able to answer quickly and efficiently. The venue was also very flexible with some changes we opted to make and the whole experience of planning a wedding was made easy. The Best Day!
After 3.5 years of planning and 3 date changes, we finally got to have our wedding and we could not have asked for a better day! Shayna stepped right in and helped to ensure that everything ran smoothly, and the decor was exactly as we had envisioned. They truly took the stress out of planning every little detail. Sand Springs offers a truly beautiful venue both indoor and out which gives you the opportunity to dress the space up or down as much as you'd like. Their ballroom gave us the perfect back drop for our "simple but elegant" themed wedding. Their wedding coordinators, Shayna and Paige, are both class acts who catered to our every need leading up to and the day of our wedding. They both filtered through my thousands of questions in the final months leading up to our wedding and truly made our every wish come true. They also made our night run so smoothly and were able to coordinate between all our venues which left me with less to worry about in the already stressful days leading up to the wedding. The food was amazing and their pastry chefs made the most delicious wedding cake, certainly no one went home hungry at the end of the night. They also offer set up and clean up services so that you don't have to worry about taking down and packing up all your decorations at the end of the night, this was super helpful at the end of a long day. When Mike and I began the process of planning our winter wedding, we were overwhelmed. There was so much to consider, and we weren’t sure where to start. We figured the venue would be the most important decision, and everything else would follow. We would need an indoor ceremony/reception site, and I really wanted a fireplace. We met Rachel and Sam at a bridal expo, and when I saw the pictures of the Celebrations Ballroom I couldn’t wait to see it in person. Then we visited Sand Springs, and I fell in love. There was something about not just that fireplace, but the entire ballroom, that felt magical. Plus, there was the loveseat - how dreamy for a sweetheart table! It just felt right; I couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else. We hit it off immediately with Sam while Rachel was away, but when she came back we had both experienced wedding/event coordinators working on our behalf to make our dream wedding possible (even if that meant including an ice luge - they would figure out a way to make that happen!). We knew we were in good hands! During the planning process they made sure all our questions were answered, and that they knew what we envisioned for our special day. Rachel is a pro!! When the day arrived, I really appreciated the use of the bridal suite that morning. I needed it to relax and take my time to get ready for the day, with the help of pastries and mimosas. We also took advantage of the champagne fountain, the loveseat, and a hot chocolate bar - which was a big hit in January! Our guests raved about the food - from the hot hors d'oeuvres and pasta bar, to the dinner, then the cupcakes and cannoli! We had our wedding cake made on site, and Chef did an amazing job decorating it with rosemary and sugared cranberries - exactly as I had imagined! Mike and I can’t say enough about how amazing our experience was, and how hard Rachel & Sam worked with a great deal of professionalism, sincerity, attention, and joy! I can't say enough about Rachel and her team! From day one my husband and I knew we wanted a Fall Wedding. When we sat down and met with Rachel she told us she had one date left in October of 2019 and we put the money down on the spot! From there we saw pictures and stories of past weddings at Sand Springs and it seemed we picked the perfect spot to celebrate the best day of our lives! Rachel was very responsive over email and could also be reached via phone. She never acted like I had a stupid question even if I thought it was Haha. She even managed to fit planning her own wedding two weeks before ours and we never would have known. She always let us know well in advance when we had a payment due. The food and cake tasting was amazing and that I was not surprised by, since I knew the restaurant had delicious food! On the day of the wedding she was so professional and told me exactly where I should be at that time and what I should do. She made the day flawless and I didn't even get to tell her Thank You so much for all of her help! She helped to keep me calm on the day of and my husband happy. Rachel is absolutely amazing. My fiance and I live in Phoenix but got married at Sand Springs since my family lives in that area. Sands Springs made our wedding a dream come true. From the first day we step on the property to the last steps after the reception.
Rachel is the best at her career. She is one of the main reason's Jason and I selected Sands Springs! Her honest words, her kind voice, her vision for our day, and all the wonderful advice she offered us during the biggest event of our lives. She answered all our emails and phone calls no matter what day or time it was. She always had a smile on her face and made us feel so special. We told her what we wanted and she made it happen. I was so impressed when I walked into the reception and saw how she decorated it. Rachel truly took my vision and made it come to life! Sands Springs is so lucky to have her :)
They offer the most professional staff to attend to our needs from the rehearsal to wedding.
The food was out of this word (kootos to the chef and the cook staff). People are still talking about how the food was so delicious.
The garden was beautiful. I heard we were the first wedding of the season with the fresh planted flowers (May 11th). I didn't see one weed or branch out of place. Everything looked magical for our day. Even the greens were so green (that might not make a big deal to some, but my husband who is a golfer was so impressed with how nice it looked that time of the year).
We had so many compliments on how beautiful the property is.
I would like to thank the servers and bartenders also. Every single person had a smile and laughter on. They worked their butts off. Jason and I were asked the whole evening if we needed anything or what can we get you. That honestly was so nice to be asked our every need.
The service we got at Sands Springs was out of this world. We are so happy we choose this place for out wedding. If and when we have another event. Sands Springs will be the first place I call.

Rachel and the entire Sand Springs staff are amazing! Our wedding day could not have been more perfect. The food and the cake which was made by the pastry chef were absolutely delicious! Our ceremony was moved indoors due to weather and Rachel made sure everything was still flawless. The outdoor ceremony area was even kept ready just in case the sun came out and we were able to move outside last minute. Rachel was always so responsive and well prepared. The venue is visually beautiful and speaks for itself, but Rachel and the Sand Springs team's attention to detail are what truly set them apart. I got ready in the on site bridal suite and it made my day even more stress free. The room was more than big enough for my 5 bridesmaids and hair & makeup team. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and did I mention, they re-package all of your decor for you at the end of the night to be picked up the next day! My husband and I cannot thank Rachel and the Sands Springs staff enough. We were skeptical about having a winter wedding, but Sands Springs did not disappoint! The fireplace, live Christmas tree, and elegant winter light decor was an ambiance perfect for our winter wedding. Our guests raved about the horderves selection, entrees, and of course - dessert! Sands Springs was so lovely we decided to hold the bridal shower there as well. Tracy was a fantastic coordinator for the shower, and worked closely with my Mother and bridesmaids to make the day extra special. Rachel and everyone at Sand Springs were amazing! The venue is beautiful but what makes it extra special is their attention to detail. They made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Even things we didnt think of. It was a perfect day at the perfect venue! -

My wife and I had our wedding at Sand Springs on November 11th and we could not ask for anything else. From the decor to the layout everything went perfect. Sand Springs as a venue is absolutely gorgeous and have always dreamed of a reception there, however, what we think the true hidden gem is Rachel and her staff! Rachel and the ENTIRE Sand Springs staff are simply amazing; we can’t say enough about them. If you are looking for a gorgeous venue with absolutely amazing staff, delicious food and cake— look no further!
OUR WEDDING COORDINATOR!
Rachel was so thorough and informative from our first meeting but what made us love her was that she is such a genuine person that we knew our day would be absolutely perfect in her hands AND IT WAS. The ballroom was absolutely stunning every request met and my decor was placed beautifully. I was not the typical bride that I knew exactly how I wanted everything placed and left much of the placement in Rachel’s hands. Apparently my florist left a bunch of extra flowers which Rachel/staff used as touches throughout the ballroom as well. She also handled our timeline with our vendors; my husband and I were just led through the day. She also helped me through two bridal emergencies that evening! We honestly felt Rachel was more of a friend than a coordinator through the entire process and cannot thank her enough!
THE FOOD!
The staff was extremely accommodating and very personable. All of our guests said they didn’t feel like they had to wait for their food, everything was cooked perfectly and delicious! They could not believe the quality of food they received, how everything flowed in and out and did not have a single issue!
THE CAKE!
Our cake was GORGEOUS and DELICIOUS! The Rachel and the pastry chef were so helpful with the overall look of the cake; they took my photos and brought my vision to life, they also suggested the silver pearls as accents! Many of our guests asked where the cake was from and were stunned it was from Sand Springs’ pastry chef! We did red velvet and champagne flavors and received compliments on both! My husband chose the Red Velvet flavor, it was delicious, and wishes he stopped to have another piece! My favorite was champagne, we had a summer wedding and champagne was not only different but the flavor was light with a slight fruity hint that I had to have it! I can’t wait for our first anniversary to have another piece!!
Overall we cannot say enough about Sand Springs, and neither can our guests! My husband and I did not have a single need that was not met, in fact they went BEYOND our expectations (the black and white photo of our first look at our ballroom set-up says it all!).

Amazing venue!!
I have only ever heard wonderful things about Sand Springs and after having my wedding there this past September, I understand why. Everyone we dealt with from start to finish was amazing. Rachel was so helpful throughout the whole planning process. She is amazing at what she does and I tell everyone who asks me about the wedding that. My niece has celiac disease and Rachel and Samantha answered many questions about whether something was gluten free or not. They were amazing for both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding and took great care of her. We had our ceremony on site in the gardens, which is so convenient and beautiful. The bridal suit is wonderful for getting ready in the morning, it took so much pressure off of having to be from place to place at a certain time. We had our cake made by their bakers and it was amazing and thats coming from someone that isn't a big cake fan. The food was also delicious. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day or staff to take care of us. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely still choose Sand Springs. We got married this past weekend 8/12/18. My husband & I toured Sand Springs and the minute we stepped into the doors we knew it was our Venue!! Miranda Sent on 06/26/2018I still really cannot put into words how amazing our wedding day was. We got married this past weekend on 6/23/2018. Since the first time I saw the venue online I was in love. When I went to see it and met Rachel I was even more in love and knew that was the place! Rachel and the entire staff at Sand Springs were nothing short of amazing. The entire process of planning was stress free because Rachel is phenomenal at her job and puts you at ease knowing everything will be perfect and she will make your vision come true. We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception here and our guests can’t stop talking about how much they loved every single aspect. I can’t even count how many times people told me it was the most beautiful and organized wedding they have attended.
It was calling for a rainy forecast, that kept changing and Rachel was prepared to do whatever was needed for the ceremony. Thankfully the sun starting shining as soon as me and my father were walking down, like it was perfectly planned that way!

Mindy Sent on 06/21/2018I can’t even begin to explain how amazing my wedding day was at Sand Springs Country Club on June 2nd, 2018. First of all I need to start with how amazing Rachel their wedding coordinator is! She takes care of EVERYTHING! From the minute you step in the doors she is there literally answering your questions before you even ask them. I did not have a worry in the world because I knew Rachel and her amazing staff were taking care of it. They created my vision to the very last detail. Rachel is there with you through your entire wedding process helping you with decision and giving advice!
We had both our ceremony and reception here and it was the best decision we ever made! They are affordable and have many different options for whatever your style may be. The whole day went so smoothly from the morning getting ready in the on site bridal sweet to the very last song! Our favorite part was definitely taking picture on the golf course and riding golf carts to get there !! Our entire wedding party had a blast. And last but not least the food is amazing! Our guests raved about the food over and over again !! We had absolutely no complains! They will make your dream wedding come true!! Thank you again Rachel and Sand Springs!! Kaitlyn Sent on 06/14/2018Words cannot express how happy we were with choosing Sand Springs! From the moment we toured the venue we instantly fell in love! My husband and I got married memorial day weekend on May 27th. Everything was absolutely perfect! Rachel, their wedding coordinator, worked closely with us from day one. We would have been lost without her. She was always very responsive and answered any and all questions we had. Not only did Rachel go above and beyond with meeting our needs, but the rest of the staff was amazing as well. They all worked closely together with our DJ and photographer to make sure everything went smoothly. It rained the morning of our wedding and we weren't sure if we could have the ceremony outside, but Rachel made sure to talk with us and help us decide what would be the best thing to do. Fortunately, the rain held off long enough that we were able to have the ceremony outside under the covered area. All of the staff communicated effectively and adapted to the changes we made the morning of. They also helped get our grandparents from the ceremony site to the reception by golf carts since they don't get around so well. I still have family and friends telling me how elegant the wedding was and how great the food and the venue were. Couldn't have pulled it off without Rachel and her wonderful staff at Sand Springs! Thank you all so much for everything!
