I want to go back and do it all again. From the planning to the wedding day, everything was perfect. We chose the venue because it was so beautiful, but the team we worked with made the choice the best. Wedgewood Weddings does it all!! We worked with all of their recommended vendors, and they exceeded our expectations. The DJ knows how to get the party started. Our bartender kept the drinks flowing. And our captain kept everything running smoothly. I didn't have to worry about a thing. I am so happy we chose San Ramon Waters, I would make the decision again if I could.

Planning a wedding when you have no idea where to start can be seriously daunting, but the team at San Ramon made everything so much easier. From my very first contact with them to the day itself, they were always available to patiently answer every panicked question I threw their way.

The venue itself is gorgeous. And that ceremony site! It was everything I had envisioned.

Our guests are still talking about how beautiful and seamless the day was. Much of the credit goes to the venue coordinators. They were so helpful and I never felt pushed or pressured.

For any laidback couple planning a wedding and hoping to keep stress levels low, I highly recommend checking out San Ramon. Going into the process, I had no vision but with their support ended up with my dream wedding!!

Planning a wedding in California while living in Texas seemed like a daunting task, but San Ramon Waters by Wedgewood made it so, so easy and helped our vision come to life! Is there such thing as a perfect wedding? Because that's what we felt we had and it's all thanks to the staff at this venue. From the day we toured the venue through our wedding day, they were there for us. Any questions we had, we emailed them, and they would respond within MINUTES sometimes. Their responsiveness and communication was top notch and made planning a breeze. Their wedding planner binder had every detail we could think of, and the to-do timeline recommendations helped keep us on track throughout. We used all of their recommended vendors besides the photographer, and it was just so easy. We're still in shock about how stress-free the planning process was because of their team. Fast forward to the actual wedding day - it flowed seamlessly. The food was AMAZING. The drinks were flowing even though our families kept them running around with all those shots 🤣 We just felt supported from start to finish and can't say enough about them! They went above and beyond. The little things they did helped make the day even more special - they kept asking us if we needed anything. When we sat down at our table, they had a cute photo printed out that they sneaked during our bridal party photo session. They packed us two plates of the dinner meal to take home. We can go on and on! And we haven't even mentioned how BEAUTIFUL the actual venue was. It was a dream and we are so grateful for how they made our dream come to life.

My now husband and I decided to plan our wedding in less than two months with a strict budget. We could not have done it without Wedgewood and their amazing staff.
My sister (Maid of Honor) advised me to look for a place that would provide as much as possible to avoid having to coordinate with vendors due to the short time frame. I narrowed my searches down to two venues, both of which ended up being Wedgewood. I immediately fell in love with the location in San Ramon. The venue was beautiful and after sitting with the event coordinator, it was a done deal.
The weeks that followed, everything fell into place. The coordinators and staff at Wedgewood were so easy to work with and so accommodating. They made sure that all the details were covered. The DJ/Emcee, Chris played a major part in calming our nerves the day of the wedding by ensuring us that he was with us every step of the way. I can't say enough about the coordinators, staff and servers, they made our event a memorable one.

We had the most special and magical night we could have ever asked for! I am so thankful for the Wedgewood team for helping us make our dream wedding come to life. The venue has such great photo opportunities and their employees went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed throughout the night.
The planning experience was stress free and Wedgewood makes it so easy to stay up to date with everything you need for your wedding to be a success with their planning binder. It was amazing to have so many vendors provided through Wedgewood and not have to worry to try to find them ourselves. We both had an unforgettable night and our guests had so much fun. We recently had our wedding here and it was amazing! You should look no further than Wedgewood Weddings San Ramon. The staff here are exceptional and really do care about each couple they work with.

1. Staff: I had the pleasure of working with Mandy and Ivonne for the planning process and these women are just amazing! They work hard to solve any issues that may come up and genuinely do their best to make the experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. I could not thank them enough for such a wonderful experience. My day of coordinator Selena and banquet manager, Ashley were also top notch. Selena was so helpful on the day of to make sure everything was set up as I envisioned. They were checking in with me through out the night to make sure everything ran smoothly and that I had everything I needed.
2. Wedding Cake and Desserts: Old Town Bakery hands down did an amazing job. Our cake was almost too beautiful to cut and was super moist. They also did some desserts for us and everyone of guests were raving about how great they were. I would go back to them for future events in a heart beat. My only regret was not asking for the cake to get wrapped up after it was passed out so that my family could have taken it home as by the end of the night since we were staying at a hotel, we could not keep the cake.
3. Dublin Floral: Overall the flowers were nice for our centerpieces that were included in our package.
4. DJ Martin: DJ Martin was great. He checked in with us a couple days before the wedding to really get to know us a bit and what we wanted for the day of. He was great at keeping with our timeline and giving us prompts. He also was really flexible and easy to work with when we ran a little behind on some of the speeches.
5. Food: I was a little nervous that we did not get to do a tasting of the food beforehand but OMG did they impress me and my guest. The appetizers were yummy but the star was the duet plate of baked salmon and mini filet mignon . The salmon was incredible moist and flavorful. I am still at awe how they got each filet mignon to be perfectly cooked at a medium rare for all my guest. It is definitely one of the better wedding dinners I have had and all my guest agreed.

Overall we were so glad we went with Wedgewood Weddings! Their all inclusive package is a great deal and they really do not skip on the service. Of all the venues I visited before choosing Wedgewood, I do not think any of them could have delivered in terms of excellent service they provided. If you are looking for a wedding venue, look no further than Wedgewood Weddings San Ramon! It would be hard to get the value and level of service elsewhere.

It was really important for the both of us to have our wedding at a venue that we would share with our friends and families and a day that we would remember time after time! We got just that at The Wedgewood San Ramon! During the planning process with Olivia, Sarah, and Mandy I couldn’t have asked for a more professional, organized, nice group! We did the elite package and the vendors we used were amazing! Dublin Florals, Old Town Danville Bakery, and Pearlsia Decor made our wedding look so romantic and beautiful! You also have to ask for DJ Chris for your wedding! He was so fun and kept the whole night going! We got married in July 2019 in the evening. We are so glad we did! We had the most beautiful sunset setting at the ceremony! My friends and family still talk about our wedding. They said it was one of the most beautiful and fun weddings that they have been to. My fiancé then & husband now were planning a wedding in less than 40 days! Wedgewood San Ramon took care of us those entire 40 days. Mandy, our wedding coordinator was super friendly as was the rest of the staff. I have so much to say about this venue & about the staff. They made our wedding a dream!!! Every single guest said it was a wedding like in the movies!!! & I will not lie, it truly felt like it was. Ivonne, our banquet captain took great care of us & our guests. When we came the first time to see the venue, Olivia showed us around & made sure to stay in touch with us after. Overall, this is the place to get married at. I was stressed out but that was all on me. Mandy & the rest of the staff made sure this wedding was stress free the day of & let me tell you, they succeeded in that. Thank you all so much we cannot emphasize how grateful we are for you all at wedgewood for making our dream happen!!!! We wish we could do it all over again. Will for sure renew our vows here!!! Wonderful staff! They help you through every step of them way & made sure to make our day as special as possible. One of the only places where I was able to customize everything. A lot of other places weren't very willing to customize any of the quotes they gave me. Once I saw their website for San Ramon, me and my husband knew that was where we wanted to get married. But they were also awesome enough to show us other places nearby the area which were beautiful, afforfable, and had staff that was willing to help any step of the way.

Our wedding was so much fun. My husband and I plus our families had so much fun. All thanks to the wonderful staff. I apologize if I didn't get all of the staffs names.

Mandy was our coordinator. She was a kind, patient, and wonderful lady. She thought of everything! I mean it. Our DJ was Chris a.k.a DJ Grammer. He kept the party going! Such a cool person & his songs were on point. I just gave him a general playlist and he did awesome. Ivonne was our catering manager and she was extremely nice. Everyone loved the food! Seriously recommend the scallops appetizer & prime rib was amazing.

If you're looking for a wedding venue, I would highly recommend Wedgewood! Forget stressing about wedding planning. They made it so easy for me and they are super accomodating. They were the second place I called. First place we checked out, gave me a headache. Next, I Wedgewood and never looked back. I gave myself 3 venues to checkout and I never went to my third after meeting with Wedgewood.

I LOVE SAN RAMON WEDGEWOOD WEDDINGS SO INCREDIBLY MUCH!
We had shopped around at a few vendors to host our wedding, however, once I walked around the property and received a price quote, I knew this was the best place to have our wedding.
From the very beginning, our experience with Wedgewood was AMAZING! They are very knowledgeable, patient, and very responsive. The Wedgewood team literally did a large majority of the work. The staff members are so incredibly excited, kind, and helpful! If I had questions or concerns, the team was very quick to respond to my e-mails and phone calls.
The day of the wedding, Mandy, the BEST wedding coordinator, made a comment that I was very relaxed for a bride. I thought about this later, and honestly, it is because I had her and the team there! They took care of everything! All I did was show up, look beautiful and enjoyed the day! I am so incredibly blessed to have found this amazing group of talented people!

My husband and I highly recommend Wedgewood, San Ramon if anyone is looking for a wedding venue. We ended up choosing Wedgewood, San Ramon, for our wedding. I love the fact that ceremony and reception was at one location and that there was plenty of parking. The entire Wedgewood team did an awesome job from start to finish. We first met with Devin, she showed us the venue and the breakdown of our package. Melodye did an awesome job at our phone appointment, details appointment and our final appointment. She made sure our wedding vision came to life with such ease. We couldn't do it without her as she was there every step of the way. Heather did a wonderful job as our rehearsal/day of coordinator. I must admit it was a challenge because we had a super big entourage. She made sure we were doing fine and always made sure she was there if we needed anything. Lastly, after Heather left for the night, Kyle and his team, always checked in with us and made sure everything was perfect and that he was around if we needed him. The entire Wedgewood team was great. We can't thank you enough for the time, patience, help with planning and the execution of our wedding. We love you guys!!!

Wedgewood worked with our budget from the beginning. I was able to get the wedding of my dreams and still keep my budget. I love that the format a timeframe for our entire wedding venue, I never had to worry about anything. So great and stress free. I would totally recommend this venue for any bride to be.

The staff at this Wedgwood were so amazing!!! They way the set up time lines for planing made the whole process a lot easier. They really listen to what you want your wedding to look like and do everything they can to ensure it's what you want. We used they flower, cake and DJ vendor which turned out to be the best decision. All of them were so awesome and very talented! They really cared and since they worked with Wedgwood for so long getting everything ready and set up was an ease and one less thing I got to take off my mind. Overall the experience was amazing!

Our experience with Wedegewood San Ramon exceeded all of our expectations. I am an event planner professionally and this place knocked my socks off! The value for what we paid made it worth it immediately. The experience was wonderful. The location was beautiful. The staff amazing. Whenever I had a question, it was answered that day. They let me change my mind constantly and were so easy to talk to. Honestly, what can I say other than I support them 100% and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my closest family and friends. If anyone is even thinking of this venue, just give it a try. You won't regret it. It made my life so much easier and we had the time of our lives!

Everyone at Wedgewood was completely professional and knowledgeable about what they do. They made our day absolutely perfect! I had a particular vision in my head, and they executed it perfectly. We used all their recommended vendors and we're so glad we did because it made the planning seamless. The day of the event our banquet captain went above and beyond to ensure our family and friends were well taken care of. Our DJ was amazing! Flowers were beautiful, and cake was delicious! Roxanne is amazing! We got married June 12,2015 and it was a wonderful and amazing day! I was never stressed or overwhelmed working with Roxanne and all the Wedgwood vendors. Our cake was uber delicious. The DJ, Chris, had everyone dancing having a great time. The flowers were beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day and it's all thanks to Roxanne and Desi!

Kristen and Jessica will make sure everything runs smoothly. Even with rain expected for the wedding day, it was still great. The food was excellent.

I celebrated my 50th Birthday in the Banquet Room on December 27, 2014. This was my first big event that I have planned and I am glad I found this venue online. I and my guest enjoyed the food and the table setup in gold and cream was very elegant. I would highly recommend this place and working with Jeanette who was nice and attentive to my needs made my Birthday program a success. I look forward to have another event and helping other my telling them about your establish.

Wedgewood was a beautiful location to have our ceremony & reception. Our guests enjoyed the place very much and the team we worked with was very helpful to coordinate with. The food tasted great and there was a great selection. We opted for the additional 6 appetizers & buffet meal, there was a lot of choice for us & our guests with plenty left over. The only downside was that while they had a great spot for the ladies to get ready, the groom & his guys were stuck with the general men's bathroom if they needed any last minute touch-ups or just a space to hang out.

Jessica and the staff at San Ramon Wedgewood are amazing! They listen to every detail that you want at your wedding and make sure that everything is perfect!

They were great, they really kept me on schedule and made the planning process much easier! They were very friendly and thoughtful, they asked all the right questions. We had a small medical emergency during our ceremony and they handled it very professionally. They made sure we were ok, kept the guests comfortable and helped us quickly get back on track once it was over. I would greatly recommend them, they will make a huge difference in your wedding experience.

Sandy was the first person we worked with at Wedgewood San Ramon, and in talking to her for only 5 minutes or so, I knew we had found our venue! She handled everything wonderfully, and I was always confident in her abilities to get us on the right track for planning the wedding of our dreams. Lauren and Allison also helped out along the way, and they each were very eager to assist me in any off-the-wall or tiny little detail aspects of the planning process. Even when I felt like I was being a crazy detail-obsessed bride, they were always there to tell me that my requests and questions were completely reasonable and being handled right away.

Lauren was our go-to for the rehearsal and the ceremony on the day of. She was a joy to work with, and made me feel at ease with the most meaningful part of our day. (She was even able to take my smart aleck father's comments in stride!) We worked with an outside florist (instead of the recommended vendor,) and Lauren worked very well with her too. All of the centerpieces, table settings, and other decor were perfect, and I know that she played a major role in ensuring that this happened.

Allison was our banquet captain, and she was all smiles the entire evening & night! The reception went so smoothly, and many of our guests shared that it was the most fun reception they'd ever been to. I noticed that Allison kept everything timed perfectly, and her staff members were all so friendly and attentive. My husband and I were thrilled to see 2 pieces of cake boxed up and waiting for us at the end of the night, as we had been too busy to enjoy our cake during the reception. We were also touched by the sweet hand-written note of thanks and congratulations from Allison attached to it. That was the cherry on top to our phenomenal wedding experience... It was truly a dream come true of a day for us!! :)

This place is WONDERFUL!!!!!!! From the very beginning, the entire staff was GREAT!!!!! They return telephone calls and email promptly (this is a major plus for a bride). The ceremony site was beautiful and everything I could have hoped for. I can not put in words how Wedgewood exceeded my expectations when it came to my reception. They set up the room EXACTLY like I wanted/dreamed/imagined!!!! The food was GREAT!!!!! This place is sooooooooo very affordable (even for the brides that are on a budget). Give them a call and you will not be disappointed. They will work with you to make your day amazing!

They were helpful, friendly, and affordable.
The planning process was seamless with the wedding planning team and Lola the captain that handled our every need the day of our wedding. Everything was beautiful and the food was delicious. I would recommend Wedgewood and Metropolitan Golf Links especially for their outstanding service.

We got engaged in January. In April we had to move our wedding date from October to May 18th. We selected Wedgewood because the legwork was taken care of for us.

Kristen, Marie and Brie Anna were beyond wonderful– supportive, helpful, and flexible. They responded quickly and kept us informed. Our day of the event coordinator, Lola, was a dream. She made sure the guests got fed when we ran late from our picture taking, helped bustle my dress, brought us plates she had set aside, and packed everything up to make our exit smooth. She was bubbly and fun to be around. My friends who helped out loved working with her!

The venue is beautiful. If it doesn’t wow you on your first look, look at the pics on the website. It’s easy to miss details that make it special and photograph beautifully. I didn’t notice the chandelier over the sweetheart table until I was sitting under it. The draping on the ceiling looks beautiful in pictures. The sound system is in the ceiling so you don't have uncomfortable loud spots. The only minor drawback for a daytime wedding is amateur pictures taken facing the windows may come out dark.

The vendors were all great. We’ve gotten compliments from some tough to please family and friends on the invitations, flowers, food, cake, D.J and the honeymoon suite. Every vendor was a pleasure to work with. A problem with the original DJ was resolved by a manager the same day and the new DJ was fabulous!

The value for the packages is worth the peace of mind of not having to do all the work yourself. The services included are really good. Wedgewood just made it easy by finding them for us. Our Gold package was a steal and we were truly not stressed by the overall wedding planning process. That alone is worth a lot!

Our guests said the wedding was more organized and beautiful than any they have been too, in spite of it all being planned in a little over a month. This was due to the role Wedgewood played in our special day.

Wedgewood Banquet Center (San Ramon Golf Course) was wonderful to work with! So efficient. The night of our wedding the venue was beautiful! The grass looked greener, the gazebo more white, sky more blue. It was just amazing! The food (from what I heard) was amazing! Everyone loved it. DJ played great music and there was always someone on the dance floor. They took good care of us before our wedding and the day of they were terrific. It was a wonderful experience and event and I want to do it all over again!

My husband and I got married at Wedgewood San Ramon on October 1, 2010. It was the best day of my life and I could not have been happier.
What attracted me to Wedgewood in the first place was the affordability, the options, the friendly and engaging staff, the incredible vendors and the location. I have to say, I had a clear vision of how I wanted my wedding day to go and was not 100% sure it would be perfect (under my strict standards). However, my wedding exceeded all of my expectations due to the outstanding people associated with this lovely venue.
I cannot say enough good things about the catering sales department, especially Sandy and Lauren. These two ladies were there for me every step of the way. They returned my emails in a timely manner, they made sure I felt comfortable in all the meetings and that my voice was heard on important decisions. They encouraged me to think outside of the box and make the venue unique to me. They were also there for me on my wedding day, making sure that everything ran smoothly and that everyone was happy. Sandy even helped out by fixing the decorations that the guys were supposed to put up before the wedding.
How can I forget Frankie at the bar; because my guests certainly didn't. I had quite a few guests come up to me after the wedding and say how great Frankie was. That he had a great sense of humor and he was able to serve everyone in a timely manner. Let me just say, it was one more thing that added to the joy of my day.
The food was great too. Wedgewood has a variety of plating options as well of meal options. They were even able to make special vegetarian arrangements for me and my maid of honor. We chose the duet plated option and all the food was served in timely manner, with plenty to eat and enjoy.
I could not have dreamed up a better wedding and it is all thanks to Wedgewood Wedding and Banquet Center in San Ramon and their amazing staff and vendors.

Stephanie was great along with everyone else at the San Ramon Golf Club. They made everything so easy and enjoyable for us, from the 1st meeting to the actual wedding. Thank you so much Wedgewood, We will be back!

We chose Wedgewood Banquet Center because it was all inclusive and the price was right. But it was WAY more than that. They were fabulous! They did such a great job, the food was REALLY good, the cake was stunning, the flowers were perfect, the officiant was great, the DJ was wonderful. There wasn't one thing about the services that Wedgewood Banquet Center in San Ramon provided that was anything less that great. It truly made our "budget" wedding fabulous. Angela is great and we had the best Banquet Captian ever!

Pros:
-Food was great (salmon, crusted chicken and roast beef)
-ceremony spot is beautiful
-venue has great package deals for pricing that fits everyone's budget (we included food, Dj and photo booth)
-staff was very experienced communicative and kind
-the bridal room is very big and has a lock
-banquet room was spacious (we had 140 guests)

Cons:
-time slots for weddings are only five hours
-Duck poop in the grass made pictures tricky with a wedding dress

Working with Wedgewood was an absolute dream. I am only deducting a half a star on flexibility because the only times offered to us for a rehearsal was before our bridal party would be into town. I cannot say enough good thinks about Roxanne and Kristi throughout the process, and Sierra for our final meeting. Working with Becky and Anna on the day of our wedding was also fantastic. Evidently there was some mix up, so they even threw in free chair covers, back wall uplighting, and drapery for free. They had a plate of appetizers and champagne for the recessional waiting when we got inside, which was perfect as I hadn't been able to eat all day due to nerves. Clearly those nerves were unfounded, as Wedgewood made my day run more smoothly than I would have though possible. If you don't have a terribly unique vision for your wedding, and your primary goal is to have an easy planning process with a great guest experience, I highly recommend using them. We were able to tailor a package specifically to our wants and needs. Beautiful scenery, good food, good drinks, and no worrying about coordinating a million vendors = easiest wedding experience ever.

Wedgewood San Ramon was perfect for us!!! This venue is all inclusive so the catering, cake, invitations, flowers and more were provided by the venue depending on the package you chose! Throughout our engagement we typically met with Jessica she was very helpful. Closer to the wedding we met Roxanne and she was AMAZING! She went out of her way to make us happy and the day of she was so calm! Her and the Banquet captain fixed any little problem that we had and it took the stress off me! We loved the way everything turned out it was a beautiful wedding!!!

We can say enough great things about Kristen and Marie at Wedgewood Oakland. They were the ONLY venue we contacted for our wedding. We had plans to meet with others, but after meeting Kristen for the first time, we booked on the spot and had absolutely no regrets.

As a same-sex couple we weren't sure if Wedgewood would be open to same-sex couples. When we met Kristen her excitement and professionalism put us at ease immediately. We knew instantly we had found our venue. She walked us through the process from start to finish. The staff at Wedgewood was super easy to work with and everything ran incredibly smooth.

We attended a Bridal fair as well and met Andrew the DJ. We were instantly hooked with him. His knack of getting people involved and keeping things flowing was amazing. We knew instantly we needed him for our wedding.

The staff was always proactive in making sure our needs were taken care of from start to finish. On the day of the ceremony it was a bit cold in the morning - our event started at 11am on February 1. The weather in the Bay Area had been unseasonably warm. When we arrived we met with Marie and stated it was a bit cold and we didn't want out guests to freeze. We asked about the possibility of moving the event indoors. She suggested that we wait an hour and see how the weather is and then they would move it inside if we wanted at that time. Thankfully she encouraged us to do this. The weather was perfect. She even had our guests hold in the reception hall so that they didn't have to be outside in the cold until we were ready.

To say our every need was taken care of on our wedding day would be a bit of an understatement. Our every need was not only met, it was exceeded. They made sure we had snacks in the dressing room. They made sure we were on time and ready to go. They helped with the timing as we walked down the aisle. When our ceremony was over they met us with champagne and a tray of hors devours as we waited

I Just had my wedding at the San Ramon location! After looking around we deiced on this place because you got the most for your money! I am so glade we choose this place! Its beautiful and the staff is more then wonderful! They were very informational and always got back to me with in less then 24 hours! On the day of the wedding everything was perfect and Nothing went wrong! Lauren was wonderful at making sure everyone was were they needed to be! Everyone loved the food and Candy Bar!! I have no regrets in picking them to help celebrate out big day!

I used nearly all of their vendors (caterer, DJ, florist for décor and center pieces, cake baker, invitations, etc.) and the only outside vendors I had to bring in were my own photographer, officiant, and florist for my personal flowers (bouquets and boutonnieres). Their payment plan allows you to pay specific portions over time, which seems budget-friendly to me

I chose their Oakland location because my husband and I wanted a place that was central to both our families (my side is from the East Bay while his is from the South Bay). It's located on a beautiful golf course that, on a good day, allows you to see the skyline from San Francisco. The bright lights look so cool on a dark and clear night, which make for awesome photographs. They offer two locations for your ceremony, a huge room indoors that comes with an undecorated arch and the gazebo outside. The reception is held in the huge outdoor tent, but this is no ordinary tent. It's like a huge, covered room that has linoleum floors (I think that's what they were), glass windows, and lots of lighting. My husband and I were thrilled that our guests wouldn't have to travel from the wedding ceremony to a separate site for the reception.

The staff was great during the whole wedding planning process. Not only are they knowledgeable and helpful but they're also extremely nice and patient. They never rush or pressure you to make a decision right away and they seem to understand when you need more time to decide on something.

One would think that because of their low prices, the quality of their products would look cheap but that was SO not the case. The invitations I ordered were BEAUTIFUL and looked amazingly elegant and classy. Their cake vendor was flexible and made the lightest and most delicious, 3-tiered/flavored cake for me. Their florist did a great job with the center pieces but she was a bit hard to get a hold of at times. Their DJ was professional and friendly, and he fulfilled almost all of my requests except for one minor one.

The best vendor, though, was their in-house caterer. Man, their food was SO yummy! We opted for 4 appetizers and a 12-item buffet (8 salads and chicken cordon bleu, carved beef, and the salmon) and everyone kept telling me over and over again how good the food was. Several guests even commented to me that it was some of the best wedding food they'd ever had. Before the guests were called to go through the buffet line, the banquet manager went through the buffet first and got several plates of food to bring to my husband and I at the head table. Serving the bride and groom first is actually a policy of theirs, which very considerate and thoughtful because the bride and groom are usually too busy to eat on their wedding day. My husband and I ate until we were full but believe me, we wish we had room in our bellies to keep on eating.

Another big plus is that you can add a wedding night stay to your wedding package, which we did, and the hotel they choose (the Courtyard Marriott by the Oakland airport) offers a free shuttle service to/from the venue for all their hotel guests. This was a total score to me because I knew that with all the alcohol we were serving at the wedding, most of my guests would be too drunk to drive home. Also, the room that Wedgewood booked for us was actually a large suite so it was the perfect place for me and my bridesmaids to get ready at. When I called the hotel to reserve a block rooms for my wedding guests, they offered a great price for our wedding guests so my hubby and I booked an extra night.

The only detail I can think of that the staff didn't take are of was that they didn't really pass out the wedding cake after they cut it. They distributed some of it, but after that, they just plated them and left them at the dessert table for the guests to come and get themselves. Unfortunately, they didn't announce this detail so most of my guests had to figure out on their own that it was okay to grab a slice of cake.

All in all, my wedding day went so smoothly that I, as the bride, didn't have to worry about a thing. Their wedding coordinators and staff ensured that everything went according to plan and that all mishaps were taken care of before I was even aware of them. All the feedback I've gotten so far from my wedding guests was that it was a VERY fun wedding with great service, food, and décor. So if you're looking for an inexpensive but fun and professional place to get married at, you should check out any of the Wedgewood facilities. I'm SO glad I did!

We would like to thank the whole staff of San Ramon Waters, My husband and I had such a great and fun time on our wedding day. Our wedding day was so special and magical. This venue is very beautiful and romantic. The staff were very helpful and responsive before, during and after the wedding. We booked this venue when the pandemic first hit and unfortunately (just like any other 2020 brides) we had to reschedule the wedding date. I was so worried about it but, they made it super easy and made me feel at ease through the entire process. They would answer all my questions and concerns almost right away through email/phone/text. I DIY'd most of my decorations and wanted them placed in certain areas during the ceremony & reception and they gladly worked with me in doing so. I was so happy when I saw all of them placed exactly the way I envisioned them. Everything went so smoothly! We are very happy customers and I highly recommend this venue!

Stop looking for a wedding venue..you've found it. Trust me I'm extremely picky and looked at several places. Wedgewood San Ramon was awesome. The process was so simple and streamlined. They take the stress away and guide you through the entire process. We chose the gold package and upgraded as desired. The team is amazing and I want to give a special shout out to ValSerVenience team members Zandra and Heather and a thank you to Imani who was our Banquet Captain. The day was absolutely perfect and everyone at Wedgewood really desires to make sure everything runs smoothly. Heather was so calm and helpful on the day of the event, and so full of cheer, exactly what I needed.

I think it's a great value and working with their vendors was an added bonus. Karen at the bakery and Donna who handled flowers were an absolute delight. DJ Chris kept us dancing until the very end!! Everything was perfect for our special day. Thank you again, Wedgewood, for an unforgettable event.

Our wedding date was Nov 18, 2018. Wedgewood San Ramon was amazing. When we started looking for a place for our wedding around the bay area, we wanted someplace with great value and great venue. Wedgewood allows for additional outside food, but their inclusive package was affordable and can be customized to include or exclude items.

We went with the gold package and added in the wedding coordinator. The San Ramon Wedgewood staff were timely and patiently answered all my questions through email.

On the day of, Melodye was our amazing wedding coordinator. She was amazing with helping present our options of having the ceremony inside or outside during rehearsal because of all the smoke. She kept us informed and on time during the rehearsal and the day of. Our tables, entry way, and mantle were set up beautifully and our handmade table centerpieces were placed with care. I cannot say enough about her!

Our banquet captain, Bianca, was also amazing. She helped with the all the food requests and dealing with my parents.

The staff at San Ramon Wedgewood made our wedding day stress free and made us feel loved.

Wedgewood was a great venue for my wedding reception and they deserve more than 5 stars !!! The ability to have one person to work with to coordinate all the details and centralize everything into one bill was critical to my wedding preparation. I met with Jessica for our first viewing of the site and instantly knew I could have my most important day with them. I didn't love the idea of having a wedding planner since I wanted to be hands on but I also know I didn't have the time to make a bunch of things myself to save money. This is where wedgewood was exactly what I needed. I was able to have someone ask me all the questions that I didn't know to consider, design what I wanted and not have to worry about coordinating delivery or assigning a family member work to do at the wedding.

I did the buffet dinner and was nervous that wedgewood did not provide food tastings. However, this ended up being an unfounded fear. The food was amazing !! We chose the teriyaki chicken and salmon with a turkey carving station. To make any of these dishes moist, seasoned well and appetizing in a buffet is a testament to amazing chefs. We chose to have an open bar which was a huge hit !! Sometimes drinks can be light or watered down, not the case !! Guests enjoyed all we paid for ;)

The best part was our day of coordinator Kasey. She was super sweet, checked in on us all throughout the night, organized the day of schedule which was great since I completely forgot the order of everything !! She coordinated well with my photographer so we had a golf cart waiting to take us all over the grounds for great shots. She was amazing !!

I got married Saturday December 20 and had the pleasure of working with Jessica and Kasey. They were amazing, Wedgewood was amazing and provided the backdrop for an unforgettable night !!! I recommend it to any couple who wants to stay within a budget without needing to spend hours making decorations !! Good luck !!

We cannot express how happy we were with selecting Wedgewood Wedding and Banquet Center as the venue for our wedding reception. From the moment we walked into the Sales Office and met Lauren and Allison we experienced a warm and welcoming hospitality. When we walked out that afternoon we knew that Wedgewood would be the place we would celebrate our wedding! The entire duration of our wedding planning was a beautiful time for my husband and I. From the ordering of our invitations, to the cocktail napkins, flutes, guest book and additional things ordered, it was a fun and easy experience. On the our wedding day we were in awe with how beautiful our reception was decorated. Our guest tables were seated close enough to where one could say hello or greet another without have to walk across the reception Which was perfect because even with a guest list of 114 we still had that intimate feeling with our family and friends. On top of the beautiful set up the dinner service staff was exceptionally sweet. They brought my husband and I drinks and we even got to taste the hor d’ oeuvres that we had selected! We really enjoyed the artichoke fritters and especially the beef and cheese empanadas! We have to also thank the bartender.! Although we did not get a chance to get his name, but our family had great things to say about you! Thank you for making their time an enjoyable evening! The entire night was magical! I still cannot believe we celebrated OUR wedding day!! The best day of our lives  I can’t speak for my husband, but I wish we could re-live this day!

The OAkland team was amazing! This vow renewal was so much easier then my first wedding. I was stress free and the staff was very very professional. You really get a lot for you buck, We had the gold package and everything was included! I'm very greatful and can not complain. The only con was that I had purchased a zebra rug for my ceremony and it's been 2 weeks and I still have not gotten it back and the staff doesn't seen to know where it is. Other then that kudos to Wedgewood of Oakland!

Wedgewood was terrific. We were in San Ramon, which has great options for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies. They were very accommodating with specific requests like getting beers they don't usually serve for our bar. All the staff there is great. I highly HIGHLY recommend getting a reception and ceremony. Coordinator, regardless of the package you choose. We had the Emerald package, which has lots of things like that included, but even when I originally had a lower one, I added that. They are indispensable. My only problem that we had was with hotel they use. It's a business hotel and the suite is a nice suite, but it's nothing particular special. If you use the suite, double check with the hotel to make your confirmation and reservation are still active. We had a minor problem with that, although the hotel fixed it very quickly. Regardless, I cannot recommend Wedgewood highly enough! And the packages listed on the website are just guideline! You can customize however you like.

Everyone was professional and competent here but looking back at my event and photos I found the venue was greatly lacking. As any space can be, it was poorly lit with recessed lights that made poor quality photos. I chose this venue for the all inclusive pricing and ease of vendors but looking back I wouldn’t have chosen this.

IF you have a healthy budget upwards of $30,000 and can allotted funds to dressing up the space beyond the venue’s basics then it may be a good option.

Parking was good. I didn’t like having golfers in the background of my wedding photos though (some places halt golfers for this or have strategic photo spots to avoid it).

We saw this venue yesterday and out of all the Wedgewood Venues, ranked this 2nd. It is a really beautiful venue and the bar in the cocktail hour room is rather large. There are great photo opportunities on the site. The reason why we ranked this one second, is because due to the golfers, it isn't as private as our first choice.

We had a wonderful experience. Very co operative staff, well organized and well planned. We liked the venue too.

Know what you are getting into before choosing your vendor. If you want an easy breezy wedding with little to no work then Wedgewood San Ramon is your place. I opted to make my own decor/centerpieces but i'm weird that way. They are super responsive and help you with any questions or concerns. But like I said, KNOW what you are getting into. Their vendors are great and are willing to help you in so many ways. They have great staff that will put your heart at ease. But every amazing deal has its catches. We were promised many things that were then later let down. But that may also be a communication problem with their own staff. Time schedules were so messed up and stressful for us too. I understand they are a business, but loved ones are taking the time off and spending money to help us...so picking a rehearsal date and sticking to it is important when reservations are needed months in advance. But Wedgewood has a policy about it being able to change on a whim, depending on who else books with them on our rehearsal date...so again...I get it...you guys are a business, so would rather get more money than host our rehearsal. Still erks me but there was nothing we could do when our fears of them changing the date did indeed occur and my family had to quickly run around changing dates, requesting a different time/day off. It was also stressful not being able to use the venue early on our wedding day. Thus, forcing many of our party to retrieve to my house. But I guess these are all minor complaints compared to the amazing overall service we got from them. I loved the staff a million times more than I loved the Wedgewood policies. Our banquet captain, Kyle, was amazing!! He made things so comfortable for us on the wedding day. And our coordinator, Zandra, is the sweetest person you will ever meet!! I also love her "assistant", Lauren. So these three alone made our wedding worth every single penny. Thinking about it...I'd recommend them 100% of the time.

I was a very inquisitive bride to be. I asked a lot of questions and they were very accommodating. I like that I had the option to customize my package. Wedgewood is a beautiful venue. My wedding was perfect! We received help with the rehearsal and they had a timeline for the ceremony to keep everything on track. I would definitely recommend them.

I loved the site and the ease of having most everything done for me. However, if I wanted to change something or didn't like the two options I had to chose from there was nothing I could do.

Great value. Excellent service. Our wedding beautiful and amazing. The DJ was just OK but, everything else was perfect.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! My fiancé and myself had a wedding originally planned for 06/2020. Obviously COVID hit and we had to reschedule for 06/2021. We are now in December with no end in sight as far as covid restrictions and guest counts that will allow a normal wedding as a vaccine looks like will not be given widely available until summer 2021. We planned a wedding for a guest count of 80+. Now they are telling us even if we were be able to have the wedding (without having to reschedule again) that the max amount of guest at this time is 60 (before new stay at home order). Now I am not in a place where I would like to cut out 20 people from my wedding. So we reached out to cancel the services until further notice as we are in a grey area as far as covid restrictions and timing. They emailed back stating that if we decide to cancel (even though it is neither our fault or theirs that the wedding can’t happen) they will keep the 50% payment we have made for the wedding despite not providing us with any services. On the contract is does state that there are no refunds for cancellations besides through an “Act of God”. This definitely falls into that category as neither Wedgewood or myself can control a pandemic, but of course that is left to the discretion of Wedgewood. I would totally understand if this were under normal circumstances and we got cold feet or decided not to go through with the ceremony but that is not the case here. We cannot control a pandemic and it is not fair that a company like Wedgewood would use this as an advantage to steal money from customers. I would stay away from this place until the pandemic is over or you may be stuck with a loss of thousands of dollars. I will be taking legal recourse and I hope anyone else in the same predicament decides to take a stand and do the same.
